Strategic planning in the educational environment needs to be improved to realize better quality madrasah education. The basis of this research is the fact that strategic planning through SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) is very important to manage the quality of education. The aim of this research is to describe the SWOT analysis of the internal and external environment as well as strategic planning in improving the quality of madrasah education through SWOT analysis. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Research object at MAN 2 Lebong. Data collection methods are through interviews, observation and document analysis, while data analysis techniques are through reduction, presentation and verification. The research results show that: first, the SWOT analysis of MAN 2 Lebong's internal environment has more advantages (Strengths) than disadvantages (Weaknesses). Second, the possibilities (Opportunities) are greater than the risks (Threats) in the SWOT analysis of the external environment. Third, by using SWOT analysis, strategic planning can improve the quality of madrasa services and the quality of madrasa education at MAN 2 Lebong. The SWOT matrix can also help determine the position of madrasahs in improving the quality of education. Keywords: SWOT analysis; Quality of Education; Strategic planning. ABSTRAK Perencanaan strategis pada lingkungan pendidikan perlu ditingkatkan untuk mewujudkan kualitas pendidikan madrasah yang lebih baik. Dasar penelitian ini adalah Fenomena bahwa perencanaan strategis melalui analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Tthreats), sangat penting untuk mengelola kualitas mutu pendidikan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan analisis SWOT lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal serta perencanaan strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan madrasah melalui analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Objek penelitian di MAN 2 Lebong. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, sedangkan teknik analisis data melalui reduksi, penyajian dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, analisis SWOT lingkungan internal MAN 2 Lebong memiliki lebih banyak keuntungan (Strengths) daripada kerugian (Weaknesses). Kedua, kemungkinan (Opportunities) lebih besar daripada risiko (Tthreats) dalam analisis SWOT lingkungan eksternal. Ketiga, dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, perencanaan strategis dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan madrasah dan mutu pendidikan madrasah di MAN 2 Lebong. Matriks SWOT juga dapat membantu menentukan posisi madrasah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Kata kunci: Analisis SWOT; Mutu Pendidikan; Perencanaan strategis.

Research publications are an important aspect of a student's academic journey. Publications can broaden knowledge horizons, share research findings, and strengthen academic reputation. The aim of this research is to build a conceptual model of institutional support for students research publications by examining the influential interactions between the variables of institutional support, students' intrinsic motivation, lecturer guidance, and the quality of research publications. Based on these four variables, six hypotheses were formulated. This quantitative research method uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the hypothesis model. A total of 124 postgraduate students from IAIN Curup were involved as participants to fill out questionnaires which have been proven to be valid and reliable. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS application to evaluate measurement models and structural models. The research results show that institutional support and lecturer guidance significantly increase the intrinsic motivation and quality of student research and publications. Support from educational institutions significantly increases students' intrinsic motivation, which in turn improves the quality of research and publications. Institutional support also directly improves the quality of research. High-quality faculty-student relationships significantly increase intrinsic motivation and academic quality. In addition, institutional support for lecturers increases the effectiveness of teaching and guidance. These findings confirm the conceptual model of institutional support that has been developed and tested in increasing intrinsic motivation, lecturer guidance, and the quality of student publications. Keywords: Lecturer Guidance; Institutional Support; Publication Quality; Intrinsic Motivation. ABSTRAK Publikasi penelitian merupakan aspek penting dari perjalanan akademik mahasiswa. Publikasi dapat memperluas cakrawala pengetahuan, berbagi temuan penelitian, dan memperkuat reputasi akademik. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun model konseptual dukungan institusi terhadap publikasi penelitian mahasiswa dengan memeriksa interaksi yang berpengaruh di antara variabel dukungan institusi, motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa, bimbingan dosen, dan kualitas publikasi penelitian. Berdasarkan keempat variabel tersebut, enam hipotesis dirumuskan. Metode penelitian dengan kuantitatif ini menggunakan Model Persamaan Struktural Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) untuk mengevaluasi model hipotesis. Sebanyak 124 mahasiswa pascasarjana dari IAIN Curup terlibat sebagai peserta untuk mengisi kuesioner yang telah terbukti valid dan reliabel. Data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS untuk mengevaluasi model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan institusi dan bimbingan dosen secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dan kualitas penelitian serta publikasi mahasiswa. Dukungan dari institusi pendidikan secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kualitas penelitian dan publikasi. Dukungan institusi juga secara langsung meningkatkan kualitas penelitian. Hubungan dosen-mahasiswa yang berkualitas tinggi secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dan kualitas akademik. Selain itu, dukungan institusi untuk dosen meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran dan bimbingan. Temuan-temuan ini mengkonfirmasi model konseptual dukungan institusi yang telah dikembangkan dan diuji dalam meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik, bimbingan dosen, dan kualitas publikasi mahasiswa. Pentingnya peran Tata Usaha (Tu) dalam mengelola administrasi pegawai di lingkungan pendidikan menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini. Studi dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Semarak Rejang Lebong untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana peran Tu dapat meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi pegawai di sekolah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara dengan staf Tu dan observasi langsung terhadap proses administrasi.

