Abstract

Gadget merupakan salah satu wujud benda dari adanya perkembangan teknologi masa kini, di mana gadget ini memiliki berbagai jenis dan fitur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan seorang individu. Dengan adanya berbagai fitur tersebut dapat mempermudah dan membantu individu dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, pengunaan gadget yang berlebihan pada anak dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan karater sosialnya. Beberapa karakter sosial tersebut diantaranya kejujuran, kedisiplinan, toleransi, kerja keras, bersahabat atau komunikatif, peduli lingkungan dan sosial serta tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan terhadap perkembangan karakter sosial anak usia sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan peneliti yaitu library research (Studi Pustaka). Adapun hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan ini dapat mempengaruhi karakter sosial anak usia sekolah dasar. Di mana sebagian anak usia sekolah dasar menjadi pribadi yang individualistis, memiliki sikap yang intoleran dan suka melalaikan segala hal. Oleh karena itu, perlunya kesadaran para orang tua untuk bisa mengontrol dan memberikan batasan-batasan tertentu kepada anak dalam pengunaan gadget tersebut

Abstract

The use of real-world contexts in RME learning makes the concepts learned by students more meaningful. In this research, a cinema, which is relevant to students' lives are used as learning contexts. This research aims to develop a learning trajectory based on the RME approach using cinema context to help students understand the concept of translation. The research method used in this study is a design research validation study type with 33 ninth-th grade students of SMP Negeri 9 Palembang as subjects. Data collection techniques used include observation data collection techniques, interviews, field notes, and documentation. This study produces a Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) that can help students understand the translation concept. The resulting HLT includes four activities, namely observing contextual problems in cinemas as a starting point in understanding the concept of translation, identifying the cinema seats position as the initial points to be translated, drawing the cinema layout in cartesian coordinates to find the relationship between the coordinates of the translated point and the initial point, generalizing the shifts of the seat position to discover the concept of translation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the persistent low level of students’ numeracy skills in Indonesian secondary education. Several pedagogical approaches that may enhance students’ numeracy include the use of digital worksheets, integration of Computational Thinking (CT), and incorporation of Palembang local wisdom as contextual learning elements. This research aims to describe students’ numeracy skills through the use of CT-based digital worksheets with Palembang local wisdom context, an approach not previously explored in existing studies. This research employed a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The research participants were 34 tenth-grade students at MAN 2 Palembang, while the research sample consisted of three students representing high, moderate, and low numeracy skills. Data collection techniques included pretest, posttest, and interviews. The results indicate clear variation across ability levels, with distinct differences in numeracy indicators interpreting analysis results to predict and make decisions. High-skill students demonstrated mastery of all numeracy indicators. In contrast, moderate- and low-skill students showed partial or minimal indicator achievement, particularly in interpreting results and constructing conclusions. The study implies that CT-based digital worksheets embedded with Palembang local wisdom contexts can support students’ numeracy skill.

Abstract

Education is necessary for every individual so education at an early age is a prominent stage. At this level, various educational settings from informal, non-formal, or formal institutions as well are available. One of the non-formal institutions for early-stage education is Taman Belajar Ar Raihan. This institution helps students to gain knowledge in several skills, including in the academic field. One of the academic subjects is English for the Kindergarten level. Based on the concept of learning with fun, a variety of learning approaches and media are needed to promote a more interesting and fun learning classroom. By focusing on the use of the flash card as the learning media, the team provided training on the use of the flash card in improving English vocabulary mastery in particular. In this way, the students are more interested and happier to learn English.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, termasuk dalam pembelajaran matematika, khususnya pada aspek logika matematika. Logika matematika merupakan kompetensi dasar yang berperan penting dalam mengembangkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah, berpikir kritis, dan pengambilan keputusan siswa sejak usia dini. Namun, penerapan pembelajaran logika matematika di era digital tidak terlepas dari berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan kompetensi pedagogik digital guru, kesenjangan akses teknologi di kalangan siswa, serta kecenderungan penggunaan media digital yang lebih menekankan aspek prosedural dibandingkan pemahaman konsep. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan pembelajaran logika matematika di sekolah dasar pada era digital serta mengkaji solusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur kualitatif dengan menganalisis artikel ilmiah, buku, dan laporan penelitian yang terbit pada rentang tahun 2019–2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama meliputi rendahnya keterlibatan siswa dalam aktivitas berpikir logis, desain pembelajaran digital yang kurang kontekstual, serta minimnya peran orang tua dalam mendampingi pembelajaran berbasis digital di rumah. Solusi yang ditawarkan antara lain pengembangan media pembelajaran digital interaktif, penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan inkuiri, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan sekolah. Kesimpulannya, keberhasilan pembelajaran logika matematika di era digital memerlukan strategi pedagogik yang adaptif, dukungan teknologi yang memadai, dan ekosistem pembelajaran yang holistik.

