Abstract

Model diskusi kelas merupakan salah satu metode pengelolaan kelas yang efektif untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Metode ini memungkinkan siswa untuk bertukar ide, mempresentasikan sudut pandang mereka, dan mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Jurnal ini membahas berbagai model diskusi kelas, manfaatnya dalam pengelolaan kelas, dan tips untuk melaksanakan diskusi kelas yang efektif. Proses kegiatan pengelolaan kelas di suatu pendidikan harus mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditentukan banyak cara dalam pembelajarannya salah satunya ialah pembelajaran model diskusi. Pembelajaran merupakan sebuah kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh guru dan murid dalam satuan pendidikan. Pada kegiatan tersebut tentunya terjadi interaksi, antar siswa, guru dan sumber belajar yang digunakan. Karena itu dengan adanya interaksi yang terjalin secara hangat dapat membangun pengetahuan siswa secara aktif. Salah satu contoh interaksi tersebut adalah dengan melakukan diskusi kelas. Penerapan model diskusi ini memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar pada hasil belajar siswa. Metode diskusi merupakan suatu alat yang digunakan dalam proses belajar serta sebagai bahan ajar yang memiliki tujuan untuk mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang optimal. Metode diskusi ini pun kerap menjadi media alternatif untuk penyampaian bahan pelajaran. Parang guru cukup sering menggunakan model diskusi ini dalam sebuah bahasan materi. Metode ini digunakan oleh guru agar mengiring siswa untuk mampu menyelesaikan persoalan materi yang dialami secara bersama-sama. Model diskusi ini menjadi model yang sering digunakan dalam pengelolaan kelas di satuan pendidikan oleh guru. Dengan metode diskusi ini juga guru dapat menciptakan proses pengelolaan kelas dalam pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan bagi siswa, sehingga kita dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar lebih semangat.

Abstract

Current technological advances have given birth to various innovations, especially in the field of digital learning. One of them is a tracking application which is very useful in helping carry out a physics practicum. The aim of implementing this community service program is to train students on how to use the tracker application to facilitate the implementation of physics practicum which can be carried out in class 10 of SMA IT AL-Husnayain Panyabungan. Based on observations, it appears that this tracker application is something new for students, making it very easy to carry out practical activities in class. Evaluations and testimonials from students reveal that the practicum use of this tracker application provides students with the opportunity to receive active learning that is centered on themselves, especially in creating practicum designs and analyzing practicum results and this tracker application can provide innovation in the implementation of physics practicum in schools.

Abstract

Introduction: Osteoarthritis (OA) has affected approximately 303 million individuals worldwide, making it the second most rapidly increasing disease behind Rheumatoid Arthritis. OA is the leading cause of lower extremity disability amongst older adults with an estimated lifetime risk for knee OA being approximately 40% in men and 47% in women. Osteoarthritis affects the entire joint which has symptoms that could intense pain and discomfort, making it difficult to carry out typical routine activities. This, of course, will conflict with Muslims who are obligated to perform daily prayers or salat which is an obligatory component of the daily routine of Muslims that is performed in the same way at least five times a day. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the correlation between knee osteoarthritis pain and the ability to perform salat. Methods: The method used in this study is an analytic observational method with a random sampling technique which was involved by 57 respondents in total. The data obtained was collected from April to May and showed frequency and percentage. Determination of the correlation between Knee Osteoarthritis and The Ability to perform Salat is done by statistical analysis with chi-square test using the SPSS application. Results: The asymptotic value obtained was 0.238. The obtained asymptotic value is >0.05. Conclusions: It can be concluded that there is no significant correlation between knee osteoarthritis pain and the ability to perform salat movements.

