Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja mahasiswa magang di PT Taspen (Persero) Tbk KCU Makassar. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner, penelitian ini melibatkan 23 mahasiswa magang, dengan menggunakan analisis Uji validasi dan Realibilitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa (t-hitung = 2.365, p = 0.028), sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan (t- hitung = 0.638, p = 0.530). Secara simultan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa (F-hitung = 8.148, p = 0.003), dengan kontribusi sebesar 44.9%. Kendala utama adalah jumlah sampel yang kurang dari 30 responden dan adanya item kuesioner yang tidak valid. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk meningkatkan jumlah sampel dan kualitas instrumen. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja   Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on the performance of internship students at PT Taspen (Persero) Tbk KCU Makassar. Using a quantitative approach with questionnaires, the study involved 23 internship students, using analysis of Validity and Reliability Tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that work motivation has a significant impact on student performance (t-value = 2.365, p = 0.028), while the work environment does not have a significant effect (t-value = 0.638, p = 0.530). Simultaneously, both work motivation and the work environment significantly affect student performance (F-value = 8.148, p = 0.003), with a contribution of 44.9%. The main limitation of this study was the sample size, which was below 30 respondents, and the presence of invalid questionnaire items. Abstract

Desa Tonglo adalah salah satu desa di Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Masyarakat Tonglo pada umumnya adalah petani. Selain bertani, mereka juga memelihara ternak di sekitar rumah, ada yang dikandangkan, tetapi limbah ternak dilepas bebas ke lingkungan sehingga dapat menimbulkan polusi (air, udara, dan tanah) yang berdampak pada kesehatan lingkungan. Permasalahan mitra di lembang ini adalah belum adanya pelatihan pembuatan reaktor biogas berbasis limbah atau kotoran ternak. Solusi yang ditawarkan berupa: memberikan materi tentang penanganan dan pemanfaatan limbah ternak serta mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan reaktor biogas (biodigester) kepada kelompok peternak di lembang Tonglo, berbasis on the job training dengan target luaran, antara lain: terbangunnya reaktor biogas; terciptanya wirausaha baru di bidang biogas dan pupuk organik cair (POC); dan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat. IPTEK yang akan diterapkan adalah teknologi tepat guna (TTG), yang dapat langsung dimanfaatkan oleh mitra.

Abstract

This study examines the correlation between learning motivation and students' academic achievement in the subject of Akidah Akhlak at MTs Marhalim Campalagian, Polewali Mandar. The objectives of the study include: (1) describing the level of students' learning motivation; (2) describing students' academic achievement; and (3) analyzing the relationship between learning motivation and academic achievement. This quantitative study used a correlational design and involved the entire student population (N=51) because the number was less than 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out through documentation and questionnaire methods. Data analysis used the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed that the majority of students (70.59%) had learning motivation in the moderate category, with 36 students scoring between 92-110. Similarly, 70.59% of students showed academic achievement in the moderate category. The correlation analysis produced a significance value of 0.00 (p <0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.764. These findings indicate a strong positive correlation between learning motivation and students' academic achievement at MTs Marhalim Campalagian. Higher levels of motivation are positively correlated with better academic achievement. This finding underlines the important role of motivation as a determinant factor of students' learning success in the subject of Akidah Akhlak. Schools need to pay attention to and strive to improve students' learning motivation through various pedagogical strategies, such as creating a conducive learning environment, implementing innovative and engaging learning methods, and providing a fair and motivating reward system. Further research is recommended to identify other factors that influence students' academic achievement, as well as explore more effective intervention strategies to improve students' motivation and learning achievement, taking into account the local cultural context for the optimization of sustainable learning strategies.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the learning process greatly determines the success of achieving learning objectives. However, low student confidence in actively participating and providing feedback is a common obstacle. This is often caused by ineffective learning methods and less than optimal student involvement, which has a negative impact on their learning achievement. Therefore, this study examines the implementation of the Probing-Prompting learning model as a potential solution to improve learning outcomes. This study aims to answer two main questions: (1) How is the implementation of the Probing-Prompting learning model in class VII B MTs Bhayangkara Tallo Lama Makassar? (2) How effective is the Probing-Prompting model in improving the Fiqh learning achievement of class VII B MTs Bhayangkara Tallo Lama Makassar students. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in class VII B MTs Bhayangkara Tallo Lama Makassar. Data collection was carried out through various methods, including observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the implementation of the Probing-Prompting model during two cycles. Both teacher and student activities experienced significant improvements, both in terms of the process and learning outcomes. The study was stopped in cycle II because substantial improvement had been achieved. Data analysis showed an increase in the percentage of students who achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). In the pre-cycle, only 11 students (36.67%) achieved the KKM. This number increased to 17 students (56.67%) in cycle I and reached 26 students (86.67%) in cycle II. These results show the effectiveness of the Probing-Prompting model in improving students' Fiqh learning achievement.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada hakikatnya tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana transmisi pengetahuan, tetapi juga sebagai media pembentukan karakter peserta didik secara utuh. Dalam konteks ini, Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual sebagai fondasi kepribadian siswa. Namun, masih terdapat kesenjangan konseptual terkait efektivitas dan strategi implementatif Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pembentukan karakter yang terukur dan berdampak nyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian pustaka dengan menganalisis literatur akademik kredibel yang membahas hubungan antara Pendidikan Agama Islam dan pendidikan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Agama Islam berperan secara signifikan dalam membentuk karakter siswa melalui pendekatan nilai yang transformatif, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan. Nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan, empati, dan spiritualitas mampu diinternalisasikan melalui metode pembelajaran reflektif, keteladanan guru, serta budaya sekolah berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Selain itu, penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam juga berkontribusi terhadap terbentuknya lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif bagi perkembangan moral dan sosial peserta didik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis dalam pengembangan model pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam yang adaptif terhadap tantangan era modern.

