Abstract

The development of the car assembly industry in Indonesia is increasing from year to year and competition is getting tighter. To be able to compete in the competition, a system with low costs is needed. Logistics is an activity that does not add value and logistics is also included in the price formation elements. Logistics costs in Indonesia are high, reaching 30% of the total product. Waiting time for containers to be unloaded is a hidden cost and can reduce service levels. The aim of this research is to reduce waste when waiting to unload containers which is related to the capacity of the area waiting to unload containers. The method used is the Multiple-Channel Queuing Model queuing method where analysis is carried out to reduce waiting time so that there are no containers waiting outside the cross-dock warehouse. The results of the research found that by increasing the number of containers unloading docks, the unloading time could be reduced from 2.25 hours to 1 hour and increase the service level where the container waiting area which initially required 5 parking lots became 2 container parking lots. Not only can it reduce the number of queues outside the warehouse and reduce waiting times. In this study, it was found that by adding docking from 2 to 3, it can make a cost reduction of 1 million per month because there is no need to pay overtime costs to unload containers.

Abstract

Many manufacturing industries in the world use the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) approach in analyzing and improving waste activities and reducing production defects. The Textile and Product Textile (TPT) industry can also be easily implemented because this industry is a labor-intensive industry. However, in its development, no one has analyzed the sigma level in the TPT industry by reviewing studies. The sigma level obtained from various sources and various types of TPT industries cannot yet be concluded about the sigma level value for each type of industry. This research points to look at writing articles related to LSS, particularly within the TPT industry. This inquire about employments the clustering strategy, specifically a refinement research strategy taken within the TPT industry within the writing review. This ask around found dispersions of 55 articles that were effectively studied inside the composing with the Six Sigma technique being the preeminent broadly utilized and more explore objects based on the tall quality of 41 articles. Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatar belakang kecenderungan terjadinya penurunan jumlah pasien rawat inap yang kembali dirawat di Rumah Sakit Primaya Bekasi Barat. Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh marketing mix dan perceived service quality terhadap revisit intention yang dimediasi oleh patients’ perceived satisfaction. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat inap yang kembali dirawat di Rumah Sakit Primaya Bekasi barat sebanyak 283 orang dari total rata-rata populasi selama Januari – Juni 2024 sebanyak 963 orang pasien. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan G-Form melalui aplikasi whatsapp. Metode kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur untuk mencari model persamaan struktural yang cocok dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4.1.0. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: 1) marketing mix berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap patients’ perceived satisfaction.; 2) perceived service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap patients’ perceived satisfaction.; 3) marketing mix berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention; 4) perceived service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention; 5) patients’ perceived satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention; 6) patients’ perceived satisfaction. mampu memediasi pengaruh positif dan signifikan marketing mix terhadap revisit intention; dan 7) patients’ perceived satisfaction. mampu memediasi pengaruh positif dan signifikan perceived service quality terhadap revisit intention

Abstract

This study proposes an integrated spare part inventory control decision-making model using AHP-TOPSIS and MUSIC-3D. While previous studies applied these methods independently, this research combines them within a general trading context to address procurement prioritization and inventory segmentation. AHP was used to assign weights to three inventory criteria: annual consumption (ABC), turnover rate (FSN), and unit price (HML). These weights informed the TOPSIS ranking of 50 spare parts, identifying high-priority items such as MRCT 430 and WLOR XR96. MUSIC-3D further classified items into 16 multidimensional categories to support differentiated control strategies. A one-month implementation at PT. BATI demonstrated improvements in stock control and cost efficiency. Abstract

This research aims to identify the causes of production defects in Corrugated Medium Paper (CMP) products at a paper manufacturing company using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. Based on observations and production data from the period of September to December 2024, it was found that the product defect rate reached 2%, exceeding the company’s target of 0.3%. The main type of defect identified was unstable grammage, with the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) of 128, indicating the need for special attention. The FMEA method was applied through nine stages to analyze failures in the production process. The analysis results show that the primary causes of product defects involve human factors, machinery, raw materials, methods, and the environment. One significant cause was operator inaccuracy during the raw material sorting process, substandard raw material quality, and lack of maintenance on machine components such as the Auto Valve Dilution. The analysis was complemented with a Fishbone Diagram to identify the root causes of the problem. Improvement recommendations include enhanced supervision during raw material sorting, more rigorous inspections every 30 minutes during production, and regular checks and repairs on critical machine components. The implementation of these measures is expected to minimize production defects, improve product quality, increase productivity, and reduce company losses

