Abstract

This study examines the controversy surrounding Article 103 paragraph (4) letter e of Government Regulation Number 28 of 2024, which includes the provision of contraceptives in reproductive health services for school-aged children and adolescents. The central issue is not merely the medical benefit of contraception, but how state policy is formulated when the constitutional duty to protect health intersects with Islamic moral principles and child protection. This study uses normative legal research, drawing on statutory and conceptual approaches. Primary legal materials include the 1945 Constitution, Law Number 17 of 2023, Government Regulation Number 28 of 2024, and child health regulations, while secondary materials include literature on Islamic law, Fiqh siyasah, maqasid al-shari’ah, and reproductive health studies. The analysis uses Fiqh siyasah dusturiyyah as the main framework and siyasah tanfidziyyah to assess policy implementation. The findings show that the regulation can be justified as a preventive health policy if it is interpreted restrictively and accompanied by clear criteria, parental or guardian involvement, counseling, education, and safeguards against misuse. Without such limits, the policy risks being perceived as permissive and inconsistent with the principle of Sadd al-dzari’ah. This article offers an integrative model between the state's responsibility for reproductive health and the protection of religion, lineage, life, reason, and child welfare based on maqasid.

Abstract

Polyculture is a way of cultivating two or more types of organisms in the same container for the purpose of efficient use of land. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of different stocking densities on the growth of white leg shrimp and milkfish by polyculture and to determine the stocking density that influences the growth of white shrimp and milkfish by polyculture in ponds. The study was designed using a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 3 treatments and 3 replications. The results showed that the specific growth rates in the three treatments, both white leg shrimp and milkfish varied. Similarly, the absolute weight growth between white leg shrimp and milkfish. Survival rate of white leg shrimp in treatment C, 85.56%, treatment B, 72.81%, and treatment A, 66.04%. While, the survival rate of milkfish in the three treatments was 100%. The feed conversion ratio in treatment A, 0.43, treatment C, 0.28, and treatment B, 0.17 grams. The different stocking densities of white leg shrimp and milkfish polycultures did not affect the absolute weight growth of white leg shrimp and their specific growth rate. However, there is an effect on the absolute weight growth of milkfishKeywords:shrimpmilkfishpolyculturestockingdensity

Abstract

Although traditional games have received considerable scholarly attention as learning media and instruments for child development, research specifically synthesizing the contribution of congklak to children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development remains limited. This study aimed to explore the role of congklak in supporting the holistic development of primary school–aged children. A qualitative literature review was conducted using relevant scientific articles, books, and academic documents. Data were collected through documentation and analyzed using content analysis to identify recurring themes concerning the developmental benefits of congklak. The findings indicate that playing congklak supports numeracy, strategic thinking, concentration, social interaction, cooperation, sportsmanship, and fine motor coordination. The game also contributes to the preservation of local cultural values and the cultivation of positive character traits. These findings extend the literature on culture-based education by demonstrating the potential of traditional games as meaningful educational media. The study concludes that integrating congklak into learning and child development activities can support children’s holistic growth while preserving local wisdom. The findings have practical implications for teachers, parents, and educational institutions seeking to incorporate enjoyable, culturally relevant learning activities and provide a foundation for further empirical research across diverse educational contexts.

Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data reduction, presentation, and conclusion-drawing stages were the data analysis stages, and data validity was tested through triangulation of techniques and sources. The results showed that PAI teachers used various strategies to identify students' characteristics and learning needs, such as direct observation of student behavior and abilities, individual approaches, and communication with parents. Teachers also used habituation methods, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and simple visual media in the learning process. These strategies helped teachers adjust learning methods and approaches according to the abilities and needs of each student with special needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of tolerance and patterns of religious social interaction between the Muslim majority and non-Muslim minority (from NTT) in the Padolo neighborhood, Paruga subdistrict, Bima city. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that despite challenges such as limited access to worship infrastructure for minorities and the existence of stereotypes, interfaith social relations in Padolo are very harmonious and collaborative. The main driving factors lie in the practice of local wisdom values such as mutual respect, active tolerance, and a spirit of mutual cooperation (Mbolo Weki), which are manifested in joint activities such as holiday celebrations, community service, and deliberations. Minority groups developed adaptive strategies such as rotating worship services in homes to overcome technical constraints. The conclusion of this study is that harmony in Padolo is not a problem-free situation, but rather the result of the community's ability to constructively manage differences through a local wisdom-based approach and ongoing dialogue. Diversity actually functions as a social glue that transforms differences into a source of strength for creating sustainable peace. These findings can serve as an example of best practices for other regions in managing religious diversity.

Abstract

Hadith is one source of Islamic teachings. However, not all quality hadiths are accepted. So we need a method to find out the hadith that can be used as a basis in the teachings of Islam. In this article, the researcher wants to explain the validity of hadith and how to apply it in research on the quality of hadith, both in terms of the sanad and the matan, because the rules of validity of hadith are a reference for determining the quality of a hadith. This research is library research. From various literatures it is found that to reach a conclusion the status of a hadith must go through the stages of I'tibar hadith and sanad criticism, then criticism of matan if the sanad meets the requirements.

Abstract

The implementation of equality values in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) within inclusive education has received considerable research attention. However, studies specifically examining the implementation of equality values through human values, cooperation, and mutual support in IRE learning at inclusive primary schools remain limited. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of equality values in IRE learning within inclusive education at SDN 02 Percontohan Bukittinggi. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The research informants comprised an IRE teacher, a Special Education Support Teacher (GPK), students in the slow learner and borderline categories, the principal, and students’ parents, who were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation and subsequently analyzed using an interactive qualitative data analysis model comprising data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that equality values were implemented through nondiscriminatory treatment, equal learning opportunities, the adaptation of materials, methods, assignments, and learning targets to students’ abilities, the formation of heterogeneous learning groups, and the provision of individual and collaborative support. The IRE teacher, GPK, peers, principal, and parents played roles in creating an inclusive learning environment. These findings confirm that equality in inclusive education is manifested not only through equal treatment but also through the provision of equitable support according to each learner’s needs. This study contributes to broadening the understanding of substantive equality in inclusive education and has implications for strengthening equitable, adaptive, collaborative, and nondiscriminatory IRE learning practices.
