Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi program ujian berbasis Android di sebuah sekolah menengah dengan fokus pada empat aspek utama: Context, Input, Process, dan Product. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel terdiri dari 92 siswa peserta ujian kelas X dan XI dari berbagai jurusan di SMK N 1 Bukit Sundi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner dengan skala likert, dan analisis data menggunakan metode rata-rata berdasarkan kriteria evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) aspek Context menunjukkan hasil yang baik, namun terdapat indikator yang perlu diperbaiki, yaitu pembatasan server yang menghalangi siswa melihat hasil ujian secara langsung; (b) aspek Input, pelaksanaan ujian berbasis Android dinilai memadai dengan penilaian yang baik; (c) aspek Process dinilai baik karena fasilitas pelaksanaan ujian telah memadai; (d) aspek Product menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata siswa masih berada di bawah KKM, sehingga perlu perhatian khusus untuk perbaikan dan pencapaian tujuan evaluasi yang baik. Kata kunci: CBT, CIPP, Evaluasi Program, Ujian Berbasis Android

Abstract

In the Department of Computer and Network Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Tilatang Kamang, the LSP P1 competency certification test has been implemented to enhance student proficiency using the CIPP paradigm. A CIPP approach is used in the study method, which comprises context, input, process, product, and overall elements. The study's sample consisted of a total of two assessors. The entire population serves as the sample. A survey is the instrument utilized. approaches for data analysis that employs descriptive analysis. Using a level category method, describe the data. The outcomes demonstrated that SMK Negeri 1 Tilatang Kamang implemented the competency certification test for vocational students in the computer and network engineering expertise program in terms of the following aspects: (1) context, with a quality achievement value of 45.60 or (89.00%); (2) input, with a quality achievement value of 58.40 or (88.25%); (3) process, with a quality achievement value of 37.60 or (84.65%); (4) product, with a quality achievement value of 30.20 or (88.87%); and (5) overall, with a quality achievement value of 30.20 or (88.87%). To finish the program and ensure that graduates receive SKKNI level 2 competency certificates, competency certification examinations should be implemented gradually.

Abstract

Graphical Abstract   Highlight Research Lola snails originating from the Bangka Belitung Islands (Nasik Strait, Rebo Waters, and Ketawai Island) were identified as a maxima not to be R. nilotica species based on morphological molecular identification. Maxima and R. nilotica have the same morphological form, but they are genetically different. The clarification of the Lola snail species in this study serves as a reference in determining the conservation status of the Lola snail. The clarification of the Lola snail species serves as a reference in determining the catch quota from the Bangka Belitung Islands.     Abstract The use of Lola snails (Rochia maxima) in the Bangka Belitung has continued to increase. However, research focused on Lola snails originating from the Bangka Belitung has not been thoroughly conducted. In a previous study, the Lola snail sample found in the Bangka Belitung was Trochus niloticus (current name: Rochia nilotica). This study aimed to identify Lola snail species using the DNA barcoding as a way of clarifying Lola snail species that originated in the Bangka Belitung. Lola snail sampling was carried out at three locations, which were Nasik Strait, Ketawai, and Rebo Waters. This study was conducted through five stages, including Lola snail tissue sampling, DNA extraction, amplification by PCR, sequencing, and data analysis. The results showed that the molecular identification of the Cytochrome Oxidase Subunit 1 (COI) gene in Lola snail samples was identified as Rochia maxima species (Koch, 1844). The results of the phylogenetic tree analysis showed that Lola snails found in the Bangka Belitung were close to Tectus maximus (or Rochia maxima) species. R. maxima has a lighter shell than R. nilotica, a clear conical shape, and a circle on the body that does not widen at the edges. Unlike zoologists who said that R. maxima is the primitive form of R. nilotica, the present study found that they have the same morphology and are considered similar but genetically different. The clarification of Lola snail species can be used to determine the conservation status and catching quota of Lola snails from the Bangka Belitung.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the evaluation implementation of industrial field practices in the informatics engineering education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Putra Indonesia "YPTK" Padang. This research used an evaluation method with the Tyler Evaluation Model (Goal Oriented Model). Based on this method, data was collected through the following steps: 1). Identify the objectives of industrial field practice; 2) formulate indicators for the achievement goals that have been set; 3) formulate the data obtained with indicators. The main objective is divided into sub-component objectives, namely: sub-component of program objectives, sub-component of attitudes, and sub-component of achieving program objectives. All indicators included in the sub-components were analyzed using the mixed method technique (quantitative and qualitative) and obtained an average score of 84.4 %. It means that the implementation of industrial field practice in the informatics engineering education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Putra Indonesia "YPTK" Padang, is in a good category. The impact of the implementation of industrial field practices can run smoothly in accordance with the program objectives.

