Abstract

This research is motivated by the fierce competition in the rapidly growing beauty industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Price and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Glambypuri Beauty Salon. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study was all Glambypuri consumers from August 2025 to August 2025, totaling 500 people. A sample of 83 respondents was obtained using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis employed validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that both Price and Service Quality play a significant role in shaping Consumer Satisfaction. Each factor individually influences how consumers perceive value and service experience, while their combined effect further strengthens overall satisfaction. A substantial proportion of the variation in Consumer Satisfaction can be explained by these two variables, suggesting that pricing strategies and the quality of service are critical drivers of customer perceptions and loyalty. For businesses, this emphasizes the importance of maintaining competitive pricing alongside consistently high service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and develop an effective halal literacy strategy for MSMEs in Indonesia, with a focus on increasing the adoption of Islamic financial products. This study also evaluates the success of various implemented halal literacy education and training programs, including their compliance with Islamic legal regulations and national Sharia governance. The research methodology employed a qualitative approach, collecting data through observations and interviews with various MSMEs in Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara. Data analysis was conducted using a SWOT approach. The research findings indicate that a comprehensive halal literacy strategy should include the provision of easy-to-understand educational materials, ongoing training, and awareness-raising through mass media campaigns, supported by strengthening MSMEs' understanding of Islamic legal obligations, halal certification requirements, and Islamic financial regulations. The results of this study emphasize the importance of an integrated approach to improving MSMEs' understanding of Islamic financial products, their legal basis, and the benefits they offer. With increased halal literacy, including Islamic legal literacy, MSMEs can utilize Islamic financial products to support sustainable business growth in accordance with Islamic principles and applicable Islamic financial laws. This study also provides practical recommendations for policymakers, financial institutions, and MSME support organizations to facilitate increased halal literacy, strengthen legal awareness, and expand MSME access to Islamic financial products in Indonesia.

Abstract

Flood disaster management in DKI Jakarta demands a rapid, precise, and coordinated logistics distribution strategy. As the center of government and economy, paralysis due to flooding in Jakarta has a systemic impact. Bekangdam Jaya, as a support unit of Kodam Jaya, plays a strategic role in supporting the Regional Government through the provision of infrastructure, personnel mobilization, and aid distribution during emergency response, in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning the TNI. The problem in this research is how Bekangdam Jaya's strategy in distributing logistics for flood disaster management in the Jakarta area. This study aims to analyze the capability of facilities and infrastructure (Means), the effectiveness of operational distribution (Ways), and to formulate a strategy for optimizing logistics distribution (Ends) using the Arthur F. Lykke Jr. strategy framework. The research method used is qualitative with a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with informants from Bekangdam Jaya and BPBD DKI Jakarta, field observations, and analysis of related documents. The results show that Bekangdam Jaya has strong logistics capabilities, including a transport fleet, rubber boats, field kitchens, and trained personnel. However, the effectiveness of distribution is still hampered by inter-agency coordination constraints, the accuracy of dynamic logistics needs data, and accessibility challenges in flooded areas. The discussion emphasizes the gap between potential capabilities and their realization in the field due to coordination friction and information systems. Optimization of the logistics distribution strategy requires strengthening civil-military interoperability through the refinement of joint Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the implementation of an integrated data system for real-time information management, and the decentralization of logistics by pre-positioning in flood-prone areas. With a strategy that is aligned between Ends, Ways, and Means, the effectiveness of the disaster logistics response can be increased, thereby supporting the acceleration of handling flood victims in Jakarta

Abstract

Masyarakat dan sekolah adalah satu kesatuan yang tak terpisah dalam upaya mendidik anak bangsa. Bahkan, keduanya adalah bagian sentra dari tripusat pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen hubungan masyarakat (humas) dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan. Latar penelitian ini yaitu Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SD IT) Ardiansyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Pemerolehan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data diperoleh melalui teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen humas di SD IT Ardiansyah terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini ditinjau dari terlaksananya fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam mengembangkan sekolah tersebut. Lebih lanjut, kinerja humas dilaksanakan dengan baik, berupa keterlibatan secara langsung bersama wali siswa, pemerintah dan instansi terkait, komite dan masyarakat umum, ditambah lagi dengan keterlibatan bidang humas dalam sosialisasi online sekolah tersebut di berbagai media sosial.
