Implementation of Total Quality Management at SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong is carried out as an effort to ensure quality that is carried out continuously. One of them is in the religious or religious aspects of students. discussion of the results of this study focused on the SWOT analysis of the implementation of TQM in improving the religious quality of students at SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong. The research activity was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected by interview, observation and documentation, data were analyzed by data reduction techniques, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that there are things that are strengths, including leadership, school management, the environment and strong cooperation. The weaknessesincludethe teacher's ability in religious aspects and the teacher's firmness in giving warnings, directions, or punishments. Things that become opportunities include a well-known school name, the trust of the school's external customers, and cooperation from parents. Threats include the transfer of principals, the impact of technological developments and student interest in learning religion. Keywords: Analysis SWOT, Total Quality Management

ABSTRACT The National Assessment is a program to assess the quality of each school, madrasah, and equality program at the primary and secondary levels. Research with qualitative descriptive type that describes or describes a phenomenon, using the CIPP evaluation method (Context, Input, Process and product). The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through the methods: 1) Interview, 2) Observation, 3) documentation. The results of this study are (1) the implementation of the National Assessment at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong needs to be evaluated because through this evaluation the school can correct deficiencies and overcome obstacles encountered during implementation. (2) Condition of infrastructure facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong in fulfilling the requirements to support the implementation of the 2021 National Assessment has referred to the technical guidelines (juknis) for the 2021 ANBK implementation set by the Central Level Executor; (3) The implementation of AKM at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong runs according to schedule, for 2 days, namely on 27-28 September 2021, it is appropriate and follows the Standard Operating Procedures (POS) of the National Assessment in 2021. (4) Obstacles that occur in the implementation of the assessment the minimum competencies at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong are the absence of several students during the simulation, the lack of knowledge of teachers and students about the functions and objectives of the national assessment; (5) Several solutions were carried out to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the minimum competency assessment at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong, namely participating in the National Assessment workshop, utilizing the guru.Id account in learning, besides that all school elements strive to improve the education system through achievement indicators. Education report card for SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong to serve as a forum for remedial measures for the implementation of AKM in 2021 and as a reference for preparation for AKM in 2022Keywords: National Assessment, quality, evaluation ABSTRAK Asesmen Nasional adalah program penilaian terhadap mutu setiap sekolah, madrasah, dan program kesetaraan pada jenjang dasar dan menengah. Penelitian dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan suatu fenomena, dengan menggunakan metode evaluasi CIPP ( Konteks, Input, Proses dan produk ). Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Tehnik pengumpulan data melaui metode : 1) Wawancara, 2) Observasi, 3) dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional di SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong perlu di evaluasi karena melalui evaluasi tersebut sekolah dapat memperbaiki kekurangan dan mengatasi hambatan yang ditemui pada saat pelaksanaan.(2) Kondisi sarana dan prasarana infra struktur pada SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong dalam memenuhi persyaratan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan Asesmen Nasional tahun 2021 sudah mengacu pada petunjuk teknis (juknis) pelaksanaan ANBK tahun 2021 yang ditetapkan oleh Pelaksana Tingkat Pusat; (3) Pelaksanaan AKM di SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong berjalan sesuai jadwal, selama 2 hari yaitu pada tanggal 27-28 september 2021 sudah sesuai dan mengikuti Prosedur Operasional Standar (POS) Asesmen Nasional tahun 2021. (4) Hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan asesmen kompetensi minimum di SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong yaitu ketidakhadiran beberapa siswa pada saat simulasi , minimnya pengetahuan guru dan siswa terhadap fungsi dan tujuan Asesmen nasional; (5) Beberapa solusi yang di lakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam pelaksanaan asesmen kompetensi minimum di SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong yaitu mengikuti kegiatan workshop Asesmen Nasional,pemanfaatan akun guru.Id dalam pembelajaran, selain itu semua elemen sekolah berupaya untuk memperbaiki sistem pendidikan melalui indikator capaian Rapor Pendidikan SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong guna menjadi wadah remidi terhadap pelaksanaan AKM tahun 2021 dan menjadi acuan persiapan menghadapi AKM tahun 2022 Kata Kunci: Asesmen Nasional, mutu, evaluasi

