Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran kepemimpinan inovatif kepala sekolah dalam implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS) di SDN Patia 1. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah mempraktikkan kepemimpinan inovatif melalui pengambilan keputusan partisipatif, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pengelolaan administrasi, serta penguatan budaya sekolah berbasis kolaborasi dan inovasi. Strategi inovatif ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru, keterlibatan orang tua, dan pencapaian siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan yang adaptif, kreatif, dan komunikatif menjadi kunci keberhasilan MBS, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan di lingkungan pendidikan dasar. Temuan ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pelatihan kepemimpinan inovatif bagi kepala sekolah serta penguatan dukungan stakeholder dalam mendukung MBS yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana integrasi antara manajemen sekolah dan standar penilaian pendidikan dapat mendukung pembelajaran yang berkualitas, dengan studi kasus di SDN Serang 04. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya peran manajemen sekolah dalam mengelola sumber daya pendidikan dan implementasi standar penilaian yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan pengawas sekolah, observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran dan manajemen, serta dokumentasi terkait kebijakan dan hasil penilaian peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi yang harmonis antara kebijakan manajemen sekolah termasuk pengelolaan kurikulum, tenaga pendidik, dan sarana prasarana dengan penerapan standar penilaian yang objektif dan berkelanjutan, mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang efektif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara pemangku kepentingan di sekolah menjadi faktor pendukung utama dalam menjaga konsistensi dan kualitas proses pembelajaran. Temuan ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru dan kepala sekolah dalam manajemen berbasis mutu dan praktik penilaian autentik sebagai strategi peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dasar secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Integrasi media digital dalam kegiatan pembelajaran memberikan kontribusi penting dalam menciptakan linkungan belajar yang menyenangkan dan optimal bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Teknologi digital saat ini berkembang begitu pesat menuntut dunia pendidikan untuk menyesuaikan metode pembelajaran agar tetap relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman. Di era abad ke-21, pemanfaatan media digital dalam pembelajaran menjadi suatu keharusan untuk menjawab tantangan global serta meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji dampak penggunaan media pembelajaran digital terhadap motivasi serta prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah dasar, dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data primer dari penelitian berupa artikel dari jurnal ilmiah yang dicari dengan Google scholar, Publish or Perish (POP), dan Doaj, artikel yang dipilih adalah artikel penelitan kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan R&D yang terkumpul sebanyak 50 buah. Artikel dipilih sesuai dengan pembahasan kemudian dianalisis dan diiterpretasikan secara deskriftif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital terbukti mampu meningkatkan semangat belajar dan capaian akademik peserta didik. Selama proses pembelajaran, siswa menunjukkan sikap yang lebih antusias serta keterlibatan aktif dalam kegiatan belajar.

Abstract

Pituitary Tanscription Factor 1 (POU1F1) has been identified as the pituitary spesific transcription factor that regulates the expression of the growth hormone (GH) and prolactin (PRL) in the anterior pituitary. The objective of this research is identification the polymorphism of POU1F1 gene of etawah grade goat in BPTU KDI-HPT Pelaihari South Kalimantan use Polymerase Chain Reaction- Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). PCR products of POU1F1 digested with Hinf1 enzyme which restric G|AnTC.  Samples are used as the material of DNA from blood samples of 115 PE goats.  POU1F1 gene amplification was performed with annealing temperature of 62 oC for 20 seconds resulting in a fragment with the length of 601 bp which is located at intron 5 and exon 6. The result of PCR-RFLP analysis indicated that the POU1F1 gene was monomorphic.  B allele had 3 fragments at 275, 243, and 83 bp respectively.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate effect of genetic and non genetic factor on the gestation length (GL) and calf survival to weaning (CS) of Bali cattle. Data were analyzed using Generalized Linier Model (SAS) to observe non-genetic effect. To evaluate the genetic effect, the estimations of heritability were done using Mixed Models analysis with the dam and sire as random effect and parity, year of birth and type of mating as fixed effect in the model besides the residual. The results showed non genetic factors except type of mating influenced the variability of gestation length (GL) and calf survival to weaning (CS) in Bali cattle. The result showed that dam year of birth and parity were found significant source of variation in the gestation length, whereas calf survival to weaning were affected of age of dam and year of birth.  Estimated heritability of  GL and CS were 0.68 ± 0.07  and 0.28 ± 0.09, respectively. With regards to genetic effect, estimated heritability of GL was considered higher (0.68), which means that GL information would be more effective as a selection criteria. Selection for shorter GL might be reduce calving problems with less impact on calf survival to weaning.

