Abstract

This study discusses: 1. The history of the formation of Palasa Tangki village, 2. The economic development of the rice farming community, 3. The efforts of the village government in developing the agricultural sector as the main supporter of the village economy. The type of research used is historical research with an economic approach, data collection techniques in this study include: Observation, interviews, documentation and writing (historiography). The results of this study indicate that the journey and economic development of rice farmers in Palasa Tangki village over the past ten years experienced a turning point that occurred in 2015 when the village government began to introduce modern agricultural technology such as tractors, water pumps, superior seeds, and provided training and fertilizer assistance to farmers. This modernization has had a positive impact on increasing crop yields, expanding market access, and community welfare, as indicated by the increasing number of farming families who are able to send their children to school outside the area. This study confirms that the agricultural sector remains the backbone of the village economy and requires special attention in terms of protection, empowerment, and infrastructure development to support the welfare of the farming community in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study explores the complex interplay among foreign direct investment (FDI), idiosyncratic risk, inflation, and various economic activities in ASEAN countries. Through regression analysis, the research investigates the impact of these factors on managerial work, economic activity, and overall economic growth within the region. The findings underscore significant associations between FDI, idiosyncratic risk, inflation, and diverse economic activities, offering valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders seeking to enhance economic development strategies in ASEAN countries.

Abstract

This study examines the construction of occidentalism within the framework of contemporary Islamic theology, focusing on Hasan Hanafi's thought and its contribution to maintaining epistemology in the non-Western world. The aim of the study is to identify the forms of occidentalism that emerge in contemporary Islamic theological discourse. It explores Hasan Hanafi's approach to the deconstruction of Western epistemology and assesses the impact of Hanafi's thought on the development of knowledge discourse in non-Western contexts. The methods used are critical library research and hermeneutic textual analysis of Hasan Hanafi's main works, as well as a comparative study of the literature on occidentalism and epistemology in non-Western regions. The results show that Hasan Hanafi offers a systematic critique of the pretensions of universality of Western epistemology with an emphasis on epistemic plurality, the historical reconstruction of Muslim experience, and the need for an autonomous normative basis for knowledge production in the Islamic world. His thought challenges the tradition-modernity dichotomy and introduces the concept of cultural reconstruction as a strategy to restore the epistemic heritage of non-Western societies. The study concludes that Hasan Hanafi's contribution enriches contemporary Islamic theological discourse by offering a critical epistemic framework that rejects occidentalist domination and opens up space for pluralistic dialogue between local traditions and intellectual innovation.

Abstract

In the era of Industry 4.0, manufacturing firms face growing pressure to enhance operational performance through digital transformation. Central to this transformation is the strategic alignment between IT capabilities and business objectives, supported by advanced analytics and flexible IT infrastructures. This study investigates how different configurations of Strategic Alignment Maturity (SAMM), Big Data Analytics Capability (BDAC), IT flexibility, and business strategy types influence operational outcomes. Employing fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) on data collected from 100 manufacturing firms, the research identifies multiple equifinal pathways to high operational performance, as measured by Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and SCOR metrics. Two dominant configurations emerge from the analysis. The first (R1) combines high levels of SAMM, IT flexibility, BDAC, and a Prospector strategy, highlighting a proactive, innovation oriented approach to operational excellence. The second configuration (R4) achieves similar performance through a different route leveraging BDAC, an Analyzer strategy, and strong CIO–business collaboration even in the absence of mature alignment structures. These results affirm that both alignment driven and analytics driven models can yield superior outcomes depending on organizational context and strategic orientation. The study contributes to the literature by demonstrating that high operational performance does not rely on a single universal model, but rather on the strategic orchestration of complementary capabilities. It also shows the effectiveness of fsQCA in uncovering complex causal relationships within organizational systems. Practically, the findings encourage manufacturing leaders to assess and tailor their alignment, analytics, and IT strategies according to their operational priorities and industry dynamics.

Abstract

Pepper fruit (Piper nigrum L.) is an agricultural commodity whose market value strongly depends on its ripeness level at harvest. Ripeness determination, which is still commonly performed through visual observation, tends to be inaccurate and subjective. This study aims to classify the ripeness level of pepper fruit based on skin color using an ensemble learning approach. The dataset consists of 1,996 pepper fruit images categorized into four ripeness levels unripe, semi ripe, ripe, and overripe. Color features were extracted from the HSV color model using color moment statistics including mean, standard deviation, and skewness. Random Forest and XGBoost models were combined using a soft voting method. The results show that the ensemble model achieved 98.25% accuracy, 98.30% precision, 98.27% recall, and 98.26% F1-score. The ensemble approach proved superior to single models by providing more accurate and stable classification of pepper fruit ripeness.

