Abstract

This study aims to improve students' reading ability in the letter An-Nasr by using the demonstration method and problem-based learning model. This study uses a type of classroom action research. The design of this study uses the Kemmis & Mctaggart design with four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. Data were obtained using test and observation techniques. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the study indicate that the demonstration method and problem-based learning model can improve students' reading ability in the letter An-Nasr in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen in cycle I with an average percentage of 50% and in cycle II of 86%. So it can be stated that students' reading ability developed in cycle II. Improving students' reading ability through the application of the demonstration method and problem-based learning model on the material of the letter An-Nasr was carried out for two cycles. Learning outcomes in cycle I were 66.67% and in cycle II of 76.67%. So it can be stated that students' reading ability improved better in cycle II. Based on this, the demonstration method and problem-based learning model can be used as one of the media that can be considered by teachers to overcome the problem of low ability to read the Al-Quran in Islamic religious education learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze creative and innovative strategies and media in teaching Aqidah Akhlak in Madrasas. This research uses a type of library research. Research Results: Aqidah Akhlak learning strategies can be in the form of: 1) Direct Learning Strategies (direct instruction), 2) Indirect Learning Strategies (indirect instruction), 3) Interactive Learning Strategies (interactive instruction), 4) Learning Strategies through Experience (experiential learning ), 5) Independent Learning Strategy. Meanwhile, creative and innovative media takes the form of: 1) Print media, which can be in the form of textbooks, worksheets, or modules that can be used by teachers and students. 2) Audio media is implemented, for example at the MI level in phase B (Class 3) which can use audio in the form of sound speakers related to Asmaul Husna material, so that students can listen carefully and memorize it easily. 3) Visual Media can be applied in Phase D (Class VII) of MTS, such as the material "Manners of Social Media from an Islamic View". Abstract

Pendidikan multikultural merupakan pendekatan penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif, yang mampu mengatasi keragaman budaya, agama, dan etnis di indonesia. Implementasi pendidikan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan sikap saling menghargai dan toleransi antar siswa, membentuk karakter yang mampu mengurangi konflik sosial dan meningkatkan keharmonisan masyarakat. Dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip multikultural ke dalam kurikulum dan kegiatan sekolah, pendidikan dapat mengurangi prasangka dan meningkatkan pemahaman antarsesama. Faktor pendukung, seperti peran guru, lingkungan sekolah, dan program kegiatan, berkontribusi penting dalam proses implementasi pendidikan multikultural. Kesadaran dan apresiasi terhadap keberagaman perlu ditanamkan sejak dini untuk menciptakan generasi yang menghormati perbedaan dan mampu berpartisipasi dalam masyarakat yang plural.

