Abstract

Perkembangan pesat teknologi informasi, khususnya media sosial, telah memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap strategi pemasaran di Indonesia. Instagram, sebagai salah satu platform visual yang paling populer, kini menjadi sarana utama bagi banyak bisnis dalam menjangkau target pasar secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai alat pemasaran oleh Bclinic, sebuah klinik kecantikan yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi dari informan kunci, termasuk Kepala Pemasaran dan Content Creator Media Sosial Bclinic. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Bclinic secara aktif menggunakan Instagram untuk membangun kesadaran merek, meningkatkan interaksi dengan pelanggan, serta mengonversi keterlibatan audiens menjadi tindakan nyata seperti reservasi layanan. Strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan mencakup pembuatan konten visual yang menarik, promosi terjadwal, serta kolaborasi dengan influencer melalui endorsement dan brand ambassador. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan strategis terhadap media sosial mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Rekomendasi bagi Bclinic antara lain menjaga konsistensi unggahan, memanfaatkan fitur analitik Instagram, dan memperluas kerja sama dengan berbagai influencer untuk memperkuat kehadiran digital. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya peran media sosial, khususnya Instagram, sebagai sarana utama dalam strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital bagi brand lokal. Samelevel.id, sebagai merek fashion lokal bergaya Korean style, memanfaatkan Instagram untuk membangun identitas merek dan meningkatkan brand awareness di kalangan anak muda Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi komunikasi media sosial Instagram yang diterapkan oleh Samelevel.id dalam membangun brand awareness. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi daring, dan dokumentasi terhadap pihak manajemen Samelevel.id serta para pengikut akun Instagramnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Samelevel.id menerapkan prinsip Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) menurut Kotler dan Keller, melalui integrasi berbagai elemen komunikasi seperti content marketing, influencer collaboration, dan interactive engagement. Konsistensi pesan, identitas visual, dan interaksi aktif dengan audiens terbukti memperkuat pengenalan merek dan membangun keterlibatan emosional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang terencana, konsisten, dan adaptif di Instagram berperan penting dalam membangun serta mempertahankan brand awareness di industri fashion lokal yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the construction of digital identity among players in Sleep Hunters, a semi-professional e-sports team actively competing in the game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Digital identity is not merely a form of self-representation in virtual media, but rather a product of symbolic interaction, social communication, and active participation within online communities. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study strategy, this research utilizes in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation to gain a comprehensive understanding of how players construct their identity within the team context. The findings reveal that player identity is shaped by a combination of role performance within the team, gaming style, involvement in digital content creation, and responses to community expectations. Through the lens of symbolic interactionism, this study highlights how in-game symbols such as avatars, strategic terms, and team communication patterns are collectively interpreted and contribute to both individual and group self-conception. In the context of Sleep Hunters, digital identity serves not only as a means of expression but also as a mechanism for strengthening solidarity, social structure, and professionalism within the semi-professional e-sports environment. The study concludes that in a competitive virtual setting, digital identity is a reflective and dynamic process rooted in social meaning constructed through shared experiences and continuous community engagement. Keywoards: Digital identity, Mobile Legends, Sleep Hunters, symbolic interaction, e-sports community, qualitative case study Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam proses konstruksi identitas digital para pemain dalam tim e-sport semi-profesional Sleep Hunters, yang aktif berkompetisi dalam game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Identitas digital tidak hanya terbentuk sebagai bentuk representasi personal di media virtual, tetapi juga merupakan hasil dari interaksi simbolik, komunikasi sosial, dan partisipasi aktif dalam ekosistem komunitas daring. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus, penelitian ini memanfaatkan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, serta dokumentasi untuk memperoleh gambaran yang utuh mengenai dinamika pembentukan identitas pemain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identitas pemain dibentuk melalui perpaduan antara peran dalam tim, gaya bermain, keterlibatan dalam pembuatan konten digital, serta respon atas ekspektasi komunitas online. Dengan menggunakan perspektif teori interaksionisme simbolik, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana simbol-simbol dalam permainan seperti avatar, istilah strategi, hingga gaya komunikasi tim dimaknai secara kolektif dan turut membentuk citra diri baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Identitas digital dalam konteks tim Sleep Hunters tidak hanya menjadi media ekspresi, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai instrumen penguatan solidaritas, struktur sosial, dan profesionalitas dalam dunia e-sport semi-profesional. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa dalam lingkungan virtual yang kompetitif, identitas digital merupakan proses reflektif dan dinamis yang berakar pada makna sosial yang dibangun melalui pengalaman bersama dan partisipasi aktif dalam komunitas game. Abstract

