Abstract

Basically, children aged 5 years can recognize letters, match shapes, recognize class colors and easily adapt to the environment. However, there are some children who only have the ability to read, but do not have other abilities, as well as other children. Based on the observations, the researchers conducted research on the application of k means clustering to classify classes in kindergarten. The object of this research is students who study in TK ABA XI. The method used for division is the k means clustering method, where this method can group data in small amounts or in large amounts of data. There are 2 variables, namely the variable class_safa_and_Kelas_marwa. Where each variable has criteria, namely A = Activeness, B = Matching Pictures, C Knowing Color, D = Knowing Shapes, E = Writing. The result of this research is the calculation of k means cluster in grouping classes in kindergarten students can be a reference for teachers in terms of class division. The student grouping data is according to the desired class capacity and the number of classes can change according to the school's wishes.

Abstract

This research aims to implement education on fatigue in hemodialysis patients. The method used was a Randomized Controlled Trial with a quasi-experimental research design. The results showed a significant difference in the average total Fatigue score in the experimental and control groups after participating in the program (P < 0.001). There were also statistically significant differences between age, gender, disease duration, dialysis frequency, and Fatigue level (p<0.05). In conclusion, the educational intervention aims to increase knowledge so that patients can comply with the educational intervention provided and can help reduce fatigue levels in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Abstract

This study aims to implement Evidence-Based Nursing Practice (EBNP) with educational interventions on self-management, self-efficacy, and blood sugar values in DM patients at Tarakan Hospital, Jakarta. This research method uses quasi-experimental. The research results show that the p-value of self-management with self-efficacy is (r=0.464, p=0.001). The conclusion is that fasting blood sugar changes will impact postprandial blood sugar changes, and self-management will influence changes in respondents' self-efficacy. Abstract

This study aims to implement an intradialytic stationary bicycle exercise intervention to improve fatigue symptoms in hemodialysis patients. The research method used is a literature review. Research results The research results showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on fatigue subscales such as decreased motivation (P = 0.02) and mental fatigue (P = 0.046). Also, there were significant differences between the experimental and control groups in all fatigue subscales during the third month of intervention and 1 month after intervention. In addition, the results showed that exercise prevented the development of mental fatigue in the experimental group. In conclusion, exercise with a stationary bicycle prevented an increase in fatigue and its subscales, especially mental fatigue, in the test group. Keywords: Hemodialysis, Fatigue, Stationary Bike

Abstract

:   Home Industry Jangek Fauzi Crackers is a home industry that produces jangek crackers, where the products will be marketed and sold in various places such as shops and stalls. Home Industry Crackers Jangek Fauzi continues to try to expand its target market outside the city. Ordering jangek crackers here is still done manually. To achieve its goal, Jangek Fauzi Cracker Home Industry needs a website. Currently at Home Industry Crackers Jangek Fauzi in making sales reports is still manual using the excel application so that the processing of sales report data is still slow and not detailed. Currently, Jangek Fauzi Crackers Home Industry does not have specific activities or strategies that handle marketing, product marketing is done conventionally by means of customers providing information about places, features and products to other potential customers. Dissemination of ineffective information makes customers not aware of the latest information on the Home Industry of Jangek Fauzi Crackers, thus influencing customers to switch to other factories. With a website using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method, the data storage process can be more accurate and neatly stored and the making of sales reports will be fast and timely and the delivery of promotional information will be faster and the response to sales will be faster.

Abstract

Pada pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan gedung sering terjadi ketidak sesuaian antara jadwal rencana dan jadwal realisasi yang mengakibatkan terjadinya penambahan biaya dan waktu. Proyek pembangunan Gedung B Asrama Haji Papua mengalami keterlambatan pada beberapa minggu pelaksanaan sehingga diperlukan percepatan pada beberapa item pekerjaan tapi dengan harapan pembiayaan aktual yang terlaksana lebih hemat dari rencana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkiraan biaya sisa pekerjaan, perkiraan waktu penyelesaian dan total biaya akhir untuk penyelesaian pembangunan Gedung B Asrama Haji Papua di Kotaraja, Kota Jayapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode Earned Value untuk mengetahui kinerja biaya dan waktu pada pelaksanaan proyek. Tiga indikator utama yang digunakan dalam menganalisis adalah: BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule), BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performance), ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performence). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu pelaksanaan tidak sesuai dengan jadwal rencana semula 21 minggu. Total waktu yang diperlukan adalah 22,32 minggu dan biaya total yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 13.256.508.224,- Kinerja biaya dan waktu pada Minggu ke-16 dilihat dari indikator CPI (1,01413) > 1 dan SPI (0,79136) < 1, yang berarti kinerja biaya lebih hemat dan baik dari biaya yang dianggarkan sedangkan kinerja waktu lebih lambat dari jadwal yang direncanakan.