This study examined and evaluated the influence of the principal's leadership on teachers’ performance, the impact of the work environment on teachers’ performance, and the combined impact of leadership and the work environment. This study collected primary data from 391 teachers as a sample representing all teachers from 297 madrasahs in Bengkulu using a questionnaire. Fcount = 30.850, Probability (sig) = 0.000 = 0.05, indicating that two independent factors, namely leadership (X1) and work environment (X2) had a positive and statistically significant effect on teachers’ performance (Y). Meanwhile, the contribution of the two independent variables namely leadership (X1) and work environment (X2) to teachers’ performance was quite large, as evidenced by the determination index value (R2) of 0.615 or the variance of teacher performance of 61.50%. Other factors not included in this study determined 0.361 or 36.10% of teachers’ performance.

This study aims to develop practical learning tools based on the environment to support chemistry learning for students at MAN 2 Lahat. This research uses a 3-D model; define (defining) by analyzing the students, teachers and materials. Design (Planning) by making product designs and developing (development), namely conducting validation and particularity tests. Implementation of practicum at MAN 2 Lahat in class X MIA, X IIS and X IIK students used an environment-based practicum method with enthusiasm, enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility. The validation results of the experts reached a score of 3.87 which was categorized as very valid and the test of environment-based learning tools reached a very practical implementation percentage of 96.67%. In conclusion, the environment-based practical learning tools developed to support chemistry learning for students at MAN 2 Lahat are declared valid and feasible to be used to support learning. The purposes of this research are to find out a) the strategies in human resources development to improve the quality of Postgraduate lecturers at IAIN Curup, (b) supporting factors, and (c) the obstacles of human rights development. Using qualitative research method, the data were collected through interviews and documentary study. The research results showed that the strategies used for developing human resources or improving the quality of postgraduate lecturers include: (1) organizing the research methodology training; (2) holding the scientific journal writing training; (3) holding book writing/teaching materials training; and (4) involving lecturers into National and International Seminars. Supporting factors for human resource development are (a) high commitmentof IAIN Curup Postgraduate management, (b) organization and socialization activities for professors acceleration programs, and (c) conducting coaching clinic activities for reputable international publications, in the form of programs to publish research results in reputable international scientific journals. Meanwhile, the obstacles are inadequate infrastructure and limited funds because there are still few students and tuition fee is still in the third category in the Ministry of Religion's General Cost Standards (SBU). The funds have not been fully handed over to the Postgraduate, because it is still centralized at the Institute, if the Postgraduate organize an activity, it must be approved by the Institute before it run.

Academic writing is one of the skills needed by students, especially postgraduate students. However, there were still many writing problems experienced by Islamic Education Management Postgraduate students of IAIN Curup batch 2020. Therefore, it was necessary to develop a learning model for Academic Writing course. This study aims to investigate the development of a learning model in the Academic Writing course. This study used 4D development research model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The result of the study shows that the learning model in the Academic Writing course was carried out into these stages: prewriting stage, drafting stage, responding stage, revising stage, and evaluating stage. By carrying out the academic writing course, there were improvements in the writing skills of the postgraduate students. In the prewriting stage, it was observed that the students had already the skills needed to be possessed in the pre-writing stage. Then in the writing stage, the students had possesed skills in processing or analyzing data, and the students also had been able to revise their writings. This research produced a learning module for the Academic Writing course that has been refined from the modules used so far. The contribution of learning academic writing is in the academic writing course which teaches writing systematics, rules for writing, reference management, how to submit articles to nationally reputable journals, paraphrasing. The results of this course can be seen from student articles which have been published in many accredited journals Sinta 3 and Sinta 4.