Abstract

Education is a necessity in human life. This process continues throughout life and is achieved through three ways: formal education, non-formal education, and non-informal education. The social status of parents (income level) is very important for children’s education. A family with a good income level not only fulfills daily needs such as meeting children's educational needs but of course also influences the development of attention to daily needs, including the education needs of their children. This study aims to find out the impact of parents' income rates on children's education. The research method used is a library survey. The results of this study show that parents' income rates influence their children's education. Several other factors influence, such as parents' educational levels, children's abilities, and other external factors. However, the results of this study show that the influence of parents' income rates on children's education dominates.

Abstract

Service quality is a measure of how well the level of service provided is able to match customer expectations. Patient satisfaction is an evaluation or assessment after using a service, that the selected service at least meets or exceeds expectations. This type of research is a descriptive study using a cross sectional analytic study design. The research objective is to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Dr. General Hospital. RM. Djoelham Binjai. In this study, the sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sample technique of 75 people. The results of hypothesis testing to see the relationship between variable X and variable Y are with a significant level (α) = 5% (0.05) and df = 1, the results are p.value = 0.000 at df = 1 where sig < (0.000< 0.05) then H0 is rejected so it can be concluded that there is an effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai in 2021. The results of this study are expected to provide input to the hospital management to further improve the quality of service in order to increase patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The role of mother in the family is very important. For mothers who marry at a young age, it can be assumed that they will be psychologically prepared and mature. The majority of studies explain that parenting stress is experienced more by mothers. The immaturity of mothers who marry at a young age will lead to parenting stress, which is a psychological condition that occurs when a mother cannot adapt to her role as a mother. This study aims to describe parenting stress in mothers who marry at a young age towards violent behavior in children. This research is important to do because parenting stress experienced by mothers will have an impact on their child's upbringing and has the potential to cause violence in children. This study uses a qualitative method. The research subjects were 5 young mothers aged between 20-25 years and had children aged 3-6 years. From the results of this study it was concluded that mothers who have high levels of parenting stress have a tendency to commit acts of violence against children compared to mothers who have lower levels of stress. In addition, support from the family, especially partners, is needed to reduce the level of stress experienced so that it can minimize the occurrence of violence in children   ABSTRAK    Peran ibu dalam keluarga sangat penting. Pada ibu yang menikah di usia muda, dapat diasumsikan bahwa ia akan memiliki kesiapan dan kematangan secara psikologis. Mayoritas penelitian menjelaskan bahwa parenting stress lebih banyak dialami oleh ibu.  Ketidakmatangan kondisi ibu yang menikah usia muda akan memunculkan parenting stress yaitu kondisi psikologis yang terjadi ketika ibu tidak bisa beradaptasi dengan perannya sebagai seorang ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan   parenting stress pada ibu yang menikah di usia muda terhadap perilaku kekerasan pada anak. Penelitian ini penting untuk dilakukan karena parenting stress yang dialami ibu akan berdampak pada pengasuhan anaknya dan memiliki potensi untuk menimbulkan kekerasan pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 5 orang ibu muda yang berusia antara 20-25 tahun dan memiliki anak dengan rentang usia 0-6 tahun. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa ibu yang memiliki tingkat parenting stress yang tinggi memiliki kecenderungan untuk melakukan tindakan kekerasan pada anak dibandingkan ibu yang memiliki tingkat stress yang lebih rendah. Selain itu dukungan dari keluarga terutama pasangan sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengurangi tingkat stres yang dialami sehingga dapat meminimalisisr terjadinya kekerasan pada anak.

