Abstract

One of the competencies that must be mastered by a teacher is learning evaluation. This competence is in line with the duties and responsibilities of teachers in learning activities, namely evaluations that can be carried out by educators can be in the form of evaluation of learning outcomes and evaluation of learning. The purpose of learning evaluation is to collect information which is used as the basis for knowing the level of progress, development and achievement of student learning, as well as the effectiveness of teacher teaching. Evaluation of learning includes measurement and assessment activities. The ability to evaluate learning is a basic ability that every teacher absolutely must have. In terms, there are several definitions formulated by experts. However, from some of these opinions it can be concluded that in essence evaluation is a systematic and ongoing process to determine the quality (value and meaning) of something (goals, activities, decisions, performance, processes, people, or objects) based on considerations and criteria. certain in order to make a decision. This study uses the library study research method. Namely a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading, and recording and managing research materials.

Abstract

Evaluation is part of the assessment on each subject. Evaluation carried out on an ongoing basis will allow the assessor to assess the extent to which the program is being developed to achieve the goals that have been designed. Beginning writing is the ability to write that is taught to students in the early stages, namely in grades I and II, with this ability students are expected to be able to express their thoughts and feelings accompanied by by writing. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. In this research is expected to be able to describe the real situation in the field. According to Mukhtar (2013.10) the descriptive-quantitative method is a method used by researchers to find knowledge or theories about this researcher using a qualitative descriptive method. By collecting data, observation and in-depth interviews. Based on the results of evaluation research on learning to start writing at SD Negeri Mekarsari 1 Rajeg Using evaluation, which consists of several tests and non-tests (formative) as well as tests and non-tests (summative), and the results of the discussion of one of the teachers at SD Negen 1 Rajeg, Behau uses several steps in conducting evaluation of initial writing, namely, 1 Implement tests, both tests and non-tests, in the evaluation process chain the teacher must make a learning evaluation, the evaluation process can be completed by carrying out tests or tests, which can occur at the beginning, middle or end of the learning process in one semester. There are four basic language skills that must be possessed by every student, namely listening ability, speaking ability, seeing ability, and writing ability. This article was written using the meta-analysis method. This type of research used qualitative research. This research was conducted to find out how far character education is carried out in learning, especially elementary schools. With the progress of the times with educational ideologies. The evaluation model is also very much needed in the world of education to form superior quality ideologies that foster a sense of responsible attitude in dealing with the world of education. Because the evaluation model in strengthening educational ideology can optimize the development of the dimensions of the nation's children and can form and develop people who are devoted to God Almighty, comply with applicable legal rules, interact between cultures, apply noble values, morals and ethics as the pride of the Indonesian people.

Abstract

In the current condition where there is an increase in violence among teenagers/society, the use of bad language and words by students, the low respect for parents and teachers, the low sense of individual and group responsibility, the culture of lies/dishonesty, and the existence of Mutual suspicion and hatred between people make character education a priority that must always be strengthened. This study used the library research method. Library research is a type of qualitative research which is generally carried out by not going into the field in searching for data sources. Library research collects data and information through the help of various materials found in the library room. Evaluation of basic education learning based on character education, by instilling character values that are included in the learning process in each subject related to norms or values in the context of everyday life through various real examples. Hopefully by always strengthening character education will produce students who not only have good academic knowledge but also have quality character.

