Abstract

Abstract: Ethnobotanically, the leaves of P. diversifolium are used as a medicine for itching and the root bark is used as fish poison. The traditional use of natural materials should be followed by scientific studies. This study aims to determine the toxicity of the stem bark, stem wood, and leaf tissue extracts of P. diversifolium using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method. Extraction using maceration method with ethanol solvent for 3 x 24 hours. The macerate was filtered and the extract obtained was evaporated until a crude extract was obtained. The three ethanol extracts obtained were tested for toxicity and obtained LC50 values of stem bark = 4,753 ppm, stem wood = 97,723 ppm, and leaves = 27,797 ppm. All extracts were declared non-toxic because the LC50 value was more than 1000 ppm.Abstrak: Secara etnobotani, daun P. diversifolium digunakan sebagai obat gatal serta kulit akarnya sebagai racun ikan. Penggunaan bahan alam secara tradisional seharusnya diikuti kajian ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui toksisitas pada ekstrak jaringan kulit batang, kayu batang, dan daun P.diversifolium dengan metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT). Ekstraksi menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol selama 3 x 24 jam. Maserat disaring dan ekstrak yang peroleh dievaporasi sampai didapatkan ekstrak kental. Ketiga ekstrak etanol yang diperoleh diuji toksisitasnya dan diperoleh nilai LC50 kulit batang = 4.753 ppm, kayu batang = 97.723 ppm, dan daun = 27.797 ppm. Semua ekstrak dinyatakan tidak toksik karena nilai LC50 lebih dari 1.000 ppm.

Abstract

The influence of high temperature and exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from sunlight, rain, and humidity causes damage to the composite material and consequently, reduces its mechanical performance. Weathering experiments can be carried out outdoors or under laboratory conditions. Material degradation tests can be carried out directly using natural conditions or laboratory test equipment that artificially simulates natural conditions. An automatic temperature control system is needed to keep the setpoint stable during the degradation test. The controller on the system uses Arduino based on Proportional, Interval, and Derivative (PID). The test was carried out by running the system with different PID parameter values three times to obtain the most optimize-tingling results in maintaining the setpoint at steady state conditions. Based on the results of tests that have been carried out with a setpoint of 40⁰C, the most optimal results are obtained with values of Kp=10, Ki=20, and Kd=30. The average temperature is 40.02⁰C with an average error percentage of 2% and an average accuracy rate of 98%.

Abstract

Natural Sciences (IPA) studies concepts about nature and natural phenomena that can be proven. However, not all students are able to understand the concept of science. To achieve science learning objectives requires innovative implementation of strategies, approaches, methods or learning media that are effective and efficient. This research aims to develop learning media based on the Google Classroom LMS, its feasibility and utilization with the flipped blended learning system. This development uses the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The development of learning media based on the Google Classroom LMS consisting of learning material aspects (appropriateness of material, learning model, and language) obtained 97.27% (very good). The learning media aspect obtained a score of 87.00% (very good), while the student response results were 88.69% (very decent). This research shows that the flipped blended learning model based on the Google classroom learning management system (LMS) in science learning at MIN 7 Bone is very feasible to implement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang pengaruh kompetensi aparatur daerah, sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan OPD Pemerintahan daerah Kabupaten Keerom. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 76 responden Perangkat Daerah dari 38 OPD dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Jumlah data sampel yang digunakan dan memenuhi syarat sebanyak 74 atau sebesar 97,37% dari total populasi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil jawaban para responden kemudian diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan dianalisis melalui beberapa tahapan pengujian. Tahap pertama adalah melakukan uji statistik dekriptif. Tahap kedua adalah uji isntrument data penelitian (uji validitas, uji reliabilitas). Tahap ketiga adalah uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas). Tahap keempat adalah menguji seluruh hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dan akan dibuktikan melalui uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi Aparatur Daerah, penerapan Sistem akuntansi Keuangan Daerah dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan daerah pada OPD Pemerintahan daerah Kabupaten Keerom Provinsi Papua. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa variabel yang diteliti memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan OPD Pemerintahan daerah Kabupaten Keerom Provinsi Papua sebesar 66,2% sedangkan sisanya 33,98% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam model penelitian ini, seperti; sistem pengendalian internal, lingkungan kerja, fasilitas kerja, kompensasi, Ketepatwaktu Pelaporan Keuangan dan variabel-variabel lain. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Aparatur; Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah; Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi; Kualitas Laporan Keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak transparansi, akuntabilitas, partisipasi masyarakat, dan pengendalian internal terhadap pengelolaan dana desa pada Distrik di Kabupaten Keerom. Populasi dalam studi ini adalah sebanyak 91 Desa di 11 Distrik dilingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Keerom Provinsi Papua. Dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner jumlah digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 67 responden atau sebesar 73,63% dari jumlah populasi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil jawaban para responden kemudian diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan dianalisis melalui beberapa tahapan pengujian. Tahap pertama adalah melakukan uji statistik dekriptif. Tahap kedua adalah uji isntrument data penelitian (uji validitas, uji reliabilitas). Tahap ketiga adalah uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas). Tahap keempat adalah menguji seluruh hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dan akan dibuktikan melalui uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini secara keseluruhan memberikan kontribusi yang penting terhadap peningkatan pengelolaan dana desa di Kabupaten Keerom. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi perbaikan pengelolaan dana desa di Distrik Kabupaten Keerom dan konteks serupa lainnya. Preprocessing data is needed some methods to get better results. This research is intended to process employee dataset as preprocessing input. Furthermore, model decision algorithm is used, random tree and random forest. Decision trees are used to create a model of the rule selected in the decision process. With the results of the preprocessing approach and the model rules obtained, can be a reference for decision makers to decide which variables should be considered to support employee performance improvement

