Abstract

Objective This systematic literature review (SLR) explores the determinants influencing revisit intention in various contexts, particularly in tourism and hospitality. Revisit intention, a critical indicator of customer loyalty, determines the likelihood of a customer returning to a destination or service. Understanding its determinants is vital for improving customer retention strategies and enhancing service offerings. This study aims to identify recurring themes and novel determinants shaping revisit intention. Method: Articles were selected through a systematic search on ScienceDirect using the keywords “determinants of revisit intention.” A total of 30 peer-reviewed articles published between 2016 and 2025 were included. A descriptive approach was employed to synthesize findings, categorizing the determinants into thematic clusters. Results: The review identified critical determinants such as customer satisfaction, destination image, perceived value, and service quality. Emerging factors, including technological integration and sustainability, also play significant roles in shaping revisit intentions. Novelty: This study provides a comprehensive synthesis of recent developments in revisit intention research, offering theoretical and managerial implications for improving consumer retention strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this PPDM is to strengthen the cadre of Posbindu PTM officers in 3 RW of Sendangmulyo village in order to provide optimal health services and how to increase awareness of their own health and family, so as to reduce the number of NCD patients. The targets of PPDM are cadres of Posbindu PTM Officers in RW 15, 20 and 24 Sendangmulyo urban villages, Tembalang sub-district, Semarang City. The method used is education, training 15 cadres of Posbindu PTM officers, to be implemented during Posbindu PTM in their RW routinely in the form of health counseling) and providing services for checking blood pressure, weight, height, abdominal circumference, cholesterol, uric acid and blood sugar, as well as consulting services about complaints felt by residents, then conducted monitoring and evaluation by pengabdi related to improving the quality of health services carried out by cadres of Posbindu PTM officers after being trained. The results obtained are that residents feel more able to know their health conditions so that they can improve their health conditions on the basis of direction, advice from officers at table 5 and the quality of service is getting faster, dexterous, and looks skilled in the use of tools.

Abstract

Sampah adalah suatu permasalahan yang terjadi di dunia saat ini, bagaimana tidak? Sampah  adalah sesuatu yang sudah tidak dapat di gunakan kembali dan sulit untuk ter-urai sehingga sampah sampah tersebut selain merusak pemandangan sampah juga mencemari lingkungan sekitar bahkan dapat membahayakan makhluk hidup yang ada di bumi. Abstract

Competition in the banking sector is currently increasing. The banking industry is required to continuously improve services so that it has an impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of this study is to address the inconsistency of results by analyzing the influence of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT. BRI Finance Jember. The measuring instrument is a questionnaire with a population of 186 customers of PT. BRI Finance Jember who also served as the research sample. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the WarpPLS application is used in this study to test the hypothesis. Finally, the results of the study show that service quality has an impact on satisfaction. Trust has an impact on satisfaction and loyalty. Service quality has an impact on loyalty. Trust has an impact on loyalty. Satisfaction has an impact on loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction acts as an intervening variable that strengthens the influence of service quality and trust on customer loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality and building trust as the main strategy in maintaining and increasing customer loyalty of PT. BRI Finance Jember. This research provides practical contributions to applied marketing management and designing service management policies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty in financial institutions in Southeast Asia.

Abstract

One of the businesses that supports the national economy that cannot be underestimated is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The important roles that MSMEs can contribute include creating jobs, increasing people's income, and encouraging national economic growth. MSMEs have proven to be resilient when facing the monetary crisis that hit Indonesia. So that MSMEs can survive in the face of increasing business competition, the government has an important role in helping MSMEs to develop and become stronger. Cooperation and synergy is needed between the two parties, namely the government and MSMEs, so that the national economy can be strong and resilient. The purpose of this research is to find out how the marketing strategy carried out by "UMKM Gado-gado Pak Kirun Jember" increases sales. The type of research is qualitative with SWOT analysis. Data collection methods are interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this research show that the strategic analysis carried out has been effective and the SWOT strategy has been applied to increase sales at Gado-gado Pak Kirun UMKM, namely its advantages in the form of a distinctive sweet and spicy savory taste, prioritization of product quality, fast service, and a complete menu level of nutrients. with varying spiciness. Relatively affordable price. High nutritional value of gado-gado.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of experiential marketing on customer satisfaction at the Madinah Mart Cangkring Jember Store. The population in this study were all buyers at the Madinah Mart Cangkring Jember Store. The planned sample size in this research was determined to be 50 respondents. The independent variables from this research are sense, feel, think, act and relate. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The data analysis that will be used in this research is descriptive analysis, analysis of validity and reliability tests, analysis of research hypothesis testing. The research is expected to produce that the variables sense (X1), feel (X2), think (X3), act (X4) and relate (X5) can provide a significant increase in customer satisfaction at the Madinah Mart Cangkring Jember Store

