Abstract

Return of assets resulting from criminal acts of corruption based on Article 10 of the Criminal Code and Articles 18, 19 of Law no. 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes, cannot yet be used as a basis for maximizing the return of State losses, applying replacement money sanctions under Article 10 of KUHP and Articles 18 and 19 of UU TIPIKOR is fraught with difficulties. In court rulings for criminal acts of corruption that have permanent legal effects, the quantity of money resulting from the act and the burden of state losses in corruption are never equal (Inkracht). The amount returned to the state is reduced due to corruption crimes. In a judge's decision that has permanent legal force (Inkracht) ordering perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption to return the money that was corrupted and/or money obtained from criminal acts of corruption, in practice, it often happens that perpetrators are unable to pay replacement money, so they prefer to replace it with prison punishment. Prison sentences are often used as a loophole to avoid paying compensation so that the state still suffers losses even though it has been proven in court. Therefore, the appropriate strategy for recovering and returning state losses in the context of realizing state financial justice is to confiscate the assets of perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption by the value of the state losses incurred by corruption by giving the authority to the Public Prosecutor to submit asset confiscation to the court to confiscate the assets of perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption before a court decision or before there is a lawsuit.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) is aim to determine how to implement it the steps system the implementation of NHT learning models to improve student learning activitie and learning outcomes in class Xc SMAN 1 Bungin, Kab. Enrekang. This study was conducted by two cycles. The steps NHT implemente, namely:(1) present the objectives, motivation, material according to the indicators and learning objectives to the students and instructed the students to write it, then devide students into several groups, (2) distribute worksheet to the students and then provide questions to the students about material in the worksheet, 3) instruct the students to work in group to do worksheet question, (4) refers to the students based on the number of heads to present the result of the discussion and answer worksheet question, (5) asking the students to conclude that the material has been studied. The implementation of the cooperative of NHT learning model can improve student learning activite and the learning outcomes of students in class Xc SMAN 1 Bungin.

Abstract

Industri tanaman hortikultura sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan pertanian di Indonesia, Komoditas hortikultura seperti nanas dapat dikembangkan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Mengetahui biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan usahatani nanas pola tanam monokultur di Kecamatan Pringgasela, 2) Kelayakan usahatani nanas pola tanam monokultur di Kecamatan Pringgasela. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan teknik survey. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga desa yaitu Desa Jurit, Desa Pringgasela dan Desa Pengadangan Barat, Kecamatan Pringgasela, Kabupaten Lombok Timur dipilih secara purposive. Penentuan responden menggunakan quota sampling sebanyak 30 orang. Data dianalisis dengan analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan R/C Ratio. Kesimpulan penelitiaan yaitu, rata-rata biaya produksi usahatani nanas pola tanam monokultur di Kecamatan Pringgasela sebesar Rp46.618.450/LLG/musim tanam atau Rp74.193.025/Ha/musim tanam, jumlah penerimaan Rp30.788.083/LLG/musim tanam atau Rp208.150.796/Ha/musim tanam, pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp84.169.633/LLG/musim tanam atau Rp133.957.771/Ha/musim tanam, Nilai R/C ratio 2,8, artinya usahatani nanas pola tanam monokultur di Kecamatan Pringgasela layak untuk diusahakan

Abstract

Vocational High Schools provide knowledge of skills, interests, and talents according to vocational fields to face the world of work. The phenomenon that occurred in February 2022 stated that most SMK graduates were ready to work. Because of this, the data from the Central Bureau of Statistics on SMK graduates have a total score of 10.38%. So there is unemployment and a lack of interest and talent in choosing a vocational field. Based on information in determining vocational fields based on interests, talents, and colleagues there is no discrepancy between the major one chooses and personality. In measuring products, the Simple Additive Weighting method can be used to select the best alternative in the ranking process which totals the weight values ​​of all criteria.

Abstract

The learning strategy applied so far is still not optimal to develop students' thinking skills. Learning that includes problem solving skills to students as teacher candidates have not yet substantially implemented. This research aims to find learning methods that can improve students' thinking skills as teacher candidates, especially problem solving skills. This research was conducted using a descriptive type of general survey method. Using Slovin formula and 5% error, a sample of 340 students was proportionally selected from 2289 students as a population. Data collection using a problem solving skills questionnaire that rearranged based on the concept of the simplexity thinking process Basadur. However, this study shows that there are significant differences (p<0.05) from problem solving skills based on the level of satisfaction of teacher candidates to the learning methods implemented by lecturers. However, there were no significant differences in problem-solving skills based on course, gender, middle school background, and year of admission (p>0.05) after analyzed with one-way ANOVA. This study shows that satisfaction with learning is in line with the problem-solving skills of teacher candidates. Therefore, it is important for institutions that produce vocational teacher candidates to teach problem solving skills and maintain their level of satisfaction in the learning process.

