Abstract

Behavioristic learning theory is a learning theory that prioritizes the visible process of changing human behavior. This study aims to construct behavioristic learning theory in the book Bughyatul Ikhwan by Imam Ramli. This study is library research whit a qualitative descriptive approach. The researcher uses bughyatul Ikhwan’s book by Imam Ramli as the main source, while related journals a secondary sources. Then analyzed by content analysis. This study constructs behavioristic learning theory in the book of Bughyatul Ikhwan by Imam Ramli, which includes: First, learning is a process of forming the behavior expected from learning outcomes. According to Imam Ramli, the formation of a child’s behavior can be formed through teaching by being given information regarding how to distinguish and understand what is true. Second, environmental interaction is one of the causes of the formation of children’s behavior attitudes. Imam Ramli chose social interaction with pious people as the right place to hang out for a child. Third, the behavioristic learning theory in Imam Ramli Bughyatul Ikhwan’s book generally has similarities with general psychological theory, only the terms used are different, such as ta’lim (Verbal Information), Ta’dib ( Formation of behavior), Targhib (Reward), Tahdid (threat) dan Tahdzir (warning), social environment interaction and habituation education. Fourth, preventive measures are applied to the explanation in the book Bughyatul Ikhwan by Imam Ramli with Tahdid (threat) dan Tahdzir (warning).

Abstract

The development of digital technology has created a new landscape in Islamic da'wah activities, especially in reaching Generation Z, known as digital natives. This generation has distinctive characteristics such as high dependence on the internet, preference for visual communication, multitasking, and quick response to concise and instant information. This requires a change in da'wah strategy from a traditional approach to a digital approach that is more interactive, contextual, and participatory. This study aims to analyse effective digital da'wah strategies and evaluate the main challenges in building generation Z's spiritual awareness. The method used was a scoping review based on Arksey and O'Malley's framework, which included literature searches from various scientific databases, article selection, data mapping, and systematic presentation of results. The results show that effective da'wah strategies include the use of a relaxed and popular communication style, the utilisation of attractive visual content that is in line with trends, educational and participatory message delivery, and a consistent and active presence on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. However, digital da'wah also faces serious challenges such as rampant misinformation, low digital literacy among preachers and audiences, Generation Z's spiritual identity crisis, and misuse of digital media for personal gain and popularity.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, permainan tradisional mulai ditinggalkan dan dianggap kuno. Namun jika ditelaah kembali, permainan tradisional memiliki ciri khas yang membuat permainan tradisional menjadi sesuatu yang menarik dengan manfaat yang ada didalamnya. Dengan kajian yang dipaparkan, diharapkan dapat menampilkan keunikan permainan tradisional dalam segi manfaat bagi kreativitas anak usia dini.   Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menelusuri bagaimana permainan tradisional dapat menumbuhkan kreativitas bagi anak.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah systematic literature review dengan mencari berbagai referensi dan menganalisisnya. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini ialah 6 artikel dengan kata kunci: Kreativitas, Permaianan tradisional, Perkembangan anak.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan permainan tradisional dapat menumbuhkan kreativitas anak dengan memperhatikan strategi dan alat permainan yang digunakan untuk memenangkan permainan, serta modifikasi permainan tradisional dari guru menjadikan permainan tradisional menjadi lebih menarik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara prasangka sosial dengan toleransi beragama pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menguji hipotesis bahwa semakin tinggi prasangka sosial seseorang semakin rendah toleransi beragama. Subyek penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria para mahasiswa yang aktif terlibat di organisasi kemahasiswaan di dua perguruan tinggi negeri (PTN) umum di kota Surabaya, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 orang masing-masing 37 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan, 48 orang beragama Islam, dan 3 orang beragama Kristen. Subyek penelitian tersebar aktif di lima organisasi kemahasiswaan, yaitu PMII (15 orang), HMI (10 orang), IMM (9 orang), KAMMI (14 orang), dan GMKI (3 orang). Dengan menggunakan uji analisis korelasi product moment diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi = -0,437 dengan harga signifikansi sebesar 0,00, dan harga sumbangan efektif (SE) variabel prasangka sosial berpengaruh terhadap toleransi beragama mahasiswa sebesar (R Square = 0,189) atau 18,9%. Hal itu menunjukkan ada korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara prasangka sosial dengan toleransi beragama pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini membuktikan kembali hipotesis penelitian bahwa semakin tinggi prasangka sosial seseorang semakin rendah toleransi beragama, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah prasangka sosial seseorang semakin tinggi toleransi beragama. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan fakta bahwa para mahasiswa akatifis organisasi kemahasiswaan ini cenderung tinggi prasangka sosialnya dan juga rendah toleransi beragamanya. Kata kunci: prasangka sosial, toleransi beragama, mahasiswa.

Abstract

This paper discussed one of the sexual disorders called sexual masochism through literary study. By discussing one of the novels by Junichiro Tanizaki entitled Diary of a Mad Old Man, the writers have some objectives in writing this paper. First, to describe sexual masochism experienced by Tokusuke Utsugi through the symptoms reflected on his behavior and way of thinking. Second, to uncover the causal factor and the impact of Tokusuke Utsugi' sexual masochism in Junichiro Tanizaki's Diary of a Mad Old Man. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods; all of the data are obtained by doing library research (literature review). The analysis result shows Tokusuke Utsugi was a sexual masochist, ie man who has sexual deviations by symptoms experienced such as 1) Tokusuke Utsugi’s sexual desire resulting from torture or acceptance of pain from Satsuko, 2) Tokusuke Utsugi’s sexual desire resulting from suffering due to his various illnesses, 3) Tokusuke Utsugi’s sexual desire resulting from the insult he received from Satsuko. Sexual masochism suffered by Tokusuke Utsugi is the result of burial deviant sexual fantasies. As a result of the fulfillment of a deviant sexual desire, he was willing to do crazy things to satisfy his sexual desire.

