Abstract

ABSTRACTLung cancer in a broad sense is all malignancy in the lung, including malignancy originating from the lung itself (primary) as well as malignancy from outside the lung (metastasis). In a clinical sense, what is meant by primary lung cancer is a malignant tumor originating from the bronchial epithelium (bronchial carcinoma) (Kemenkes RI., 2017). This case study aims to describe pain nursing care for a female patient Mrs. T with a diagnosis of Lung Ca in the Srikandi Room, Wijaya Kusuma Hospital, Purwokerto. Descriptive case study conducted from December 11 to December 14 2022 in the Srikandi Room, Wijaya Kusuma Hospital, Purwokerto with a patient population of 1 respondent. Data collection techniques used included: interviews, physical examination, observation, documentation study. After conducting an assessment of Mrs. T, it was found that a decrease in right-sided chest pain above the breast is one of the priority problems that often occurs in lung cancer patients. After taking nursing care measures, the reduction in chronic pain associated with tumor infiltration has been resolved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Additional Income Policy forCivil Servants in the province of Central Java. The research method uses qualitativeresearch with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include interviews,observation, and documentation. Informants were selected based on purposivesampling. Abstract

Decision-making is the process of selecting from several alternatives. Decision-making in selecting an alternative is a series of long processes, starting with identifying problems, seeking information about the alternatives to be selected, and analyzing how good each alternative is, leading to alternative decisions to be made. At the stage of identifying the criteria of an alternative, it is not only about identifying these criteria but also knowing the interrelationships between the criteria of the alternative to be selected. The DEMATEL method is one of the methods in multi-criteria decision-making that can be used to identify the interrelationships between criteria. In this study, calculations were carried out using the DEMATEL method to identify twenty criteria used in the selection of unmanned aircraft. From the results of this study, the DEMATEL method was able to identify and describe the relationship between the criteria quantitatively in the form of a table of the number of relationships and an impact-digraph map. The results of this study indicate that of the twenty criteria, four of the most influential criteria were obtained in the decision-making process for selecting an unmanned aircraft, with the payload criteria being the most influential criterion with the largest value of 0.412, followed by the political criteria in second place with a value of 0.356, while the endurance criteria and range are in third and fourth place on the four criteria that most influence the decision-making process for selecting an unmanned aircraft with a value of 0.355 and 0.341, respectively. Abstract

Safety aspect and welfare level of garbage volunteers are often neglected. This study aims to find the right strategy in maintaining the safety and improving the welfare of garbage volunteers in Samarinda City. This type of qualitative research with a phenomonological design. The informants were five garbage volunteers in Teluk Lerong Ulu Village, Samarinda City who were selected by purposive sampling with the criteria of working for at least three years, being able to communicate effectively, and being willing to be interviewed. The research was carried out in January 2023 through interviews, observation and literature studies. Data were analyzed through reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study obtained information that garbage volunteers continued to carry out their routine of transporting household waste in residential areas even though they were not workers. They work without paying attention to work safety and without a steady income. The Samarinda City Government through the Environmental Service can provide safety equipment and fittings and pay attention to the welfare of waste volunteers by providing a decent income. In addition, the cultural values of Betulungan within the Samarinda City community can be implemented to help waste volunteers stay safe and live a decent life.

Abstract

A healthy pregnancy requires physical and psychological preparation which a mother-to-be must prepare before pregnancy occurs. In this regard, the impact of the unprepared mother-to-be can actually lead to a risky pregnancy that can lead to maternal death. Premarital health promotion aims to improve the community's ability to maintain and improve their health, namely premarital reproductive health, in this activity focused on planning healthy pregnancies. The purpose of this activity is that the prospective bride is able to plan a healthy pregnancy. Community service activities are carried out at KUA Kaliwates, Jember Regency with a target number of 35 CPW. The activity plan went through several stages, namely FGD training and assistance in planning healthy pregnancies and evaluating activities.The output of this activity is in the process of publication in an accredited National Journal and making a booklet with the title "Smart Plan for You because Pregnancy is Amazing" with No EC Certificate. 002021308669 dated June 30, 2021.The results of this activity are the value of the questionnaire in the pre test is dominated by sufficient knowledge level of 91%, the value of the questionnaire in the post test is dominated by a good knowledge level of 89% and the desire of CPW to get pregnant immediately is 71%.

