Abstract

Climate change has emerged as a major challenge for coastal communities in Pekalongan. This study emphasizes that coastal women are not merely victims of climate change, but also key actors in fostering ecological awareness and community resilience. The research aims to explore the strategic roles of women in responding to climate change through a faith-based Green Deen and community-centered approach. This qualitative study employs a Participatory Action Research (PAR) framework, engaging coastal women as active agents in formulating and implementing climate adaptation strategies. The findings reveal that coastal women go beyond their domestic roles to become agents of ecological transformation. They actively contribute to climate adaptation through tangible actions such as environmental conservation, land use initiatives, local tradition revitalization, and spiritual reinforcement. The concept of Green Deen serves as both an ethical and practical foundation, bridging faith, action, and environmental sustainability. These findings also highlight the importance of integrating local knowledge, religious values, and participatory approaches in the development of climate adaptation policies in coastal areas.

Abstract

Abstrak: Peran pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja sama tim di berbagai jenis lingkungan organisasi. Komunikasi interpersonal yang baik sangat penting dalam membentuk hubungan kerja yang harmonis dan kolaboratif. Pelatihan yang mencakup keterampilan mendengarkan aktif, empati, serta manajemen konflik dapat memperbaiki dinamika tim dan meningkatkan hasil kerja. Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini mampu mengurangi kesalahpahaman, meningkatkan koordinasi, serta membantu menyelesaikan konflik secara positif. Dengan demikian, pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap pengembangan kerja sama tim yang lebih efektif dan produktif. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Komunikasi Interpersonal,KerjaSamaTim,Mendengarkan Aktif, Empati, Manajemen Konflik Abstract: Interpersonal communication training plays an important role in making teams work better together in different kinds of organizations. Being able to communicate well with others is key to creating good teamwork and working relationships. Training that teaches people how to listen actively, show understanding, and handle disagreements can make teams work more smoothly and get more done. Studies show that this kind of training helps cut down on confusion, makes it easier for team members to work together, and helps fix problems in a positive way. Abstract

This study aims to assess the workload experienced by employees in the Human Resources Division at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) headquarters and to analyze how workload affects employee performance. Workload is an important factor influencing performance because excessively high workloads can negatively affect productivity, effectiveness, and employees' physical and mental health. The study uses a quantitative approach with total sampling, involving the entire population of 107 employees as respondents through a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was developed using a Likert scale to measure respondents' perceptions. The collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that employees' workload is relatively high, which may contribute to declines in both productivity and work quality. In addition, the analysis shows a positive, statistically significant relationship between workload and employee performance: increases in workload are associated with higher perceived pressure, leading to suboptimal work outcomes.

Abstract

The Islamic Entrepreneurship Boarding School Purwakarta Global Cahaya Nubuwah Insani (GCNI) integrates religious and entrepreneurship education to develop young santripreneurs. GCNI operates edu-tourism units, including accommodation and a coffee shop, managed by teachers and students. However, observations indicated that students’ service quality remained low due to limited understanding of service marketing and service characteristics. This community service program aims to enhance students’, teachers’, and administrators’ knowledge and skills regarding service concepts, service characteristics, and excellent service practices through training, discussions, and role-playing. The methods consisted of pre-tests, service marketing training, group discussions, and service encounter simulations. The activity results indicated that participants' understanding improved, with 80% demonstrating enhanced service skills, as observed in role, such as friendlier communication, quicker responses, and more accurate information delivery. The program also helped administrators develop more effective marketing strategies for GCNI’s education tourism units. This activity contributes to improving service quality, preparing students to become entrepreneurs, and strengthening the institution’s capacity to manage service-based businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of auditor reputation and professionalism on audit quality. This study addresses the need for more empirical evidence regarding an auditor's audit quality. Agency theory serves as the basis for the model's conceptual framework. The study respondents were auditors from 35 public accounting firms in Makassar. The researcher used multiple linear regression to characterize the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable to analyze the hypotheses. The results of this study found that audit quality is influenced by an auditor's reputation and professionalism

