Abstract

This article discusses the strategy for implementing Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This research highlights the significant potential for the development of green technology in MSMEs, as well as the role of human resources in achieving sustainable development. GHRMs are considered important in promoting environmentally friendly practices within the organization, which can improve the organization's performance and employees' commitment to green initiatives. Some of the key points discussed included the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia and their contribution to the economy and job creation, the challenges faced by MSMEs related to funding and resources, and the need to adopt GHRM practices such as recruitment, training, and environmentally friendly performance management. GHRM's objectives include promoting the sustainable use of resources and improving the environmental performance of the organization. This study also raises several research questions regarding MSMEs' knowledge about GHRM, the development of GHRM in Indonesia, and its implementation strategies.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explore the integration of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) values into the Environmental Education (EE) curriculum at the primary school level using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The literature sources were drawn from articles indexed in Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar, published within the last 10 years. The findings reveal that integrating IRE values into environmental education not only enriches students’ understanding of environmental issues but also instills a profound sense of spiritual and ethical responsibility. This approach adds a moral dimension that extends beyond technical aspects, with the concept of stewardship (khalifah) serving as the philosophical foundation to emphasize the importance of environmental preservation as an act of worship. However, the implementation of this integration faces several challenges, including limited teacher competence, insufficient resources, and misalignment between the curriculum and local needs. The study recommends specialized training for educators, the contextual adaptation of curricula, and the use of digital technology to support value-based environmental and religious education. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for developing educational policies that are more holistic and relevant to current environmental challenges.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi integrasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup (EE) di tingkat sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan metode *Systematic Literature Review* (SLR). Sumber literatur yang digunakan berasal dari artikel yang terindeks di Scopus, DOAJ, dan Google Scholar, dengan periode publikasi 10 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai PAI dalam pendidikan lingkungan tidak hanya memperkaya pemahaman siswa tentang isu-isu lingkungan, tetapi juga menanamkan tanggung jawab spiritual dan etika yang mendalam. Pendekatan ini menambahkan dimensi moral yang melampaui aspek teknis semata, dengan konsep kekhalifahan sebagai landasan filosofis yang mengajarkan pentingnya menjaga dan melestarikan lingkungan sebagai bagian dari ibadah. Namun, implementasi integrasi ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan kompetensi pendidik, minimnya sarana pendukung, dan ketidaksesuaian kurikulum dengan kebutuhan lokal. Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan pelatihan khusus bagi pendidik, adaptasi kurikulum yang lebih kontekstual, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk mendukung pembelajaran berbasis nilai agama dan lingkungan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih holistik dan relevan dengan tantangan lingkungan saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence business success in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), with a focus on Zhafira Popcorn SMEs. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative which uses semi-structured interviews to explore the perceptions and experiences of business owners.. The results showed that business success is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include strong entrepreneurial characteristics, effective leadership, and competent human resources. On the external side, government support and market understanding are key. This study recommends that Zhafira Popcorn improve capital management, conduct product innovation, and utilize technology in marketing to increase competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance teachers' technological competence in creating learning media using the Canva application for teachers in madrasah ibtidaiyah, emphasizing its role in improving the quality of teaching and student engagement. The study highlights the increasing demand for interactive and visually appealing educational content in modern teaching environments, necessitating teachers' proficiency in utilizing technology-based tools. The research employed a qualitative approach with data gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The methods included participatory action research to provide teachers with hands-on experience mastering Canva. Key activities involved lectures, practical workshops, and collaborative evaluations, enabling participants to develop skills systematically. Findings revealed significant improvements in teachers' abilities to design engaging and visually compelling educational content. Interviews indicated increased enthusiasm and confidence among teachers, while observations demonstrated a positive learning curve in mastering Canvas features. Documentation highlighted learning materials' enhanced quality and interactivity, leading to higher student motivation and participation. These findings contribute to the broader discourse on integrating technology in education, showcasing Canva's potential as an accessible tool for empowering teachers and enhancing the learning experience.

