AbstractGuidance and counseling services especially in schools and madrasas have several functions, namely: 1) understanding function, 2) prevention function, 3) alleviation function, 4) maintenance and development function, and 5) defense function. Considering the importance of the guidance and counseling function, the BK teacher has an important role in providing an understanding of the guidance and counseling functions. Therefore, BK teachers are expected to carry out their duties and provide understanding in accordance with the functions mentioned above. Therefore, researchers want to find out more about understanding the function of guidance and counseling for grade VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak. The problem in this study is how is the understanding of the guidance and counseling function in VII grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak. This study aims to obtain an overview of the understanding of the function of guidance and counseling for grade VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach that is the problem solving procedure by providing an understanding of the function of guidance and counseling to grade VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak by means of statistics and explained descriptively. The sample of this study was 57 grade VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak. Data collection techniques in this study are indirect communication techniques, with data collection tools namely questionnaires. The questionnaire was previously tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is product moment analysis and continued with the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the understanding of the guidance and counseling function in VII grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak reaches 85.77% of these achievements in a good range. Keywords: Guidance and Counseling Functions

AbstractThis thesis aims to find out the emotional development of students of SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak ". The method used is descriptive method with survey form. While the collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques with a questionnaire collection tool. The results of the study are as follows: 1), the anger of students shows the category of "medium". This means that they have started to control their emotions and have feelings that are not easily upset with their friends. 2). Sadness of students shows the category "medium". This means it is not easy to feel sad and not easy to feel hopeless and depressed. 3). The fear of students shows the category "medium". participants are not easily scared, and are nervous. 4). Student enjoyment shows the "high" category. Students feel happy and can enjoy life. 5). Student love shows the "high" category. Students are easy to accept others, build friendship and trust .. 6). Surprised the students showed the "high" category. Participants easily feel lonely, amazed and stunned. 7). Annoyed students show the category of "high". Learners easily feel despised, fed up and hate. 8). Embarrassed students show the category of "high". AbstractEvery individual will requires confidence every day in various ways, including students in following the teaching and learning process in school. The good level of confidence is making good decision and easy to have a new friend, good relationships, and help individuals maintain the success. A common problem in this research is "How increasing students? confidence with socio-drama techniques in the classroom VIII SMP Negeri 22 Pontianak in 2019?". The method in this research was descriptive method. Based on the results, before socio-drama was 61% it means, in the medium category and after it was given socio-drama technique is 90% with a high category. It can be concluded that socio-drama technique to increase student confidence class VIII SMP Negeri 22 Pontianak was good. The suggestions (1) Teacher Guidance and Counseling is expected to improve the process of implementing Engineering Socio-drama by carrying out the Socio-drama Technique two or three times in one semester. (2) Students are expected to be more active and more confident in the implementation of the Socio-drama Technique. AbstractThis study discusses the evaluation of information service programs with the CIPP Model at 14 State Junior High School Pontianak in 2018/2019. The problem in this research is How to Evaluation Services Program with the CIPP Model. The purpose of this study is to obtain information and clarity about program evaluation in information services through the CIPP model. The method used is descriptive method, the type of research used is survey research. The subjects of this study were 1 person counseling teacher and 4 students to getinformation about the program. This research uses a qualitative approach. The technique used is indirect communication techniques and direact communication, while the data collection tools are interviws and documentation. the result of this study indicate that the evaluation of inormaion sevice program using the CIPP model at 14 State Junior High School Pontianak it is very suitable. from the contect, input, process and product in the BK program. AbstractThe method used in this research is descriptive method because it explains about social interaction in class XI students at SMA Negeri 01 Ambawang. The sample of this study was 35 students in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Ambawang. This study uses indirect communication techniques using a tool in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The questionnaire is addressed to students to find out how much students' understanding of the material that has been delivered and given to students. This research is a quantitative approach because in analyzing the data the descriptive statistical technique is used. The characteristics of positive social relations in class XI students at Ambawang High School 01 reached 85.71% in the "Good" category. Overall the factors of social interaction in class XI students at Ambawang 1 High