Abstract

Perikanan jaring rampus saat ini belum mengalami banyak kemajuan dan hasil tangkapannya yang tidak selalu meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan komposisi hasil tangkapan jaring rampus berumpan ikan rucah yang dilarutkan cumi dengan jaring rampus tanpa umpan, menentukan pengaruh penggunaan umpan, dan menentukan produktivitas jaring rampus perlakuan dan kontrol. Penelitian dilakukan di Teluk Palabuhanratu, Kabupaten Sukabumi, menggunakan metode eksperimental fishing dengan mengikuti operasi penangkapan selama 16 trip. Hasil tangkapan pada piece jaring rampus perlakuan sebesar 69,83 kg dan piece kontrol sebesar 42,93 kg dengan rata-rata jumlah jenis ikan pada piece perlakuan yaitu 8 ± 0,47 sedangkan kontrol yaitu 7 ± 0,45. Hasil tangkapan dominan pada penelitian ini adalah swanggi (Priacanthus tayenus), gulamah (Johnius trachycephalus), layang anggur (Decapterus kurroides), selar bentong (Selar crumenophthalmus), dan kakap (Lates calcarifer). Perlakuan menggunakan umpan ikan rucah yang dilarutkan cumi memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap berat total dan jumlah ekor hasil tangkapan. Penggunaan umpan membantu kenaikan persentase produktivitas piece jaring rampus perlakuan sebesar 62,7% dengan produktivitas per-piece perlakuan lebih besar dibandingkan kontrol dengan masing-masing nilainya sebesar 1,09 kg/piece dan 0,67 kg/piece dan untuk nilai produktivitas satu piece perlakuan yaitu Rp19.181,00 sedangkan kontrol yaitu Rp6946,00 sehingga didapatkan persentase produktivitas hasil tangkapan piece perlakuan terhadap piece kontrol sebesar 176,1%. Abstract

Jaringan Irigasi Panaikang I terletak di Kelurahan Bonto Manai Kecamatan Bissappu Kabupaten Bantaeng mengaliri areal persawahan seluas 146 Ha pada saat musim kemarau menyebabkan kurangnya debit air untuk pengairan lahan pertanian yang dialiri oleh Jaringan Irigasi Panaikang I serta Jaringan Irigasi Panaikang I tidak mampu memasok air yang cukup untuk persawahan sehingga penting untuk mengetahui apa yang menyebabkan kehilangan air pada Daerah Irigasi Panaikang I.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jumlah kehilangan air dan tingkat efisiensi pengaliran pada Jaringan Irigasi Panaikang I. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada saluran sekunder. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada Daerah Irigasi Panaikang I dengan menggunkan metode kuantitatif survei dengan melaksanakan pengukuran langsung pada saluran yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian air yang hilang disebabkan oleh faktor fisik saluran dengan kehilangan air rata-rata Saluran Sekunder Panaikang I sebesar 17,36%. Kehilangan air terkecil terdapat pada ruas 5 yaitu sebesar 4,39 % dan kehilangan air terbesar terjadi pada ruas 1 yaitu sebesar 39,49%. Efisiensi rata-rata Jaringan Irigasi Panaikang I adalah sebesar 82,64 % sehingga disimpulkan bahwa Jaringan Irigasi Panaikang I masuk dalam kategori tidak efisien.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction with the quality of dental and oral health services is a comparison between perceptions of the services received and expectations before receiving services. Service quality is the service activities provided by service providers that are able to fulfill expectations, desires, and needs and are able to provide satisfaction to the wider community. This research was carried out at the Tamalate District Health Center. Tamalate Makassar is based on five dimensions of service quality, namely tangible form, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy based on a Likert scale. The aim of this research is to determine the quality of dental and oral health services at the Tamalate Community Health Center. The type of research is descriptive with a sample size of 30 people. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling method. The research results showed that 44% of patients were satisfied with the dimensions of the real form. In the reliability dimension, it shows 57% satisfaction. The responsiveness dimension shows 47% satisfaction. In the assurance dimension, 50% were very satisfied and in the empathy dimension, 47% were satisfied.

Abstract

This study aims to design an android-based online vehicle washing order application on mobile that aims to increase ease in placing orders. The application is designed using the sublime code editor using the react native framework. The backend part of this application is designed using the basic PHP language and uses the laravel framework to speed up and simplify development. The medium used to connect between the application and the system is using a JSON-based web service. This research and design produce an android-based mobile system. The results of this design shorten the user's time in placing orders and produce a user satisfaction level of 77.5%.

Abstract

In its efforts to address the threat of terrorism, Indonesia faces a significant challenge in balancing national security with the protection of human rights. This study examines the potential for human rights violations during the arrest of suspected terrorists on Lombok Island, a strategic region and international tourism destination in West Nusa Tenggara. The primary focus of this research is on non-compliance with international and domestic legal standards, including arrests without clear legal grounds, the use of torture, and detention without due judicial process. Changes in anti-terrorism regulations, as outlined in Law No. 5 of 2018 on the Eradication of Terrorism Crimes, raise concerns that arrest procedures may erode public trust in law enforcement agencies and affect social and economic impacts. This study finds that the lack of proper legal procedures and safeguards during the arrest of suspected terrorists often results in violations of both international human rights norms and domestic legal frameworks. The findings highlight the need to uphold human rights within law enforcement practices, alongside an urgent review of anti-terrorism regulations to prevent abuses. Strengthening accountability mechanisms is critical for restoring public trust and ensuring that counter-terrorism efforts do not compromise fundamental freedoms.

