Abstract

Analysis of 'Ashâbah Hadiths in the Context of Islamic Inheritance (A Study of Interpretation and ImplementationThe concept of 'asabah which is based on hadith “give the inheritance to the rightful people” (zāwul furϋd) and give the rest to the more primal of the male relatives” is considered discriminatory by many parties as well as it’s reducing the percentage of women's inheritance rights as heirs of dzawul furûdh which have been determined in absolute terms (qaht'i). This paper aims to analyze the hadith about 'ashabah through the ma'anil hadith approach using the takhrîj method as well as textual, contextual and intertextual interpretations. The results of the study concluded that the hadiths of 'ashabah are categorized as valid (sahih) hadiths and can be used as evidence (hujjah) regarding the legitimacy of the 'ashabah system in Islamic inheritance. The application of the ‘asabah inheritance system does not have discriminatory implications. On the contrary, it actually contains the value of distributive justice, because justice in inheritance is not always measured by the similarity of designation between heirs, but is also determined by proportionality based on the size of the burden of responsibility assigned to each heir, the balance between rights and obligations and the balance between what is obtained with needs and uses. In order to measure the aspect of justice, the 'ashabah inheritance system must be understood integrally by placing the position of inheritance as a sub-system of the overall family law system within the Islamic legal system which is intact and comprehensive.

(pp. 513-522).  Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Bandung as a metropolitan city and service city is experiencing land conversion. The food situation in Bandung City is that almost 96% of the food in Bandung City is imported from outside the Bandung City area, making it vulnerable to food insecurity regarding food availability and sufficiency. The Bandung City Government established an integrated urban farming program called Buruan SAE. This program takes the form of community empowerment activities which aim to overcome food inequality through the use of yards or empty land to make people more independent in meeting their own food needs. This research aimed to describe a form of community empowerment through an integrated urban farming program in the Buruan SAE Pemuda Mandiri group, Sukawarna Subdistrict, Bandung City. Apart from that, this research is an effort to improve urban farming that is suitable for the city of Bandung in the future. The method uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. Interviews were conducted in March 2023 with active administrators of Buruan SAE Pemuda Mandiri and supporting informants. The research results show that the stages of community empowerment through the urban farming program in the Pemuda Tangguh farmer group go through three stages, namely the awareness, capacity building, and empowerment stages. Urban farming has a sustainable impact on the economic aspect by meeting their own food needs and gaining profits from the harvest. In the socio-cultural aspect, creating a culture of cooperation and helping each other in food security and the ecological aspect, creating green open spaces in urban areas. Based on the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the Buruan SAE Pemuda Mandiri urban farming program shows that community empowerment is being realized well.

Abstract

Providing education about the importance of financial literacy to students aims to ensure that students are able to manage their money intelligently, such as saving. All financial literacy service activities are adjusted to the type of educational media using methods adapted to several activity stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage of service activities carried out at the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School. Activities carried out include providing education to students on the priority scale of needs, how to save and asking several questions to determine students' understanding and the evaluation stage of activities.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah peran orang tua siswa dalam proses pembelajaran online selama pandemi Covid-19 tingkat SMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan orang tua siswa dalam proses pembelajaran online selama pandemi Covid-19 tingkat SMP. Jenis penilitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode purpose sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sampel sumber data dengan pertimbangan tertentu misalnya peran wali murid orang tua siswa SMP Negeri 1 Semendawai Timur yang merupakan pendukung dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penilitian ini adalah wali murid siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Semendawai Timur yang berjumlah 145 orang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penilitian ini adalah dari beberapa wali murid siswa kelas VII yaitu 5 wali murid siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Teknik analisis data pada peran orang tua siswa dalam proses pembelajaran online selama pandemi Covid-19 tingkat SMP ini menggunakan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penilitan menunjukkan bahwa 1). Proses pembelajara di desa Semendawai Timur SMP Negeri 1 Semendawai Timur selama pandemic Covid-19 dilakukan secara online. 2.) Orang tua mempunyai peran penting dalam proses pembelajaran anak. Anak-anak membutuhkan bimbingan dan pendampingan dari orang tua. Peran orang tua selama pembelajaran online adalah sebagai fasilitator dan pengganti guru. 3.) Problematika dalam pembelajaran online yang dihadapi orang tua yakni dalam hal pembagian waktu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Objek penelitian yang dipilih adalah Baznas Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Populasi dan Sampel berjumlah 18 Staf. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Ketua, Kepala Sekretariat, Kepala Pelaksana, Bagian Keuangan dan 2 staf. Pengumpulan dalam penelitian ini berupa pengumpulan data bersumber dari wawancara mendalam, observasi serta dokumentasi dan Studi Pustaka. Teknik Analisis Data untuk menguji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Tringulasi sumber. Dimana peneliti mendapatkan data dari sumber peneliti jadikan sebagai Informan untuk mendapatkan informasi dengan teknik yang sama, yaitu melalui wawancara mandalam. Hasil penelitian yang pertama menunjukan bahwa rekrutmen yang dilakukan dalam implementasi MSDM kurang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari Sumber Daya Manusia yang ada masih banyak yang belum sesuai dengan bidang ilmu yang seharusnya. Yang kedua dalam penilaian Kinerja yang dilakukan dalam Implementasi MSDM sudah cukup baik dan harus ditingkatkan lagi. Yang ketiga dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan yang dilakukan dalam implementasi MSDM sudah cukup baik. Hal ini dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan, sehingga perlu dilakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan. Pelatihan dan pengembangan dapat dikatakan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan instansi. Dan yang keempat dalam hal pemberian upah yang dilakukan dalam Implementasi MSDM sudah cukup baik. Dengan adanya kompensasi mampu meningkatkan semangat kerja dan memotivasi agar visi dan misi serta target kerja instansi tercapai

