Abstract

This research aims to determine the village government's strategy in empowering the community's economy and the obstacles through BUMDES Bangun Mandiri Dfesa Bekiung, Kuala District. Qualitative research with questionnaire instruments, interviews and document studies. The informants in this research included the Village Head, Director and Treasurer of BUMDES, as well as the community. Research findings 1) the village government's strategy in empowering the community's economy is carried out by providing savings and loan business capital loans, a profit sharing system scheme. 2) providing entrepreneurial assistance and training by BUMDES administrators to the community, as well as encouraging community participation to help advance the business unit. 3) the obstacles include the lack of capital owned by BUMDES, the lack of skills and expertise of human resources in managing BUMDES and institutional management which is still not running optimally and the lack of community participation.

Abstract

Electrical energy is derived from the movement of electric charges due to a potential difference. Beyond housing, clothing, and food, electricity is a fundamental necessity, providing not only illumination but also powering various daily activities. Indonesia is rich in both fossil and renewable energy sources. However, the focus has predominantly been on fossil fuels, despite the fact that the electricity sector contributes 31% to global greenhouse gas emissions. Renewable energy, such as biomass, wind, water, and solar, offers sustainable alternatives. To foster early understanding and innovation in alternative energy, the author has developed "Ecowatt," a web-based educational application created using Unity and WebGL. This application aims to introduce children to the concept of alternative energy, inspiring them to develop eco-friendly energy solutions in the future. The author distributes the EcoWatt application through the website ecowatt.fun to achieve more efficient distribution, thereby fulfilling the purpose of this application's research.

Abstract

Hubungan hukum antara dokter dan pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan disebut perjanjian terapeutik, yang memberi dokter kewenangan untuk memberikan layanan medis, pengobatan, dan perawatan sesuai keahliannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif untuk membahas informed consent sebagai bentuk persetujuan dalam perjanjian terapeutik. Data diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa informed consent penting untuk perlindungan hukum semua pihak dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Praktik kedokteran mencakup upaya kuratif, preventif, promotif, dan rehabilitatif, di mana tindakan medis harus mendapat persetujuan pasien atau walinya guna menghindari wanprestasi, perbuatan melawan hukum, atau malpraktik. Pemahaman tentang informed consent menjadi krusial dalam penerapan regulasi kesehatan, seperti UU Kesehatan No. 17 Tahun 2023 dan aturan lainnya. Dengan pemahaman ini, diharapkan strategi yang efektif dapat dikembangkan untuk menjaga integritas dokter, tenaga kesehatan, dan rumah sakit dalam menghadapi perubahan serta tuntutan masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Transformational leadership greatly influences the management innovation and market performance of consumer good companies enterprises. According to the survey data about 244 employees of consumer goods companies, an empirical study was conducted on the relationship between transformational leadership, management innovation, knowledge sharing, market performance of consumer good companies enterprises, and analysis was made on the mediating effect of management innovation and knowledge sharing. The results showed that knowledge sharing has no significant effect on the market performance of consumer goods companies. Management innovation has not a significant effect on the market performance of consumer goods companies. Transformational leadership has no significant effect on the knowledge sharing of consumer goods companies. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on management innovation of consumer goods. Transformational leadership has no significant positive effect on the market performance of consumer goods companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan becak motor sebagai alat transportasi umum di Kota Pasuruan dan penilaian terhadap tingkat keselamatannya. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitaif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis guttman. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa aspek kenyamanan dan keselamatan adalah faktor utama pertimbangan masyarakat dalam memilih becak motor. Analisis skala guttman menggambarkan tingkat keselamatan becak motor berada dalam kategori buruk, dengan indeks keselamatan sebesar 39%, dan sebagian besar pernyataan dalam skala guttman menunjukkan hasil negatif dan sebagian besar pernyataan menunjukkan hasil negatif. Observasi lapangan juga menunjukkan bahwa becak motor tidak memenuhi faktor-faktor teknis keselamatan dan dianggap ilegal sebagai angkutan publik. Rekomendasi penelitian mencakup peningkatan sosialisasi keselamatan, peningkatan standar keselamatan, pemeriksaan rutin kendaraan, dan tindakan tegas dari pemerintah untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan dari becak motor. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pemerintah daerah dan pemangku kepentingan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan efisiensi becak motor sebagai transportasi umum.

Abstract

Based on the result of Grand Competition and National Strategic research, a result is obtained the field of modification and engineering of audio technology (AOGS; Audio Organic Growth System) unifying foliar and audio intensity variable optimization, which are optimum frequency and intensity to increase productivity and quality of plants which is in accordance with the effort to increase food resilience. This result is definitely very useful to food plant farmers to increase their crop productivity, such that in this community service the activities will be done with some objectives, viz.: (1) introduce the AOGS technology device which uses local insects (garengpung and jangkring, kinjengtangis) as sound sources and also how to operate it; (2) increasing plant productivity (chilli, ground peanut, and onion) which is managed by farmers through application of AOGS technology; and (3) increasing synergic cooperation between farmers and the university. The activities of this community service are done in the framework of workshop starting from introducing SC-AOGS technology, using SC-AOGS device, and through field tests. The achievement indicators of this excellence community service, can be observed from several aspects, including (1) the number of farmers that participate in the workshop is quite a lot and is the target to spread throughout the technology resulted from this community service;(2) the crop harvested turns out to increase such that has an impact on the income of farmers; (3) from the process itself, the involvement of farmers are enthusiastic and spirited. Important events which are observed throughout the activity are (1) AOGS technology initially introduced is considered not known by participants, but after some explanations they understand that this technology is very simple, natural, and environment friendly, and can be easily reproduce by farmers in Kricaan Mesir village, Salam, Magelang District; (2) the participants look enthusiastic with the workshop topics, in the discussion, and actively trying the AOGS device; and also (3) participants are trained to construct and use AOGS and describe implementation plan, which is then given guidance and the device to use

