Abstract

Mobile applications play a crucial role in the modern transportation sector, including Whoosh – Indonesia High-Speed Rail, which provides ticket booking and travel information services. Despite a high number of downloads, the application has received low ratings, indicating issues related to its UI/UX. This study aims to enhance the quality of the interface and user experience through a Design Thinking approach, involving stages of empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing. An initial evaluation using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) with 46 users identified problems such as confusing navigation, a non-intuitive booking flow, and the lack of a direct assistance feature. The redesign focused on simplifying the interface, implementing OTP-based login, and adding a live chat feature. Follow-up testing showed significant improvements across all UX aspects, with average scores falling into the "Good" to "Excellent" categories. These results indicate that the redesign of the Whoosh application successfully enhanced user satisfaction and supports the image of an efficient and modern transportation service.

Abstract

Peran platform digital, khususnya Instagram, dalam mendukung promosi dan branding sekolah di SMK Amaliah Bogor. Tujuan pengabdian adalah mengkonsep serta membuat  konten komunikasi visual melalui Instagram. Hal ini untuk mengantisipasi dinamika ketidakpastian pilihan jurusan, serta penguatan citra institusi pendidikan. Penelitian dan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi pembuatan promosi sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa branding digital melalui Instagram memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas promosi sekolah. Pertama, terjadi peningkatan kuantitas siswa pada jurusan berbasis teknologi dan industri kreatif, seperti TKJ, RPL, MP, dan DKV, yang konsisten ditampilkan dalam konten visual Instagram. Kedua, terdapat penurunan jumlah siswa yang belum memilih jurusan, dari 80 siswa pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025 menjadi 6 siswa pada tahun ajaran 2025/2026, yang mengindikasikan bahwa konten informatif dan interaktif membantu calon siswa dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Ketiga, keaktifan akun Instagram sekolah memperkuat citra institusi melalui publikasi kegiatan akademik, prestasi siswa, dan testimoni alumni. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Instagram tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media promosi, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen strategis branding digital yang mampu meningkatkan daya saing sekolah, membentuk identitas visual yang konsisten, serta memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Monday–Thursday fasting in enhancing the religiosity of students at Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School. Fasting, a recommended sunnah practice in Islam, is not only viewed as an act of worship but also as a medium for instilling discipline, moral integrity, and spiritual awareness. The pesantren setting provides a unique context where routine religious practices can serve as instruments of character education, shaping students to be both knowledgeable and virtuous. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the practice of Monday–Thursday fasting contributes to the development of students’ spiritual awareness, self-control, and moral character. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, using interviews with teachers and caregivers as the primary data source, supported by observation and documentation. The findings reveal that fasting fosters consistency in performing daily religious obligations, such as congregational prayers and Qur’an recitation, while also strengthening students’ patience, humility, and empathy. Teachers highlighted that fasting not only deepens students’ understanding of the meaning of worship but also helps them balance academic responsibilities with spiritual growth. Overall, the program is recognized as an effective character education strategy that aligns with the pesantren’s vision of nurturing a generation that is both intellectually competent and morally upright.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas tentang filter, khususnya High Pass Filter (HPF), yang dapat melewati frekuensi tinggi dan mengurangi frekuensi rendah. Filter ini dibagi menjadi analog dan digital, serta aktif dan pasif. Dalam konteks audio digital, HPF digunakan untuk merekam audio, menerapkan filter ke audio yang direkam, dan membandingkan audio asli dan audio yang telah difilter. Metode penelitian melibatkan penggunaan software Octave-7.3.0 (GUI) untuk analisis numerik dan simulasi penerapan HPF. Tujuan utama dari HPF adalah untuk menghilangkan frekuensi rendah dan membiarkan frekuensi tinggi lewat.

