Abstract

Character education is currently a central issue in the world of education. Wayang Topeng Jombang, with strong historical roots, offers an interesting alternative to enrich the character learning process. This research examines the cultural values of Panji, which is inherited through Wayang Topeng Jombang, can be a source of inspiration in shaping students' characters. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods to explore the deep meaning of Panji's cultural values in Wayang Topeng Jombang. Data were collected through a descriptive qualitative approach. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the Panji values found have significant relevance in the context of character education. The implication of this study is the need to develop an educational program that integrates Wayang Topeng Jombang as a learning medium to instill character values in students.

Abstract

Dalam dunia industri saat ini banyak produk yang dihasilkan secara massal yang dituntut untuk memiliki ketelitian yang tinggi, agar menjaga kualitas produk yang dihasilkan, maka diperlukanlah suatu alat yang dapat mendukung kinerja di bidang industri dan lengan robot merupakan salah satu jenis robot yang banyak digunakan terutama pada industri otomotif dan elektronik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang prototipe manipulator lengan robot berbasis Mikrokontroller dan untuk mengetahui serta memahami prinsip kerja lengan robot yang banyak digunakan dalam dunia industri. Hasil dari penelitian ini, yaitu prototipe manipulator lengan robot 4 dof ini dapat dikendalikan dengan potensiometer, apabila input potensiometer pada manipulator lengan robot 4 dof dalam keadaan aktif, maka lengan robot siap menerima perintah dari potensiometer. Prototipe manipulator lengan robot ini berfungsi dengan baik berdasarkan kinerja lengan robot yang mampu mengangkat dan memindahkan beban dengan berat maksimal 140 gram. Adapun prinsip kerja dari prototipe manipulator lengan robot, yaitu potensoimeter sebagai alat kontrol untuk menggerakkan lengan robot, kemudian LCD akan menampilkan status di setiap perputaran dan pergerakan robot dalam bentuk derajat.

Abstract

Belajar mandiri diartikan sebagai melakukan suatu pekerjaan dengan cara memberikan pengetahuan kepada kelompok lain. Pemilihan metode kuantitatif dan deskriptif dengan menggunakan studi kausal digunakan dalam penelitian melalui survei dan menyebarkan kuuesioner. Populasi yang diambil sebagai sampel dalam penelitian mencakup semua mahasiswa jurusan administrasi perkantoran yang telah mengikuti magang jumlah responden sebanyak 48 orang untuk di analisis, dengan model non probability dan sampling jenuh. Hasilpenelitian membuktikan pengalaman magsng berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam pengujian parsial maupun silmultan terhadap kesiapankerja, berdasarkan olahan menggunakan SPSS25. Hasil olah data hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh signifikansi f sebesar 0,000 < 0,005, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti kesiapan kerja dapat dipengaruhi olehpengalaman magang sebesar 0.607 atau sebesar 60.7%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by behavior that does not follow Islamic business ethics principles based on initial observations made by the author through interviews with two fish merchants. The purpose of this study is to find out how the behavior of fish traders and the application of Islamic business ethics to the conduct of fish merchants at Mentaya fish market, Sampit City. This research is field research, with the subject being fish merchants who sell on fishing boats in the Mentaya Fish Market, Sampit City, totaling ten informants. The analysis used in presenting and compiling the data is descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of this study: First, the Islamic business ethics behavior of 10 fish traders at the Mentaya fish market in Sampit City can be seen from several behaviors such as Free Will, Responsibility/Trust, Honesty, and Delivering. All traders apply these behaviors. Meanwhile, according to the conduct of Tauhid/Unity, only 4 out of 10 fish merchants have implemented this behavior, and for Fair behavior, 8 out of 10 traders have implemented this behavior. Second, judging from the application of Islamic business ethics to the conduct of fish merchants at the Mentaya fish market, Sampit City, who has implemented Islamic business ethics behavior as a whole, from 10 informants, only two people, or about 20%.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in Kelindang Atas Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency with the theme of Training on the Use of Digital Marketing (E-Commerce) for Digital-Based Oyster Mushroom MSMEs in Kelindang Atas Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency, where this training method was carried out using workshop on the use of digital marketing (E-Commerce), how to open a shop in an online store and how to do digital branding. The aim is for MSME players in Kelindang Atas Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency to gain additional insight into digital marketing concepts and technological products used for product marketing, provide training and simulations about the use of digital media in product marketing, compose effective persuasive messages which is interesting and provides solutions or problem solving to enable MSME players to promote products through digital media, so that people know how to use digital marketing (E-Commerce) properly and correctly and on target. So, it is able to increase the income of MSME players and can market products better by combining marketing both conventionally and online.

