Munculnya lagu-lagu dangdut koplo hits dengan judul tabu menjadi sukses merupakan fenomena di masyarakat yang menasioal bahkan Internasioanal. Fenomena ini mesti dilihat dari sudut pandang luas agar pro kontra dapat diminimalisir. Tulisan ini berusaha menjawab ekspresi spacial tragedi tali kutang: kajian budaya Jawa dan etika Islam. Kajian mengambil setting kualititaif deskriftif, dengan teori semiotika Roland Barthes. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tragedi tali kutang memang terkesan tidak sopan, namun hal tersebut bagian dari startegi pemasaran suapaya bombastis, menarik dan popular. Tragedi tali kutang merupakan simbol dari pemabatalan perjodohan, namun mengandung pesan moral akan pentingnya menutup aurat dimana dalam budaya Jawa dan etika Islam adalah suatu keharusan. Hal ini sekaligus menjadi kritik sosial atas gerakan anti bra. Baik budaya Jawa maupun etika Islam dalam menyikapi pembatalan perjodohan terjadi titik temu dimana jodoh merupakan hak prerogratif Tuhan, maka menerima aturan-Nya merupakan bentuk etika terbaik. Implikasi penelitian: pentingnya penyikapan dengan pendekatan budaya dan etika terhadap fenomana viral. Kajian menyarankan bagi arah penelitian masa depan yang mendalam pada area lebih spesifik.

The development of education in society requires a lively atmosphere so that good results can be obtained. Democratic education is thought to be the solution. Through a literature search, the research concludes: that the conception of Islam brought by the Messenger of Allah is something that does not conflict with democracy. However, the principles he offers have their own conception of democracy, whose conception is more beautiful than the conception of Western scientists' ideas. As for the principles of Islamic education which is the nature of Islamic democracy, it can be found in various principles, namely the tradition of free and right thinking (ijtihad); equality (al-musawwa), deliberation (shura), loyalty (bai'at); and parliament (majlis). In its implementation, the principles of democracy must be based on the principles of justice ('adl), truth (haqq), and freedom (hurriyyah). These principles can be practiced in educational activities so that Islamic education democracy is the implementation of Islamic democratic principles in Islamic education

This research aims to explore public perceptions of education at the Permata Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ), Tapen Village. With a qualitative approach, this research involves direct observation, interviews, and documentation to understand social phenomena from the participant's perspective. Tapen Village was chosen as the research location because of its relevance to the topic of community participation in developing children's education in non-formal education institutions.The results of the analysis show that the people of Tapen Village have a very positive perception of education at TPQ Permata, especially in academic, economic and social aspects. Active support from various levels of society, participation in economic and social activities, and community solidarity are key points in the success of TPQ Permata. However, several inhibiting factors, such as busy parents and lack of awareness of the importance of early education, need to be taken into consideration in efforts to improve the quality of education at TPQ Permata.This research provides in-depth insight into the dynamics of community participation in supporting non-formal education institutions, especially TPQ. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing further strategies to strengthen the role of TPQ Permata in shaping the spiritual character and morals of the younger generation.

This article examines food business brand storytelling through a unique acronym: the exciting spirit of creative Islamic education. This paper is set in library research, with inductive analysis. The results of the discussion show that creative and unique food business naming is a brand storytelling strategy in order to attract the hearts of buyers. This strategy can be applied in creative Islamic education to create creative, innovative and fun learning. Research implications: the importance of interdisciplinary research in the future that provides direction for creative Islamic education that compromises contemporary issues. In the Islamic education discourse, education is directed at how children think creatively as a mandate that must be used to the maximum extent possible, without having to lose the essence of religious values. Research is expected to contribute to the field of Islamic education which prioritizes student creativity.