This research is motivated because there are study programs in the IAIN Curup postgraduate program that have not been nationally accredited. However, in 2019 this accreditation problem can be overcome with the issuance of B accreditation for the MPI, PAI, and HKI programs, while the BKPI study program is still at minimal accreditation, as a study program that has just received an establishment permit. Another problem is that there are some students who are dissatisfied with the postgraduate services of IAIN Curup, especially the performance of several lecturers. There are lecturers who do not provide information regarding absenteeism, and some students admit that they tend to experience difficulties when conducting thesis guidance. This study aims to determine the quality of academic and learning services on student satisfaction of the IAIN Curup postgraduate program. The sample used was 30 respondents from each study program in the IAIN Curup postgraduate program with non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of academic service and learning had a significant effect on student satisfaction of the IAIN Curup postgraduate program. The results of this study are expected to provide a positive significance for academic services and the learning process so that students can complete their studies on time and students become more total in carrying out the learning process.

To improve the quality of learning, supervision is necessary. Supervision needs to cover the entire learning program which consists of planning, implementation, and evaluation or final assessment in learning. The assessment of the learning design includes aspects of developed competencies, selected learning strategies, and program content. Assessment of the implementation of learning programs seeks to assess how high the level of quality of learning is carried out by teachers. Assessment of the results of the learning program is not limited to short-term results or outputs but should also reach the outcomes of the learning program. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. With only 7 teachers and 93 students, and schools without internet access. The results showed that the State Elementary School 114 Rejang Lebong carried out supervision as an effort to improve the quality of learning evaluation.

This research aims to analyze innovative strategies in Islamic education management to improve the quality of learning in the era of disruption. The method used in this research is a literature study by reviewing various sources related to innovation in Islamic education management, especially related to the use of technology. The results show that technology-based learning, such as e-learning through Learning Management System (LMS), is the main strategy to improve the quality of Islamic education. This technology provides flexibility in learning access and allows students to learn anytime and anywhere. However, some constraints such as limited access to technological devices and uneven internet connections remain a challenge. In addition, teachers' proficiency in using technology is an important factor for the success of technology-based learning. Cooperation between Islamic education institutions and the technology and industry sectors is also an important strategy in accelerating technology integration and ensuring a curriculum that is relevant to industry demands. Student-centered learning strategies have also proven effective in improving student engagement and mastery of the material. Improving students' digital literacy is also an important aspect in facing information challenges in the era of disruption. This study concludes that by adopting technology wisely and making it.

This study aims to explore the impact of administrative workload on the teaching quality of lecturers at IAIN Curup, focusing on optimizing educational management to enhance teaching effectiveness. Employing a mixed methods approach, the study integrates qualitative data from in-depth interviews with lecturers and administrators and quantitative data gathered through surveys of 50 lecturers at IAIN Curup. The findings indicate that excessive administrative tasks disrupt lecturers' concentration during the teaching process, negatively affect teaching quality, and reduce time management efficiency. Based on these findings, the study proposes strategies for optimizing educational management, including a more equitable distribution of administrative duties, the use of digital technology to streamline administrative processes, and increased managerial support from the institution. This research provides significant contributions to the development of more efficient educational management practices in the context of Islamic higher education institutions.

This study aims to identify strategies for revitalizing an Outcome-Based Education (OBE)-based curriculum to support the strengthened implementation of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) in the Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program. The study evaluates the impact of revitalization on improving the quality of learning, aligning graduates with labor market needs, and optimizing MBKM activities. Using qualitative methods and a library research approach, the research analyzes government policies, scholarly literature, and other relevant documents. Data analysis follows the stages outlined by Miles and Huberman, including data collection, reduction, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the synergy between OBE and MBKM can enhance the relevance of the MPI study program curriculum to workforce demands through the design of measurable and relevant learning outcomes. This revitalization requires curriculum redesign, strengthening faculty competencies, and collaboration with external partners. The study provides strategic recommendations for MPI program managers in designing adaptive and relevant curricula while contributing to the advancement of Islamic education management science.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran supervisi dalam meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pendidikan Islam di sekolah. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, supervisi bukan hanya sebuah proses administratif, tetapi juga sebuah instrumen strategis yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah Islam. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah bahwa supervisi yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pendidikan Islam, yang pada gilirannya akan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan hasil pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka (library research), dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur terkait supervisi pendidikan, manajemen pendidikan Islam, serta implementasi supervisi dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan praktik supervisi yang lebih baik di sekolah-sekolah Islam di Indonesia.
