Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan profil kesadaran diri terhadap pekerjaan masa depan di kalangan siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) serta menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan layanan karier berdasarkan perbedaan gender. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan 108 siswa SMK di Kota Makassar, yang dipilih melalui teknik sampling purposif. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari kuesioner kesadaran diri terhadap pekerjaan masa depan yang telah lulus uji validitas dan reliabilitas (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,860). Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, termasuk frekuensi, persentase, rata-rata, dan simpangan baku. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, kesadaran diri terhadap pekerjaan masa depan siswa termasuk dalam kategori sedang (69,4%), dengan kecenderungan yang lebih tinggi pada aspek visualisasi dibandingkan dengan kejelasan mental dan jenis pekerjaan. Jika ditinjau berdasarkan jenis kelamin, siswa laki-laki cenderung memiliki tingkat kesadaran diri terhadap pekerjaan masa depan yang lebih tinggi daripada siswa perempuan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa masih memerlukan penguatan dalam perencanaan karier, khususnya terkait kejelasan identitas dan arah karier. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan layanan bimbingan dan konseling karier yang berbasis kebutuhan, sistematis, dan sensitif gender diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karier siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan.

Abstract

The quality assurance requirement of academic qualification to lecturers is gaining more and more eminent dynamics in the dynamics of higher education in Indonesia. The research will focus on the definition of pressure on the qualification of education and how the same can affect the mental health of lecturers and what the schools can do to balance the quality and their mental health. A qualitative approach was used to collect data in which a case study method was utilized. In-depth interviews, observation and documentation were used to gather the data. The findings of the research reveal that the stress of persisting to be productive in the writing industry, publication of scientific articles and higher level studies is likely to cause an endless cycle of academic anxiety. The institutional and social expectations are usually too much to bear and can lead to emotional burnout, loss of self-confidence and lack of motivation to work. This pressure appears not only as an administrative burden but also as an existential burden that threatens lecturers' mental balance and professionalism. Nevertheless, universities have taken strategic steps by strengthening the role of internal institutional units that control academic quality, as well as full support from university leaders through affirmative policies and tuition assistance. Another solution developed is an academic mentoring program and training to help lecturers upgrade their skills and increase their psychological resilience. This research confirms that higher education quality assurance relies not only on academic achievement but also on the balanced mental health of lecturers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya menjaga motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah menengah atas. Pembelajaran yang monoton dan terlalu berpusat pada metode ceramah sering menyebabkan siswa mudah bosan, kurang aktif, dan kurang fokus selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik optimalisasi gamifikasi dalam menjaga motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian multisitus yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Samarinda, SMA Negeri 16 Samarinda, dan SMK Negeri 19 Samarinda. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan sumber data guru PAI dan siswa. Analisis data dilakukan melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru mengoptimalkan gamifikasi melalui berbagai permainan dan media pembelajaran seperti puzzle, kartu pembelajaran, dan Canva yang dipadukan dengan unsur poin, reward, level permainan, dan tantangan. Praktik tersebut mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang aktif, menyenangkan, dan interaktif sehingga membantu menjaga motivasi belajar siswa secara berkelanjutan. Selain itu, optimalisasi gamifikasi didukung oleh kreativitas guru, fasilitas sekolah, dan antusiasme siswa.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang peranan lembaga perbankan syariah dalam  rangka  mendukung  perekonomian  Indonesia. Besarnya porsi pembiayaan yang disalurkan ke sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah  (UMKM) memberikan  bukti komitmen  bank syariah  terhadap  pemberdayaan   ekonomi   rakyat.  Penelitian ini menggunakan   pendekatan kualitatif    deskriptif.  Dalam menganalisis  data, peneliti  menggunakan  metode triangulasi, triangulasi data dengan teori dan membandingkan data diamati dengan  wawancara.  Hasil penelitian  ini menunjukkan  bahwa pembiayaan   syariah diarahkan menuju pembiayaan  dengan prinsip bagi hasil yang menekankan  pola hubungan  kemitraan antara pihak bank dan nasabah. Prinsip bagi  hasil  dapat dilakukan dalam empat akad, yaitu mudharabah,  musyarakah, muzara’ah, dan musaqah.Kata kunci: pembiayaan, bank, pemberdayaanTHE ROLE OF SHARIA BANKING IN MSMEs FINANCE. This article discusses about the role of Islamic banking institution  to support Indonesian economy. The financial portions transmitted to the micro business sector (Small and Medium Enterprises MSMEs) proves   the  commitment    of  shari’ah   banking   in  economic empowerment. This study applies descriptive-qualitative approach. Data are analyzed through triangulation method, comparing data with theory, and the result of interview. Result of this study shows that syariah finance is conducted in accordance with the principle of profit sharing emphasizing on bank and customer’s partnership. Profit sharing may be conducted in four agreements: mudharabah, musyarakah, muzara’ah and musaqah.Keywords: finance, bank, empowerment

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the increasing cases of moral degradation of students in adolescence which is marked by the emergence of cases of juvenile delinquency. This phenomenon increasingly encourages educational institutions, especially schools, to be able to provide appropriate guidance so that the problem of moral degradation can be immediately addressed. One strategy that can be an alternative in dealing with cases of moral degradation in schools is through student development. This is what the Deputy Head of Student Affairs at SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang did in dealing with the problem of moral degradation that occurred among students. Based on this background, this research aims to describe and provide explanations regarding student development strategies at SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang. The type of research used by researchers is a case study with a qualitative research approach. Data from this research was collected through data collection techniques such as non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model analysis techniques. This technique includes the stages of data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Meanwhile, testing the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques. Based on the research results, it was found that the student development strategy in overcoming moral degradation at SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang was carried out through three development strategies, namely; (1) academic development of students, which includes development of academic, arts and sports achievements, development of literature and culture, and development of ICT and English; (2) non-academic student development which includes fostering creativity and entrepreneurship, as well as fostering physical health; (3) attitudinal and spiritual development of students which includes moral development, personality development, as well as democracy and tolerance development. Fenomena ini semakin mendorong lembaga pendidikan terutama sekolah untuk dapat memberikan pembinaan yang tepat agar permasalahan degradasi moral ini dapat segera tertangani. Adapun salah satu strategi yang dapat menjadi alternatif dalam menangani kasus degradasi moral di sekolah yakni melalui pembinaan kesiswaan. Hal inilah yang dilakukan oleh Waka Kesiswaan di SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang dalam menangani permasalahan degradasi moral yang terjadi di kalangan para siswa. Berdasarkan pada latar belakang inilah, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan memaparkan penjelasan terkait strategi pembinaan kesiswaan di SMP Negeri 2 Tenggarong Seberang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yakni studi kasus dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Data dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi non partisipan, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dilakukan analisis menggunakan teknik analisis model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Teknik ini meliputi tahap kondensasi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data menggukan teknik triangulasi.