Abstract

Cot Lampoh Soh Village is one of the villages in Montasik District, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province where Administratively Cot Lampoh Soh Village is directly adjacent to Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar Regency. This village has 166 heads of families with a population of 263 people, generally working as farmers and some as civil servants and private sector, and is dominated by the age of 25 to 59 years with a total of 121 people and most work as farmers as much as 78.90%, the number of family members ranges from 1 to 5 people per head of family or 5.30% to 26.30%. As many as 78.90% use shallow wells. Cot Lampoh Soh Village has 1 drilled well point located in Meunasah, where the drilled well water is used by the community only for ablution water needs and the needs of meunasah gampong activities. The projected population for the next 30 years from 2025 is 263 people to 467 people in 2054, the population growth rate is assumed to be 2% per year, the water requirement per person is 150 liters/person/day, water loss is assumed to be 10%, the water requirement in 2054 is 0.73 liters/second. The planned pipe types are HDPE with a diameter of 90 mm with a length of 447 meters and HDPE with a diameter of 63 mm with a length of 605 meters with a total length of 1052 meters. The form of Community Service (PKM) activities carried out by the Author in the UNAYA KKN activities for the Even Semester 2024/2025 is the Technical Planning of the Clean Water Distribution Pipeline Network for Gampong Cot Lampoh Soh where the water source to be used is drilled well water located in Meunasah Gampong. The output of this activity is to create a technical planning product consisting of a Design Drawing and Budget Plan for the Construction of a Clean Water Pipeline Network to support improving community health by utilizing the existing drilled water source in the Meunasah Gampong Cot Lampoh Soh as the center of community activities in Gampong Cot Lampoh Soh, Montasik District, Aceh Besar Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of collaborative governance on bridge construction in Marinding Village, Bajo Barat District, Luwu Regency. Infrastructure development in rural areas often faces challenges such as limited funding, inadequate technical support, and a lack of stakeholder collaboration.The research employed a quantitative approach, using data collected through observation, closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaires, and literature review. A sample of 92 respondents was selected using a random sampling technique, and data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that the application of collaborative governance principles falls into the "good" category, with an average percentage score of 73.14%, while the bridge construction outcome was rated "very good" at 82%. The regression analysis yielded a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.356, indicating that 35.6% of the variation in bridge development is explained by the collaborative governance variable, while the remaining 64.4% is influenced by other factors. This result is supported by a t-value of 7.057 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), confirming a positive and significant relationship between collaborative governance and bridge development. The study highlights the critical role of participatory, transparent, and sustainable collaborative governance in supporting infrastructure development in rural areas.

Abstract

Evaluasi kinerja guru merupakan komponen krusial dalam manajemen pendidikan yang berperan strategis dalam menjamin mutu pembelajaran dan pencapaian tujuan institusi. Artikel ini menyajikan kajian literatur berbasis evidence terhadap pendekatan, indikator, tantangan, dan dampak evaluasi kinerja guru dalam konteks manajemen pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap 35 artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional terbitan 2013–2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa model evaluasi berbasis kompetensi dan 360-degree feedback menjadi pendekatan yang paling banyak diadopsi. Indikator yang digunakan umumnya mencakup kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial, dan kepribadian, dengan instrumen seperti observasi kelas, portofolio, dan survei stakeholder. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan kompetensi evaluator, resistensi guru, serta kurangnya dukungan teknologi. Evaluasi yang dilakukan secara reflektif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis data terbukti lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan mutu pembelajaran. Kajian ini merekomendasikan integrasi teknologi dalam sistem evaluasi serta penguatan kapasitas manajerial kepala sekolah guna menjadikan evaluasi lebih bermakna dan transformatif.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat membantu pekerjaan, terutama di bidang tekologi komputer, di mana pengelolaan database sangat penting di industri, bisnis, dan khususnya di pekerjaan. Pengolahan data dan informasi secara tepat, cepat dan efisien merupakan hal yang paling dibutuhkan lembaga atau instansi salah satunya dalam manajemen kepegawaian. Pabrik tahu berada pada desa Bandar Jaya yang memiliki manajemen operasional pabrik yang saat ini menghadapi sejumlah tantangan terkait pengelolaan data penggajian karyawan yang masih di lakukan secara manual dimana perhitungan gaji karyawan yang bergantung pada data absensi manual seringkali memakan waktu lama dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Hal ini mengakibatkan ketidakpuasan karyawan dan potensi konflik internal. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mendukung kinerja pada Pabrik Tahu tersebut. Maka pada penelitian ini membuat model rancang bangun dengan menggunakan tools astha dan exure yang dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk perencanaan dalam sistem kepegawaian berbasis website yang dapat mengotomatisasi proses absensi dan penggajian di pabrik tahu Desa Bandar Jaya.

Abstract

Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research focuses on PR digital campaign strategies through in-depth interviews, document studies, and observation of online campaign activities. The findings show that KOMNAS Perempuan’s PR employs preventive and educational communication through social media, websites, and influencer collaborations to raise public awareness about digital sexual exploitation. However, challenges such as misinformation, algorithmic bias, and diverse audience interpretation affect message effectiveness. The study concludes that strategic PR communication is essential to building informed public perspectives and promoting gender-sensitive digital advocacy.
