Abstract

AbstractLearning interest is an essential foundation for students to conduct proper learning activities. The interest in learning in students indicates that there are a great passion and desire for students towards learning delivered by the teacher. Brain Gym is one method in the form of interactive media that can be used to increase student interest in learning. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the Brain Gym to increase students' learning interest. This research was conducted by obtaining learning interest data before and after the implementation of Brain Gym. The study was conducted through experimental research methods in grade VII students of Pontianak Islamic Middle School Ashabul Kahfi, with a population of 80 people, and a sample of 40 people. The research design used was pre-experimental research in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The average score of students before applying Brain Gym is 151.25 with a high category, while the average score of students after applying Brain Gym is 175.10 with a very high category. The effect size of Brain Gym is 1,532 with a high category. Therefore, the implementation of the Brain Gym method is effective in increasing students' learning interest. Keywords:  Brain Gym, Interest In Learning, Pre-Experimental

Abstract

AbstractThis study was about an analysis of low learning interest on eleven grade students of senior high school 5, Pontianak. The general problem in this study is how is the low learning interest on eleven grade students of senior high school 5, Pontianak? The sub-problems are (1) What are the characteristics of the low learning interest of students on eleven grade of senior high school 5, Pontianak? (2) What are the internal factors that cause the low learning interest of students on eleven grade of senior high school 5, Pontianak? (3) What are the external factors that cause low learning interest of students on eleven grade of senior high school 5, Pontianak? (4) What efforts have been made by the guidance and counseling teacher to overcome the low learning interest students on eleven grade of senior high school 5, Pontianak?. This study used descriptive method in form of survey. The research subjects were 32 eleven grade students. Indirect communication and questionnaire were used as technique and tool of data collections. The technique analysis used percentage. Based on, the students on eleven grade of senior high school 5 reached 85% of low learning interest and categorized as "high" low learning interest.Keywords: Analysis, Learning Interest

Abstract

AbstrackThe problem in this research is how to understanding student career planning in class XII state senior high school 9 Pontianak?.This study aims to obtain objective information about the understanding of carrer planning students in class XII of state senior high school 9 Pontianak. The method’s used in this research is descriptive method with survey study form. The sample in this research is 55 students. Data collecting technique in this research is indirect communication technique and direct communication technique. The data collection tool in this research is questionnaire. The result of data analysis shows that understanding of carrer planning of state senior high school 9 Pontianak reaching 88,63% into category, “very good” that is showing the students have understood career planning for in the future. It is expected that students can understand themselves by knowing their talents and interests to make a decision after graduating senior high school by making career planning. Keywords: understanding, career planning, High school student

Abstract

AbstractThe research analyzed the cyberbullying on the students in class VIII Junior High School 6 Pontianak in academic year 2017/2018. The problems in this research were (1) What are the factors causing cyberbully doing cyberbullying? (2) What are the factors causing the students becoming the cyberbullying victims? (3) What are the effects of cyberbullying to cyberbully? (4) What are the effects of cyberbullying to victims? (5) What are the strategies to stop cyberbullying?. This research aimed to describe and find out about (1) The factors causing cyberbully doing cyberbullying? (2) The factors causing the students becoming the cyberbullying victims? (3) The effects of cyberbullying to cyberbully? (4) The effects of cyberbullying to victims? (5) The strategies to stop cyberbullying. The method used in this research was descriptive and survey research form. The population was the students of Junior High School 6 Pontianak class VIII in academic year 2017/2018 which was 28 students. This research used quantitative approach. The technique of data collection was indirect interview technique and it used questionnaire to collect the data. The result showed that cyberbullying on the students in class VIII junior high school 6 Pontianak was in moderate to high level. (1) The factor causing the students doing cyberbullying was 70% in moderate to high level, (2) The factors causing the students becoming the victims was 67% in moderate to high level, (3) The effect of cyberbullying to the cyberbully was 73% in moderate to high level, (4) The effect of cyberbullying to the victims was 71% in moderate to high level, (5) The strategies of counselling teacher to stop cyberbullying was74% in moderate to high level.  Keywords: Analysis, Cyberbullying, Facebook As Social Media

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is entitled "Case Study About Aggressive Behavior in High School Students of SMA Santun Untan Pontianak". The purpose of this study is to obtain an objective picture of case studies on aggressive behavior in grade X students SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. The approach used in this research is qualitative by using descriptive method. This form of research is a case study. Data collection techniques used are direct observation, direct communication, and home visit (home visit). The results of research subjects who behave aggressively are physical aggressive behavior that is making dangerous physical contact, and verbal aggressive behavior is to say harshly. The alternative assistance provided is by using the REBT counseling approach with cognitive dispute techniques and behavioral dispute. Based on the above conclusions, the suggestion for the case subjects to keep running the alternative assistance that has been given. And keep trying to maintain the positive changes by not joking by making dangerous physical contacts and establish good communication, polite, and more appreciate the feelings of others.Keywords: Case Study, Aggressive Behavior