Abstract

Prostitution which is prostitution is very dangerous for the maintenance of offspring (hifz al-nasl) and lead to criminal acts of crime under Islamic law. This library research was conducted by studying books and journals that are relevant to the writing of this article. In the Islamic perspective there is no nomenclature implicitly mentioning prostitution. Prostitution is the provision of sexual services by a man or a woman for money or satisfaction. Prostitution or prostitution is defined as adultery. Prostitution is a practice that destroys the foundations of family life, morality, morality, law and religion. In the Qur'an it is explained that the appropriate punishment for adulterymuhsan in the form of punishment of stoning and adulteryghairu muhsan was subject to a penalty of 100 lashes. Give punishment to the perpetrators of prostitution to prevent the occurrence of acts of adultery that can damage the sustainability of human life, especially aspects dharuriat, namely maintenance hifz al-nasl. Punishments are given in order to create sharia goals and punishment in Islamic law which includes prevention and guidance can be achieved and creates a deterrent effect for perpetrators, and not to repeat the act. Abstract

The digital era has presented social media as a new space for delivering da'wah messages. Ustazah Oki Setiana Dewi is one of the da'wah figures who utilizes Instagram and YouTube as the main platforms to build relationships with audiences. This research aims to answer two problem formulations: (1) How is Ustazah Oki Setiana Dewi's da'wah communication strategy on social media, especially Instagram and YouTube, in building a connection with the audience? (2) What are the forms of da'wah communication strategies applied by Ustazah Oki Setiana Dewi on the two platforms? This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. The paradigm used is interpretivism, which focuses on a deep understanding of the meaning behind the da'wah message and the audience's response to it. The theoretical foundation used is Al-Bayayuni's da'wah communication theory, which includes three main dimensions: informative, persuasive, and expressive. The data findings show that Ustazah Oki's da'wah communication strategy on Instagram and YouTube has significant differences. On YouTube, the da'wah content is educative and in-depth, utilizing a longer duration to discuss religious topics in a structured manner. This approach fulfills the informative dimension of Al-Bayayuni's theory. Meanwhile, on Instagram, Ustazah Oki uses a more concise, emotional, and interactive approach through reels, stories, and live features, which emphasize the persuasive and expressive dimensions. In-depth discussion reveals that Ustazah Oki's strategies on both platforms reflect adaptations to the characteristics of social media and their audiences. On YouTube, the audience is more focused on in-depth religious learning, while on Instagram, they are more interested in concise and inspirational dakwah content. This shows the importance of flexibility in da'wah communication strategies to reach diverse audiences in the digital era.

Abstract

A study entitled "The Influence of Principal Leadership on Improving the Quality of Islamic Education at MIN 15 Aceh Besar" has been conducted. This study aims to implement the leadership style of the principal at MIN 15 Aceh Besar in the context of Islamic education, to determine the obstacles faced by the principal in carrying out his leadership role to improve the quality of Islamic education at MIN 15 Aceh Besar, and to determine the perceptions of teachers, students, and parents regarding the influence of principal leadership on the quality of Islamic education at MIN 15 Aceh Besar. This study was conducted at MIN Aceh Besar using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through: (1) In-depth interviews; (2) Participatory observation and (3) documentation. The selection of research informants used purposive techniques combined with "Snowball sampling". Based on the results of the study, Principal leadership is a key factor that determines the quality of education in schools, so that the education process can run in a planned, systematic, and professional manner. The principal in carrying out his leadership in managing the school must pay attention to improving the quality of teachers. This is because teachers are the ones who deal directly with students. Improving the quality of teachers will have an impact on student achievement. Therefore, a qualified principal will always invite, persuade, lead, guide, and encourage teachers to teach professionalism in order to achieve educational goals. However, in reality, the principal's leadership has not been running well to create a good learning process and quality of education.