Abstract

Implementasi pembelajaran Matematika SD pada kurikulum Merdeka pada satuan Pendidikan merupakan salah satu jawaban dari tantangan zaman pada Abad 21 ini. Guru memegang peranan sangat penting dalam tercapainya tujuan Pembelajaran.  Implementasi Kurikulum merdeka pada satuan Pendidikan tidaklah luput dari permasalahan. Hal itu juga yang menjadi permasalahan yang dihadapi guru SD pada KKG Gugus 1 Catur Karsa dalam mengimplementasikan Pembelajaran Matematika. PKM ini dilaksanakan di KKG Gugus 1 Catur Karsa dengan melibatkan 40 orang Guru di Gugus tersebut yang menaungi 7 SD. Permasalahan yang dihadapi guru yaitu belum optimalnya kompetensi yang dimiliki dalam mengimplementasi kurikulum merdeka termasuk dalam pembelajaran Matematika. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasi Pembelajaran Matematika SD pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Kegiatan pelatihan meliputi; 1. Sosialisasi dan diskusi, 2. Pendampingan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran Matematika SD pada kurikulum merdeka, dan 3. Penugasan. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan ini cukup berhasil berdasarkan hasil evaluasi setelah kegiatan yaitu; a) antusias peserta, b) pencapaian indikator sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan meliputi; peserta semakin memahami paradigma baru pendidikan dan kurikulum merdeka, konsep dasar Pendidikan Matematika, lebih ada gambaran dalam membuat perencanaan, pelaksaan dan evaluasi dalam Pembelajaran, lebih terampil dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran Matematika SD pada Kurikulum Merdeka seperti TP, ATP, CP dan Modul Pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the mechanism for the appointment and dismissal of Village Apparatus that is not in accordance with the Regulation of the Regent of South Bengkulu Number 09 of 2019 concerning Procedures for the Appointment and Dismissal of Village Apparatus, especially in Penindaian Village, Kedurang Ilir District, South Bengkulu Regency. In addition, this study also examines the mechanism from the perspective of fiqh siyasah tanfidziyah as the basis for Islamic law relating to governance. The type of research used in this study is field research. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. This study found that the mechanism for the appointment and dismissal of Village Apparatus in Penindaian Village, Kedurang Ilir District, South Bengkulu Regency, which is not in accordance with the Regulation of the Regent of South Bengkulu Number 09 of 2019, has had significant legal and social impacts. In addition, the mechanism does not fulfill the principles of fiqh siyasah tanfidziyah, such as equality, brotherhood, accountability, tolerance, freedom, deliberation, justice, balance, moderation, and obedience. The results of this study highlight the importance of enforcing regulations and implementing fiqh siyasah values ​​in village governance to achieve justice and harmony in society.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka ditawarkan pada satuan Pendidikan dengan mengharapkan sekolah penggerak dapat menerapkan kurikulum merdeka dan menjadi contoh bagi sekolah lain yang belum mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum merdeka pada pembelajaran Matematika SD pada sekolah penggerak di kota Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Penggalian data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan trianggulasi sumber dan Teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sekolah penggerak di kota Banjarmain telah mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan maupun evaluasinya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan implementasi kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajaran Matetmatika mulai tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi di SD Penggerak Kota Banjarmasin telah berjalan dengan baik. Dukungan dari pemerintah, dinas pendidikan, komite sekolah, sekolah lainnya, dan orangtua turut memberikan kemajuan dalam implementasi tersebut. Kendati demikian, masih ada satu kendala dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka tersebut, diantaranya adalah perlunya optimalisasi kompetensi guru yang perlu terus dilakukan agar tugas yang dijalankan sebagai seorang pendidik dapat terlaksana secara Optimal. Sharing dan jalinan kerjasama yang baik terkait implementasi kurikulum Merdeka antar elemen yang terkait dalam dunia pendidikan harus terus dilakukan agar implementasi ini dapat berjalan lebih optimal lagi.

Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis akuisisi startup oleh korporasi besar, mengkaji motivasi, dampak, dan faktor kesuksesan dan kegagalan. Fokus pada pertumbuhan, akses inovasi, dan sinergi, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana akuisisi memengaruhi operasi, budaya, dan pertumbuhan startup serta kinerja finansial dan strategi korporasi. Menggunakan tinjauan literatur dari tahun 2018-2023, studi ini menyoroti risiko umum seperti kurangnya due diligence dan overpayment dalam proses akuisisi. Makalah ini berkontribusi memberikan wawasan komprehensif tentang dinamika akuisisi dalam konteks pasar teknologi yang berubah cepat.

Abstract

This study explores the implimentation and implications of Islamic-based environmentally sustainable character education in elementary schools in Banjarmasin. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research focuses on principals, teachers, and students as primary subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation, with. data analysis involving reduction, presentation, and synthesis for conclusions. To ensure data validity, the study employed technical and source triangulation. Findings indicate that Islamic-based environmentally sustainable character education was facilitated through a series of initiatives: daily reporting, the GPS (Garbage Collection Movement), LISA (see trash pickup) practices, community service actvities, establishement of waste banks, composting, nurseries, hydroponics and TOGA (Medicinal Plant Garden), cultivation,water and energy conservation, innovations in environmentally sustainable behaviors, environmental education programs, formation of Adiwiyata cadres, and guidance for Adiwiyata schools. The implications of this approach for elementary schools in Banjarmasin are reflected in four primary components; the establishment of environmentally conscious school policies, integration of environmentally themes within the curriculum, participatory environmental engagement, and the management of eco-friendly facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

educational policies that accommodate the diverse religious backgrounds of students at Muhammadiyah Mataram University. Purpose: This study aims to determine how the theological and juridical perspective of the AIK learning policy for non-Muslim students at Muhammadiyah Mataram University (Ummat). There are 2 focuses of this research, namely how theological and juridical perspective of the AIK learning policy for non-Muslim students at Ummat.  Method: To achieve the intended goal, data collection is carried out using literature studies or literature. All data collected in this study will be analyzed using interactive analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Haberman which consists of three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Result: The results of the research obtained information that in the theological review of the AIK learning policy for non-Muslim students is appropriate because they include ummat dakwah. Conclusion: Likewise, in the juridical perspective, this policy does not conflict with the applicable laws and regulations, because of 3 things, namely Ummat is an Educational Institution with Distinctive Religious Characteristics; they follow AIK learning willingly without any coercion; and AIK learning is used as a medium for intellectual processing and comparative material with the religion they profess
