Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan di kalangan pelajar vokasi menjadi tantangan serius dalam menyiapkan generasi muda yang mandiri dan siap menghadapi dunia kerja maupun wirausaha. Siswa SMK NU 1 Karanggeneng menunjukkan keterbatasan pemahaman dalam pengelolaan keuangan pribadi, penyusunan anggaran, pencatatan arus kas, serta pengambilan keputusan finansial yang bijak, terutama di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital dan layanan keuangan daring. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa melalui pendampingan yang bersifat praktis, aplikatif, dan berbasis kebutuhan nyata pelajar vokasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah project-based learning melalui simulasi pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan usaha kecil, penyusunan anggaran, pencatatan transaksi, serta pemanfaatan aplikasi keuangan digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam mengelola keuangan secara lebih terencana, rasional, dan bertanggung jawab. Selain itu, program ini berkontribusi dalam membentuk sikap bijak terhadap penggunaan layanan keuangan digital serta menumbuhkan mindset kemandirian dan kewirausahaan di kalangan siswa. Kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan modul literasi keuangan berbasis vokasi dan mendorong kolaborasi antara sekolah, lembaga keuangan, dan komunitas lokal. Dengan demikian, pendampingan literasi keuangan ini diharapkan menjadi model pemberdayaan yang berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kesiapan finansial dan ekonomi produktif siswa SMK.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan proses peningkatan kapasitas produksi suatu wilayah yang tercermin dari peningkatan nilai barang dan jasa yang dihasilkan dari waktu ke waktu. Pertumbuhan ekonomi menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai keberhasilan pembangunan karena mencerminkan kemampuan suatu daerah dalam mengelola sumber daya dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Belanja Modal terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Lampung dalam Perspektif Islam. Data yang di gunakan adalah data sekunder dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Lampung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan belanja modal berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Secara simultan atau Bersama-sama Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan belanja modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sustainability of the cadetship program as a pillar of character education at SMK Negeri 1 Kongbeng through a SWOT approach. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with research subjects consisting of the principal, vice principal for student affairs, cadetship supervisors, teachers, and students. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, then analyzed by identifying internal and external factors affecting the sustainability of the cadetship program. The findings showed that, based on the IFAS Matrix, the cadetship program obtained a score of 3.42, indicating that its internal condition was in a strong category. The main strengths of the program lie in its integration with school culture, structured activities, support for the development of discipline, responsibility, and leadership, as well as spiritual habituation. Based on the EFAS Matrix, the program obtained a score of 3.60, indicating that external opportunities were more dominant than threats. Supportive character education policies, community expectations, cooperation with parents, and labor market demands were identified as the main opportunities for the program’s sustainability. The program’s position in Quadrant I, with coordinates of 0.66 and 0.78, indicates that the appropriate strategy is the SO strategy, namely utilizing strengths to seize opportunities. Thus, the cadetship program has good prospects to be maintained and developed sustainably as a pillar of character education at SMK Negeri 1 Kongbeng.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the educational quality of SD Negeri 001 Pulau Derawan based on Education Report data using a SWOT analysis approach as the basis for formulating school quality improvement strategies. The study was motivated by the low literacy and numeracy achievement of students and the suboptimal utilization of Education Report data in data-based school planning. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The data were collected through observation and document analysis of the 2023 Education Report of SD Negeri 001 Pulau Derawan. Data analysis was conducted using SWOT analysis by identifying the school’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats based on educational quality indicators and field conditions. The results showed that the school’s strengths lie in school safety climate, student character, inclusivity climate, and the principal’s instructional leadership. Meanwhile, the main weaknesses include low literacy and numeracy achievement, basic-level learning quality, and limited learning facilities. The opportunities available include the Merdeka Belajar policy, School Operational Assistance (BOS) funding, the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, and local government support. The main threats consist of geographical limitations of the island area, high teacher turnover, and limited internet access. Based on the SWOT analysis, several quality improvement strategies were formulated, focusing on strengthening literacy and numeracy, improving teacher competence, optimizing contextual learning based on local potential, and strengthening collaboration between schools and the community.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education needs schools to create plans that can change and grow as things inside and outside the school change. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) in the development of SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda and to formulate appropriate school development strategies to improve educational quality. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach with SWOT analysis. The data collection process differs because it emphasizes that individual rights must be aligned with the principles of Pancasila. The data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation involving school principals, teachers, education staff, and school documents. The results showed that SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda has several strengths, such as experienced teachers, good learning facilities, and a supportive school environment. However, weaknesses were identified in the utilization of educational technology, disparities in students’ abilities, and limited infrastructure and budget. Opportunities include government support programs, technological advancements, and institutional partnerships, while threats consist of school competition, social media influence, economic conditions of parents, and dynamic educational policies. Based on the SWOT analysis, the school's development strategy should focus on making the most of its strengths and opportunities, while also working to reduce its weaknesses and threats. This can be done by improving the skills and knowledge of teachers, making the most of digital learning tools, focusing on teaching character education, and building better connections with all the people involved, like parents and the community. The study concludes that SWOT analysis offers a comprehensive foundation for strategic school development and sustainable improvement of educational quality.
