Abstract

Abstract: In today's digital era, small businesses like Banana Chips By Risa face significant challenges in enhancing relationships and services to customers. This research identifies various issues related to technology adoption, including the lack of an online purchasing system, minimal product information, and limited flavor variations. In an increasingly competitive context, the application of information technology becomes crucial to meet the ever-evolving customer expectations. This study aims to design an E-CRM system that can support more effective customer relationship management. E-CRM is a technology-based tool that collects and stores customer data, enhances communication, personalizes services, and analyzes data for better decision-making. Additionally, this system integrates a digital loyalty program expected to increase customer engagement. Several questions arise from the issues faced, including: how to effectively implement an online purchasing system, steps to improve product information, and how to develop new flavor variations that align with customer preferences. The research results indicate that the implementation of E-CRM not only enhances operational efficiency but also strengthens long-term relationships between the business and customers, supporting success in a business environment increasingly influenced by technology. Abstrak: Di era digital saat ini, usaha kecil seperti Banana Chips By Risa menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam meningkatkan hubungan dan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai masalah terkait adopsi teknologi, termasuk kurangnya sistem pembelian daring, minimnya informasi produk, dan keterbatasan varian rasa. Dalam konteks persaingan yang semakin ketat, penerapan teknologi informasi menjadi krusial untuk memenuhi harapan pelanggan yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem E-CRM yang dapat mendukung pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan secara lebih efektif. E-CRM adalah alat berbasis teknologi yang mengumpulkan dan menyimpan data pelanggan, meningkatkan komunikasi, mempersonalisasi layanan, serta menganalisis data untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mengintegrasikan program loyalitas berbasis digital yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterikatan pelanggan. Beberapa pertanyaan yang muncul dari masalah yang dihadapi termasuk: bagaimana cara mengimplementasikan sistem pembelian daring yang efektif, langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan informasi produk, serta cara mengembangkan varian rasa baru yang sesuai dengan preferensi pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan E-CRM tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga memperkuat hubungan jangka panjang antara usaha dan pelanggan, mendukung keberhasilan dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin dipengaruhi oleh teknologi. Abstract

This study aims to determine the study of the use of Zombie Assets in terms of the conservatism principle at PT. Hadji Kalla. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The type of data used is secondary data and primary data. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews, literature study and internet searching. The results of the study stated that the PT. Hadji Kalla, fixed assets that have expired or have book value of zero are not detailed in the financial statements, but only in total. Zombie Asset at PT. Hadji Kalla is 9,134 units or 71%. PT. Hadji Kalla uses the cost method, and that indicates that Zombie's assets in the company adhere to the principle of conservatism, but if you look at the measurement of accrual measures in 2017, 2018 and 2019, there is a difference in analysis, namely in 2017 the difference in negative accruals indicates that it adheres to the principle of conservatism. occurs because the costs incurred are quite large and too fast. In contrast to 2018 and 2019 showing a positive accrual difference, this happened because of the management policy in the finance accounting section to implement concept matching and this explained that in the last two years the assets of PT. Hadji Kalla does not adhere to the principle of conservatism.

Abstract

Commitment escalation refers to the tendency by a decision maker to persist or escalate his commitment to a series of failed actions. This study aims to analyze the effect of Negative Framing and Adverse Selection as Determinants of Commitment Escalation in Investment Decisions. Respondents who participated were 123 students majoring in Accounting and Management at the Tri Dharma Nusantara College of Economics who met the criteria, namely final semester students and had worked for certain companies to strengthen their decision-making abilities and had passed the entrepreneurship and Operational Management courses. This study was measured using a questionnaire and then analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the research on Negative Framing and Adverse Selection have a significant positive effect on the Determinants of Commitment Escalation in Investment Decisions.

Abstract

Introduction: Diabetes is a disease characterized by high blood sugar levels in the urine due to disruption of metabolism due to the production and function of the hormone insulin not running as it should. Diabetes can cause psychological problems including anxiety levels and even stress. Patients with diabetes mellitus who have high knowledge can maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle behavior so that blood sugar levels can always be controlled. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge level and anxiety to blood sugar levels in patients with Diabetes Mellitus at RSAU dr. Siswanto. Method: This study is a quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population in this study is 64 people with diabetes mellitus at RSAU dr. Siswanto Karanganyar for the period of March 2024. The sampling technique uses total sampling, so that the number of samples in this study is 64 patients. The instrument used in this study is in the form of a questionnaire. To analyze bivariate data using the Kendal's tau test. Result: The results of the research analysis on the relationship between knowledge level and blood sugar levels obtained a significance value of 0.001 less than 0.05. The results of the research analysis on the relationship between anxiety and blood sugar levels obtained a significance value of 0.031 less than 0.05. The results of the multivariate test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an Fcal value of 30.475. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and blood sugar levels of patients with diabetes mellitus in RSAU dr. Siswanto Karanganyar. There was a significant relationship between anxiety and blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes mellitus in RSAU dr. Siswanto Karanganyar. There was a significant relationship between knowledge and anxiety on blood sugar levels of patients with diabetes mellitus in RSAU dr. Siswanto Karanganyar.