Abstract

Li-Fi atau Light Fidelity adalah teknologi komunikasi nirkabel berkecepatan tinggi yang menggunakan cahaya tampak (visible light) untuk mengirimkan informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi perancangan dan pembuatan alat. Percobaan Li-Fi pada kondisi terang pada jarak 10 cm, kualitas suara kurang baik dibandingkan dengan kondisi gelap, dan suara yang dihasilkan akan terdengar noise karena adanya cahaya tambahan yang masuk ke panel surya. Percobaan selanjutnya yaitu dengan membedakan jarak anatar LED dan Solar Panel dengan kondisi terang didapatkan beberapa hasil. Pada jarak 1 cm, suara yang dihasilkan terdengar keras namun dengan noise yang cukup banyak. Pada jarak 10 cm suara yang dihasilkan terdengar sedang dengan sedikit noise yang dihasilkan. Pada jarak 20 cm baik suara maupun noise keduanya sudah tidak terdengar. Li-Fi beroperasi dengan menggunakan cahaya yang dipancarkan oleh lampu atau bohlam biasa. Cahaya ini bisa ditemukan di berbagai tempat seperti kamar, gedung pertemuan, auditorium, kafe, bahkan lorong serta jalanan umum. Jika teknologi ini diterapkan secara luas, di mana pun ada cahaya, akan ada konektivitas internet. Abstract

kurang efisien dan rentan terhadap manipulasi data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem absensi berbasis teknologi RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) yang terintegrasi dengan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai solusi otomatisasi yang lebih akurat dan real-time. Sistem ini memungkinkan identifikasi pengguna melalui kartu RFID yang dipindai oleh pembaca, kemudian data absensi dikirim dan disimpan secara nirkabel ke server atau database berbasis cloud melalui koneksi Wi-Fi yang dimiliki ESP32. Metode perancangan meliputi pemrograman ESP32 menggunakan bahasa C/C++ melalui platform Arduino IDE, integrasi modul C, serta pengujian sistem dalam lingkungan simulasi dan nyata. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mencatat waktu kehadiran dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi dan respon yang cepat. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk keperluan monitoring kehadiran secara daring dan integrasi dengan sistem informasi akademik atau perusahaan. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi RFID dan ESP32, sistem absensi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan keamanan dalam pencatatan kehadiran di berbagai institusi. Abstract