The objective of this study is to determine whether there is a direct or indirect effect of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on the performance of IAIN Curup lecturers. Based on pre-observation, the low frequency of lecturers' attendance which did not reach sixteen meetings, the difficulty to meet the Academic advisor for consultation, inappropriate expertise of lecturers, and some of the incompetent lecturers became the background leading the researchers to examine the performance of the IAIN Curup lecturers. In this study, there were three variables. A purposive sampling was used to involve all official lecturers as the participants, and they were 112 people.Â This study used a quantitative approach as the research methodology by applying a survey method with path analysis technique. This study used questionnaire as the data collection technique. The researchers had analyzed the instrument before it was distributed to the participants. The instrument was tested by using validity and reliability tests. Three hypotheses were tested. The results showed that transformational leadership had a direct, positive effect on job performance; self-efficacy had a direct, positive effect on the lecturersâ€™ job performance; and the transformational leadership had a direct effect on self-efficacy.

Peningkatan mutu menjadi semakin penting bagi institusi yang digunakan untuk memperoleh kontrol yang lebih baik melalui usahanya sendiri. Mutu menjadi faktor pembeda bagi sebuah institusi. Fokus terhadap pelanggan yang notabene merupakan poin inti dari sebuah mutu yang merupakan salah satu cara efektif dalam menghadapi kompetisi dan bertahan didalamnya.Â Survei yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dalam memberikan sumbangan pemikiran yang positif bagi Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Islam As-Syafiâ€™iyah dalam mewujudkan institusi yang mengedepankan Ilmu dan Agama. Pada penelitian survei kepuasan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pendidikan di Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Islam As-syafiâ€™iyah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 249 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari tiga program studi yaitu Program Studi Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam, Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Program Studi Perbankan Syariah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indeks kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan pendidikan di Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Islam As-syafiâ€™iyah secara keseluruhan adalah termasuk dalam pencapaian puas dengan indeks kepuasan terletak pada dimensi Kepastian (Assurance) dengan angka 52% dan yang paling rendah adalah dimensi bukti Fisik Layanan (Tangible) dengan angka 40%. Jika dirata-ratakan maka hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan indeks kepuasan mahasiswa adalah termasuk dalam pencapaian cukup puas hingga puas.

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of character education strategies in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) Guppi 12 Lubuk Kembang. The research method employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis, focusing on classroom dynamics, extracurricular activities, and documents related to the character education program. The results of the study indicate that the school principal and the character development team successfully integrated character values into the curriculum and extracurricular activities. Support and training provided to teachers through a reward system also proved effective in motivating students. Regular monitoring and evaluation support continuous improvement, creating a profound learning environment. This research contributes to a better understanding of character education practices at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level and provides a foundation for the development of more effective strategies in the future.

AI, or Artificial Intelligence, is a technology developed to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence. The use of AI remains a hot topic in both developed and developing countries as the technology continues to advance. AI is considered to have significant potential in revolutionizing the education sector due to its ability to provide more personalized learning experiences. However, the emergence of AI also raises various concerns about the potential threats it poses to the education system. This research aims to further discuss the opportunities and threats of using AI in learning within Islamic higher education. This study employs a qualitative research method as it seeks to understand and describe the phenomena related to its research subjects. A phenomenological approach is used, focusing on the essence of the data, which is factual and based on the experiences of the research subjects, or the invariant structure, which pertains to how the subjects interpret their experiences. The research was conducted at the State Islamic Institute of Curup, and the subjects included students, lecturers, and administrative staff at the institute. Data were collected through interviews and observations and were processed and analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that AI holds great potential for Islamic higher education in both the educational and administrative fields. In education, AI can enhance the efficiency of learning, while in administration, AI can simplify tasks and boost the productivity of educational staff. Alongside these significant opportunities, AI also brings threats. The emergence of laziness, the tendency to take tasks lightly, and dependence on AI are major concerns in its usage. Additionally, automation in administration poses a threat to the need for administrative staff, as their roles may be replaced by AI.