This article attempts to reveal the physics of happiness in relation to the field of Islamic education, starting from the relativity of religion and science. This research is a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. The research findings conclude: through the physical laws of electric current and Ohm's law, it is known that the value of gratitude is like the strength of the electric charge in the light of a lantern. The brightness of the headlights depends on the strength of the electric current. Happiness really depends on the quality of a person being grateful for the blessings they receive. If so, the physics of happiness is a person's ability to be grateful to others, and feel grateful to Allah for whatever blessings have been bestowed upon him. From here, Islamic education must prioritize students so that they get used to being grateful in their daily lives. These results offer implications for living life and highlight the importance of moral improvement for grateful people to understand the realities of their lives. We discuss promising directions for future research with cross-disciplinary implications, towards nondichotomous Islamic education.

The emergence of research examining Islamic mysticism or Sufism in recent centuries, reaching its peak in the 20th century, indicates significant development of Sufism outside the Islamic world. This is evidenced by the presence of Muslim communities in the West who adhere to Sufi teachings. The aim of this article is to explore the development of Sufism in the West, focusing on two aspects: (1) Examining the theories and early studies on the introduction of Sufism to the West since the 17th century; (2) Investigating the models and patterns of Sufism that have emerged in the West, especially in the 20th century. This research employs a qualitative approach with methods of historical and philosophical analysis. The research findings include: (1) Western studies on Sufism began as early as the 17th century and reached their peak in the 19th/20th century, marked by numerous translations of Sufi texts. (2) In the 20th century, several models or patterns of understanding Sufism emerged in the Western world, namely hybrid, perennial, and transplant Sufism.

Currently, Islamic education is crucial for developing knowledge based on faith and piety. It creates behavioral patterns that reflect a balance between physical and spiritual aspects, resulting in morally upright individuals. The decline in moral behavior among Muslims is a serious issue that requires significant attention. Islamic education contributes to the enhancement of faith and piety, which in turn shapes morally upright individuals, especially amidst the era of globalization that alters various aspects of life, including mindset. This study aims to understand the process of Islamic education as a means to actualize religious teachings, thereby strengthening the moral character of Muslims in the face of globalization. The research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach. The findings indicate that to address moral and ethical deviations in the era of globalization, it is necessary to revitalize Islamic education to strengthen the moral character of Muslims. The necessary steps include: 1) implementing a holistic and morality-based learning model, 2) revitalizing moral education, 3) revitalizing social education, and 4) revitalizing the role of technology.

This article presents the results of research regarding facilitation to commemorate National Santri Day in Wonosobo Regency. The mentoring stage is carried out through three steps, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation. The activities take the form of field research with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation, then descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that accompanying the commemoration of National Santri Day in Wonosobo Regency to the santri can raise awareness of heroic values in everyday life. This also provides an understanding of the importance of commemorating National Santri Day, by loving ulama, and being ready to fight in various fields to advance the nation.

Friday sermons are a method of da'wah among Muslims which is always carried out in various places. The position of the preacher is very vital considering that it is related to the validity of worship. The aim of this service is to find out how to facilitate the guidance and training of young cadres of imams and preachers in Sapuran & Kepil District, Wonosobo Regency. The service stages go through three steps: coordination, implementation and evaluation. Qualitative research setting by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this activity show that facilitating guidance and training for young cadres of imams and preachers is very useful in that it can improve the quality of preachers and imams in carrying out Friday prayers. This contributes to understanding the importance of the content and strategy of the preacher in carrying out his duties, avoiding apathy which allows the congregation to become bored and not focus on listening to the sermon so that Friday prayers become dry of meaning. The conclusion specifies the essence that is meaningful for the reader, and how the research gaps are filled so that they contain elements of novelty and contribution to the wider area of da'wah.

This article describes the results of the scientific guidance of Madrasah Aliyah Takhassus Al-Qur'an Wonosobo. The mentoring stages are carried out through three strategies: coordination, implementation and evaluation. The activities take the form of field research with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation, then descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that providing scientific guidance to Madrasah Aliyah Takhassus Al-Qur'an Wonosobo to students can foster religious awareness in everyday life. This contributes to an understanding of the importance of scientific spirit by making pilgrimages to the graves of scholars which enables the birth of an attitude of love for science. The conclusion directs readers to important results and how these results fill research gaps, their novelty and contribution as well as their implications for a wider scope
