Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia pada sektor publik adalah suatu strategi konkrit guna meninngkatkan kapasitas organisasi melalui metode dan pendekatan inovatif. Pengembangan kompetensi dilakukan dengan pendidikan dan Pelatihan yang berfokus pada kemampuan teknis maupun soft skills melalui pemamfaatan teknolgi inklusif, kolaboratif, dan inovatif. Pada sektor pendidikan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dipandang sebagai suatu keharusan bagi seorang pendidik penentu kualitas siswa sebaagai pewaris ilmu, nilai dan norma dalam menjawab tantngan masa depan yang semakin kompleks. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan urgensi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia pada sektor pendidikan melalui metode penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang dapat didefinisikan sebagai proses mengidentifikasi, menilai dan menafsirkan semua bukti penelitian yang tersedia dengan tujuan untuk menyediakan jawaban untuk pertanyaan penelitian secara spesifik. Hasil reduksi Penelitian terhadap literatur dan refrensi yang dikaji menunjukkan integrasi teknologi merupakan salah satu solusi efektif dalam mengatasi isu-isu kritis dunia pendidikan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the cost of cayenne pepper cultivation in Balassuka village, Tombolo Pao district, Gowa regency, to analyze the production and income of chili pepper cultivation in Balassuka village, Tombolo Pao district, Gowa regency, and to analyze the economic viability of chilli cultivation. In Balassuka Village, Tombolo Pao District, Gowa Regency. A random sample of 31 respondents was used in this study. The informants were cayenne pepper growers. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation and analysis through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of the study show that the cultivation of cayenne pepper in Balassuka Village, Tombolo Pao District, Gowa Regency is feasible in the forecast period. The income from cayenne pepper cultivation in Balassuka Village, Tombolo Pao District, Gowa Regency averages IDR 7,640,204,600 per hectare per season and the profit is IDR. Rs. 7 126 501 850. These results show a positive value, so it can be said that the farmer's income level is quite high.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Puse Village, South Dampal District, Tolitoli Regency, with the aim of determining the implementation of village fund policies in Puse Village, South Dampal District, Tolitoli Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive research using Edward III's policy theory with four aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. In this study, the author used a purposive technique, namely by selecting people who are considered to understand the problem being studied. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of village fund policies in Puse Village is good but needs to be improved, where three of the four aspects of the policy that have been implemented are Disposition, resources, and bureaucratic structure, while the Communication aspect has not been implemented properly where the process of socializing village fund policies carried out by Puse village officials only involves a small part of the community, so that many people still do not understand the direction and objectives of village fund policies, as well as the lack of information on the use of village funds through bulletin boards or other media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop interesting, interactive, and appropriate media for students to use in Civic Education (PKn), which is a key component of effective learning materials. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. Interview sheets and questionnaires are data collection techniques used. The products developed are made by utilizing interactive elements such as animations, tests, and short films that are relevant to the content of citizenship and tailored to the needs of elementary school students. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results in the form of products that are considered worthy of being tested. The results of the trial show that this media can improve the understanding of the subject matter and increase student involvement in the learning process. Analysis of student learning outcome data before and after the use of media showed a significant increase in average scores. PowerPoint-based interactive learning materials can be a useful substitute to improve student achievement in PKn courses. This media can also make learning more fun and meaningful, so it can be used in various classroom settings to encourage creative and active learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi petani buah naga di Desa Sukamaju dalam memilih sumber pembiayaan. Metode peneltian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Resech). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu instrumen kecil petani buah naga di Desa Sukamaju. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petani lebih banyak memilih menggunakan modal sendiri dan sebagian lainnya menggunakan pinjaman dari teman maupun keluarga serta selebihnya memilih meminjam ke lembaga keuangan formal. Faktor pembiayaan petani buah naga meliputi faktor sosial ekonomi, faktor akses pembiayaan dan faktor risiko perubahan iklim.

