Abstract

Tren kewirausahaan saat ini sedang mengalami peningkatan, melibatkan berbagai kalangan mulai dari remaja hingga dewasa. Sejalan dengan pergeseran dari ekonomi era 3.0 menuju 4.0, terjadi berbagai perubahan, terutama dalam pengaruh teknologi terhadap berbagai jenis usaha. Usaha Roti Kukus Panggang (Rokupang) "Anak Kita" merupakan UMKM yangberkembang di Kelurahan Binong, Kecamatan Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang. Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang manajemen usaha dan strategi yang diperlukan dalam menjalankan usaha ini mendorong kami, sebagai pelaku usaha, untuk melakukan perbaikan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha guna meningkatkan kapasitas bisnis dengan membangun identitas merek melalui proses re-branding, re-packing, dan re-promoting. Tujuannya adalah agar kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi para pelaku usaha dan juga untuk meningkatkan kualitas, nilai, serta kemampuan pemasaran, baik secara offline maupun online. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Participatory ActionResearch (PAR), metode ini melibatkan pihak-pihak yang relevan secara aktif dalam mengevaluasi tindakan yang sedang berlangsung. Kontribusi dalam proses re-branding, re- packing, dan re-promoting untuk meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen terhadap produk Rokupang. Sebagai pengusaha Rokupang, kami berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan re- promoting untuk meningkatkan daya tarik Roti Kukus Panggang. Kegiatan ini adalah mengasilkan citra bisnis yang inovatif, rasa yang lezat, kemasan produk yang inovatif dan kreatif, serta digitalisasi pemasaran "Rokupang Anak Kita" melalui layanan Go-food, Grab- food, WhatsApp, dan Instagram sebagai platform pemasaran digital. Hal ini bertujuan agar dapat bersaing dan berkembang secara signifikan, menjadikan usaha ini sebagai peodukunggulan di bidangnya. Kata Kunci: re-branding; pengemasan ulang; promosi ulang

Abstract

The reason of the cases is to analyze the impacts of ICG (Islamic Corporate Administration) on the monetary execution of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia amid the period of 2017 to 2022 .The population for this study is made up of 15 Islamic Commercial Banks registered with OJK, and a purposive sampling technique is used to choose seven samples. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method by conducting simple regression tests to evaluate the partial impact of ICG regarding the financial results of Islamic banks. The Return on Assets (ROA) proxies the financial performance in this study. Banking in Indonesia is defined by Law No. 10 of 1998 as a business institution that gathers funds in the form of savings from the community and distributes them into financing and other activities that aim to improve the community's welfare. Islamic banks are one of the two types of banking in Indonesia, and they operate based on Shariah principles. The operation of Shariah banking is supported by Law No. 21 of 2008. In recent years, the number of Islamic banks in Indonesia has grown significantly, with a rise in the number of offices, banks, and assets. The research findings demonstrate that ICG very continuous, partially positive results for the Islamic commercial banking sector in Indonesia from 2017 to 2022. Integrating Islamic Corporate Governance principles into Corporate Governance principles shares the same objectives, including transparency and accountability. As a result, Additional exploration is recommended to examine alternative independent variables that could potentially impact the money related execution of Islamic commercial banks. The show investigate underscores the noteworthiness of ICG in expanding the monetary execution of Indonesian Islamic commercial banks.

Abstract

Dalam konteks modern yang kompleks, di mana remaja dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan spiritual dan sosial, Pondok Ramadhan menjadi sebuah wahana yang sangat penting dalam membentuk pemahaman agama yang mendalam dan memperkuat nilai-nilai moralitas. Pelatihan dan pendampingan ini tidak hanya relevan dengan tuntutan zaman, tetapi juga memberikan solusi konkret dalam menghadapi tantangan masa kini. pelatiahan ini menggunakan metode mulai dari perencanaan program, Identifikasi Kebutuhan Siswa, Pemilihan Metode Pembelajaran, Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pelatihan, Evaluasi dan Umpan Balik. Hasil dari Pelatihan dan pendampingan siswa SMA Negeri Jogoroto dalam pelaksanaan Pondok Ramadhan di Ponpes al-Urwatul Wutsqo membawa manfaat yang signifikan bagi siswa dalam memperdalam pemahaman agama, memperkuat nilai-nilai moralitas, dan mengembangkan sikap toleransi. Melalui pendekatan yang holistik dan terintegrasi, siswa tidak hanya menjalani ibadah ritual, tetapi juga diberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang ajaran Islam dan diberikan kesempatan untuk mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter dan sikap positif siswa, serta membantu mereka menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi dalam masyarakat modern

Abstract

Kemampuan berpidato (khitobah) sangat penting bagi santri dalam menyampaikan pesan keagamaan, namun banyak yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam berbicara di depan umum. Untuk itu, Pondok Pesantren Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang mengadakan program pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi, dengan subjek santri peserta program. Hasilnya, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan teknis santri, yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kefasihan berbicara, penggunaan intonasi, artikulasi, dan gestur. Umpan balik dari mentor sangat membantu dalam peningkatan ini. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan dan pendampingan efektif dalam mengasah kemampuan khitobah santri, meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dan kepercayaan diri, serta dapat diadopsi oleh pondok pesantren lain untuk mencetak pemimpin agama yang kompeten.

