Abstract

This research aims to evaluate Calistung learning strategies (reading, writing and arithmetic) at As-Safira PAUD located in Cijedil Village, Cugenang District, Cianjur Regency, with a focus on the effectiveness of the methods used in improving the basic skills of early childhood. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, involving observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight into effective learning practices and recommendations for improving teaching strategies in the future.

Abstract

This research discusses how Learning Community Management motivates student learning at SMAN 1 Sukanagara. This research aims to find out how the learning community is managed and to what extent it influences the competence of educators who will implement it in learning so that it will bring positive changes in the classroom which will increase student learning motivation. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research using the case study method. Data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and document study. The research results show that learning communities that are carried out regularly provide positive changes to the competence of educators which have an impact on the student learning process. Active and fun learning will certainly influence student motivation to participate in learning. The learning community is also a place for developing personal character for educators to become more active, creative, and confident.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab guru belum mampu menyusun Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai di Platform Merdeka Mengajar dan menemukan strategi pendampingan melalui tahapan dalam manajemen pendampingan. Jenis Penelitiannya adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di tingkat Meso yaitu Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Cianjur pada bulan Maret-Mei 2024. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, angket, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan guru menyusun Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai di Platform Merdeka Mengajar akan meningkat jika diberikan strategi pendampingan yang tepat melalui tahapan analisis manajemen pendampingan yang meliputi; Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi.

Abstract

This research is situated in the context of the evolving digital era, highlighting the imperative for proficient employees capable of fulfilling their roles and responsibilities to achieve organizational objectives. The study explores the strategies employed by the Human Resources Development Agency of West Java Province in enhancing employee competencies, drawing upon Hasibuan's theoretical framework. This framework encompasses educational methods, training initiatives, and transfers as means of competency development. The qualitative descriptive research method is employed, and data is gathered through documentation studies, observations, and interviews. The study is conducted at the Human Resources Development Agency of West Java Province facility situated at Jl. Colonel Masturi No. 11 Cipageran Cimahi. The findings reveal that employee competency development is achieved through three key approaches: education, training, and transfers. The research concludes that the competency development processes at BPSDM West Java Province align with sound management principles, encompassing planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating stages.

Abstract

Humas' strategic communication management plays a crucial role in enhancing the positive image of the Bandung Employment Service. First of all, there is a need for a deep understanding of the external and internal environments that can affect the image of the service. This research is to describe and analyse about Strategic Management of Human Communication in Improving the Positive Image of Employment Services, covering formulation, implementation and evaluation. This research uses a qualitative approach in which this research aims to analyze issues of strategic management of communication in enhancing a positive image. The research methods used in this research are descriptive methods. The location that will be the object of this research is the Government Intension located in Bandung City. The location of this research is located at the Bengal City Employment Service, located at R.A. A. Marta State No.4, Turangga, Lengkong District, Bandung City, West Java 40264. Integrating well-planned communication, this strategy is able to create message alignment across communication channels, forming a more positive public perception of the role and contribution of the Labour Service. The strategic role of communication proved to be a major driver, linking communication activities with the long-term vision of the institution and building a strong reputation. Responsiveness to the needs of the community, supported by the use of modern communication technologies, provides the ability to engage more effectively and respond quickly to emerging issues.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of Technology in the world of education, which with this development has become a challenge for the world of education, especially PAUD Hiber so that it can provide interesting, fun, interactive, and varied learning through the demands of the times in the digital era. Currently, many non-formal education institutions have emerged that have quite modern infrastructure, therefore this is a warning for formal early childhood education institutions to carry out various innovations in learning so that they can compete with non-formal institutions. In connection with this learning media being an important element in supporting the learning process in a varied, creative, and innovative way, to improve learning at Hiber PAUD in Bandung City, it is necessary to have facilities that support improving the quality of learning, so by providing this cinematic assistance it is hoped that it can be used to support the learning of young children. early so that learning is more interesting and interactive. This research aims to describe the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Liquid Crystal Display Interactive Whiteboard cinematic assistance. The research location was carried out by the Bandung City Education Office, TK Assalam, and Kober Imanda. Using qualitative descriptive research methods. This research concludes that we can obtain an overview of the assistance of the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Interactive Whiteboard cinematic obtained through SWOT analysis.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the need to understand the influence and implications of utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the learning processes of 10th-grade students at SMAN 1 Banjaran. The implementation of technology in the educational context has become an integral part of enhancing learning quality and influencing students' motivation to learn. A qualitative method was employed. Data were gathered in the field through in-depth, structured interviews, and from literature sources. Findings from the literature review and field study are presented as research outcomes. The presented data are then abstracted with the objective of showcasing facts. In the subsequent stage, this data is interpreted to produce information or knowledge. The study concludes that the use of ICT at SMAN 1 Banjaran, especially by 10th-grade students, has a significant impact on the learning context. Although the majority of students actively use the internet for learning, challenges such as unstable connections and inadequate devices remain barriers. The majority of students show good learning motivation, but there is a small group that is less motivated, emphasizing the importance of a more inclusive learning approach. Nonetheless, the use of technology contributes positively to student engagement. Despite challenges such as access difficulties and technological limitations, more effective utilization of ICT is expected to enhance the overall learning motivation of students at SMAN 1 Banjaran

Abstract

The National Assessment of Basic Educational Data (Dapodik) at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Majalaya determines the quality of education in designing strategies and policies, especially in data-based planning. This research is to find out whether there is implementation of the National Assessment of Basic Educational Data (Dapodik) in Improving the Quality of Education at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Majalaya, and to illustrate how much the implementation of the National Assessment of Basic Education Data has increased in improving the Quality of Education, the research method used by the author is a qualitative approach research method, the research findings are Planning (planning function) technical planning starts from data collection on Basic Education Data (Dapodik) where the technical provisions stipulate that educational report cards and basic educational data are taken from the results of the National Assessment of Basic Educational Data, Organizing (organizing) forms a team implementing activities by arranging committees according to their main tasks, Implementing (Actuating) this National Assessment is actually the teacher preparing the equipment in the form of modules including physical teaching materials as student reading material in facing the National Assessment, Supervision (Controlling), carried out by KCD Region VIII and the West Java Provincial Education Office with the implementation of the National Assessment of Basic Educational Data (Dapodik), it can be concluded that the unit portrait Education can be described comprehensively according to actual conditions.

Abstract

This research aims to get an overview of the maintenance management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta. This research refers to the management theory of G.R. Terry to see the implementation of facilities and infrastructure maintenance management at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods because researchers want to get an in-depth picture of problems in the field. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this research show that: 1). Planning for maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is programmed globally, according to repair needs, the budget plan is detailed and then proposed through RKAS. 2). Organizing the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is carried out by all school personnel, both teachers and students. 3). Implementation of maintenance of facilities and infrastructure includes two activities, namely light repairs and heavy repairs. 4). Supervision of maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is carried out by reporting activities by teachers or deputy heads of facilities and infrastructure and evaluated at the end-of-year meeting.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the management of career guidance and counseling for students at SMK 1 Angkasa Margahayu, Bandung Regency, with the research focus referring to George R. Terry's management theory, namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. This research uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. Meanwhile, this type of research is field research. Research data was collected using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data collected from this technique was analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and data verification, data validity was obtained using data triangulation. The results of this research show that student career guidance and counseling at SMK 1 Angkasa Margahyu uses the principles of the management system. The indicators are related to continuous improvement including improving quality and competency.
