Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketimpangan kualitas pendidikan masih terjadi di beberapa daerah di Indonesia , dimana masih jelas adanya kesenjangan mutu pendidikan. Salah satu upaya untuk peningkatan dan pemerataan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia yaitu dengan diaplikasikannya sistem zonasi terhadap proses penerimaan peserta didik baru. Ketentuan sistem zonasi dimuat dalam Permendikbud Nomor 1 Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan sistem zonasi dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan studi dokumen/teks.

Abstract

Salah satu karakter yang terdapat dalam profil pelajar Pancasila adalah Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Implementasi profil karakter tersebut di sekolah salah satunya adalah melalui pembiasaan shalat dhuha. Shalat dhuha disinyalir bermanfaat menjadikan hati tenang, pikiran lebih berkonsentrasi, kesehatan fisik dan beberapa manfaat lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi karakter profil pelajar Pancasila dalam pelaksanaan shalat dhuha di SMP Bintang Madani Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian berpendekatan kualitatif, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diantaranya adalah dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan para guru SMP Bintang Madani Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program pelaksanaan shalat dhuha dilaksanakan oleh seluruh guru dan siswa dan dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan Al Ma’tsurat pagi serta kultum oleh petugas dari peserta didik yang telah dijadwalkan. Program ini diikuti oleh seluruh siswa dari jenjang kelas 7 sampai kelas 9. Program shalat dhuha telah disusun atas dasar perencanaan terstruktur mulai dari petugas dan pembimbing kegiatan yakni wali kelas yang bertanggung jawab langsung kepada kepala sekolah. Pelaksanan shalat dhuha yang konsisten membuat siswa secara sadar mandiri melaksanakan shalat dhuha dengan rutin.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen sumber daya guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan anak usia dini di TK Al Hidayah Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai manajemen sumber daya guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan anak usia dini di TK Al Hidayah Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan. TK Islam Al Hidayah adalah sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan di bawah naungan Yayasan, yang berdiri sejak 23 Desember 2003. TK Islam Al Hidayah di selenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk membantu masyarakat sekitarnya. Serta meletakan dasar perkembangan sikap, keterampilan dan daya cipta di lingkungan keluarga sebelum memasuki Pendidikan dasar. Manajemen sumber daya guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan anak usia dini di TK AlHidayah Pesanggrahan, meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan juga diadakan pelatihan-pelatihan guru dan organisasi keguruan. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan manajemen di TK Islam AlHidayah. Kepala harus meningkatkan kesempatan untuk mengadakan pertemuan secara efektif dengan para guru dalam situasi yang kondusif. Kepala sekolah harus dapat mendorong kinerja para guru dengan menunjukan rasa bersahabat, dekat, dan penuh pertimbangan terhadap para guru, baik secara individu maupun sebagai kelompok.

Abstract

Manajemen keuangan sekolah merupakan salah satu bidang garapan substansi administrasi pendidikan yang secara khusus menangani tugas-tugas yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan keuangan yang dimiliki dan digunakan oleh kepala sekolah. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa sekolah memerlukan anggaran pendidikan yang besar, terutama untuk aktivitas pembangunan dan pemeliharaan gedung sekolah, pengadaan peralatan dan perlengkapan sekolah, serta aktivitas pembiayaan operasional sekolah. Program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) merupakan salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab pemerintah dalam pembiayaan penyelenggaraan pendidikan demi terciptanya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cangkring 03 Baleendah Bandung merupakan sekolah yang pembiayaannya menggunakan dana BOS. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen pembiayaan Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDN Cangkring 03. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Terdapat kendala yang terjadi baik di perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, walaupun penggunaan dana BOS telah dilakukan sesuai petunjuk tehnis.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of weak religious character behavior shown by high school age teenagers in the city of Bandung. The facts in the field illustrate the tendency of increasing behavioral deviations among high school students, especially in the city of Bandung, this is an indicator that the implementation of Islamic religious education learning in schools is not optimal. Based on the facts of the problem, the formulation of this research problem is about how to management of Islamic religious education learning in shaping the religious character of high school students in the city of Bandung. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive method conducted at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung. Data collection techniques combine field observations, interviews and documentation studies. The grand theory of this research uses Ricky W. Griffin's management theory. Inductive data analysis resulted in several conclusions, namely: in general, the Management of Islamic Religious Education Learning in Forming the Religious Character of Students at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung has been running effectively. Specific conclusions: (1) Development of PAI Learning Management in Forming the Religious Character of Students at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung is part of the School's Strategic Plan and has been running even though its implementation has not been optimal; (2) Implementation of PAI Learning Management in Shaping Students' Religious Character at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung City has been running in accordance with management functions, but in the implementation stage it still needs improvement and refinement; (3) Supporting Factors of PAI Learning Management in Shaping Students' Religious Character at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung City consist of internal factors in the form of high student awareness, high teacher awareness, and the strong role of school policy. As well as external factors in the form of parental guidance, good environmental support and the ability to control the development of information technology in PAI learning; (4) Inhibiting factors of PAI Learning Management in Shaping Students' Religious Character at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung in the form of weak student motivation, lack of teacher creativity in developing learning methods, weak parental support and environmental factors and the development of information technology; and (5) Efforts to Overcome Barriers to PAI Learning Management in Shaping Students' Religious Character at SMAN 22 and SMAN 27 Bandung have been carried out through strengthening the competence of PAI teachers, strengthening the implementation of school policies, strengthening communication with parents and stakeholders as well as utilizing digital applications and technological developments. in PAI learning management.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education West Java Province provides scholarships for residents of Western Java called Jabar Future Leader Scholarship (JFLS) which is included in the Yuknis Regulations of Governor (Pergub) West Java and is based on the decision of the Governor of West Jawa Number: 305/HK.02.03/PSMA (JFLS). This research uses qualitative research, where the researcher intends to analyze the data on the Jabar Future Leader Scholarship (JFLS) from the start of the planning to the evaluation. The method used is a qualitative method with an analytical-descriptive approach. The JFLS program is designed to be accessible to the public, so its management or implementation requires an effective and efficient management system. In line with the main objective of the program, which is the dissemination of education, in its socialization there is an effort that utilizes information and technology, like the use of information media such as websites, social media platforms, and YouTube channels. Exhibitions and learning opportunities for students who have difficulty paying for education in particular the JFLS Graduate Program to the region as well as improving the quality of education in the West Java Territory. Inter-agency collaboration with scholars can be a source of inspiration and quality improvement. It is suggested that the institution motivate students more, so that students who take the scholarship program can improve their achievements in both academic and non-academic fields.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the government's efforts to restore post-pandemic learning by implementing an independent curriculum. One of the characteristics of the independent curriculum is implementing project-based learning to support the development of students' character to suit the Pancasila student profile, as is the case at SMAN 14 Bandung which has implemented an independent curriculum by implementing project-based learning. This research aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of project-based learning in increasing students' creativity at SMAN 14 Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods. The general conclusion of this research is to get an overview of project-based learning management in increasing students' creativity at SMAN 14 Bandung. Specific conclusions of this research: project-based learning planning at SMAN 14 Bandung in the form of teaching modules and collaboration project proposals for class X History and Indonesian language subjects, organizing project-based learning at SMAN 14 Bandung involves various elements consisting of the principal, curriculum, teachers, and students, the implementation of project-based learning at SMAN 14 Bandung is running by the project objectives, the results of students' ideas and creativity are in the form of cabaret performances, supervision of project-based learning at SMAN 14 Bandung is carried out by teachers as control of the implementation of project activities, teachers carry out the supervision process starting from preparation, implementation to evaluation of project activities.

