Abstract

This research examines the influence of green creativity and MSMEs performance with green innovation as a mediating variable among MSMEs in Bantul Regency. The study population comprised MSMEs in Bantul Regency, with samples selected using nonprobability sampling through a purposive sampling approach. Data were collected via questionnaires from 56 MSMEs respondents. The relationships between variables were tested and analyzed using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that green creativity positively influences financial performance, although it shows no significant effect on environmental performance. However, the study demonstrates that green innovation positively and significantly mediates the relationship between green creativity and both environmental and financial performance. Regarding the implementation of green creativity, the author suggests that companies enhance the application of new environmentally friendly ideas to support sustainable environmental goals. SMEs are encouraged to continuously develop new ideas, such as combining materials with natural fibers in leather crafts or using leaves in the production of dyes.

Abstract

Nyeri sendi adalah gangguan yang sering dikeluhkan oleh lansia. Nyeri sendi yang bila tidak segera ditangani akan menganggu aktifitas sehari-hari lansia.Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya yang tepat dalam menanggulanginya baik farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Kompres hangat daun serai merupakan salah satu upaya non farmakologi yang bermanfaat untuk mengatasi nyeri sendi pada lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompres hangat rebusan daun serai terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada lansia nyeri sendi di Panti Wredha Karitas Cimahi. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong Pre-Experimental Design dengan menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 12 lansia yang mengalami nyeri sendi. Terdapat 2 jenis variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel independent adalah nyeri sendi dan variabel dependen yaitu kompres hangat rebusan daun serai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dengan penggunaan instrumen skala nyeri. Data dianalisis dengan univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Wilcoxon diperoleh ρ =0,002< ???? =0,05, maka Ho ditolak dengan tingkat signifikasi 5% menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan skala nyeri pada lansia yang mengalami nyeri sendi setelah diberikan kompres hangat rebusan daun serai.  Kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh terapi kompres hangat rebusan daun serai terhadap nyeri sendi pada lansia.

Abstract

Kondisi pasar yang sangat dinamis terutama pasca Pandemi COVID-19 mendorong pelaku UKM Batik Kabupaten Bantul untuk beradaptasi terhadap permintaan pasar dan kegiatan operasional mereka agar memiliki keunggulan kompetitif. Hubungan baik dengan pemasok memungkinkan pelaku usaha memperoleh kepercayaan dengan pemasok yang membuat proses berbagi informasi cepat dan akurat sehingga respon pelaku usaha terhadap kondisi pasar menjadi lebih cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis pengaruh Berbagi Informasi pada Kinerja Rantai Pasok dengan Kepercayaan dan Hubungan Jangka Panjang sebagai variabel mediasi (Studi pada UKM Batik Kabupaten Bantul). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data primer menggunakan sampel sebanyak 46 responden. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) berbagi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok, 2) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok, 3) hubungan jangka panjang berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok, 4) berbagi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan, 5) berbagi informasi berpengaruh positif dan 6) signifikan terhadap hubungan jangka panjang, kepercayaan memediasi pengaruh berbagi informasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok, dan hubungan jangka panjang tidak memediasi pengaruh berbagi informasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok.Kata kunci: Berbagi Informasi, Kepercayaan, Hubungan Jangka Panjang, Kinerja Rantai PasokAbstract. A dynamic market conditions, after the COVID-19 Pandemic, have encouraged SME Batik in Bantul Regency to adapt to market demands and their operational activities intending to have a competitive advantage. Good relationships with suppliers enable SME to gain trust with suppliers which makes the process of sharing information fast and accurate so SME respond to market conditions quicker. This study aims to analyze the effect of Information Sharing on Supply Chain Performance with Trust and Long-Term Relationships as a mediating variable (Study on SMEs Batik Bantul Regency). This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool using a sample of 46 respondents. Hypothesis testing using SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that 1) information sharing has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance, 2) trust has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance, 3) long-term relationships have a positive but not significant effect on supply chain performance, 4) information sharing has an effect positive and significant effect on trust, 5) information sharing has a positive and 6) significant effect on long-term relationships, trust mediates the effect of information sharing on supply chain performance, and long-term relationships do not mediate the effect of information sharing on supply chain performance.Keywords : Capital Adequacy, MSME Lending, Company Performance

Abstract

Learning to mathematical concepts is crucial to mathematics. Children need to understand the meaning and concept of numbers rather than just remembering them. Facilitated by flashcard media. This research aims to the success of the flash card method for recognizing numbers. The research being conducted uses qualitative methods. Particular case analysis. The participants in the research project consisted of teachers and pupils in grade A1 at TK Negeri Pembina, East Kutai Regency. The focus of the study was the utilization of numerical card media. The methods of data collecting included observation, interviews, and documentation. Executed in the context of educational interactions between the instructor and the child research participants. The data analysis method used was data reduction implemented in the classroom during the learning process, which was then concluded. The results of the research indicated that teachers incorporated numbers beyond simply using number cards. Number recognition takes place over stages: identifying numerical symbols, understanding numerical concepts, articulating numbers 1 to 10, sequencing numbers 1 to 10, and representing numbers according to their symbols. Presented media constitutes a hindrance to learning. Organizing conflict among children and promoting inconsistency. The diversity of number cards is equally curious. Children don't feel bored when using them. The research concludes that media significantly improves children's understanding. They are easily recognizable through material things. The process of learning also becomes enjoyable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of spatial planning policies in Palu City in supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 11, which emphasizes the development of inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable cities and human settlements. As a disaster-prone area, Palu City has experienced significant spatial pressures, particularly in the aftermath of the 2018 earthquake, tsunami, and liquefaction events. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach and secondary data analysis, this study evaluates spatial planning documents such as the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW), the Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR), and the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) of Palu City for the periods 2016–2021 and 2021–2026. The assessment is based on the alignment of these policies with the key indicators of SDG 11, including the provision of adequate housing, green open spaces, sustainable transportation systems, and disaster risk mitigation. The analysis shows that while SDG 11 principles are reflected in planning documents, their implementation remains limited.. Major challenges include the lack of integrated spatial data, weak inter-agency coordination, and limited community participation in the planning process. Therefore, institutional strengthening, improvements in geospatial data quality, and the mainstreaming of sustainability principles across all sectoral policies are urgently needed. This research contributes to the understanding of the nexus between spatial planning and sustainable development in disaster-prone cities and serves as a reference for future policy improvement.