Abstract

PT. X merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang elektronik. Dalam proses stock opname terdapat selisih antara stok sistem dengan stok aktual pada bulan Januari sampai Desember 2024. Jumlah rata-rata persentase selisih yaitu 2,49% yang tidak memenuhi target manajemen yang memiliki target 2%. Rata-rata hasil nilai DPMO (Defects per Million Opportunities) yang dihitung sebesar 61131,94 dan rata-rata nilai sigma sebesar 3,05. Nilai ini masih cukup baik dibanding rata-rata industri umum di indonesia yaitu sebesar 3 sigma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya selisih stok pada proses stock opname, untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa pengendalian akurasi stok melalui pendekatan six sigma dengan lima tahapan yaitu DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control), serta memberikan solusi perbaikan stock opname yang terjadi pada line A PT. X. Dengan melakukan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan metode Six Sigma DMAIC ini, diharapkan pengendalian dan perbaikan akurasi stok membuat stock opname semakin membaik.

Abstract

The use of technology and the internet in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has the potential to improve product marketing strategies. E-commerce, as a product sales platform, is currently becoming popular and widely used. The number of e-commerce users continues to grow because of the ease of getting the desired product. Low interest in repurchasing needs to be considered in management's perspective to improve strategic planning and company services. The researchers point out that repurchase intentions are a much-studied topic in the current era of globalization. For this reason, this research will examine the influence of brand reputation and service quality on repurchase interest on the Shopee e-commerce platform. Data processing using SmartPLS software. The results of the validity and reliability tests for the indicators used showed validity and reliability and the results of the classical assumption test showed no multicollinearity in the variables. The results of the hypothesis test partially show that brand reputation does not have a significant influence on repurchase interest, while service quality has a significant influence on repurchase interest.

Abstract

The FMCG manufacturing industry faces complex challenges in the supply chain, where supplier performance evaluation is a crucial factor in maintaining production continuity. PT XYZ currently conducts supplier evaluations in a general manner without considering specific segmentation, making it less effective in identifying strategic suppliers and managing risks. The Purchasing portfolio matrix classifies raw materials into strategic, leverage, bottleneck and non-critical groups based on supply risk and profit impact. Meanwhile, the Supplier Potential Matrix (SPM) adds the dimensions of supplier capability and willingness in innovation and collaboration. The combination of these two methods can enhance the effectiveness of supplier evaluation, support procurement strategies, and ensure more optimal business relationships. The weighting of each criterion will be carried out using the Best-Worst Method. Next, the scoring process is conducted based on 13 agreed criteria for each evaluated supplier, totaling 148 suppliers. The results of data processing will be used for segmentation using a hybrid PPM-SPM model. Recommendations are provided for selecting the appropriate supplier relationship management strategy for each supplier segment.

Abstract

This study investigates the classification of West and South Sundanese dialects using Random Forest (RF) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). Using a dataset of 100 recordings with features extracted via Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC), models were evaluated by accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Results show RF achieved an accuracy of 93.33%, outperforming SVM's 73.33%. The analysis demonstrates that RF is more reliable in distinguishing dialectal features. This research contributes to regional speech recognition, supporting language preservation and improved dialectal analysis.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal telah menjadi fokus utama di banyak negara, dengan UKM dan organisasi menjadi motor penting dalam perekonomian. Peran vital UKM dan organisasi dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja, menggerakkan pertumbuhan, dan meningkatkan inklusivitas ekonomi telah diakui secara luas. Namun terdapat tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UKM dan organisasi, terutama dalam mengadopsi inovasi teknologi, menjadi kritis dalam upaya mereka untuk berkembang dan berkontribusi secara optimal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang bagaimana inovasi teknologi dapat didorong di kalangan UKM dan organisasi untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini dengan melakukan penyuluhan secara daring selama 1 hari dengan model penyuluhan secara teori dan demontrasi, sesi tanya jawab dan diskusi antara peserta dan narasumber. Pengabdian ini menghasilkan bahwa UKM dan organisasi yang mampu mengadopsi teknologi memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi pilar dalam ekosistem ekonomi lokal yang kuat, memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan pada pertumbuhan ekonomi, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan keberlanjutan ekonomi di tingkat lokal. Dengan dukungan yang tepat, UKM dan organisasi dapat menjadi kekuatan penting dalam memajukan ekonomi lokal menuju arah yang lebih berkelanjutan dan inklusif.