AbstractThe research aims to gain help devalopment of talent student SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang of service placement and distribution. The method of this research is descriptive with research survey. The population in this research are 224 student and the sample are 54 student. The data collecting techniques of this research are direct comunication, indirect communication. The data instrument of this research interview guide, questionnaires. Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is "How Implementation of Tutoring by Teacher Guidance and Counseling on Class VIII Students MTs. Negeri 1 Pontianak Year 2017 ". This study aims to obtain an accurate and accurate objective description of Tutoring by Teacher Guidance and Counseling on Class VIII MTs Students. Negeri 1 Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach and use survey research form. The population that became the source of data in this study were all students of class VIII who found the guidance of study with a population of 251 people with a sample of 51 students who responded to the study. The results of data analysis show Guidance Learning by Teacher Guidance and Counseling on Class VIII MTs. Negeri 1 Pontianak scored 84% in the "good" category. This indicates that the guidance of learning given by teacher guidance and counseling to students of class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Pontianak can be understood and can be applied learners in their daily life. It is expected that teachers guidance and counseling more reproduce the material given to learners about the guidance of learning, because the guidance of learning is very important given to learners to improve learning ability and learning achievement of learners in the future.Keywords: Guidance, Learning Guidance

Abstract

AbstractRelationships with importance are always related to communication and relationship terms. Basically, humans need interaction in interactions, interactions in families, communities, and schools. A person's development and motivation is also a process that gives encouragement and encouragement.So this study aims to get information and describe about Social Influence in Schools Against Learning Motivation of Class X Learners of Independent SMK Pontianak. While the specific purpose is to know (1) Motivation to learn students of class X Mandiri SMK. (2) What is the social interaction of students in the X class of Mandiri Vocational School. (3) Knowing the social interactions of students in the school towards the learning motivation of students in class X Mandiri SMK. The method used is descriptive method and form of survey research. The population in this study were 149 and a sample of 21 students of the Pontianak Independent Vocational School. This research uses quantitative. The technique of collecting data with questionnaires while the data analysis technique uses the percentage formula.Based on the results of this study, the dominant social interaction reached 93% with the category "Good" while the dominant learning motivation extrinsic motivation reached 91% with the category "Good". Based on the research using the Pearson hierarchy discussion method, the coefficient ratio figures obtained rs = 0.967. This indicates a change. Abstract

AbstractPeople who are independent in learning are the key to obtaining extensive information. In this case someone is able to learn on their own, can determine how to learn effectively, be able to do the task of learning well and be able to carry out independent learning activities to make someone can achieve optimal development and have a better direction. The general problem in this study is: "How to increase students' learning through group guidance services in class X of MAN 2 Kapuas Hulu Science. While the sub-problems are: (1) How is the independence of students learning before being given group guidance services in class X of Kapuas Hulu MAN Science 2, (2) What is meant by group assistance service planning to increase students' independence in class X MAN Science 2 Kapuas Hulu, (3) How to improve group learning services to improve students' learning independence in Kapuas Hulu 2 nd grade MAN Science, (4) How to improve learning independence according to the needs of participants in MAN 2 Kapuas Hulu class X IPA students . Variables for this study consist of problem variables: learning independence, action variables: Group guidance, Research Subjects totaling 8 Kapuas Hulu State Islamic Senior High School students who have low levels of learning independence with indicators that are (1) Self-conscious, (2) Careful , (3) Individualistic, and (4) Mandiri. The method used is descriptive and be method For his research is Counseling Guidance Action Research. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observations, interviews, while the data analysis techniques use the percentage formula and T-Test formula. AbstractViolent acts of bullying experienced by children is the treatment that will impact the long term and would be a nightmare that never disappear from the memories of children who become victims. Based on information from teacher observation and BK, directly at the Junior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak that learners who seem doing the bullying. Therefore, researchers feel interested to conduct research on Junior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak because researchers want to find out more about bullying behavior in the students of Junior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak.The problem in this research is "How does the bullying behavior toward students of class VIII in Junior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Vampires?". This research aims to know the description of the behavior of bullying against the students of class VIII in Junior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak.The method used is descriptive method with survey research. The research sample is 30 students a class VIII Junior Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak.This research uses a quantitative approach. This research data-collecting technique is the technique of indirect communication with a data-collecting lat; in the form of the now. Data analysis techniques using the calculation of the percentage.Based on the results of data analysis of bullying behaviours learners class VIII Junior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak overall reach 60.72% with "medium" category. Key Word: Bullying, Behaviour
