The development of information technology has encouraged the modernization of the taxation system, including the implementation of e-filing which offers efficiency and convenience in tax reporting. However, there are still many people, especially in Perum Centra Park, Batam City, who are not familiar with this system, so an introduction and training effort is needed to improve the understanding and use of e-filing in tax reporting. This community service aims to introduce the tax payment system using e-filing to residents of Perum Centra Park, Batam City. The method used in this activity focuses on developing participants' skills and knowledge through a combination of formal training and coaching tailored to individual needs. The activity begins with two days of intensive training (May 18-19, 2024), followed by a pre-test to measure participants' initial knowledge of E-Filling. Based on the pre-test results, the speaker then delivered coaching material tailored to the participants' abilities, supported by equipment such as laptops, LCD projectors, pre-test questions, and jobsheets, and evaluated based on predetermined achievement indicators. Community service activities have been successfully carried out with one meeting on April 21, 2024, focusing on the presentation of material on tax payments using E-filing to residents of Perum Centra Park Batam City. Despite facing some obstacles such as difficulty in aligning schedules and noisy location conditions, the training successfully covered various important aspects of e-Filing, including understanding, preparation, usage process, data security, as well as its benefits for MSMEs, which are expected to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance in tax reporting. The introduction of e-filing at Perum Centra Park Batam City has the potential to improve tax compliance and efficiency of the tax system, supporting sustainable development.

Abstract

This systematic literature review aims to compile and describe the contribution of locus of control to students' academic procrastination. One approach to literature study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This research uses a systematic literature review using the Prisma method. To maintain the accuracy of the assessment and prevent errors in information in data analysis, cross-library checks are carried out, and re-reading the literature and paying attention to the reviewer's comments. The results of this study show that the relationship between Locus of Control and academic procrastination is positive. This illustrates that the higher the Locus of Control, the lower the students' academic procrastination. Locus of control is an important factor in reducing academic procrastination because the greater the value of a person's locus of control, the more that the individual can control himself, which makes him able to be responsible for his obligation.

Abstract

The increase in divorce cases has raised concerns about the psychological well-being of affected children, with the risk of anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. The purpose of this writing is to find out the impact of divorce on children's mental health. The method used is a systematic literature review using databases from PubMed and ScienceDirect. The search was carried out using the keywords children, divorce, marital dissolution, mental health. Article screening used the PRISMA method and 8 articles were found that were in accordance with the research topic. The results showed that divorce increased the risk of mental problems such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and decreased academic performance. In addition, children from divorced families face a higher risk of mental disorders. High parental conflict exacerbates negative effects, while good social and emotional support can reduce those adverse effects. This study highlights the importance of paying special attention to the mental well-being of children post-divorce to prevent adverse long-term effects. It is hoped that the results of this study can deepen the understanding of the impact of divorce and help develop support strategies for children who have experienced parental divorce, in order to reduce the risk of long-term mental health disorders. Abstract

Bullying in schools is a pervasive issue with profound implications for students' academic performance and psychological well-being. This systematic literature review explores the complex dynamics of bullying, focusing on its contributing factors, impacts on academic outcomes, and preventive strategies. The review synthesizes findings from peer-reviewed studies published between [insert start date] and [insert end date], identified through searches in major academic databases including PubMed, PsycINFO, ERIC, and Google Scholar. Key themes include the role of individual traits, social dynamics, and environmental factors in shaping bullying behaviors. Factors such as peer pressure, family relationships, and school climate significantly influence the occurrence and severity of bullying incidents. The review highlights the detrimental effects of bullying on academic achievement, including reduced motivation, decreased concentration, and heightened psychological distress among victims. Effective prevention strategies discussed encompass proactive measures such as implementing anti-bullying policies, promoting positive peer relationships, and fostering empathy among students. School counselors and educators play pivotal roles in creating safe and inclusive environments through targeted interventions and support for victims. Challenges identified include variations in study methodologies and the need for culturally diverse perspectives in bullying research. Future research directions should prioritize investigating bullying across different cultural contexts and addressing emerging forms such as cyberbullying comprehensively. By advancing our understanding and implementing evidence-based interventions, we can work towards fostering inclusive school environments where all students feel safe, respected, and able to achieve their full academic potential

Abstract

The development of technology in the field of counselling is an opportunity and challenge for counsellors in schools in providing counselling services. The purpose of this study was to analyse the results of students' need assessment in the process of evaluation and follow-up services. This survey involved 167 high school students by distributing questionnaires online. The survey results showed that almost 61.1% of students had experience of receiving guidance and counselling services from school counsellors. The types of services are online, offline and also blended, with the majority being offline sessions. Only 11.4% of students have online counselling experience, the rest do it offline. Some of the obstacles in the counselling process are fear of data being spread, embarrassment, time constraints and conditions, mistruts, inexperience, and not being able to open up, and networks. The evaluation done by students is that the implementation of guidance and counselling services needs to be improved, there is a need for other interaction applications and sometimes it is not optimal. Students like online counselling in the form of texts, websites, phone calls, and video calls. Often the school counsellor has a varied response speed, namely slow, medium and slow. Almost 79.1% felt comfortable during online group counselling with features such as video, articles, online text, graphics, phone, audio, video conference, virtual reality and supporting articles. Almost 63.5% were aware of virtual reality and had high interest. Implications for guidance and counselling and future research recommendations will be discussed in the core of the paper.