Abstract

This study is a quasi-experimental study that aims to determine the effect of giving quiz at the beginning of a meeting in a guided inquiry learning model towards the students outcomes of Class XI MIA SMA Negeri 10 Gowa. The population of this study was students of class XI MIA SMA Negeri 10 Gowa consisting of 4 XI MIA classes totaling 128 people. The sampling technique used a random sampling technique. The data obtained from the research results provided by the test of learning outcomes which were obtained on average in the experimental class were 81.10 and the control class was 70.63. The results of inferential statistical analysis obtained tcount (4.03)> t table (3.10) at α ═ 0.05. Quiz at the beginning of the meeting in the guided inquiry learning model affect the student outcomes of Class XI MIA SMA Negeri 10 Gowa study of basic acid base material.

Abstract

This study is a quasi-experimental research that aimed to know the effect of mobile learning “ChemOnDro” android based media in discovery learning to student achievement of class X SMA Negeri 8 Bone on subject matter of electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution. The study design used is "pretest-posttest control group design". The population was all the student of class X MIPA SMA Negeri 8 Bone which is consists of six classes. The sampling technique is random sampling, that the sample are a class X MIPA 1 as an experimental class and class X MIPA 2 as a control class. The independent variable is mobile learning “ChemOnDro” android based media in discovery learning model and discovery learning model without mobile learning “ChemOnDro” android based media, and the dependent variable is student achievement. Result of analysis prerequirement of inferential statistic toward n-gain result, show that the data in experiment class and control class didn’t distributed normaly, but it has homogen varians. The hypothesis test done using with parametric test by Man-Withney with ∝=0.05 was done with zcalculated > ztable (2.07>1,64). Based on these data, it can be concluded that there is an effect of mobile learning “ChemOnDro” android based in discovery learning to student achievement of class X SMA Negeri 8 Bone with subject matter of electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara menerapkan langkah-langkah discovery learning sehingga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi termokimia. Penelitian ini berlangsung dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi aktivitas belajar dan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis setiap akhir siklus. Aktivitas dan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik meningkat setelah menerapkan model discovery learning dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: 1) memberikan fenomena yang berkaitan dengan materi pembelajaran seperti memperlihatkan gambar yang menarik perhatian peserta didik, 2) meminta kepada peserta didik untuk mengemukakan pertanyaan dan gagasan mereka untuk membuat rumusan masalah dan hipotesis yang relevan dengan materi pembelajaran, 3) menuntut peserta didik untuk memperoleh informasi yang sesuai dengan materi melalui cara saling bertukar pendapat dan dari berbagai sumber belajar, 4) membimbing peserta didik untuk memproses data dan informasi yang diperoleh untuk menyelesaikan rumusan masalah, 5) memberikan kesempatan kepada setiap kelompok untuk mempresentasikan hasil diskusi dan menanggapi jawaban dari kelompok lain, 6) memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik mengajukan gagasan untuk menyimpulkan pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan. Rata-rata aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 53,52% dengan kategori kurang aktif dan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik sebesar 57,90 dengan kategori cukup kritis. Sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata aktivitas belajar peserta didik meningkat menjadi 76,84% dengan kategori aktif dan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik meningkat menjadi 74,90 dengan kategori kritis.

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop the Kutai language in the Tenggarong Kota dialect and at the same time as a contribution of knowledge related to the mixing of the codes for the Kutai language in the Tenggarong Dialect. Thus, local languages ​​can continue to be preserved so that speakers of regional languages ​​can use regional languages ​​according to their place and situation. The research objective was to determine the code mixing event that occurred in the Separi Village Office, Kutai Kartanegara Regency and to describe the insertion of language elements that was more dominant in the code mixing event. The method used in this qualitative research is observation, the observation method with basic techniques, namely tapping techniques and note taking techniques. The results showed that code mixing occurred in the Separi Village Office, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, between Indonesian and Kutai languages. The code mixing that occurs is indicated by the insertion of linguistic elements in the form of words, phrases and clauses. The most dominant insertion of linguistic elements in the code mixing process at the Separi Village Office, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, is the insertion of linguistic elements in the form of phrases.

Abstract

Kandungan logam berat suatu limbah dapat diadsorpsi oleh enceng gondok. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi aktivasi kimia dan pengaruh suhu karbonisasi dalam proses pembuatan karbon aktif. Metode yang dilakukan mencuci tanaman enceng gondok dari kotoran kemudian di potong menjadi ukuran lebih kecil, mengeringkan tanaman enceng gondok dibawah sinar matahari. Selanjutnya dikeringkan kedalam oven. Lalu menghaluskan enceng gondok menjadi serbuk selanjutnya dikarbonasi dalam furnace. Kemudian karbon didinginkan hingga suhu ruang. Selanjutnya dilakukan aktivasi kimia yaitu merendam ke larutan kimia. Lalu disaring dan dikeringkan dalam oven. Selanjutnya disimpan dalam desikator hingga suhu ruangan. Hasil penyerapan logam berat terbaik yaitu karbon aktif dengan perlakukan suhu karbonisasi 5000C dan aktivasi kimia yaitu ZnCl2 dengan konsentrasi 10%, serta massa karbon aktif sebesar 125 mg.