Abstract

Abstrak Perumahan Syariah Hamfara Purwokerto menerapkan Islamic Marketing Mix dalam strategi pemasarannya, namun menghadapi kendala. Produk sering terlambat, harga ditujukan untuk kelas menengah ke atas, dan strategi promosi terbatas. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi mereka menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan lebih fokus pada nilai-nilai dalam memilih pembeli, harga ditentukan berdasarkan banyak pertimbangan, dan promosi ditargetkan pada generasi milenial. Lokasi perusahaan berada di tempat yang strategis. Namun, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan dalam penyerahan produk, pengembangan ide promosi yang inovatif, dan konsistensi dalam strategi lokasi.  Kata Kunci: Islamic Marketing Mix, Strategi Pemasaran.   Abstract Hamfara Syariah Housing in Purwokerto applies the Islamic Marketing Mix in its marketing strategy, but faces challenges. The product often arrives late, the price is aimed at the middle to upper class, and the promotion strategy is limited. This research analyzes their strategy using a qualitative approach and data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results show that the company focuses more on values when selecting buyers, the price is determined based on many considerations, and promotions are targeted at the millennial generation. The company’s location is in a strategic place. However, this research recommends improvements in product delivery, the development of innovative promotion ideas, and consistency in location strategy. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan well being student melalui penerapan blended learning terintegrasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran kimia kelas 12 MIPA 1 di SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan kelas yang berlangsung dalam 3 siklus yang mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Persepsi peserta didik terhadap penerapan blended learning menunjukan tanggapan positif bahwa pembelajaran berjalan efektif karena menyediakan pengalaman belajar sesuai kebutuhan dan pola belajar peserta didik. Penerapan blended learning terintegrasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi telah meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik dengan hasil rata-rata yang diperoleh pada siklus I=70,56, siklus II=80,00 dan siklus III=88,00. Terjadi peningkatan keterampilan peserta didik ditandai dengan meningkatnya hasil penilaian rata-rata unjuk kerja pada siklus I=80,81, siklus II=81,94 dan siklus III=93,89. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar dan pertumbuhan karakter membantu peserta didik untuk mencapai kemerdekaan dalam belajar dan well-being student.

Abstract

Fusarium oxysporum has been the enemy in agriculture due to the wide range of infections in the whole crop and postharvest. Botanical extracts in traditional medicine systems were considered valuable sources for discovering new antifungals. Thus, exploration to get antifungals from eco-friendly botanical extracts as an alternative to synthetic fungicides needs to be expanded. Therefore, this study aims to test the antifungal potential of seven eco-friendly botanical aquadest extracts against F. oxysporum in vitro. The antifungal potential test was done on PDA media and the mycelial growth data was collected every two days for seven days. There were three antifungal phenomena were observed. The pandan leaf extract had a 4% fungal inhibition zone (phenomenon I). The extract of banana leaf, Hibiscus flower, papaya leaf, guava twig (phenomenon II), orange peels, and betel leaf (phenomenon III) had no values of fungal inhibition zone. Thus, pandan leaves extract revealed a fungal inhibition while other six botanical extracts had not enough antifungal potential in vitro.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to look at how employee engagement and leadership style affect worker productivity at the main unit of PT PLN (State Electricity Company) in the West Kalimantan Region. Design/Methods/Approach: An explanatory design and a quantitative methodology were used in the study. Documentary studies, questionnaires, and observation were some of the methods used to collect data. Customers who have utilized go-pay services in Pontianak made up the respondents. A Likert scale was used to measure the data, and multiple regression analysis was used. Findings: With a statistical analysis result of t-value 6.794 > t-table 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the research findings show that the Employee Engagement variable has a positive and substantial impact on employee productivity in the partial test (t-test). In a similar vein, the leadership style variable also strongly influences the work productivity variable, as seen by the resulting t-value of 5.889 > t-table 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The estimated F-value is 91.568 > F-table 3.090, and the significant value is 0.000, which is less than the significance level of 0.05, according to the simultaneous test (F-test). Originality/Value: This study focuses on how leadership style and employee engagement affect workers' productivity at West Kalimantan's PT. PLN (Persero) Regional Main Unit. A crucial component is employee involvement. The study's findings can give the business information that it can use to improve decision-making procedures and raise worker productivity. Practical/Policy implication: This research can be utilized in formulating company management policies that emphasize the importance of employee engagement and the implementation of effective leadership styles, which can result in a more motivated and productive workforce.