Abstract

Bird sound classification is a valuable tool in ecological monitoring and species identification, particularly for non-invasive assessment in natural environments. However, challenges such as limited labeled data and environmental noise often reduce the reliability of classification models. This study presents a lightweight bird sound classification pipeline that integrates signal preprocessing, audio augmentation, and machine learning to address these issues. Two bird species with distinct vocal characteristics, Pelung (a crossbreed involving Bangkok chickens) and Canary (Serinus canaria), were used as case subjects. A total of 40 original 2-second audio clips were extracted from longer field recordings, then processed through frame-based energy attenuation, bandpass filtering (1"“8 kHz), and RMS normalization. Ten augmentation techniques were applied to each original file to improve generalization, generating 400 augmented files for model training. Feature extraction was performed using 13-dimensional Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCCs), and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was used to visualize the effect of filtering. Classification was conducted using a Support Vector Machine (SVM) with a radial basis function (RBF) kernel. Results showed that filtering improved classification accuracy from 90% to 95% on the original data. Furthermore, using only augmented data for training and original data for testing yielded 100% classification accuracy, demonstrating excellent generalization. This study highlights the effectiveness of combining adaptive preprocessing and augmentation for reliable bird sound classification under limited and noisy conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui karakteristik suara alat musik gender pada gamelan Kiai Harjo Mulyo; (2) menghasilkan suara rekonstruksi yang mirip dengan suara asli. Adapun maksud lain dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melestarikan budaya tradisional di bidang seni musik, khususnya alat musik gender pada gamelan Kiai Harjo Mulyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan rekaman suara gender Kiai Harjo Mulyo hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan di Kraton. Dari rekaman tersebut dilakukan analisis dengan metode DFT yang diterapkan pada algoritma pemrograman MATLAB. Kemudian, data bagian real   dan imajiner   hasil DFT, dianalisis untuk memperoleh koefisien redaman  . Setelah itu, dilakukan proses rekonstruksi dengan menggabungkan variabel-variabel yang telah diperoleh. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan variabel-variabel penyusun karakteristik suara gender. Beberapa variabel yang dimaksud antara lain, frekuensi, amplitudo, koefisien Fourier kompleks (diurai menjadi bagian real dan imajiner), serta koefisien redamannya. Selain itu, telah diperoleh suara hasil rekonstruksi yang mendekati suara aslinya. Meskipun begitu, masih terdapat bagian suara yang tidak mirip dengan rekaman asli.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of shift work system and workload on employee productivity in the production department of PT Setia Raya Mandiri, Serang Regency branch, and to provide recommendations that can help companies improve work effectiveness and reduce the level of rejects. This type of research is related to descriptive quantitative research. The subjects or participants in this study were all employees of PT Setia Raya Mandiri, Production Department, Serang Regency Branch, totaling 41 people. Primary data were collected through a closed questionnaire method distributed to employees online. Data obtained from the results of distributing the questionnaire were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of relationships between variables. Furthermore, relationship analysis was used to determine the relationship or influence between the variables studied, with the help of SPSS statistical software version 26.0. Validity testing was carried out by comparing the calculated r and table r values using SPSS. Items are declared valid if calculated r > table r. Reliability testing used the Cronbach's Alpha method, with reliable criteria if the alpha value > 0.70, which indicates that the instrument is consistent and reliable. This study shows that the shift work system and workload have an effect on employee productivity at PT Setia Raya Mandiri. Partially, the shift work system has a positive effect with a significance value of 0.013, while the workload also shows a significant effect with a significance value of 0.00. Simultaneously, the two variables explain 72.5% of the variation in employee productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of workload and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Thena Ely Sejahtera, South Tangerang City. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for policy making in human resource management, especially in increasing employee productivity and welfare. This research is included in the explanatory quantitative category, namely research that aims to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This approach is used to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance. The subjects of the study were all employees of PT. Thena Ely Sejahtera in South Tangerang City, totaling 43 people. The total sampling technique was used, with the number of respondents actively filling out the questionnaire as many as 30 people. Data were collected through closed questionnaires compiled using a Likert scale of 1–5. The questionnaire was distributed online using digital communication media to reach all respondents efficiently. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of workload and work environment on employee performance. The analysis process was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 25 program, and was preceded by descriptive statistical analysis. This study shows that workload and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Thena Ely Sejahtera. Partially, workload has a positive effect with a significance value of 0.015, while the work environment has a dominant and significant effect with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, both variables explain 69.8% of the variation in employee performance. This confirms that proper workload division and the creation of a conducive work environment are very important to increase productivity