Abstract

This article uses discourse analysis to examine dolanan songs such as Sluku-Sluku Bathok, Cublak-Cublak Suweng, Lir-Ilir, Gundul-Gundul Pacul, and Kloso Bedah. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method so that the data can be described as clearly and objectively as possible by the researchers' subjective views. To avoid bias on the validity of the research results, triangulation was carried out by comparing the researchers' interpretations with some supporting literature. The result of this research is that five dolanan songs contain many meanings. The songs offer a deep meaning about the condition of the environment that grows around it to increase the value of character, good behavior, the environment - especially cleanliness, health, and religious life. The character values are conveyed through satire or humor. Dolanan songs have meanings, both explicit and implicit, about this life. These songs are neatly arranged both in terms of structural both physically and mentally. Javanese children's songs contain poetry filled with language games, such as alliteration, assonance, poetry, and rhythm.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based mind mapping in enhancing the creative thinking skills of elementary school students through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Mind mapping, as a creative and interactive learning tool, is combined with AI technology to provide a more engaging and effective learning experience. The literature review findings indicate that integrating AI into mind mapping can enhance students' creativity, comprehension of materials, and engagement in the learning process. Additionally, the study identifies challenges and solutions in implementing this method, including the need for teacher training and the development of relevant learning media. Therefore, AI-based mind mapping holds significant potential for supporting more adaptive and effective educational innovations.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve students’ vocabulary learning using Kahoot! The study used a descriptive quantitave research. The subjects were taken from VIII H at a state SMP in Makassar. There were two data collection instruments used in this research, vocabulary test and questionnaire. The result showed that the learning vocabulary using kahoot process can be improved. The pre-test showed that students’ average score was (58.10) and the post- test score average was (81.33). It concluded that using kahoot can improve English vocabulary achievement

Abstract

This study wants to look at the factors of personality characteristics and external factors such as the learning environment which correlates with the academic achievement of the students granted the “Bidik Misi” scholarship of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Three things want to be known in this study; (1) identify the propensity of need for achievement, self-esteem, locus of control, learning habit and environment, and the propensity of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship; (2) the correlation and contribution between need for achievement, self-esteem, locus of control, learning habit and environment (either individually or jointly) and academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship; and (3) which factors are the most efficient of the five factors (need for achievement, self-esteem, locus of control, and learning habit and environment) toward academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship. This study found the average propensity of academic achievement of the students granted “The Bidik Misi” scholarship is as high as the average GPA of 3.53; the propensity of achievement needs of the students granted ‘The Bidik Misi scholarship is very high; the propensity of self-esteem of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship is very high; the propensity of locus of control of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship is very high; the propensity of learning habit of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship is very high; and the propensity of perception of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship to the learning environment is very positive. This study also proves that there is a significant correlation between the need for achievement, self-esteem, locus of control, learning habit and environment, and academic achievement of the students granted the “Bidik Misi” scholarship. There is a significant positive correlation between the need for achievement and academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship. There is no significant correlation between self-esteem and academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship. There is no significant correlation between locus of control and academic achievement of ‘the students granted the “Bidik Misi” scholarship. There is no significant correlation between learning habits and academic achievement of the students granted “Bidik Misi” scholarship. There is no significant correlation between the learning environment and academic achievement of the students granted the “Bidik Misi” scholarship. The most efficient factor of the five factors (need for achievement, self-esteem, locus of control, learning habit, and environment) toward the academic achievement of the students granted the “Bidik Misi” scholarship is the achievement need factor. It was proved that the effective contribution (SE) of the achievement needs variable is significantly higher than the effective contribution (SE) of other variables such as self-esteem, locus of control, learning habit, and environment. Abstract

This study aims to reveal how the culture and the society of Solo are represented in the tourism brochure — Tour Packages Solo Raya published by The Department of Culture and Tourism of Surakarta City. The research employes Norman Fairclough’s model of Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), examining the text through three level of analysis: textual description, discourse practice interpretation, and social practice explanation. The focus of the study includes: (1) identifying culture representations through lexical choices and narrative patterns, (2) exploring dominant discourse and their underlying ideological and economic interest, (3) examining the process of cultural commodification, and (4) analyzing the role of linguistics inaccuracies in shaping the image of the tourist destination. The findings indicate that the brochure text represents Solo’s culture as a “package of attractions” consumable by tourists, where everyday life is positioned alongside other tourism objects. The dominant discourse that emerges is tourism as a commodity, underpinned by an ideology of local economic development directed toward market appeal. Cultural elements undergo a reduction of meaning when framed merely as entertainment, detached from their social and spiritual contexts. Furthermore, typographical errors,  awkward sentences, and non-standard promotional language illustrate the mismanagement of image construction, potentially undermining the seriousness of Solo’s tourism branding.
