Abstract

Hadith is a relic and once the guidelines and instructions of life for the people of Islam, so that in practice it and gain understanding of the whole, the people of Islam requires a method of understanding the hadith that in accordance with the intent and purpose. One of the methods of understanding the hadiths against the traditions of the Prophet, namely the method of understanding the hadith of Ibn Rajab Al Hanbali in the book Jami 'al-' Ulum wa al-Hikam fi Syarh Khamsin Hadithan min Jawami’al- Kalim.The method of research this is a library research (Research Library) to collectthe data-data associated with sources of primary and secondary as well as perform the analysis of the data that has been there. The method of understanding the hadith that offered by Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali are contained in the book of the book Jami ‘al-Ulum wa al hikam fi Syarh Khamsin Haditsan min Jawami’ al-kalim, namely the method tahliliy ( analysis ) to give an explanation to the hadith of the, includes : Mentioning the route of transmission of hadith, lines other than transmission Hadith, Asbab al Wurud al-Hadis, Urgency Hadith, Ayat Al-Quran as ta’kidnya, mengurai Hadith global significance, explaining opinions Salaf Shaleh in the syarah Hadith, explaining other syarah and impinging on the fiqh of the hadith.

Abstract

The background of this research was found that student's interest in the guidance and counselingsubject was relatively low. Students also think that guidance and counseling subjects are subjects that do not require study hours because the material presented can be found in everyday life. This study aims to describe the Learning Interests of Class X MAN 4 Madina in Guidance and Counseling Subjects for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This study used a qualitative descriptive type approach with 8 key informants from class X MAN 4 Madina and a supporting informant 1 counseling teacher who taught class X MAN 4 Madina in Simpanggambir Village, Linggabayu District. In collecting data, researchers used to interview and observation methods. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display, and data verification. To test the validity of the data, namely by comparing what people say about the research situation with what is said all the time. The results of the research from the data obtained indicate that the profile of interest in learning in participating in counseling activities for class X MAN 4 Mandailing Natal as a whole is still not good if it is categorized as Medium Category. In research conducted from the aspect of feelings, some students have feelings ofpleasure in participating in counseling guidance service activities, and some students feel normalbecause these students do not understand well how counseling will affect their daily lives. And from the aspect of student attention to learning is still very lacking. The learning materials provided are sometimes less attractive to students and lack student participation in playing an active role in the guidance and counseling activities carried out.

Abstract

This article is crafted to present information regarding student behavior that infringes upon school regulations, with the primary objectives of (1) identifying the factors influencing such behavior, (2) exploring the efforts made by guidance and counseling (BK) teachers in addressing these behaviors, and (3) examining the supporting and hindering elements in the process of addressing student misconduct. The research methodology employed involves a direct field approach, utilizing qualitative methods, and employing observation and interview as data collection instruments. The supportive factors identified among BK teachers in addressing the behavior of students at SDN 03 PAKAN LABUAH, BUKITTINGGI, include effective collaboration among teachers, the implementation of habituation programs within the school, and cooperative efforts with parents. On the other hand, inhibiting factors encompass challenges both external and internal to the school environment, along with a lack of awareness among the students themselves.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kemandirian anak tunagrahita di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Sehati Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Payakumbuh. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, fokusnya adalah pada pengamatan alamiah terkait kemandirian penyandang disabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian fisik, emosional, sosial, dan intelektual memiliki dimensi yang berbeda pada anak tunagrahita. Melalui analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa anak tunagrahita menunjukkan kemajuan dalam kemandirian fisik, dengan beberapa di antaranya mampu melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari secara mandiri, seperti makan, berpakaian, dan menggunakan toilet. Dalam aspek emosional, anak-anak menunjukkan kemampuan mengelola emosi, menunggu giliran, dan berinteraksi dengan teman sejawat tanpa menunjukkan reaksi marah yang berlebihan. Di sisi sosial, hubungan yang terjalin antara anak tunagrahita dan teman sebaya serta guru sangat baik, menunjukkan kemampuan adaptasi dan komunikasi yang memadai. Namun, dalam aspek intelektual, terlihat bahwa kemampuan akademik anak-anak masih memerlukan bantuan guru, terutama dalam menulis dan mengenal huruf dan angka. Hasil ini sesuai dengan teori-teori tentang kemandirian, di mana pembentukan kemandirian harus dimulai sejak dini, dan faktor genetik serta lingkungan mempengaruhi perkembangannya. Relevansi hasil penelitian ini juga ditekankan oleh pandangan bahwa kemandirian anak tunagrahita dapat dilihat dari kemampuan mereka merawat diri, berkomunikasi, dan bersosialisasi. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menyoroti kemajuan signifikan dalam kemandirian anak tunagrahita, terutama dalam aspek fisik, emosional, dan sosial. Namun, untuk aspek intelektual, mereka masih memerlukan dukungan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kemandirian mereka dalam hal akademik.