Abstract

AbstractThe objectives of this study were to explain the problems faced by engineering students of Semarang State Polytechnic in their presentation skills, to describe the implementation of demonstration strategy using modeling videos in improving the students’ self-confidence and practice in their presentation and the improvement when the strategy was applied. The research design of this study was classroom action research. The subjects were 20 engineering students from Telecommunication Study Program of Semarang State Polytechnic. The study was conducted by doing observation, giving pre test and posttest and questionnaire. The actions were conducted in three cycles. The findings showed that the implementation of demonstration strategy using modeling videos was able to improve the engineering students’ self-confidence and practice in their presentation skills. First, the students were actively involved in the teaching learning process. It could be seen from the result of observation sheet done by the researcher. There was an improvement of 3.3 points. Second, the posttest result showed significant progress from the pre test score, which was 69.8 into 84.95.

Abstract

Peranan Teknologi pada zaman saat ini begitu sangat pesat. Dimana penguasaan teknologi menjadi syarat utama dalam penerimanaan tenaga kerja. Lembaga Pelatihan Komputer LKP ARVI Com adalah salah satu lembaga pelatihan pada bidang computer. Pelatihan computer menjadi salah satu pilihan masyarakat untuk mempermudah dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan. Pengabdian masyarakat mengambil topic tentang Micsosoft Excel, karena aplikasi perkantoran ini yang digunakan untuk menghitung, mengolah, dan menampilkan data. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan baru kepada siswa dan siswa mengenai Microsoft excel.

Abstract

Platform merdeka mengajar adalah suatu aplikasi yang digunakan untuk membantu guru untuk mendapatkan referensi, inspirasi dan pemahaman untuk menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. SDN 015905 Binjai Serbangan Kecamatan air joman adalah salah satu sekolah sasaran yang menjadi fokus utama dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Isi platform merdeka mengajar antara lain adalah edukasi menjadi penggerak untuk guru dalam mewujudkan pelajar pancasila. Menyediakan referensi bagi guru untuk mengembangkan praktik mengajar sesuai kurikulum merdeka, serta mendorong guru untuk terus berkarya dan menyediakan wadah berbagi paktek yang baik. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini merupakan memberikan pengetahuan dan pengenalan mengenai aplikasi platform kampus merdeka sebagai wadah berkarya guru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility on consumer loyalty, mediated by brand image, brand equity, and consumer satisfaction. The research involved 208 respondents selected through purposive sampling, with criteria including consumers who had used Lifebuoy products for at least 6 months, aged between 20 - 40 years, and residing in Tangerang. Data were collected online through a Google Form questionnaire and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results indicate that corporate social responsibility does not have a direct effect on consumer loyalty. However, corporate social responsibility has a positive influence on brand image, brand equity, and consumer satisfaction. Among these three mediating variables, only consumer satisfaction is found to significantly mediate the relationship between corporate social responsibility and consumer loyalty. These findings suggest that companies should integrate corporate social responsibility into their marketing strategies, with an emphasis on effective communication to enhance consumer satisfaction and foster stronger emotional connections.

Abstract

Assessment in field practice learning within higher education Physical Education programs continues to face challenges in measuring learning outcomes comprehensively and objectively, particularly across psychomotor, cognitive, and affective domains. This study aimed to develop a Field Practice Learning Assessment Instrument (ASPRAK) that is valid, feasible, and effective for use in outcome-based practical learning. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research subjects included course instructors and undergraduate students enrolled in field practice courses in the Physical Education program. Data were collected through expert validation and small-scale and large-scale trials using Likert-scale questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative techniques by converting scores into feasibility percentages. The results indicated that the ASPRAK instrument achieved an average feasibility score of 82%, categorized as feasible, and demonstrated high alignment with Course Learning Outcomes and sub-learning outcomes, ease of independent use, and strong support for student self-reflection. Therefore, ASPRAK has the potential to serve as an objective, transparent, and applicable assessment instrument to support the implementation of Outcome-Based Education in field practice learning in higher education.