Abstract

This paper presents the concept of rasa in Javanese culture embodied in Javanese dance. The ethnographic approach in the Ethnochoreology discipline used as a step in data collection was in-depth interviews with actors (dancers, choreographers) in a society with a Javanese cultural scope. The observation step in the data collection effort was carried out using the involved observation model or participant observer, completed by data collection through literature and relevant documents. The theoretical perspective and concept used as the basis for thinking in discussing the case study of the Ela-ela dance in this paper is the concept of rasa, as put forward by Paul Stange. Namely, that rasa is a "tool" or "means" of perception, or a "function" of "whisper of heart or intuition", and rasa in Javanese dance as expressed by Katarina Indah Sulastuti, that rasa in Javanese dance is an element that is integrated with the senses in the body in a comprehensive manner which involves: the sensibility of heart vibrations, sharpness of intuition, imagination, bodily intelligence, and understanding of Javanese culture. Javanese dance, in the example of the case study, the Bedhaya Ela-ela dance is a representation of the rasa in Javanese culture, namely that the Bedhaya Ela-ela dance is a form of dance that substantially depicts the life of the Javanese people and the culture of rasa which involves issues of ethics, aesthetics, and religion in Javanese culture.

Abstract

The population will become a problem if Indonesia's population increases while the quality of life decreases. Family planning programs are needed to stop uncontrolled growth because a baby boom will occur. Long-term contraceptive methods (MKJP) are very effective and can stop population growth. The purpose of this study was to investigate the various factors that may influence an active family planning acceptor's decision to use MKJP. This study was designed as a cross-sectional study using a simple random sampling method, resulting in 285 acceptors. The analysis used was univariate, bivariate analysis using chi-square test α = 0.05 and 95% CI and multivariate logistic regression. Age was the variable that significantly influenced the choice of long-term contraception, according to multivariate results (p = 0.01; OR = 2.24; CI: 1.17-4.29).

Abstract

This ethnographic study investigates the Haul tradition's execution in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, emphasising the procedures and challenges of preserving this significant religious and cultural event. The Haul custom- an Islamic observance that pays tribute to esteemed progenitors or saints, is of great spiritual significance; however, it is currently facing contemporary challenges, such as ethnic diversity and generational shifts. Betulungan, a native term that signifies cooperation and communal assistance, is the foundation of the Haul's prosperity in Samarinda. Betulungan's role in fostering collaboration among women from various ethnic backgrounds—Javanese, Banjar, Kutai, and Dayak—who are involved in the administration and maintenance of the Haul is further clarified in this study. The research employed a case study methodology, utilising data collected from five key informants chosen for their substantial contributions to the organization of the Haul within their communities. The neighborhood leader, a critical participant in organising community events, is identified as a key informant because he fosters collaboration and ensures inclusion in this multiethnic environment. The research, conducted through participant observation and exhaustive interviews, illustrates how Betulungan is a conduit for bridging ethnic divides and promoting interethnic collaboration in preparing food, rituals, and logistics for the Haul. The data indicate that Betulungan fosters a collaborative environment where women, regardless of ethnicity, unify to achieve a common spiritual goal, thereby preserving the Haul heritage and enhancing social cohesiveness. In response to the socio-cultural dynamics of a modernizing, multiethnic Samarinda, the Haul heritage has continued to evolve, with the culture of mutual assistance being crucial to its preservation. The research improves understanding of the substantial role those local cooperative behaviors play in conserving cultural and religious traditions among various groups.

Abstract

The use of wood powder can be reduced by a mixture of cinnamon, bamboo powder, and steel wool as a filling of the composite particle board. The length of steel wool in this study was determined by the size, i.e. 2, 4, and 6 mm. The composite composition comparison was 30% cinnamon powder, 30% bamboo Powder, 1% wool steel, 29% PVAc, and 10% epoxy resin. Compression process using the cold press single punch method for 2 hours then post curing process at a temperature of 150 oC for 1 hour. The results of this study show that steel wool length influences the characteristics of the particle board, both physical properties, mechanical properties, and morphological structure.

Abstract

Adhesive bonding is a technique widely used in various industries to join materials together. This process provides several advantages over traditional mechanical fastening methods, such as welding or nailing, including improved appearance, weight reduction, stress distribution, and the ability to join dissimilar materials. The advantages of adhesive bonding are simpler assembly, lightweight and lower production costs. This research is one of the developments of the glue adhesive connection method. The materials used in this research are 1100 series aluminium and low carbon steel where both are metals that we often encounter in everyday life. This study aims to analyse the effect of roughness treatment on the surface of each different test specimen using sandpaper with different roughness levels, namely 80 grit, 150 grit and 400 grit. The test conducted in this study was a tensile test to determine the maximum strength of the adhesive strength of each test specimen with ASTM D1002 test standards. The results showed that test specimen A with surface roughness treatment using 80 grit had a tensile strength of 0.2267, test specimen B with surface roughness treatment using 150 grit had a tensile strength of 0.168 and test specimen with 400 grit roughness treatment had a tensile strength of 0.0315.

Abstract

Most classes in Indonesia are heterogeneous classes, which must be a challenge for educators in implementing this independent curriculum. Therefore, this study aims to describe the probematics of educators in implementing the independent curriculum. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the subject of 16 educators at the secondary school level in Jember Regency. The instrument used is a questionnaire collected using the questionnaire method with google form media which contains 17 questions. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there were problems in implementing the independent curriculum, namely 1) Lack of training on the independent curriculum. 2) Difficulty formulating the flow of learning objectives. 3) Knowing the needs of individual students. 4) Carrying out assessments.