Abstract

Happiness is a theme that people always talk about. What is its essence and what paths should be taken to get it. But not every human being can find an easy and correct path to achieve his or her goals of happiness. The word that means happiness in the Qur'an is mentioned using several words, faroha or al-farah as one of the words that means happiness is found in 22 verses with various derivations. To facilitate understanding of the lafadz, this research will focus on the meaning of happiness on the lafadz al-farah according to the interpretation of al-Maraghi. This study uses the method of literature or library research with descriptive analytical approach or thematic studies. The results of research and discussion obtained are that the meaning of happiness in lafadz al-farah is generally divided into two; happiness that is positive and happiness that is negative. Positive happiness, such as happiness that comes from the grace of Allah, is happiness that brings gratitude and joy. While negative happiness such as worldly happiness and happiness that makes us arrogant and proud of ourselves is happiness that is ephemeral, temporary and not infrequently also becomes a sin. Some of the meanings of happiness that the author gets from the verses with the word al-farah are; Happiness for disobeying Allah's commands, happiness in disobedience, happiness that causes pride and pride, happiness over the blessings of the world, happiness for the grace of Allah, and happiness over the suffering of others.

Abstract

This study looks at the idea of hedonism from Tafsir Al-Maraghi's point of view, as well as what it means and what its implications are in the Koran. The excess or overspending of the riches and blessings sent by God is the hedonism discussed in this study. Stated differently, hedonism is sometimes referred to as consumptiveness or wastefulness. Known for its comprehensive and topical analysis of the Koran and social life, Tafsir Al-Maraghi is a well-known tafsir that can offer significant insights on this particular theme. The objective of this study is to examine Tafsir Al-Maraghi's definition of hedonism, with particular attention on how pertinent verses from the Koran are interpreted. This study makes use of library research or research from libraries. This kind of library research uses written resources such as books, documents, and the like as its primary source of data. The Al-Maraghi commentary book by Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi serves as the primary source for this study. The findings of the study demonstrate that hedonism is a reprehensible characteristic that stems from liver illness and negatively affects both social and personal life. The significant significance of the concept of hedonism is revealed by Al-Maraghi's interpretation, which links it to the ideas of monotheism, asceticism, and qona'ah. It also emphasizes how crucial it is to abstain from hedonism in order to preserve the world and the afterlife.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang dimensi good corporate governance dan nilai perusahaan melalui system corporate social responsibility telah banyak dilakukan, namun hasil yang diperoleh tidak memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan. Kinerja keuangan yang dalam hal ini dinilai dengan Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, namun ada juga temuan bahwa ROA berpengaruh negatif. Peneliti memperkirakan ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengkaji dimensi GCG dan Penciptaan nilai perusahaan melalui CSR yang berdampak pada kinerja keuangan, 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh CSR yang berdampak pada kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 183 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2020 sebagai sampel dengan 92 observasi. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi moderat untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaktif variabel. Nilai perusahaan diukur menggunakan Tobin's Q, sedangkan pengungkapan CSR dan GCG masing-masing diukur dengan Indeks CSR dan kepemilikan manajerial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Return on asset terbukti berpengaruh positif secara statistik pada Good Corporate Govarnace dan penciptaan nilai perusahaan guna mendukung kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan 2) Pengungkapan nilai Corporate Sosial Responsibility terbukti berpengaruh positif secara statistis pada hubungan return on asset dan peningkatan kinerja keuangan atau dengan kata lain CSR variabel pemoderasi dalam kaitannya dengan hubungan return on asset dan nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Breast milk is the perfect food for babies. Breast milk contains essential and complete nutrients that babies need for their growth and development. However, in reality, there are still many mothers who do not provide exclusive breastfeeding due to various factors, one of which is breast milk that is not smooth. Breast care is an effort to launch breast milk production, so that it meets the needs of the baby. The purpose of this activity is to conduct community service by providing breast care training towards exclusive breastfeeding success for breastfeeding mothers in Kalanganyar Village, Sedati, Sidoarjo. Activities include pretest, training, discussion and question and answer, and posttest to evaluate the level of understanding of breastfeeding mothers. After the training, 90% of pregnant women had good knowledge

Abstract

This writing aims to compile financial reports on UMKM Kemplang Pak Effendi using the UKM Accounting application. The data used were obtained from the company through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Based on the data obtained, UMKM Kemplang Pak Effendi, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of kemplang, only records cash income and disbursements without preparing financial reports. This SME accounting application aims to assist MSME players in compiling their business financial reports. Based on the results of the writing, the SME Accounting application can help Kemplang Mr. Effendi's MSMEs to compile financial reports. However, the drawback of this application is that the name of the financial report does not match the applicable accounting standards. Keywords: Financial, Report, Android, Application, UMKM
