Abstract

This study examines how attitudes regarding online buying and the consequences for purchase intention are influenced by perceived website repute, relative advantage, perceived website image, and trust. Researchers employed a survey method in this study to conduct descriptive research. A questionnaire was used in this survey approach. E-commerce consumers who reside in Jabodetabek make up the study's population. Using judgmental sampling, the researcher employed a non-probability sampling technique. In this study, the single-cross-sectional approach was employed for data collecting. The structural equation model method will be used to analyze the data. Amos is the program that's being used. According to the data processing results, it was discovered that, in the first place, relative profits, trust, and website image are all significantly positively impacted by perceived website reputation. Second, trust, the perception of websites, and attitudes toward online commerce are considerably improved by relative advantage. Third, perceptions of websites have a detrimental effect on attitudes toward internet buying. Fourth, sentiments toward internet purchasing are positively impacted by trust, though not much. Opinions regarding internet purchasing significantly positively influence fifth intentions to purchase. This demonstrates that consumers' intentions to buy through a website positively correlate with their attitude about online buying.

Abstract

This qualitative study explores the communication dynamics between psychologists and clients within the framework of utilising mental health services provided by Halodoc. Telemedicine has emerged as a popular alternative for individuals seeking mental health support in the digital age. Using a case study methodology, in-depth interviews were conducted with psychologists and clients who availed themselves of Halodoc’s mental health features. The findings reveal both advantages and challenges associated with communication via Halodoc. Advantages include enhanced accessibility, convenience, and privacy for clients, while challenges encompass the absence of non-verbal cues, difficulties in building rapport, and occasional technical constraints affecting session quality. This research offers valuable insights into the communication dynamics of digital mental health services, laying the groundwork for enhancing service efficacy and user experience. In conclusion, the study emphasises the need to address challenges within telemedicine platforms and continuously improve them to optimise mental health service delivery in the digital realm. Ultimately, the study contributes to advancing our understanding of communication in digital mental health services and underscores the importance of ongoing refinement in telemedicine platforms to meet the evolving needs of clients and psychologists alike.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan supaya mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, komunikasi pemasaran dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna smartphone Samsung Galaxy. Populasi penelitian adalah pelanggan pengguna smartphone Samsung Galaxy. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial bahwa setiap variabel kualitas pelayanan, komunikasi pemasaran dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna smartphone Samsung Galaxy. Hasil pengujian penelitian memperoleh hasil nilai R Square sebesar 45,2% dan sisanya sebesar 54,8% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini misalnya harga, citra merek,dan promosi dan lain-lain. Hasil uji simultan penelitian diperoleh bahwa kualitas pelayanan, komunikasi pemasaran dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna smartphone Samsung Galaxy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengemukakan pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi para pegawai, karyawan yang aktif bekerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada pihak perusahaan dalam mengelola kinerja karyawan, terutama terkait dengan kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir, sedangkan yang menjadi variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini instrumen yang digunakan sekumpulan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Menganalisis data yang telah dikumpulkan, dengan menggunakan software aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 26. Uji instrumen pada penelitian ini alat analisis menggunakan analisis regresi.linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara simultan,hasil pengujian penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Di era digital dengan perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat telah membuat perubahan pola komunikasi kehidupan bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing, komunikasi pemasaran, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Studi empiris pada konsumen pengguna smartphone Samsung Galaxy di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel adalah nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian berjumlah 93 orang dan kuesioner dibagikan sebagai instrument penelitian. Model penelitian analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian bukti empiris bahwa variabel digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Komunikasi pemasaran secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.. Adapun uji simultan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing, komunikasi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil penelitian yang memperoleh hasil nilai Adjusted R Square dengan hasil sebesar 57,3%. Sisanya sebesar 42,7% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini misalnya Web E-Commerce, persepsi harga dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Abstrak Ketahanan pangan menjadi isu utama dalam kondisi perubahan iklim dunia saat ini yang tidak menentu. Panjangnya musim kemarau tahun ini (2023) akibat badai El Nino telah menjadikan dunia terlanda bencana kekeringan. Hal ini pula yang melanda kawasan Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah pulau Jawa yang terkena bencana kekeringan sehingga ada beberapa kabupaten/kota yang dinyatakan sebagai status bencana daerah. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, sistem pertanian yang menyokong pada ketahanan pangan menjadi terganggu akibat terancam gagal panen. Begitu juga dengan wilayah desa Cilembu yang dijadikan sebagai sentra produksi Ubi nasional mengalami dampak kekeringan. Untuk dapat membantu dan sebagai upaya mengantisipasi kondisi tersebut, Tim PKM Universitas Padjadjaran melakukan kegiatan aktivasi program ketahanan pangan yang berbasis masyarakat dan kearifan lokal. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai pemanfaatan lahan terbatas dalam program aktivasi ketahanan pangan pada kelompok tani “Pangkalan” Desa Cilembu Kabupaten Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan workshop pelatihan tanaman hidroponik yang diikuti oleh para anggota kelompok tani “Pangkalan”. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta program aktivasi ketahanan pangan dapat: (1) mengetahui dan memahami materi pentingnya katahanan pangan yang berbasis kearifan lokal; (2) mengidentifikasi potensi pemanfaatan lahan terbatas untuk menghasilkan jenis tanaman sayuran yang layak dikonsumsi; (3) membuat media tanam hidoponik. Adapun kesimpulan kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta telah dapat membuat media tanam berupa hidroponik berbasis tanaman sayuran yang mendukung pada pengembangan ketahanan pangan masyarakat di wilayah Desa Cilembu.

Abstract

This research employs Erving Goffman's dramaturgical theory, which divides social life into front stage and backstage, to analyze the management of Kyai Gus Baha's broadcasts in Islamic preaching. Utilizing a qualitative approach and literature review method, the study examines 50 sermons by Kyai Gus Baha, audience comments, and interviews with individuals close to him. The findings reveal that Kyai Gus Baha uses friendly and easily understandable language in 90% of cases, controlled humor in 60%, references to the Quran and Hadith in 100%, and messages of peace and tolerance in 80% of instances. Additionally, he discusses everyday life in a friendly manner in 70% of cases. Audience reactions indicate appreciation for intelligence and depth of knowledge (40%), kindness and gentleness (30%), humor and emotional connection (20%), and relevance to daily life (10%). Interviews disclose that Kyai Gus Baha's personal life is simple, honest, and aligned with his teachings, acknowledged by respondents (80-100%). In conclusion, Kyai Gus Baha effectively and consistently manages presentations between the front and backstage, thereby enhancing the credibility and effectiveness of his sermons. This study underscores the importance of alignment between teaching and actions in building credibility in Islamic preaching.