Abstract

Abstract. Drug and illicit drug crimes are now transnational and carried out using sophisticated procedures and sophisticated technology. Law enforcement officers are expected to be able to prevent and overcome drug crimes in order to improve the morals and quality of Indonesian human resources as the next generation of this country. The use of narcotics if used without restrictions and medical supervision can endanger the health and even the lives of its users. As a country of law, Indonesia certainly has many regulations that govern social life. Narcotics Law Number 35 of 2009 has not regulated drug abuse. This was done as one of the important steps of the government to fulfill the contents of Article 4 of the 1945 Constitution, namely the protection of all Indonesian people, increasing public welfare, and protecting the people. Participation in the realization of a healthy national life, world order, eternal peace, and social justice. A case of drug abuse also occurred in the Semarang District Court area Number 116/Pid.Sus/2024/PN.Smg. Starting from the defendant together with witness ANGGA DWI PUTRA Bin ASOR HARIYANTO (who was submitted in a separate case file) on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at around 13.15 WIB or at least at another time in 2024, located on the side of Jalan Anggrek, Pekunden Village, Semarang Tengah District, Semarang City, or at least in another place that is still included in the jurisdiction of the Semarang District Court, attempted or conspiracy to commit a crime without rights or against the law offering for sale, selling, buying, receiving, acting as an intermediary in buying and selling, exchanging, or handing over Class I Narcotics, in the form of: 9 (nine) plastic clip packages, each of which was inserted into a yellow straw containing crystal powder of methamphetamine with a net weight of 2.23954 grams (two point two three nine five four grams) and 1 (one) plastic clip package containing crystal powder of methamphetamine with a net weight of 0.63632 grams (zero point six three six three two grams), wrapped in black plastic. On Thursday, January 4, 2024 at around 12.15 WIB when the defendant was at home, the defendant was contacted by Witness ANGGA DWI PUTRA via WA Chat, which in essence invited the defendant to accompany him to Simpang Lima in order to pick up crystal methamphetamine on the orders of MAULANA (DPO) with an unknown address and the defendant agreed.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the relationships among marketing capabilities, relational capital, market orientation, and innovation performance among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed, with data analyzed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares) method via WarpPLS 8.0, which enables effective analysis of nonlinear relationships as well as mediation and moderation effects. The study population consists of SME actors in Indonesia, with a sample obtained through purposive sampling, involving a minimum of 180 respondents. The analysis results show that marketing capabilities have a significant positive effect on both market orientation and innovation performance, directly and indirectly through the mediation of market orientation. In contrast, while relational capital significantly influences market orientation, its direct effect on innovation performance is not statistically significant. The proposed model explains 69% of the variance in market orientation and 77% of the variance in innovation performance. This study underscores the importance of marketing capabilities and market orientation in enhancing innovation performance among SMEs, as well as the mediating role of market orientation in the relationship between relational capital and innovation performance. The findings provide practical implications for SME management, highlighting the need to strengthen marketing capabilities and manage external relationships to foster sustainable innovation. Abstract

Instilling anti-violence values is important to be done from an early age. This study aims to analyze educators' strategies in instilling anti-violence values in early childhood in Al-Kautsar Kindergarten, Samarinda. This research uses a qualitative method of case study research, through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research involved 2 educators and 10 students. The results of the study showed that educators applied three main strategies: audio-visual media in the form of educational videos, storytelling methods using picture storybooks, and positive habituation that was applied repeatedly. These three strategies are effective in building children's character to avoid violent behavior, both verbal and physical.  Educators act as facilitators, guides, and role models who create a conducive learning environment and provide examples of positive behavior. These strategies not only increase children's awareness of anti-violence values but also form sustainable positive habits in daily life. Educators' strategies are important in instilling anti-violence values in children and it is hoped that this research can be a reference in instilling anti-violence values in early childhood.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan sikap sopan santun pada anak yang berhubungan dengan lingkungan sosial terdekat anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak dapat menunjukkan sikap menghormati orang yang lebih tua, mengucapkan kata-kata seperti maaf, tolong, dan permisi, serta memberikan salam saat bertemu dengan guru. Hal ini terkait dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif, seperti video animasi serta keterlibatan guru sebagai pemberi kegiatan edukatif dapat membangun sikap menghormati orang tua dan berkata santun.

Abstract

Menumbuhkan sikap toleransi harus diajarkan sejak dini untuk membangun karakter yang kuat pada anak untuk menghargai keberagaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pendidik  dalam menumbuhkan sikap toleransi seperti sosial dan budaya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik obervasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari pendidik dan peserta didik. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjukkan bahwa strategi seperti program “Piring Berbagi” yang berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kepedulian sosial anak, “SAYANG/Sahabat Anti Bullying” mencegah terjadinya bullying, pengenalan budaya melalui perayaan hari besar nasional, workshop membatik, dan pengenalan makanan tradisional menjadi sarana efektif dalam memahami keberagaman, serta media visual seperti poster dan video meningkatkan minat belajar anak.
