Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic, job satisfaction, and OCB on the work productivity of State Elementary School (SDN) teachers in Mawar Village, Banjarmasin City. The method in this study uses quantitative methods, and data collection methods are carried out through questionnaires distributed to the research population, namely all teachers at SDN in Mawar Village, Banjarmasin City, totalling 58 people. Data analysis used the F test and T-test. The results of this study indicate that the work ethic variable partially has a significant effect on teacher work productivity, the job satisfaction variable partially has a substantial impact on teacher work productivity, the organizational citizenship behaviour variable partially has an enormous effect on teacher work productivity: work ethic, job satisfaction. OCB simultaneously have a significant impact on teacher work productivity.

Abstract

This research is motivated by advances in science and technology, as well as the lack of variation in learning methods integrated with technology in learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of web learning in supporting independent learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which includes five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Validation was carried out by media experts and material experts, followed by a field trial involving 35 students of SMKN 1 Bintan Utara. The research instrument used a structured questionnaire on a Likert scale to assess the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the media. The validation results showed that the learning media was valid and in accordance with learning needs. The practicality test produced an average score of 85.71% with a very practical category. The effectiveness test through gain score analysis showed an increase in student learning outcomes with a gain value of 0.6 with a moderate category. In conclusion, web-based learning materials are effective, valid, and practical in improving students' understanding of concepts and learning outcomes in science subjects

Abstract

This study is about how students who are learning English as language use feedback from artificial intelligence when they edit essays that argue for something. The study also wants to find out what things affect how much these students use this feedback. The people who did the study used a way of doing things and they used a mix of numbers and talked to people to get their information. They worked with 30 students who are studying to teach English. These students had to write essays. Then edit them. The people who did the study looked at what the students changed in their essays. They also asked the students questions in surveys and in interviews. They used numbers to understand the information they got from the essays and the surveys. They used words to understand what the students said in the interviews. The students who are learning English as a language and the artificial intelligence feedback are very important to this study. The study is really about the English, as a foreign language student. How they use artificial intelligence feedback. According to the findings, most students were able to accept AI-generated feedback, especially when it came to language-related topics like grammar and vocabulary. The whole application category had the greatest uptake rate. On the other hand, adoption rates for argument development and idea organization were typically lower. Scores on the original and updated manuscripts increased significantly after utilizing statistical testing AI-generated feedback (p 0.05). Additionally, although they still had trouble comprehending conceptual feedback, students' opinions of AI use tended to be favorable. These results suggest that while AI-generated feedback is useful in raising the caliber of EFL students' writing, especially in linguistic areas, it still has limitations when it comes to fostering the growth of argumentation abilities. To get the results using artificial intelligence in teaching people how to write should always have help from teachers. The use of intelligence in writing education needs to have teachers assisting with the learning process. This way the use of intelligence in writing education will be really helpful.

Abstract

Prostitution which is prostitution is very dangerous for the maintenance of offspring (hifz al-nasl) and lead to criminal acts of crime under Islamic law. This library research was conducted by studying books and journals that are relevant to the writing of this article. In the Islamic perspective there is no nomenclature implicitly mentioning prostitution. Prostitution is the provision of sexual services by a man or a woman for money or satisfaction. Prostitution or prostitution is defined as adultery. Prostitution is a practice that destroys the foundations of family life, morality, morality, law and religion. In the Qur'an it is explained that the appropriate punishment for adulterymuhsan in the form of punishment of stoning and adulteryghairu muhsan was subject to a penalty of 100 lashes. Give punishment to the perpetrators of prostitution to prevent the occurrence of acts of adultery that can damage the sustainability of human life, especially aspects dharuriat, namely maintenance hifz al-nasl. Punishments are given in order to create sharia goals and punishment in Islamic law which includes prevention and guidance can be achieved and creates a deterrent effect for perpetrators, and not to repeat the act.