Abstract

Conditions during the pandemic also had an impact on the decrease in the number of students attending PAUD institutions. This research is based on the belief that local cultural forms are legitimized by formal schools and formal schools can facilitate cultural reproduction. This research agrees that schools only promote and uphold values, norms, traditions and behavior that are acceptable to the local community. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research methodology. Innovation in the marketing of education services is very important to attract public interest and attention in sending their children to these institutions. Innovation is also carried out so that the school can maintain its existence in society. The innovations carried out include the marketing of educational services. This must be done by all members involved in educational institutions consisting of teachers, employees, students, to parents or guardians so that it can run successfully. There are seven elements to focus on in carrying out these innovations, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan ekonomi penduduk perkotaan sangat bergantung pada daerah pedesaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat perkotaan yang ada di Kota Binjai, Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif semacam ini menggunakan metodologi studi kasus bertujuan untuk menyelidiki keadaan sosial ekonomi masyarakat Kota Binjai.Untuk mengkarakterisasi keadaan atau fenomena status sosial ekonomi masyarakat perkotaan, teknik pendekatan komparatif digunakan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian, Kota Binjai. Sumber data primer dan sekunder digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi langsung dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daerah perkotaan yang kecil dan ketidakmungkinan operasi pertanian, penduduk perkotaan tidak dapat memasok kebutuhan pangan mereka sendiri. Namun, wilayah metropolitan dapat dengan mudah memberikan tuntutan lain, termasuk yang terkait dengan layanan, kesehatan, pendidikan, hiburan, dan transportasi. Penduduk perkotaan memiliki akses mudah ke berbagai fasilitas, termasuk stasiun, terminal, rumah sakit, supermarket, bioskop, jalan bebas hambatan, sekolah, perguruan tinggi, dan banyak lagi. Lingkungan perkotaan juga merupakan rumah bagi berbagai macam industri. Ada beberapa industri yang bisa dipilih, termasuk sektor makanan, tekstil, jasa, dan industri di kota ini.

Abstract

John Dewey's pragmatic thinking is able to contribute to Indonesian education, especially in the curriculum which can provide freedom for students to be free, active, and flexible learning, as well as strengthen their character of attitudes. The purpose of this research is to examine John Dewey's pragmatic thinking and his contribution to Indonesian Education over the last few decades. The research method used in this systematic review focuses on a narrative summary of thematic analysis which includes three stages: planning the review, conducting the review, and reporting the review. The results showed that current research trends and focus are more absorbed on the processes and outcomes such as developing the basic framework education, quality of learning, quality of education, learning strategies, management of education, development of education systems, development of learning methods. In addition, there are also several strategies that can be developed through John Dewey's pragmatic thinking, such as logical thinking, metaphysics, theory of knowledge of freedom, opinion, creativity in effective, quality, and modern learning practices. These findings indicate that future study must focus on comprehensive teaching and learning preparation and changing classroom practices which adopting John Dewey's pragmatist concept of thinking to respond 21st century skills.

Abstract

Philanthropy is social generosity that is programmed and aimed at alleviating social problems in society (such as poverty). LazisMU is one of the institutions that carry out philanthropic activities in overcoming social problems in society. This study aims to analyze and test the role of influencers on people's decisions to become donors with trust as an intervening variable in LazisMU charitable institutions in the Ex. Karesidenan Besuki region which includes Jember, Banyuwangi, Situbondo and Bondowoso. The research questionnaire was distributed to donors as many as 250 respondents. The sample size of 250 respondents was obtained from the Slovin formula with a population of 3635 donors. Hypothesis testing was conducted to answer the research hypothesis that had been compiled previously. The results of statistical analysis show that influencer variables have a positive and significant influence on the decisions of LazisMU donors. Trust from donors has a positive impact on the decisions of LazisMU donors. The trust variable becomes an intermediary variable for the influence of influencers on the decision to become a donor to LazisMU.