Abstract

This research examines the application of the Agile Scrum method in developing the MBKM Report mobile application at Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. Agile Scrum was chosen because of its ability to adapt to changes quickly and increase interaction between application users and the development team. This research applies a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. The initial development stage starts from needs analysis, design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), to application implementation and testing. The research results show that Agile Scrum can improve the quality of applications and the efficiency of the resulting development process. It is believed that the implementation of the MBKM Report application can speed up the process of reporting and monitoring MBKM activities and improve academic services at Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang

Abstract

Electricity has become an important part of human life along with technological developments in this modern era. Economic progress, quality of life and the business world are very dependent on the electricity supply supplied by PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Serpong. Electric power distribution is the final stage in the electric power delivery process. This is the process of distributing electric power from the electricity transmission system to electricity consumers. One of the main components in the electric power distribution system is the distribution substation. A distribution substation is an electrical installation device which contains disconnecting, connecting, safety and distribution transformer equipment to distribute electrical power according to consumer needs. Maintenance at distribution substations is carried out to support services to electricity consumers so that the substation equipment used is in reliable condition. and guaranteed continuity. Regular maintenance on distribution substations is important so that distribution substations do not experience damage and disruption while operating.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of reputation, culture, and knowledge on tourists' intention to visit Medan City tourism. Using a quantitative approach, this research involved 210 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Descriptive analysis results showed highly positive perceptions toward all research variables, with mean values above 4 out of 5. Correlation analysis revealed strong relationships between variables, with perfect correlation (1.00) between culture and knowledge variables. Regression and SEM results indicated that all independent variables had positive and significant effects on visit intention, with culture/knowledge factor having a stronger influence (β = 0.512, p < 0.001) compared to reputation (β = 0.275, p < 0.001). The research model demonstrated good fit indices (CFI = 0.956, RMSEA = 0.068) and explained 53.4% of the variation in visit intention. These findings imply the importance of tourism development strategies that emphasize cultural aspects and tourist education, while maintaining Medan City's reputation management as a tourist destination. This research contributes theoretically to understanding factors influencing tourists' visit intention and practically to the development of Medan City's tourism strategies.

Abstract

The approach of disaster mitigation in Islamic religious education urgently needed to be adopted due to the high frequency of disaster occurrences and their impact on madrasahs, particularly in disaster-prone areas. The lack of literature and practical guidelines on disaster mitigation education is one of the main obstacles that reduces madrasah's involvement in disaster risk reduction efforts. This study aims to identify the concept of Islamic education transformation in disaster awareness and the form of innovation in Islamic religious education textbooks based on the perspective of Maslahah Mursalah. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, the research findings highlight: (1) The concept of Islamic education transformation in disaster awareness from the perspective of Maslahah Mursalah focuses on three levels of maslahah: (a) al-Maslahah al-Dharuriyat, where education emphasizes a deep understanding of Islamic teachings related to self-protection and social responsibility in disaster situations, (b) al-Maslahah al-Hajiyat, ensuring the availability of facilities and environments that support effective learning related to disasters, (c) al-Maslahah al-Tahsiniyat, education emphasizes the formation of student character with values such as mutual assistance, cooperation, and empathy in facing disasters. (2) The innovation of Islamic religious education textbooks based on disaster with the perspective of Maslahah Mursalah includes the incorporation of Islamic laws related to disasters into the curriculum with an emphasis on relevance and flexibility, emphasizing the relevance and flexibility of the curriculum, using case studies from Islamic history, and providing practical resources such as evacuation guides in preparing students to face disasters. This research contributes to understanding and implementing disaster risk reduction policies in Islamic religious education, the development of interdisciplinary-based disaster textbooks, and the study of Islamic education materials with the perspective of disaster mitigation based on Maslahah Mursalah.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilaksankan terhadap siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 60 Moncongloe Lappara Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Make a Match yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pengetahuan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar berlangsung, dimana setelah melakukan observasi langsung ke sekolah SD Negeri 60 Moncongloe Lappara Kabupaten Maros ternyata proses pembelajarannya masih kurang efektif serta rendahnya nilai hasil belajar yang didapatkan siswa terhadap mata pelajaran PPKn, oleh sebab itu peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran Make a Match pada kelas V di SD Negeri 60 Moncongloe Lappara Kabupaten Maros. Pada siklus I diperoleh hasil belajar siswa dengan rata-rata 58,75 sedangkan pada siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata 82,45. Pada penerapan metode pembelajaran Make a Match ini menggambarkan bahwasanya model ini berhasil diterapkan pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 60 Moncongloe Lappara Kabupaten Maros. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan nilai hasil belajar siswa dimana hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan.