School reached 84.28% in the "Good" category. AbstractThe general problem of this research was ‘to find a way to help students discovered their masculinityâ€. The sample was all of the students in class IX of SMP Negeri 2 sungai raya. The purpose of this research was to analyze the factor that caused masculinity in students class IX of SMP Negeri 2 sungai raya.This research is essentially beneficial to developed counseling and guidance theory especially individual counseling. The subject of this research was two students whom has masculinity. The method of this research was descriptive and classified as case study. Technique of data collecting was done by observation, interview, and home visit. The factors contribute in this case was fisiological factor which was the students had masculine appearance and masculine behavior . The psychological factor was linked to the lack of gender awareness, the lack of religiousity, and the unknown concept of discovering oneself. The last is sosiological factor which was linked to parents, scholl, and society. The counseling model used in this research was behavioural model using systematical desentitation technique.the sample appearance tell so much about her masculinity, she had masculine haircut, only get along with male friends, often get in fight, and curse a lot.                                     Keywords: Case Study, Masculinity, Students

Tahapan penting yang harus dilalui oleh siswa SMA adalah pengambilan putusan karier, berupa keharusan untuk menentukan/memilih jurusan/program studi. Ketepatan/optimalisasi pengambilan putusan sangat ditentukan oleh beberapa aspek, dimana keberadaan aspek tersebut penting dan berpengaruh besar. Salah satu aspek yang terkait atau ikut memengaruhi pengambilan putusan karier antara lain adalah prestasi belajar. Bukti hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar yang tinggi pada siswa berkait dengan tingginya kematangan karier siswa yang bermuara pada kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan pengambilan putusan karier. AbstractIt was descriptive research which aimed to find out the academic procrastination behavior of the students class VIII in Junior High School 13 Pontianak in academic year 2017/2018. The research problems were (1) What are the characteristics of academic procrastination? (2) What are the factors causing academic procrastination? (3) What are the effects of academic procrastination? (4) What are the efforts of counseling teacher to overcome the academic procrastination? This research aimed to describe and find out about (1) The characteristics of academic procrastination (2) The factors causing academic procrastination (3) The effects of academic procrastination (4) The efforts of counseling teacher to overcome the academic procrastination. The method used in this research was descriptive and survey research form. The population was the students of Junior High School 13 Pontianak class VIII in academic year 2017/2018 which was 36 students. This research used quantitative approach. The technique of data collection was indirect interview technique and it used questionnaire to collect the data. The result showed that academic procrastination behavior of the students class VIII in Junior High School 13 Pontianak was in high level. (1) The characteristics of academic procrastination was 74% with medium level, (2) The factors causing academic procrastination was 76% with high level, (3) The effects of academic procrastination was 80% with high level, (4) The effort of counselling teacher to overcome the academic procrastination was 84% with high level. Learning difficulties are the existence of a distance between expected academic achievement and academic achievement, which is caused by a disturbance in a psychological process or more, so that it is said to have learning difficulties if the specified time limit does not reach a measure of understanding of learning material. Tutoring program is a program that provides services to students to develop their personality and self-adjustment to their duties as a lesson, in which planning needs to be determined who will provide services and what is needed for the implementation of the tutoring program itself. The method used is descriptive method. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 326 and the sample was 82 students of SMAN 5 Pontianak. Data collection techniques used are indirect communication techniques and data collection tools with questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses a percentage formula. AbstractLibrary utilization is one of  types of various types library that very relation with learning in school and constitute wrong one media to support sustainability studying in school utilization of this library very take effect towards activity learners in working on task and search carefully utilization of the school library in the learning interpreted as something action which is conducted for take benefits of what which has provided by the library, including utilization collection ingredients library which in in library for interests learn as for formulation of the problem general  research This is how influence of service information  to library utilization in SMAN 2 Sungai Raya.that method used is method descriptive that is look  reality in the field as a matter of fact which exists and as is with form studies relationship and use approach quantitative that is procedure solving problem with describe distribution influence information service library utilization learners class XII SMAN 2 Sungai Raya.  While technique collection data used  in research this is communication techniques indirect collection tool data used in research This is questionnaire information service and questionnaire library utilization in school SMAN 2 Sungai Raya on stage implementation  reach  score 92% ?very good? its success supported with material which is given methods and media. Recitation material reach score 90%,  coaching method achieve score 90%  and media coaching achieve score 89%.Keywords: Information Services, Library Utilization