Abstract

This study explores the success factors in infrastructure megaprojects in Indonesia, focusing on four National Strategic Projects (PSN): Yogyakarta International Airport, MRT Jakarta, Smelter Morowali, and LRT Palembang. The research uses a multiple case study approach and qualitative analysis to assess the success of the projects based on three key elements: a clear vision, total alignment, and adaptation to complexity. The results indicate that Yogyakarta International Airport achieved the highest score due to its success in all three elements, while the other projects faced significant challenges, particularly in alignment and adaptation to social and environmental challenges. MRT Jakarta Phase 1 and Smelter Morowali were somewhat successful despite challenges such as land acquisition and cost increases, while LRT Palembang faced issues with transport integration and financial sustainability. The key success factors identified in these megaprojects include clear project vision, alignment between strategic, operational, and tactical goals at all stakeholder levels, the ability to address technical, social, and environmental challenges, management transparency, infrastructure integration, and community participation. Based on these findings, the study recommends improving communication and community involvement from the planning stage through to implementation, as well as adopting a more holistic adaptive approach to address social and environmental challenges, aiming to enhance project sustainability and ensure benefits are shared equitably by the community.

Abstract

The background of this research is that some students who memorize the Qur'an are people who have good manners, because adab can affect the character and attitude of students whose learning of the Koran already reflects people who are very meaningful with regard to aspects of behavior. a person both personally and in relation to his social aspects. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research that describes the adab of students participating in the Tahfidzhul Qur'an Program at MTsN 5 Agam. In collecting data researchers used observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze it, the researcher uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the research results to data processing, it was found that the etiquette of students who took part in the Tahfidzhul Qur'an activity program already reflected students who had good manners. Students always remember Allah SWT and never forget it, always obey and never do things that are prohibited by Allah SWT, and also always pay attention to Allah. Students always reflect someone who has good manners. It can also be seen that students always make their intentions sincere only because of Allah SWT., and also have an attitude that reflects someone who memorizes the Qur'an who is always polite, polite and respectful to his teacher.

Abstract

Indonesia’s Joint Ministerial Decree (SKB Tiga Menteri), which prohibits schools from mandating the hijab, has sparked significant controversy, particularly in Minangkabau society, where Islamic norms are strongly interwoven with adat and educational traditions. This study aims to analyze the roots of Minangkabau resistance to the hijab policy and to understand what this conflict reveals about broader negotiations between state authority and local Islamic educational values. Employing a qualitative fieldwork approach, the research integrates in-depth interviews, field observations, and digital documentation. These primary data are complemented by qualitative content analysis of media reports, public statements, and community narratives to capture both grassroots and public discourses. Findings show that Minangkabau communities interpret the policy as undermining the moral development of children and disrupting the long-standing normalization of hijab practice in schools. Their resistance signifies a strong assertion of educational autonomy and reflects a challenge to the state’s attempt to centralize religious policy. This contestation is rooted not only in religious doctrine but also in cultural heritage and communal identity. The Minangkabau reaction highlights the persistent dissonance between national education policies and local religious-cultural frameworks, demonstrating that uniform regulations may fail to accommodate Indonesia’s plural sociocultural landscape. The study underscores the need for culturally responsive policy-making in Islamic education, encouraging future decisions to integrate local values, community participation, and context-sensitive approaches to avoid conflict and strengthen policy legitimacy.