Abstract

Proteinuria adalah suatu kondisi dimana urin mengandung sejumlah abnormal protein. Protein dalam urin bersal dari plasma dan traktur urinarius. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kadar glukosa darah dengan protein urine pada penderita DM. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komperaktif. Hasil pemeriksaan glukosa darah sewaktu berdasarkan usia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Siko, Kelompok usia terbanyak yang menjadi responden pada usia 15 - 64 tahun, dimana didapatkan 24 responden (80%). Hasil pemeriksaan glukosa darah sewaktu berdasarkan jenis kelamin yang tertinggi adalah pada jenis kelamin perempuan dengan jumlah sebanyak 22 responden (73,3%). Hasil pemeriksaan glukosa darah sewaktu berdasarkan lama menderita diabetes yaitu pada rentang 5 – 10 tahun sebanyak 17 responden (56,6%). Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil kadar protein urin pada penderita Diabetes mellitus yaitu positif 1 (+) sebanyak 6 orang (20,0%), positif 2 (++) sebanyak 10 orang (33,3%), positif 3 (+++) sebanyak 13 orang (43,3%), positif 4 (++++) sebanyak 1 orang (3,3%) dan negatife (-) tidak ada. Kesimpulan : Dan di dapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,001dengan nilai correlation -0,577 hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan dengan kekuatan sedang antara glukosa darah sewaktu dengan protein urin pada penderita diabetes mellitus tipe 2.

Abstract

This research is a literature review that aims to examine the relationship between information technology optimization, organizational culture, and competence with improving lecturer performance. In today's digital era, information technology plays an increasingly important role in higher education. Information technology optimization includes the utilization of technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality in academic and administrative activities. Organizational culture reflects the values, norms and practices prevailing within educational institutions. Lecturer competencies refer to the skills, knowledge and attitudes relevant to teaching and research tasks. Through the literature review, the relationship between information technology optimization, organizational culture, and competencies with lecturer performance improvement will be identified. The results of the literature review show that information technology optimization can improve the efficiency and productivity of lecturers in carrying out teaching, research, and administrative tasks. An organizational culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and technology utilization also contributes to improving lecturer performance. The technological knowledge and skills mastered by lecturers contribute significantly to their performance. Improving lecturers' competencies in technology use, understanding of digital curriculum, and technology-based teaching skills can also improve teaching and research effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Human Capital, Emotional Intelligence, and Self-Efficacy on employee performance, with a specific focus on the moderation effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Data were collected from respondents in various organizations, and regression analysis was employed to examine the relationships between variables. The findings indicate that Human Capital significantly contributes to employee performance, and both Emotional Intelligence and Self-Efficacy also exhibit a positive and significant impact. Furthermore, OCB moderates the relationship between the independent variables and employee performance, suggesting that employees` voluntary behaviors can enhance or diminish the influence of these factors. The results of this study provide insights into how human resource management and organizational culture can enhance employee performance in complex work environments.

Abstract

Innovation and development of the learning process especially during pandemic covid-19, which is a learning process delivered by online techtechnologynologi. support knowledge o the student, need an effective of student on the online student. can create new ideas in the delivery of education An interesting and independent learning requires a media that can stimulate students' interest and participation in the learning, not only dwell with inanimate objects without any direct interaction with the teacher. This study aims to measure how of validity and effectivity & Practicality of PjBL Modul. This book was implemented on SMP Negeri 9 Padang and finally, from evaluation, we get validity, practically, and effectiveness of media. The purpose of this research is to produce a Project-Based Learning Module an effective Modul on ICT subjects based on PjBL Modul. which is designed as an alternative learning media. The method in this study uses the ADDIE Model with development procedures, namely the Analysis, Definition, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The results obtained from this development research: The validity of the media was declared valid with a value of 89.35 by media experts and 88.25 by material experts. The practicality of the media from the lecturer's response got a score of 85.42% (practical) and 84.11 (practical) from the teacher's response. The effectiveness of the media in the effectiveness trial, 80% of students got a score of 75 (classical effectiveness). And in terms of Gain Score, it gets a value of 0.44% (medium), so the Project-Based Learning Module is declared effective in improving learning outcomes. Based on the findings of this study, it was concluded that the Project-Based Learning Module was declared valid, practical, and effective to be used as a learning medium in ICT on SMP Negeri 9 Padang.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia melalui kementerian kesehatan di awal tahun 2014 telah mengupayakan peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan bagi seluruh warga negara Indonesia melalui program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan mutu pelayanan di analisis biaya satuan (unit cost) di instalasi gizi RSD. Kolonel Abundjani Bangko tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional. Uji statistik menggunakan uji chi-square dengan menggunakan total populasi dengan jumlah 51 responden. Analisis dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu analisis Univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil penelitian Penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, teknologi informasi, SOP, pengawasan, dengan biaya satuan (unit cost) di instalasi gizi RSD. Kol. Abundjani Bangko Tahun2020. Saran menyediakan SOP dan teknologi informasi penunjangyanglengkap untuk kegiatan perhitungan biaya satuan (unit cost).