Abstract

Insomnia merupakan gangguan tidur yang umum terjadi dan dapat berdampak signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup. Penggunaan obat-obatan farmakologis seperti benzodiazepin untuk mengatasi insomnia seringkali disertai efek samping yang merugikan. Oleh karena itu, terapi alternatif berbasis herbal menjadi pilihan yang menarik. Buah pala (Myristica fragrans) telah lama digunakan dalam pengobatan tradisional sebagai agen sedatif dan hipnotik. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi potensi buah pala sebagai terapi herbal untuk insomnia. Studi pra-klinis menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak dan minyak atsiri buah pala memiliki efek sedatif dan hipnotik pada hewan percobaan. Studi klinis juga menunjukkan bahwa aromaterapi dan infusa serbuk biji pala dapat meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada manusia. Meskipun hasil-hasil awal ini menjanjikan, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memahami mekanisme kerja, dosis yang aman, dan efektivitas jangka panjang dari penggunaan buah pala sebagai terapi insomnia.

Abstract

Psychosocial support among students is urgent because low mental health literacy can have an impact on mental and emotional health disorders. The lack of sharia-based financial planning literacy in students can create double vulnerabilities both managerial and psychological that have a direct impact on mental health. The integration of psychosocial support, mental health literacy, sharia-based financial planning literacy, and adolescent identity search forms a protective mechanism that simultaneously strengthens family resilience. This community service using psychosocial guidance and structured sharia-based financial planning literacy session methods that invite participants to explore the challenges of today's families and students, understand the order of personal values, recognize their strengths and weaknesses, and how students can plan their finances from an early age, held at the An-Nahdloh Islamic boarding school, Selangor Malaysia. Data collection was carried out through pre and post-test assessments, including observations, interviews and questionnaires to measure the level of understanding of personal conditions and financial literacy. The result of this service is that 85% of students increase their understanding; have a clear self-concept, have values that are a guideline for life and increase their capacity in terms of financial planning based on sharia principles. Psychosocial support as an external stimulus serves to optimize adolescent mental health literacy, which provides a cognitive scheme to manage emotional turmoil during the identity search crisis phase to remain oriented towards adaptive values. The presence of sharia-based financial planning literacy complements the process by providing an ethical-practical framework in resource management that is in line with the principles of monotheism, thereby reducing financial and existential conflicts which ultimately create functional synergy between family members as the main indicator of comprehensive family resilience.

Abstract

This research aims to produce Digital Scrapbook learning media and evaluate the validity, practicality and effectiveness in learning IPAS class V at SDN 159 Palembang. Using the ADDIE development model by Dick and Carey, this research involves the stages of Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The test subjects were one teacher and 25 students. The instruments used include validation sheets for material, media and language experts, as well as practical sheets for teachers and students. With effectiveness measured through formative tests. This research was conducted from February 7 to 15, 2025. The results of the validity study showed that the Digital Scrapbook obtained an excellent average score: 92% from media experts (very valid), 76% from linguists (valid), and 98.46% from material experts (very valid). Positive responses from teachers reached 92.85% (very practical), while students reached 95.54% (very practical). The level of effectiveness was obtained through the pretest-posttest, with an N-Gain Score value of 0.6246 < 0.7 (Quite effective) These findings indicate that the Digital Scrapbook learning media is feasible, practical and effective enough to be used in IPAS learning. As a follow-up. Digital Scrapbook will be applied in IPAS learning and teachers will be directed to maximize its utilization. Further research is recommended in other schools to increase the level of effectiveness of the media.

Abstract

Community empowerment and development efforts continue to be carried out by the academic community of the University of Mataram. The main objective of this program is to enhance the added value of local commodities and create sustainable home-based business opportunities in Jembatan Kembar Timur Village, West Lombok, with a focus on a “creative economy” based on tamarind processing. The core activities included technical training in the production of tamarind candy and packaged tamarind, packaging design, branding, and marketing strategies. The results of the program showed that 15 participants, consisting of women from the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) and young women, enthusiastically participated in the socialization and training sessions on tamarind candy and packaged tamarind production, and expressed strong interest in further developing tamarind-based products. Upon completion of the training, participants were able to independently produce tamarind candy and packaged tamarind. At the final stage, participants were introduced to attractive packaging as well as virtual marketing techniques through social media. This program is expected to open up new entrepreneurial opportunities for the community of Jembatan Kembar Timur Village

Abstract

Ekowisata tengah menjadi bagian dari salah satu upaya pariwisata berkelanjutan berbasis komunitas lokal yang didukung pemerintah Indonesia. Media sosial Instagram menjadi pilihan destinasi ekowisata Tankaman Kaliurang untuk melakukan promosi digital. Adapun konten harus melibatkan karakteristik ekowisata berdasarkan International Ecotourism Society (TIES) agar wisatawan memahami tujuan ekowisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik ekowisata TIES melalui konten promosi media sosial Instagram dengan metode analisis multimodalitas Kress dan van Leeuwen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten promosi media sosial Instagram @tankaman.kaliurang sudah menjelaskan makna representasional, interaktif, dan komposisional terkait karakteristik ekowisata berdasarkan TIES melalui konten promosi, edukasi, sejarah, dan pengetahuan dalam bentuk feed. Namun, masih diperlukan pelatihan pengelolaan konten promosi digital ekowisata bagi komunitas lokal dengan mengedepankan fitur digital media sosial agar tujuan pariwisata berkelanjutan melalui ekowisata dapat berkembang di era digitalisasi dan bersaing di era global.