Abstract

The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computer Vision technologies has significantly impacted the beauty industry, particularly in facial skin type detection. This study developed a mobile application that utilizes CNN with the InceptionV3 architecture deployed on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The system uses a dataset of 1,735 facial images categorized into normal, dry, oily, and acne-prone skin types. The photos were preprocessed and augmented before being processed by the CNN model. Firestore and Cloud Storage were used to maintain the data, while Cloud Run was used to publish the trained model into a Flask-based API. The accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score reached 91.7%, 91%, 91%, and 91% respectively. Compared to previous studies, this system offers real-time classification through a lightweight mobile application integrated with cloud computing, aiming to improve accessibility and efficiency in dermatological analysis and personalized skincare services.

Abstract

This article examines gender identity within a metaphysical framework by exploring the tension between essentialist and social constructivist paradigms. The core issue addressed in this research is the absence of a conceptual framework capable of reconciling these two traditionally opposing approaches. Essentialism regards gender as a fixed, inherent attribute, whereas constructivism emphasizes that gender is shaped by social and cultural practices. The aim of this study is to formulate a hybrid metaphysical model that integrates both perspectives through dialectical synthesis. The methodology employed involves a philosophical literature review with thematic analysis of works published within the last five years. Findings reveal that a relationally grounded hybrid model successfully merges the strengths of both paradigms, offering a more inclusive and applicable approach for social policy development. This model is viewed as critical for advancing academic discourse while also providing a robust philosophical foundation for the recognition and protection of gender diversity in contemporary society.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the profile of students in character development of class VIII A at SMPN 7 Cenrana, Maros Regency; 2) describe the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in character development of class VIII A students at SMPN 7 Cenrana, Maros Regency; and 3) identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of the PAI teachers’ strategies in character development of class VIII A students at SMPN 7 Cenrana, Maros Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative research. The subjects of the study were students of class VIII A, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students of SMP Negeri 7 Cenrana. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results, character development of class VIII A students at SMPN 7 Cenrana was conducted through intrakurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities. Intracurricular activities instill moral values through academic subjects, while co-curricular activities strengthen character understanding through direct practice. Extracurricular activities serve as a platform for developing discipline, responsibility, and teamwork. Islamic Religious Education teachers applied strategies such as advice, habituation, modeling, and discipline cultivation in shaping student character. Supporting factors included a religious school environment, parental support, and community culture. Obstacles faced involved limited variety in teaching methods and less supportive family backgrounds. Keywords: Strategy, Islamic Religious Education Teacher, Character, Devel.

Abstract

In the world of agriculture, it is known that there are many problems in every process of managing plants where every activity carried out by farmers has difficulties. Difficulties experienced by farmers include difficulties in climbing, cutting, picking, and others. One of the plants whose problems and solutions will be discussed is the palm tree (Arenga pinnata). The problem is that farmers experience pain when climbing sugar palm trees. The pain experienced by the farmer was the thumb, index finger and sole of the foot. Farmers initially climb by holding the bamboo as a ladder, then stepping into the bamboo hole using their thumb and forefinger, and their feet gradually to climb the bamboo. When entering the picking process, it is known that the farmer is sitting on one of the tree trunks that can support the farmer's weight. In the palm tree modification process, the Nordic Body Map and REBA methods were used to process the data. The REBA score when climbing was 10 points, when harvesting it was 11 points, and the Nordic Body Map was found to have the most pain on the left and right palms, mean while to create an innovation SCAMPER and SWOT are used. To get the desired results, it was found that the stairs had to be covered on the footing with a foot width of 10 cm at the 95 percentile and a foot thickness at the 95 percentile of 10 cm, then the difference in tread height was 30 cm.

PT. M is one of the largest flat glass manufacturers in Indonesia, serving both domestic and export markets. In meeting demand, the company faces various challenges in managing its supply chain to become more efficient and responsive. In January 2025, a delay occurred in the production of export glass, extending from the initial target of 6 days to 9 days. To address this, the implementation of the SCOR 12.0 model was proposed as a solution for continuous improvement analysis. The focus of the analysis is on the responsiveness attribute, specifically RS.1.1 Order Fulfillment Cycle Time, with a Level 2 matrix of RS.2.2 Make Cycle Time. At Level 3, the largest time gaps were identified in RS.3.101 Produce and Test Cycle Time with a gap of 259 minutes, and RS.3.128 Stage Finished Product Cycle Time with a gap of 1040 minutes.