Abstract

This study's objective was to investigate the ways in which variables including  PROQUALITY , marketing, and pricing affected the decisions of potential buyers to purchase YOU C1000 goods. In this study, the causality technique is employed to clarify the relationship between the variables. A survey that was done  a  for the research employed a survey as a research technique. During the data analysis phase of this investigation, quantitative statistical techniques were used to test the predefined hypotheses. Data analysis and processing with SPSS software. 150 respondents who utilize YOU C1000 in Jabodetabek make up the study's sample. The Calculator Sample Size Convident Interval is the sampling method that is employed. Tests for multicollinearity, heteroscodesticity, and normalcy are used in this research.  To examine data, multiple linear regression analysis is used.  The study's findings indicate that, When taken collectively,  PROQUALITY , pricing, and marketing have a favorable and significant impact on purchasing decisions, A person's decision to buy is positively and significantly impacted by the quality of the product, Product costs have a favorable and large impact on decisions to buy on an individual basis, Promotions have a positive and considerable impact on individual purchase decisions.

Abstract

Violence against women and children in the family continues to persist. This research aims to educate the community through the involvement of activists from the Fatayat and IPPNU organizations, focusing on gender equality education within the family setting as a preventive measure against domestic violence. A qualitative method was employed in this research, utilizing a service-learning approach that actively engaged community participation. The collected data were analyzed using resolution methods. The findings of the research indicate that: firstly, there still exists a gender bias understanding, highlighting the need for gender equality education; secondly, the concept of gender equality should be applied within the family environment through parenting and the education of children; thirdly, gender equality education for the community aligns with the goals of sustainable development in eliminating all forms of violence against both women and children.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of halal certification on economic aspects by increasing the income of MSME actors in Kedawung village. The choice of location is in Kedawung village because it is directly adjacent to the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate. This research uses the Participatory method with a Participatory Rural Appraisal approach involving the active role of 25 MSME actors in Kedawung village, Batang Regency. The construct of this research was carried out in three stages, planning, implementing, and evaluating sustainable activities. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews, documentation studies, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and literature studies. The results of this study show that; 1) Kedawung Village has the potential for people-based economic growth through MSMEs; 2) Halal certification can be a factor in increasing the income of MSME actors and providing trust to consumers who care about the halal aspects of food; 3) The Batang city government responded the existence of the Integrated Industrial Estate by creating an MSME Corner facilitated with halal certification and product digitalization. This research has implications for the benefits of halal certification for economic growth and sustainable development of halal tourism.

Abstract

Radicalism makes religion a propaganda tool for social change or drastic political reform by using violent means. The value of moderate Islam is important to be applied to realize the moderate attitude of students. The research was conducted using an approach with the type of field research at MTs Ma'arif NU 05 Majasari which is one of the educational institutions under NU, has a spirit in realizing moderate Islam. The results of this study reveal that; 1) the formation of moderate attitudes begins with a moderate understanding of Islam in line with the values of Islam Rahmatan lil Alamin, 2) Ke-NU-an learning contains the content of moderate Islamic values taught, namely tawasuth, tawazun, i'tidal, and tasamuh. The learning process is not only taught theoretically but also applicatively through practices that are in line with the value of religious moderation, Students' moderate character formation is carried out not only in learning but also through extracurricular activities, religious habituation, group learning strategies, exemplary approaches, motivation and compassion. This research makes a real contribution to the development of an educational model that is able to produce young people who are ready to face global challenges with a moderate attitude through specialty curriculum content.