Abstract

Smallholder plantations drive economic growth, provide livelihoods, and support conservation, such as rubber, coffee, and cocoa widely cultivated, including rubber in Papua since the colonial era. This research aims to analyze rubber cultivation's history, development, and challenges in Southern Papua and identify strategies to optimize rubber commodities' supply chain and marketing. The study used qualitative and quantitative approaches, including historical data analysis, interviews with farmers and traders, and analysis of rubber prices from 2009 to 2016. The data are analyzed using the QSPM method to determine strategic priorities based on internal and external factors. The results show that since 1969, rubber development in the region has been facilitated by Catholic missionaries, who played a key role in education and the distribution of rubber seedlings. However, the global decline in rubber prices since 2013 has reduced farmer incomes, with many halting rubber sheet production. Supply chain barriers, such as difficult transportation and a lack of partnerships between farmers and traders, further exacerbate the situation. To address these challenges, the research recommends several strategies. In the short term, rubber plantation rejuvenation and strengthening partnerships between farmers and traders are needed. In the medium term, strengthening cooperatives and financial institutions and supporting production and marketing should be prioritized. In the long term, new processing machinery should be introduced, and medium-scale rubber processing factories should be established—rubber plantations in Merauke face price fluctuations, transportation issues, and weak partnerships. The research suggests rejuvenating plantations, strengthening cooperatives, and building processing factories to improve sustainability.

This research originated from the problem of low learning motivation found in students in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) subjects. The low level of motivation affects the learning process, resulting in less than optimal results. This approach is believed to help adapt learning materials to the ability level of students, so as to stimulate their interest and motivation to be more active and enthusiastic in participating in lessons. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to collect data and information related to efforts to increase students' learning motivation in PJOK subjects. This research method uses the type of classroom action research (PTK) by implementing the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach. This class action research was conducted in class IX Pride of SMP N 6 Palu with 34 students as subjects. Data collection and analysis techniques using quantitative percentages. The results of cycle I research showed that the percentage of learning motivation in PJOK subjects for the first dimension, namely 'Attention' reached 54% of students who participated in the learning. For the second dimension, namely 'Perseverance,' 57% of students showed this motivation, while for the third dimension, namely 'Involvement' as many as 34% of students were actively involved in learning PJOK. In cycle II, the first dimension of research, namely 'Attention,' reached 86% of the learners involved. In the second dimension, namely 'Perseverance,' 91% of learners showed motivation, while in the third dimension, namely 'Engagement,' 83% of learners were actively involved in learning PJOK. Compared to the data in cycle I, there was an increase in students' learning motivation in cycle II.

Abstract

Drugs are preparations or combinations of ingredients that are ready to be used to influence or investigate physiological systems or pathophysiological conditions in order to determine the diagnosis, prevention, healing, recovery, improvement, health and contraception. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge about drugs before and after providing drug information with leaflet media to the community. This research method is a type of experimental research, namely research conducted to determine the effects of the treatment of providing drug information with leaflet media to increase public knowledge with the form of one group pretest-posttest design, namely the pretest posttest design in a group. The results showed an increase in knowledge value after providing drug information in the form of leaflets. The conclusion of this study is that before the provision of drug information in the form of leaflets was in the low category with an average score of 52.77 ± 11.06 and after providing drug information in the form of leaflets, the level of respondent knowledge increased to the high knowledge category with an average score of 76.86 ± 8.62.

Abstract

Objective: To assess the health literacy, knowledge, and skills of older adults with Diabetes Mellitus using insulin injections at Public health centers in Makassar City in 2024. Methods: This study is a quantitative research with a descriptive design using a cross-sectional approach. The sample selection employed non-probability sampling, expressly incidental sampling, involving 200 elderly individuals with Diabetes Mellitus who use insulin injections. Data was collected using the HLS-EU-SQ10-IDN and a knowledge and skills questionnaire on insulin use. The questionnaires were adapted into Indonesian and tested for validity and reliability. Results: The study found that out of 200 elderly respondents, 97.0% were aged 60-74 years, with a mean age of (65.70). The majority were female (59.0%), retirees (44.5%), and had completed high school (49.5%). About 67.0% had suffered from Diabetes Mellitus for 5 years or more, with a mean of 7.17 years. Half of the respondents (50.0%) used Novorapid FlexPen® insulin, while 70.0% were on the additional antidiabetic drug Metformin. Blood glucose levels (GDP) were in the prediabetic range (100-125 mg/dl) for 50.5% of respondents, with a mean of 142.57 mg/dl. Most had comorbid hypertension (80.5%) and a normal BMI (56.0%). The health literacy level was sufficient for (70.5%) of respondents, with 98% showing good knowledge and (93.5%) demonstrating good skills. Conclusion: Most showed sufficient health literacy and demonstrated good knowledge and skills. These findings highlight the importance of comprehensive health support for elderly individuals with diabetes.