Abstract

This research is motivated by educational problems faced by the Indonesian nation, namely the low quality of educational education at every level and educational unit. An education unit can be said to be of quality if it can deliver students in developing abilities and shaping the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to educate the nation's life in accordance with the objectives of national education as stated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system (Sisdiknas) article 3. Strategic management is an important thing to do to improve the quality of education by analyzing internal and external factors through SWOT analysis. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the Implementation of Strategic Management in Improving the Quality of Education. This research uses a qualitative approach with Descriptive Analytical method at SMK YP79 Majalaya, Bandung Regency. Strategic Implementation at SMK YP79 Majalaya implements Edward Deming's management function, namely the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check. Act). The results of the study are: 1) SMK YP79 Majalaya applies strategic management according to the National Education Standard (SNP) in accordance with the characteristics of effective and quality-oriented schools, 2) In designing strategic education at SMK YP79 Majalaya is carried out by identifying the internal and external environment of the school using the SWOT analysis method, 3) SMK YP79 Majalaya involves all stakeholders both the role of the principal, teachers, and committees.

Abstract

Data shows that efforts to fulfill educational rights for people with disabilities are still not optimal. This can be seen from statistical data published by the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture in June 2022, the number of people with disabilities among children aged 5-19 years reached around 3.3%. According to data from the Bandung City Social Service, it shows that in Bandung City there are more than 8,600 people with disabilities. If we refer to the Ministry of Education and Culture's data that only 12.26% of people with disabilities have received education, then only around 1,032 people with disabilities have received their right to education. The aim of this research is to determine the fulfillment of educational needs for people with disabilities in Bandung City and to determine the implementation of the policy for fulfilling education for people with disabilities in education units. The method applied in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The research location is at the Bandung City Education Office, Jl. A. Yani No. 239, Merdeka, Kec. Sumur Bandung, Bandung City, West Java 40113 and Al-Biruni Science Elementary School, Komp. Bumi Panyileukan Jl. Raya Panyileukan No.11, Cipadung Kidul, Kec. Panyileukan, Bandung City, West Java 40614. The conclusions of this research are (1) the Education Office has issued a policy regarding meeting the educational needs of people with disabilities in Bandung City and (2) the education unit has implemented this policy by accommodating the acceptance of students with special needs (PDBK).

Abstract

People in the suburbs have the same opportunities as city people. The emergence of the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) as a non-formal education institution that is proactive in responding to community learning needs. By empowering community potential, PKBM is expected to become an instrument that encourages educational progress. The aim of this research is to find out all the learning processes at PKBM Hidayah which include: Planning, Organizing, Implementing, Evaluation, supporting and inhibiting factors, and efforts to improve. The research method uses qualitative descriptive research because the author wants to thoroughly understand the role of PKBM in improving the quality of education in the suburbs. The results of this research are described as follows: 1. Planning can be seen from the major programs taken, namely reducing illiteracy and providing skills to students. 2. Organizing, seen from the division of tasks starting from the head of the foundation who appoints the person in charge of each program, followed by appointing assistant teachers in each program by synchronizing each activity to suit the needs of the community. 3. Implementation, as evidenced by the number of Package C graduates who got jobs in the Bojongsoang sub-district government, 4. Evaluation has been ongoing, as seen by the increase in the Bojongsoang sub-district community graduate index. 5. Supporting and inhibiting factors, obstacles related to expert professional teaching staff are still few, 6. Efforts are focused on two things, namely eradicating illiteracy and providing skills.