Abstract

The economic shift from agriculture to trade and services due to the development of educational institutions has resulted in the decline of agricultural land and threatens local food security. To overcome this problem, an urban farming program was implemented by utilizing used plastic bottles as planting media to grow kale. Urban farming was chosen because it can overcome land limitations while reducing plastic waste. The service activities were carried out using a sercive leraning approach which began with coordination, continued with socialization, and hands-on practice of making planting media. Periodic reviews are carried out to monitor plant growth. Results The Urban farming program not only strengthens local food security but also provides solutions to environmental and economic problems by empowering the community through the appropriate use of land and waste. This program shows great potential in building food security and supporting environmental sustainability amid the challenges of rapid urbanization

Abstract

BaP (Benzo[a]pyrene) is one of the Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon (PAH) compounds produced from the combustion process of organic materials such as wood husks. This study aims to utilize the MQ 3 sensor integrated with RobotDyn Uno R3 WiFi microcontroller to measure BaP concentration in gas emissions from wood husk combustion. The MQ 3 sensor was chosen for its sensitivity to BaP compounds. In this experiment, the MQ-3 sensor achieved an accuracy of 85% with a BaP measurement range from 0 to 26 ppm. Measurements were conducted on wood husks with BaP concentrations varying from 0 to 4 ppm. The results indicate that this method is effective for real-time monitoring of BaP levels in wood husk combustion processes, with potential applications in controlling toxic gas emissions from such processes

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the determinants of Fund Adequacy Ratio (FAR) at Pension Fund Institutions listed in Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) period 2013 - 2016. The determinants of financial aspect are proxied by financial ratio and the determinants of non-financial aspect are proxied by firm size. Sampling is done using purposive sampling method and the analysis used is SPSS version 2.0. The results of this study show that in financial aspect there are only 2 variables (the ratio of working capital / total asset and the ratio of retained earnings / total assets) that have a significant effect on FAR, while the other 4 variables consisting of the ratio of cash / total asset, the ratio of total debt / total revenue, the ratio of short-term debt / equity, and the ratio of current asset / short-term debt have no effect on FAR. In non-financial aspect, firm size also has no effect on FAR. However, all variables simultaneously have a significant effect on FAR.

Abstract

Hyperbilirubinemia is a condition of a high bilirubin level in newborns causing a yellowish color on newborns’ skin and sclera. One of the treatment methods commonly used for hyperbilirubinemia is phototherapy in which newborns are exposed to visible light, especially within the green-blue spectrum. This study aimed to design a prototype of a portable phototherapy unit for newborns with hyperbilirubinemia. The phototherapy unit was designed by using a Surface Mounting Device Light Emitting Diode (SMD LED) with a wavelength of 400-520 nm as a light source which was attached to a fabric inside a box made of acrylic. The SMD LED strips were arranged with a spacing of 5 cm between the SMD LED arrays. The system was equipped with a monitoring system using SHT11 as a temperature and humidity sensor as well as a timer to adjust the duration of exposure and the LCD. The prototype was tested by irradiating various concentrations of artificial bilirubin solutions with a blue light produced by the phototherapy unit. The results show that the system can reduce the concentration of artificial bilirubin solution with an average reduction of 30.8%. The system shows the potential to be used as a portable phototherapy unit, further improvement on the efficacy, safety and comfort of the unit is required.

Abstract

Desa Budaya Pampang merupakan kawasan wisata budaya yang berada di Kecamatan Samarinda Utara. Jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung terus mengalami peningkatan. Wisatawan datang untuk melihat festival budaya, kesenian dan identitas khas masyarakat suku Dayak. Masyarakat Desa Budaya Pampang masih sangat menjaga kelestarian budaya dan lingkungan alam sekitarnya. Peran pemerintah Kecamatan Samarinda Utara sangat dibutuhkan dalam upaya memberdayakan masyarakat dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan pembangunan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran Pemerintah Kecamatan Samarinda Utara dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Budaya Pampang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan tema entitas sosial dan kultural masyarakat dalam pola pembangunan masyarakat Desa Budaya Pampang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Pemerintah Kecamatan Samarinda Utara sebagai regulator adalah mengkoordinasikan, mengawasi, dan melaksanakan kebijakan dengan acuan Peraturan Wali Kota. Peran pemerintah sebagai dinamisator adalah melibatkan seluruh pihak pemerintah, masyarakat dan swasta atau perusahaan. Peran pemerintah sebagai fasilitator adalah memberikan fasilitas dan akses permodalan berupa swakelola. Peran pemerintah sebagai katalisator adalah mendukung dan mempromosikan pengembangan budaya Pampang menjadi religius dan berskala internasional.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that encourage students' interest in choosing the public accounting profession. The aim of this study is to identify the elements that motivate students to choose to work in society, in terms of financial rewards, personality, level of job security, ease of information, and work environment towards interest in becoming a public accountant. We hope that this research will provide a broader understanding of the reasons why students choose the public accounting profession. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods using multiple regression analysis using primary data in the form of statements given directly to respondents. Respondents were students with a total of 115 participants. The results show that interest in a career as a public accountant is not influenced by awards, level of security and ease of information, but on the contrary, personality and work environment are factors that generate interest in a career as a public accountant.