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kecerdasan emosional karyawan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada CV. Mulia Abadi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif, dan sampel diambil sebanyak 35 responden dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan melakukan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana yang meliputi uji parsial (uji t) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (6,051 > 1,66216), dan nilai signifikan kurang dari 0,05 (0,001<0,05). Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel independen kecerdasan emosional (X) terhadap variabel dependen kepuasan pelanggan (Y) pada CV. Mulia Abadi

Abstract

The development of technology demands Computer Science graduates to have interdisciplinary knowledge and skills. Traditional curricula are less adaptive in addressing the dynamic industry needs and focus on developing soft skills. This article discusses the design of an interdisciplinary curriculum based on KKNI for Computer Science programs with a focus on soft computing and intelligent systems. This curriculum design integrates knowledge and skills from various disciplines, with an emphasis on the development of soft skills. The curriculum structure is divided into two tracks: the Mandatory Track focusing on the fundamental foundations of Computer Science and soft skills, and the Elective Track focusing on deepening interests and talents in the field of soft computing and intelligent systems, such as Artificial Neural Networks, Microcontrollers, Data Mining, Embedded Systems, Fuzzy Logic, and Computer Vision. This research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model. Data are collected through surveys, interviews, and document analysis. It is expected that this curriculum design will produce Computer Science graduates with comprehensive, adaptive knowledge and skills, ready for the digital era workforce, particularly in the field of soft computing and intelligent systems.

Abstract

Clustering can be defined as a method commonly applied in data mining to group objects into clusters. Clusters consist of data objects that are similar to each other in a group but different from objects in other clusters. In this study, the data used is the data of KIP scholarship recipients for the 2016-2023 period. Various clustering metric measurement techniques have been frequently used by researchers, especially those focusing on distance and similarity metrics, such as Euclidean Distance, Manhattan, and Minkowski. In general, K-Means is an unsupervised learning method used in the clustering process to group data based on similarity. The elbow method is used to determine the optimal number of clusters, so that the clustering results obtained can be maximized to achieve better results. This study aims to analyze the use of Manhattan technique in K-Means clustering for data grouping. The research problem is how to analyze the Manhattan metric technique in K-Means clustering for effective data grouping. Applying the K-Means method shows that the existing data is successfully divided into four specified clusters. After determining the correct number of clusters, the K-Means method is used to sort the data in the dataset. From 3172 data, the final results obtained cluster 0 as many as 774 data, cluster 1 as many as 417 data, cluster 2 as many as 1244 data, and cluster 3 as many as 737 data. The results of the clustering process obtained a davies-bouldin index value of 1.4568.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of Syndicate Group Learning Instruction on the improvement of activities and physics learning outcomes of 8th-grade students at SMPN 18 Mataram. The research design employed is an experimental study. The population of this study comprises all 8th-grade students at SMPN 18 Mataram. The sample consists of 22 students from class VIIIA as the experimental group and 24 students from class VIIIC as the control group selected using a random sampling technique. Data for this study were obtained through pre-tests and post-tests given to the sample class students. Data collection techniques involve using observation sheets and formative tests that have been validated for validity, reliability, differential power, and difficulty index. Based on the data analysis, the average pre-test score for the experimental group is 56.13; for the control group, it is 46.66, categorized as homogeneous and normally distributed. The post-test results show an average of 69.31 for the experimental group and 58.54 for the control group. The final test data of the sample class students were analyzed using the t-test, resulting in a calculated t-value of 2.160 and a tabulated t-value of 2.016. The calculated t-value is greater than the tabulated t-value at a 5% error level, thus rejecting the null hypothesis (Ho). It can be concluded that the use of Syndicate Group Learning Instruction has a significant influence on the activities and physics learning outcomes of 8th-grade students at SMPN 18 Mataram.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dan hasil belajar kognitif di kalangan siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Alas melalui penerapan pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis praktikum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 36 siswa, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi dan tes kognitif. Pada Siklus I, nilai tertinggi yang dicapai adalah 90, nilai terendah 68, dengan nilai rata-rata 82. Jumlah siswa yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan belajar adalah 27 (75% ketuntasan klasikal), yang dikategorikan sebagai tidak tuntas. Pada Siklus II, nilai tertinggi meningkat menjadi 95, nilai terendah menjadi 80, dengan nilai rata-rata 89. Jumlah siswa yang mencapai kriteria meningkat menjadi 33 (91,6% ketuntasan klasikal), yang dikategorikan sebagai tuntas. Selain itu, skor keterampilan proses sains meningkat dari 68% (Siklus I) menjadi 87% (Siklus II). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis praktikum secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa mengintegrasikan pendekatan praktikum dalam pembelajaran kontekstual secara efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif dan kinerja siswa. The research employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology, conducted over two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The study involves 36 students, with data collected through observation sheets and cognitive tests. In Cycle I, the highest score achieved was 90, the lowest was 68, with an average score of 82. The number of students who met the learning criteria was 27 (75% classical completeness), which was categorized as incomplete. In Cycle II, the highest score increased to 95, the lowest to 80, with an average score of 89. The number of students meeting the criteria increased to 33 (91.6% classical completeness), categorized as complete. Additionally, the science process skills scores improved from 68% (Cycle I) to 87% (Cycle II). These results indicate that contextual learning based on practical activities significantly improves both science process skills and cognitive learning outcomes. The study concludes that integrating practical, contextual approaches in science education effectively enhances students' understanding and performance.