Abstract

Learning strategy is the process of selecting and arranging learning activities in a learning unit such as the sequence, nature of the material, scope of material, methods and media that are most appropriate to achieve learning competence. It is necessary to choose the right learning strategy in thematic learning, especially for low-grade children. Selection of appropriate learning strategies can facilitate students in achieving competence or learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to analyze the teacher's strategies used in thematic learning in class II SDN Buaran Jati 2. The results showed that teachers used learning strategies through an interactive approach. The research was conducted through observation by interviewing the principal and class teacher (class II) at SDN Buaran Jati 2. From the results of the interview, the teacher used an interactive approach with the aim of stimulating children to think creatively. The inhibiting factor is the child who is not good at socializing, therefore he is reluctant to respond to questions and ask questions so that the teacher must pay more attention which will make the child more confident.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the initial behavior and characteristics of students as a process that must be passed by 5th grade teachers at SDN Cengklong 3 in designing their learning. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection through Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that each student had different characteristics and learning styles. Therefore, every education implementer must be able to know and understand the characteristics of each student so that learning can run smoothly. Teachers can make learning implementation plans with methods and media that can make learning more effective. The various differences in students that educators or teachers need to know are: (1) Characteristics of students, (2) Intelligence of students, and (3) Learning styles.

Abstract

This learning design preparation article contains reports on the implementation of community service activities in the form of learning design training for elementary school teachers in Tangerang City, Kp Bayur Pintu 1000. The training activities involved 4 teachers spread from various areas of Tangerang City, starting from grade I teachers to second grade elementary school. Develop learning designs to guide elementary school students in obtaining knowledge of learning preparation in elementary schools. The implementation used is a qualitative method. In this study, researchers collected descriptive data through observation, interviews and documentation. This assessment examines the effectiveness of formative assessment with instructional design media on student learning outcomes after controlling for initial knowledge. The research uses qualitative methods. The results showed that students learn with TEMA and LKS books and the Koran, and if learning uses conventional media it will be more effective if the formative assessment is done through quizzes.

Abstract

This research is develop an Articulate Storyline learning media using Think Pair Share model was valid and practical. this research was Research and Development. The development procedure uses the ADDIE model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. the instrument used was a validity questionnaire and a practicality questionnaire. Data collection techniques used qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results of this study are in the form of learning media produced from the Articulate Storyline application which has an attractive appearance for elementary school students. Based on the results of media validator get 76.5% a very valid category. material validator get 91% a very valid category, linguists validator get 100% a very valid category. The practicality of the teacher's response at SDN Karang tengah 7 get 91.6% a very practical category and the practicality level at SDN Karang tengah 10 get 95.8% a very practical category. The practicality of the students' responses at SDN Karang tengah 7 get 91% a very practical category and the practicality level at SDN Karang tengah 10 get 93.8% a very practical category. It can be concluded that the Articulate Storyline learning media is valid and practical.

Abstract

So far, the learning system that occurs in elementary schools is still filled with a world view which states that information is a set of realities that must be remembered. In addition, most of the learning space situation is still centered on the instructor (focused on educators or teachers) as a source of basic information, and the use of speaking techniques as the main decision of the teaching and learning system. Such a learning situation does not include students in making questions. To foster a teaching and learning environment that can foster courage, mentality, and inventive and innovative behavior, it is very important to have a relationship between the parts of the training, such as instructors, students, educational plans, apparatus (learning media) and learning assets, materials, techniques , and assessment tools work together to create useful learning measures, the Problem Based Learning model is the best decision in today's learning. The problem is how to apply the issue-based learning model in PAI learning in elementary schools?

Abstract

Every child has different abilities and cognitive abilities. This is motivated by heredity and environmental factors. Hereditary factors can be from the father's or mother's genes. One example of environmental factors is how to educate parents about their children or the good and bad of the surrounding environment. That is why parenting and the environment have a big influence on the quality of children. Most elementary school children have not been able to recognize their identity and have not been able to develop the abilities that exist in themselves. The purpose of this study is to describe the method of identifying and developing interests and talents for the students of Al-Fattaah Islamic Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative design (case study). The data collection technique used direct interviews with the deputy head of the Al Fattaah Islamic Elementary School curriculum. Developing talent with some effort is quite effective to do. This can be seen from the results of interviews received by interviewers that with the existence of extracurricular and four aspects, namely academic, skills, character, and spiritual in learning activities, students can find interests and talents. Where these interests and talents will be developed by the Al Fattaah Islamic Elementary School teachers.