Abstract

Bali cattle is indigenous livestock genetic resources which have distinctive features and ability to grow well in a variety of environments in Indonesia. The aim of this study was to determine the phenotypic profile of Bali cattle in some breeding centers which represented by BPTU Pulukan Bali, VBC Kab. Barru South Sulawesi and BPTHMT Serading NTB. Data were analyzed by using Principal Component Analysis (SAS) to determine the size identifier which was influenced by the environmental factors and genetic factors form  the basic information on the characteristics of Bali cattle. The parameters such as dimensions and body weight of Bali cattle due to the possibility of differences in genetic potential, location of origin, implementation of the mating system and environmental management including maintenance were observed. The result showed Bali cattle body size on BPTHMT Serading NTB  were smaller (P <0.5) compared to the body size of Bali cattle in BPTU Pulukan Bali and VBC Kab. Barru South Sulawesi while Bali cattle in BPTU Pulukan Bali and VBC Kab. Barru South Sulawesi were relatively similar. Chest girth measured on the body has the highest correlation with body weight in Bali cattle both in males and females in different breeding centers.The size score and the shape between Bali cattle breeding centers in the male and female Bali cattle showed its own characteristics due to their respective locations. Identifier the size of Bali cattle at NTB Serading BPTMHT showed relatively smaller than Bali Cattle in BPTU Pulukan Bali and VBC Kab. Barru SouthSulawesi. Identifier the same shape among all three populations showed the breeding centers have the samecharacteristic genetically.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the effect of restricted feeding on muscovy duck performance’s in grower period, the development of reproduction organ, puberty characteristic, egg production, and blood lavel of cholesterol and trigliseride. Total 32 of female muscovy duck , 8-22 weeks age ware evaluated in this research. A completely randomized design with 3 level treatments were used to arrange the treatments. The treatments of restricted feeding were ad libitum consumption ( P1); 70% ad libitum (P2) and 40 % ad libitum (P3). The diet contain 22% crude protein (0-3 weeks age), 18% crude protein (4-7 weeks age), and 14% crude protein (8-22 weeks age). The parameters observed were: performance’s in grower period (feed consumption, body weight, total daily gain), puberty characteristic (puberty age, body weight on puberty, first egg weight), egg production on first cycle, the development of reproduction organ, and blood lavel of cholesterol and trigliseride. The results showed that body weight of muscovy duck P2 and P3 lower then P1. The restricted feeding could delayed development of folicle ovary and  age puberty. The blood level of cholesterol’s muscovy duck P2 and P3 lower then moscovy duck P1.

Abstract

Development of cattle in the Papua region still faces many obstacles, particularly the limited number of cattle population and the quality of the animal dominated by bali cattle. This study aimed to evaluate the productivity of bali cattle and their crosses with limousin and simental through artificial insemination. This study was carried out on December 2016 to February 2017  in the Arso and Skanto Districts, Keerom Regency, Papua. Ninty four heads of used in this study, comprising 57 bali catsle, 18 bali x limousin and 19  bali x simmental crosses through artificial insemination programe. Parameters vanahle included reproduction characteristics, body weight and linear body measurement.  The observation were conducted of calf (<12 month), young (13-24 month) and adult animal(>25 month).  The results indicated that the female bali cattle and their crosses with limousin and simmental raised on forage based feed showed different reproduction and production perfomances.  The cross bred cow (bali x limousin and bali x simmental) tended to have longer age at first mating, higher service per conception and lower calving rate.  Based on forage feed, the cross bred cow had significantly (P<0.05) higher body weight and body frame size, particularly body weght, hip height, body lengt and heart girh at adult age.  In general, the crosses between bali and limousin or simmental for cow-calf production could be developed on a forage based feed at Keerom District, Papua.

Abstract

Aceh cattle  is one of four local cattle breeds (Aceh, Bali, Madura, and pesisir), and Ongole crossbreed is also regarded as the local cattle breed in Indonesia.  They are most likely to be well adapted to the environment, including disease, climate, feed and water availability. This study aims to determine the body size characteristics of Aceh, Bali, and Ongole crossbreed cattles. As many as 20 heads of Aceh, Bali, and Ongole crossbreed cattle respectively were used for measurement of 18 body parameters. Data obtained was then subkecyed to analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Principle Component Analysis (PCA). The results showed that morphometric measurements of Aceh, Ongole crossbreed, and Bali cattle were significantly different (P<0.05). PCA results showed that body measurement was detemined by chest circumference at Bali cattle, neck height at Ongole crossbreed, body length, and chest circumference at Aceh cattle. Meanwhile the shape components were chest widht at Ongole crossbreed and Bali cattle and thoracic part at Aceh cattle. This result should conribute to  phenotype profilinge of Bali cattle, Ongole crossbreed, and Aceh cattle, whic is important for cattle breeding and conservation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Etawah-grade goat is a graded up line between kacang and etawah goats, which well adapted to Indonesia’s humid tropical climate. The good reproductive trait of Etawah-grade does are inherited from kacang goat (prolific goat). This study used six heads of Etawah-grade does at 1–2 years old (I1 dental condition). IPB University. The body variables were withers height, hip height, body length, chest width, chest depth, thurl width, rump length, chest girth, and cannon circumference, whereas for head variables were acrocranion–prosthion, basion–prosthion, lower jaw length, head height, tuber facial left-right, nasion–rhinion, entorbitale left-right, euryon left-right, supraorbitale left-right. Body score and head score were obtained from Principal Component Analysis (PCA). PCR-RFLP technique was used to determine genotypes of fecundity genes BMP15 (exon 1), BMPR1B (exon 1), KISS1 (exon 1) and KISS1 (intron 1) with restriction enzymes AluI (AG|CT), SduI (GDGCH|C), BsrI (ACTGG|) and MwoI (GCCTAAG|TAGC), respectively. Progesterone leves were measured by EIA (enzyme immuno assay). The results showed that the association between crude fat consumption and progesterone profile was found in this study, but it was not related to twin births with certain genotypes of gene fecundity BMP15 (exon 1), BMPR1B (exon 1), KISS1 (exon 1) and KISS1 (intron 1). The progesterone profile during the pregnancy period did not correlate to their body size and head size.
