Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principals' change leadership on the effectiveness of online-based learning with teacher work commitment and teacher attitudes towards change as mediator variables, which were approached quantitatively. The population in this study were principals and teachers of public elementary schools, with a total sample of 378 respondents. The analytical technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM), with the help of the Amos 24.0 program. The results of the study show that the principals' change leadership has a direct effect on the effectiveness of online-based learning, as well as an indirect effect through teacher work commitment and teacher attitudes towards change. This research contributes both theoretically and practically, where the change leadership demonstrated by the principal can ideally encourage teacher work commitment and teacher attitudes towards change, which in turn can promote the effectiveness of the implementation of online learning, as an effort to meet the learning needs of students.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest; (2) regarding the effect of self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship; (3) the family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship and (4) the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy and the family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship. The population in this study were 207 students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, class of 2017 and 2018. In this research instrument, researchers used quantitative methods, as many as 136 respondents. data collection using a questionnaire. Data is processed using SPSS. The results of the research instrument show that entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy and family environment have a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Readiness to work is the overall condition of the individual which includes physical mental maturity and experience as well as the willingness and ability to carry out a job or activity. Readiness can be influenced by several factors, namely internal factors and external factors. This research was conducted to determine the effect of self efficacy and soft skills on work readiness in students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2019 by using a quantitative approach and survey methods. The sample in this study amounted to 139 students who were taken using a purposive sampling technique and calculated using the slovin formula. The instrument used was a Likert scale and data analysis using SEM PLS 4. The results showed that the self-efficacy construct had a t-statistic value of 4.135 greater than 1.96, and a p-value of 0.000 less than 0.05. The soft skill construct has a 1-statistic value of 0.2776 which is greater than 1.96, and a p-value of 0.049 which is less than 0.05. The F-Square value of the self efficacy variable to the hit readiness variable is 0.378, starting from the F-Square of saciable soft skills to diving work readiness 2.31. This shows that self-efficacy and soft skills have a positive influence on the work readiness of Economics students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2019.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of learning motivation, socioeconomic status of parents, and peer environment on the interest in continuing education to higher education in class XII students at SMK N 14 Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study were all students of class XII SMK N 14 Jakarta consisting of 309 students. The number of samples selected using the proportional random sampling technique was 174 students. The research model uses a path analysis model and the data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using the SmartPLS version 4 application. From the results of this study it is known that learning motivation and Peer environment has a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing education to tertiary institutions. Socioeconomic status of parents has no effect on interest in continuing education to tertiary education. And all of independent variables, have an influence on the interest in continuing education to tertiary institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pressure, opportunity, and rationalization on academic fraud on students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, class of 2019. This research is a quantitative study using the survey method and using multiple regression analysis. The sample in this study were 110 students using purposive sampling. The results of this study show: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of pressure on academic fraud in students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Class of 2019. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of opportunity on academic fraud in students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Class of 2019. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of rationalization on academic fraud in students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri of Jakarta. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of pressure, opportunity, and rationalization on academic fraud in students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Class of 2019.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence between Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) in the Makasar Sub-District. This study was conducted for seventeen months from July 2022 to November 2023. The research method used is the survey method. Based on the table of Isaac and Michael, the number of samples in this study was 205 respondents. The sampling technique uses a proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: (1) Analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test (2) Classical assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. (3) F test and t-test. (4) Test the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that organizational culture and work discipline affect employee performance, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This research aims to explain in depth the practice of visionary leadership and leadership ethics in the context of companies operating in the service sector and general suppliers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design in companies located in the West Jakarta area, Indonesia. Data collection uses interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the visionary leadership applied by the leadership is demonstrated by skills in formulating a vision and translating it to the staff. The leadership also tries to establish active cooperation with the company staff. In the short term, ethical leaders can help improve employee morale and help them feel good about management and their work. The research findings provide information that can be used as evaluation material in the implementation of visionary leadership which is also based on leadership ethics for company leaders.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of industrial work practice experience and vocational competence on job readiness through employability skills at State Vocational High School 3 Depok. The research method used is quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study were students of State Vocational High School 3 Depok in all expertise programs, namely Construction and Property Business, Computer and Network Engineering, Online Business and Marketing, Accounting and Institutional Finance, Islamic Banking and Office Management Automation consisting of 450 students with a sample of 212 students. This research model uses a path analysis model and the data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using the SmartPLS version 3 application. This shows that industrial work practice experience and vocational competence have a positive and significant direct effect on work readiness, and also have indirect effect through employability skills.

Abstract

The success and effectiveness of a company really depends on the quality of the human resources the company has. The behavior expected by the company is not only working according to company standards (in role) but also behaving beyond company standards (extra role). This research aims to examine job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), as well as to determine the influence between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data obtained was primary data through survey data collection methods using proportional random sampling techniques. The population used in this research was 162 employees with a total of 115 samples calculated based on the Slovin formula. The data was processed using SPSS version 26 software by carrying out correlation tests and multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of describing entrepreneurial practices, entrepreneurial readiness, and entrepreneurial interest in vocational high school students based on gender and expertise competencies at Public Vocational High School 22 Jakarta. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The respondents used by researchers in this study were grade X students of SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta with an affordable population of 214 students. The sample selection in this study was determined using the Issac & Michael table with an error rate of 5% which found a sample of 135 students. The results of the description analysis of this study found that the variable of entrepreneurial practice had the largest mean value with a score of 4.275 and the lowest value with a score of 4.014. Followed by the variable of entrepreneurial readiness has the highest mean value with a score of 4.370 and the lowest value with a score of 3.986. And the variable of entrepreneurial interest has the largest mean value with a score of 4.341 and the lowest value with a score of 3.957.