Abstract

Murahnya harga bawang merah Cepogo Boyolali yang dikenal sebagai bawang Cepogo, merupakan peluang usaha untuk membuat bawang merah goreng yang selanjutnya akan disebut sebagai bawang goreng, menjadi alternatif dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi warga khususnya bagi Jemaat di Gereja Sidang Petakosta di Indonesia (GSPDI) Filadelfia Tlatar Boyolali. Ketersediaan bawang Cepogo sebagai bahan utama yang merupakan produk petani lokal Boyolali, tepung maizena dan garam sebagai penambah rasa, kerenyahan, kelezatan, dan penampilan bawang goreng, peralatan yang diperlukan sangat sederhana yang dimiliki di setiap rumah warga, dan proses produksi yang sangat mudah, serta kebutuhan pasar akan bawang goreng di Boyolali, menjadi pertimbangan dalam memproduksi bawang goreng. Bawang goreng dengan bahan dasar bawang Cepogo rasanya lebih gurih dan lebih lezat dibanding dari bawang goreng yang ada dipasaran, karena bahan dasar dari bawang merah yang baru dipanen. Murahnya harga bahan dasar dan kelezatan rasa dari bawang goreng, memberikan peluang bawang goreng ini untuk bersaing di pasaran. Bawang goreng menjadi alternatif untuk menambah penghasilan bagi warga (Jemaat), tanpa harus bermodal besar.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Data yang dihimpun oleh Global Status Report On Road Safety (2018) angka mortilitas yang diakibatkan oleh kecelakaan lalu lintas mencapai 1,35 juta kematian per tahun diseluruh dunia dan lebih dari 50 juta jiwa mengalami luka berat. Kini, kecelakaan lalu lintas menjadi pembunuh utama manusia dengan rentang usia 5 hingga 29 tahun. WHO (2018) kasus fraktur di Indonesia menjadi penyebab kematian terbesar ketiga dibawah penyakit jantung coroner dan TBC. WHO mencatat terdapat 31.726 total kematian di Indonesia dengan prevalensi 12.2%. Data pasien fraktur di IGD RSUD Dr. Raden Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi mencapai 284 kasus per tanggal 12 November 2021.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Deskriptif Korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 35 responden.Hasil : Hasil uji korelasi Rank Spearman diperoleh p-value sebesar 0,011 kurang dari ? 0,05, artinya ada hubungan Respon Time Perawat dengan Penanganan Nyeri Pada Pasien Fraktur Akibat Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas di IGD RSUD Dr. Raden Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi dengan arah positif dan kekuatan nilai r = 0,424 yang artinya cukup kuat.Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan respon time perawat dengan penanganan nyeri pada pasien fraktur akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas di IGD RSUD Dr. Raden Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi.

Abstract

The aim of this action research were to (1) describe the influence of exploration method in the Electric Energy Sources material and its use in science to improve the students’ learning outcomes and (2) know the influence of exploration method in the Electric Energy Sources material and its use in science to students’ motivation. This study was designed in a Classroom Action Research (PTK) within 3 cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages, namely the action planning, action, observation/ measurement, and reflection/ retrieval conclusion. This object was the sixth graders student of state elementary school Weduni, Deket - Lamongan. The data obtained from tests and observation sheet of formative learning activities. After applying the method, learning outcomes in the first cycle is as much as 56%. In the second cycle learning outcomes increased to 70%, and increased again to 88.66% in the third cycle. The conclusion from this study was the exploration method can be a positive influence on learning outcomes and students’ motivation of state elementary school of Weduni, Deket - Lamongan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTRice straw is one of agricultural waste that has the potential to add nutrients in the soil. to accelerate the composting process is treated the role of microorganisms such as trichoderma sp and manure. the aim of this research is to know the effect of giving straw compost types with Trichoderma Stimulator and manure to P-available and growth of corn plant (Zea mays L.) on Ultisol soil. This research was conducted from February 25, 2017 to August 13, 2017. Complete Random Design (RAL) design consists of 4 treatments with 5 replications, 2 sets of plants so that the number of plants as many as 40 plants, this research was conducted in the experimental garden of Mount Meliau Garden Four Afdeling Meliau Sub-district, Sanggau District. the treatment is coded K0 (without compost), K1 (compost (straw + tricoderma)), K2 (compost (straw + tricoderma + manure)), K3 (compost (straw + manure)). The results showed that the effect of several straw compost with Trichoderma Stimulator and manure differed significantly on the growth of corn plant (Zea mays L.), but had no significant effect on the availability of P-soil in maize. Keywords: Ultisol, Rice Straw Compost, Trichoderma sp., Corn

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui civic literasi dalam proses pembelajaran dan melaluikegiatan literasi di sekolah. Metode penelitian Studi saat ini menggunakan data kualitatif sertapengamatan, catatan, dan dokumentasi sebagai sumber informasi utamanya. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran di SMA N 1 Babadan yang diterapkan untuk menunjangproses pemahaman siswa melalui kegiatan proyek citizen. Peserta didik diminta untukmendiskusikan masalah kewarganegaraan dengan sistem problem sloving, kemudian siswa dimintauntuk menuliskannya dalam bentuk resume. Selain itu kegiatan praktik demokrasi dalam bentukpemilihan ketua osis sebagai salah satu sarana pembelajaran kewarganegaraan. Pembelajarandengan model proyek citizen dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PPKn. Selain itu programCivic Literasi telah diterapkan oleh SMAN 1 Babadan yaitu dengan adanya program literasi 20menit sebelum pembelajaran. Sebelum masuk kelas siswa jam 06.40-07.00 siharuskan membacabuku baik itu buku paket pembelajaran, novel, makalah dll. Kegiatan civic literasi telah dilakukanoleh guru secara nyata dan turut andil dalam kegiatan tersebut. Kemudian dalam bentuk penerapankebudayaan civic literasi di SMA N 1 Babadan selain memberikan motivasi guru juga memberikantugas – tugas mengenai wawasan kewarganegaraan.