This research aims to examine how betrayal is represented in the film The Last Supper (2025). The study employs a qualitative approach using John Fiske’s semiotic theory, which focuses on three levels of codes: reality, representation, and ideology. Data were collected through visual observation of the film’s scenes and analyzed to identify signs and underlying meanings within the actions of the characters. The findings reveal a total of nine betrayal scenes, segmented into 52 image shots that were analyzed in depth. These scenes primarily depict the betrayals committed by Judas Iscariot and Peter against Jesus Christ. The analysis shows that betrayal is not merely presented as a dramatic motif but is constructed as an ideological representation that reflects power relations, social pressure, and human moral dilemmas. The film serves as a cultural text that constructs meaning through visual symbols, gestures, expressions, and dialogue. As such, it can be interpreted as a form of social criticism against systems of power that influence individual behavior. Therefore, the film functions not only as entertainment but also as a discursive space that voices fundamental human issues.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using Virtual Labs as an interactive tool to improve scientific literacy among elementary school students. The background of this research stems from the limited availability of real laboratories in elementary schools and the dominance of conventional teaching methods, which make it difficult for students to understand abstract science concepts. The research employed a mixed-method approach involving fourth-grade students at Bukit Baruga Antang Elementary School in Makassar. Quantitative data were collected through a scientific literacy questionnaire covering aspects of concept understanding, application of science, process skills, and attitudes toward science. Meanwhile, qualitative data were obtained through observations, interviews, and field notes. The findings revealed that the students’ average scientific literacy score was categorized as very high (M = 3.64), with a Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) of 99.09%. Students reported feeling more engaged, confident, and capable of understanding science concepts more easily when using Virtual Labs. Qualitative analysis also showed that Virtual Labs facilitated more meaningful, interactive, and engaging learning, although challenges remained in terms of device limitations and internet access. Thus, it can be concluded that Virtual Labs are effective as interactive learning media to enhance elementary students’ scientific literacy, while also offering teachers an alternative solution for teaching abstract science materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi komunikasi Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia dalam mengelola akun Instagram @kemenag_ri sebagai media moderasi beragama periode 2020-2024. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah urgensi penguatan moderasi beragama di tengah keberagaman Indonesia dan pesatnya perkembangan era digital, yang menjadikan media sosial sebagai platform strategis penyebaran informasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi yang digunakan Kementerian Agama dalam mengelola Instagram @kemenag_ri untuk menyampaikan pesan moderasi beragama. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan konstruktivisme, berfokus pada analisis mendalam terhadap perencanaan, pengemasan pesan, interaksi, dan adaptabilitas strategi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi konten Instagram, wawancara mendalam dengan Bapak Hilman Fauzi dan Bapak Lukman Hakim Saifuddin, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi @kemenag_ri terstruktur dan adaptif, menggunakan berbagai format konten visual, melibatkan kolaborasi dengan figur publik, dan terus dievaluasi. Strategi ini berhasil menempatkan isu moderasi beragama sebagai agenda publik penting, sejalan dengan Teori Agenda Setting.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the interest in becoming a member and the level of satisfaction of members of BMT NU Bungatan Branch. The research method used is qualitative method. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that location, profit sharing, promotion, and trust factors had a significant effect on interest in becoming a member of BMT. The most popular savings product is Tabah while the most popular financing product is Al-Qardhul Hasan. The level of member satisfaction with BMT services reaches 100%, this is due to the friendly and polite attitude of employees, responsiveness in handling complaints, and compatibility between expectations and realization of financing. In conclusion, BMT NU Bungatan Branch needs to improve marketing strategies and maintain service quality to increase member interest and satisfaction.

Abstract

The same busy and troubled day-to-day problems fill people. Nature with varied topography like hilly areas, coasts, valleys, and others creates beautiful areas. One region that has topographic diversity exists in poor cities.One of the activities that can enjoy nature directly is camping. Not everybody can do camping activities because of the difficult terrain to access. Therefore, there is a glamping that is a luxurious and practical camping activity as a solution. Glamping can be combined with a resort that is a tourist destination equipped with accommodation facilities and produces a glamping resort that offers comfort to visitors to stay outdoors. The method used is a case study method based on existing data, the objective of planning is to design a tourist area without having to damage nature, adapting to the conditions of the site already existing, and easily passable. The results of planning are tourist areas that can be easily reached consisting of several masses of buildings placed on a particular area as facilities from areas such as glamping lodging placed in the back of the area and outbounds placed scattered following the shape of the contours of the region.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector, such as chicken noodle stalls, are increasingly developing with the use of digital technology. This study analyzes the business feasibility and digital market competition at Mie Ayam Pak Sabit in Wonogiri. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and financial report analysis. The results of the study indicate that this business is feasible to run based on market, digital marketing, and financial aspects. Marketing strategies through social media and effective financial management provide great opportunities for business expansion. Optimization of digital marketing channels and product diversification are recommended to increase competitiveness in a competitive market.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy. However, in facing the digital era, MSMEs are required to continue to innovate in order to be able to compete in an increasingly competitive market. This study aims to analyze product innovation strategies that can be applied by MSMEs to increase their competitiveness in the digital era. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature studies from various journals and relevant reports. The results of the study indicate that digital-based product innovation, utilization of information technology, and adaptation to market needs are key factors in strengthening the position of MSMEs. Strategic recommendations include digitalization training, improving product quality, and collaboration with digital platforms.