Abstract

Human resource development (HRD) is one of the fundamental aspects in improving the performance quality of institutions, especially in the context of Islamic education. This study aims to analyze HRD strategies to strengthen institutional performance based on various previous studies. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from a literature review, including scientific journals, books, and other documents that support the discussion in this article. The results of this study show that effective human resource development (HRD) in Islamic educational institutions involves several important aspects, such as training, skill development, career management, and performance assessment. With good HR management, Islamic educational institutions can improve the quality of graduates, strengthen the performance of educational staff, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the institution. This emphasizes the importance of comprehensive HR management to achieve better educational goals that are relevant to the needs of the times.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology requires education to integrate digital technology into learning, one of which is learning Al-Qur'an Hadith. The learning process requires many components, one of which is learning media, in integrating digital technology into education, educators can do so by using learning media with digital technology. The purpose of this research is to analyze digital technology that can be used in the learning process of Al-Qur'an Hadith and examples of its application. The research method used in this research is the literature method with books, journals, and web articles as sources of information. The results of this study are many digital technologies that can be used by educators in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith, including: 1) multimedia learning media which can be in the form of powerpoint, puzzle games and so on, 2) the Internet which can be youtube, web pages and so on, and 3) digital Al-Qur'an, one of which is the Indonesian Al-Qur'an application.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of educational financing management strategies at Public Elementary School 42 Talang Ubi. The research aims to analyze how the school conducts financial planning, allocation, utilization, and evaluation to support the achievement of its educational objectives. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that the school adopts several strategic measures, including participatory budgeting involving key stakeholders, expenditure prioritization based on academic and operational needs, and the practice of transparent financial reporting. These strategies have contributed to more efficient and accountable financial management, thereby supporting the quality of educational services. Nevertheless, the school continues to face challenges such as limited funding sources, dependence on government allocations, and delays in fund disbursement. The findings underscore the critical role of strategic financial management in enhancing educational effectiveness at the elementary level. The study recommends strengthening institutional capacity in financial management and exploring alternative funding mechanisms to ensure the sustainability of educational programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan bahan ajar yang belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan juga belum mengasah kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan LKPD Berdiferensiasi Berbasis Problem Based Learning pada materi statistika kelas VIII Fase D SMP Negeri 12 Padang yang valid dan praktis, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu sumber belajar matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Plomp. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa daftar checklist, pedoman wawancara dan angket karakteristik siswa serta angket validasi. Berdasarkan hasil validasi LKPD Berdiferensiasi Berbasis Problem Based Learning diperoleh nilai akhir yaitu 83,31% dengan kategori sangat valid. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD Berdiferensiasi Berbasis Problem Based Learning pada materi statistika dinyatakan valid.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (IRE) at SDIT Ummi Kota Bengkulu applies a constructivist approach to shape the religious character of students. This approach emphasizes the active role of students in building knowledge through direct experience and social interaction. This study aims to examine the implementation of constructivist theory in IRE learning, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in forming students' religious character. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. The findings indicate that the implementation of constructivist theory is effective, with active learning methods such as discussions, problem-solving, and religious projects. Additionally, parental involvement through the "Parents Too" program strengthens the religious character education of students. Challenges encountered include differences in socio-economic background and religious awareness levels of students, but the implementation of this approach proves to support the holistic formation of students' religious character. This study is expected to contribute to the development of a constructivist-based IRE learning model in other schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pendidikan karakter dalam Kurikulum Berbasis Agama Islam di SMA IT Granada Samarinda. Proses analisis data dimulai dari menganalisis semua data dari wawancara dan dokumentasi dilanjutkan dengan mengadakan reduksi data, penyajian data ke dalam tabel dan verifikasi data untuk membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan pendidikan karakter dilakukan melalui 3 proses. Pertama, menentukan tujuan pendidikan karakter. Kedua, menyusun program atau kegiatan sekolah. Ketiga, mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam semua mata pelajaran, kegiatan terprogram dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; (2) Pengorganisasian berdasarkan SK Kepala Sekolah yaitu dengan menetapkan kegiatan, jadwal pelaksanaan, dan penanggung jawab kegiatan atau program; (3) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter diwujudkan melalui 2 proses. Pertama, praktik (kegiatan harian, mingguan, bulanan, insidental; kegiatan pembelajaran; program sekolah; dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler). Kedua, metode pelaksanaan (pembiasaan, keteladanan, spontanitas, pengkondisian, dan penghargaan dan pembinaan); (4) Supervisi pendidikan karakter dilakukan oleh wakil kepala sekolah dan tim berbasis kepala sekolah dengan pengawasan langsung selama proses kegiatan, pembinaan SDM, serta system pelaporan setiap satu minggu sekali dalam rapat. (5) Evaluasi pendidikan karakter melalui tertulis (buku jurnal, catatan penilaian, raport) dan tidak tertulis (pengamatan perilaku siswa); (6) Faktor penghambat adalah keterbatasan kontrol sekolah pasca pandemi covid 19, pengaruh media, kurangnya pemahaman sebagian guru tentang sekolah islam terpadu, keragaman karakter siswa dan sebagian siswa yang sulit diatur. (7) sedangkan faktor pendukungnya adalah adanya dukungan dari pemerintah dan Yayasan, sumber daya manusia (SDM), sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap, kegiatan yang terprogram, rasa kekeluargaan yang tinggi, dan dukungan dari seluruh warga sekolah, orang tua/wali, dan masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Dokumentasi keperawatan merupakan gambaran Tindakan yang diberikan perawat kepada pasien dalam asuhan keperawatan. Dokumentasi ini terdiri dari pengkajian, diagnosis keperawatan, intervensi dan evaluasi. Dokumentasi keperawatan harus dievaluasi terkait dengan penerapannya dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Masih ditemukan keragaman dalam merumuskan diagnosis keperawatan karena beragamnya pendidikan keperawatan, pengetahuan perawat, bahkan perbedaan standar acuan yang digunakan.  Mahasiswa Keperawatan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Mahakarya Aceh belum terlalu kompeten dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan dengan menggunakan SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI. Sehingga diperlukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan terutama dalam perumusan diagnosis keperawatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk menambah pengetahuan, ketrampilan serta penerapan buku SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI dalam penyusunan dokumentasi keperawatan. Metode pengabdian ini dengan cara sosialisasi dan memberikan demonstrasi dalam penulisan Asuhan Keperawatan dan pengumpulan informasi terkait pengetahuan mahasiswa keperawatan tentang penerapan SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI, pelatihan dengan pemberian materi, pendampingan serta evaluasi penerapan buku ini dalam asuhan keperawatan. Hasil yang didapat pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mahasiswa keperawatan meningkat dalam penggunaan buku SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI.