This study discusses the strategy for developing human resources (HR) in Muhammadiyah Charity (AUM) through information technology (IT) training organized by the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) in Baubau City. In the increasingly developing digital era, mastery of technology is a mandatory competency for workers, including AUM employees. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the IT training provided by IMM has a positive impact on improving the competence of AUM employees, especially in managing digital-based administration, using office software. However, there are several challenges in implementing the training, such as the digital gap between generations, limited IT infrastructure, and lack of post-training assistance. Therefore, a sustainability strategy is needed, such as mentoring, improving digital infrastructure, and organizing more specific advanced training to ensure the effectiveness of this program in the long term. By implementing the right strategy, AUM can be better prepared to face the challenges of digitalization and increase competitiveness in providing more efficient and professional technology-based services.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the principal and all levels of teachers in the SD Negeri 2 Baubau school environment in preventing students from carrying out bullying behavior towards each other, whether intentional bullying, verbal or non-verbal. Bullying is the cause of decreased student learning achievement and results in low levels of student self-confidence. This research is field research with a qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely research field observations, interviews and documentation.  The subjects studied were students in grades V and VI at SDN 2 Lamangga. The results of the research show that the school implemented five strategic steps as an effort to prevent bullying in the school environment, including; 1) provide an explanation to students regarding the impact of bullying which will be experienced directly by the victim, 2) build the perception that all students are equal in social status, 3) Provide punishment for bullying behavior directly, 4) Give rewards to students for speaking politely, 5) instill a sense of caring for fellow students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of the Campus One-Stop Service Information System (SISKA) application in supporting the admission services for new students (PMB) at Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton. The background of this research is based on the importance of digitalizing higher education services to improve efficiency, transparency, and convenience for prospective students. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The study was conducted at the PMB Unit of UM Buton. The results indicate that the SISKA application has significantly simplified the new student admission process online, from uploading documents and filling out personal data to selecting study programs. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as low digital literacy among some applicants, the absence of a user guidance feature, and technical difficulties in uploading documents. The discussion is based on public service management theory and is supported by previous studies emphasizing the role of digital literacy in utilizing online-based service systems. The conclusion of this study is that the SISKA application has significantly supported the one-stop service management system, although improvements in user education and feature enhancement are needed to make the system more inclusive and effective in future implementation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                            Sentra IKM Jadah Tempe di Kaliurang, Kecamatan Pakem, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta merupakan klaster usaha kuliner tradisional dengan potensi ekonomi lokal yang signifikan. Namun, sebagian besar pelaku usaha masih mengandalkan pencatatan manual dan pendekatan konvensional dalam mengelola pelanggan, sehingga pengelolaan relasi pelanggan belum optimal. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memperkenalkan konsep CRM dan alat digital kepada 32 peserta dari Sentra IKM Jadah Tempe di Kaliurang dengan tujuan agar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan pada pelayanan pelanggan yang diharapkan akan mendorong loyalitas. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 April 2025 dengan fokus pada konsep dasar CRM, manajemen data pelanggan, serta demonstrasi aplikasi digital. Metode pelatihan mencakup ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi, dan praktik langsung penginputan data penjual serta pelanggan ke dalam aplikasi berbasis CRM. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi, serta lembar umpan balik. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 55%, dengan 27 dari 32 peserta berhasil menyelesaikan simulasi pembuatan database pelanggan dan merancang strategi loyalitas sederhana. Peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi, dengan 90% menyatakan bahwa CRM relevan dengan usaha mereka. Pelatihan ini menegaskan pentingnya keterampilan pengelolaan pelanggan berbasis digital bagi UMKM sektor kuliner, serta membuktikan bahwa intervensi yang terarah dan praktis dapat mendorong kesiapan digital dan strategi berorientasi pelanggan pada klaster bisnis tradisional. Sebagai tindak lanjut, Sentra IKM Jadah Tempe berencana membentuk tim CRM internal didampingi tim pengabdian UPN Veteran Yogyakarta dan menerapkan sistem basis data pelanggan secara rutin sebagai upaya keberlanjutan untuk memperkuat daya saing dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam jangka panjang. Kata kunci: Pelatihan; UMKM; customer relationship management; digitalisasi  ABSTRACTThe Jadah Tempe Small and Medium Industries (IKM) Center in Kaliurang, Pakem District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, is a traditional culinary business cluster with significant local economic potential. However, most business owners still rely on manual record-keeping and conventional approaches in managing customer relationships, resulting in suboptimal customer relationship management. This community service program introduced the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and digital tools to 32 participants from the Jadah Tempe IKM Center in Kaliurang. The program aimed to enhance customer service skills, which are expected to foster greater customer loyalty. The training was held on April 22, 2025, focusing on fundamental CRM concepts, customer data management, and demonstrations of digital CRM applications. The training methods included interactive lectures, group discussions, simulations, and hands-on practice in entering seller and customer data into a CRM-based application. Evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-tests, observations, and participant feedback forms. The results showed a 55% increase in participants’ understanding, with 27 out of 32 participants successfully completing the simulation of building a customer database and designing simple loyalty strategies. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm, with 90% stating that CRM was relevant to their businesses.This training highlights the importance of digital customer management skills for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector and demonstrates that targeted and practical interventions can effectively enhance digital readiness and customer-oriented strategies in traditional business clusters. As a follow-up, the Jadah Tempe IKM Center plans to establish an internal CRM team, supported by the UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta community service team, and to implement a regular customer database system as a sustainability effort to strengthen competitiveness and customer loyalty in the long term. Keywords: Training; MSMEs; customer relationship management; digitalization
