Abstract

Di Era globalisasi seperti saat ini, perusahaan agency pengiriman pelaut dituntut untuk memiliki awak kapal yang mempunyai kinerja baik.Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan padanya. Salah satu cara agar pelaut memiliki kinerja yang baik yaitu dengan adanya pelatihan kepelautan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelatihan kepelautan, kinerja pelaut dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kepelautan terhadap kinerja pelaut (Crew) kapal ikan Korea Selatan di PT. Oriza Sativa Agency.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaut di PT. Oriza Sativa Agency yang berjumlah 210 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Insidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, dan analisis asosiatif untuk menguji hasil analisis korelasi, koefisien penentu, analisis regresi linear sederhana, dan hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak aplikasi SPSS 24. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif menunjukkan variabel pelatihan maupun kinerja adalah sangat baik, dengan korelasinya adalah positif dan cukup kuat. Sedangkan hasil uji hipotesisnya menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan kepelautan terhadap kinerja pelaut di PT. Oriza Sativa Agency.

Abstract

Children are the nation’s generation who have the right and obligation of participate in building Indonesia nationalists. Childen are the subject and object of Indonesia nationalist development. The municiple goverment of Pekanbaru, in this case the womens empowerment and child protection office along with other regional apparatus organization have implemented child-friendly city policy in the city of Pekanbaru to fulfill children’s right and protect children from violence.As for the first research objective to describe the implementation of child-friendly city policies in Pekanbaru city in 2018. And the second, to find out what are the in hibiting factor for implementing child-friendly city policies in Pekanbaru city in 2018. The research method used is qualitative research. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. In collecting data the writer uses interview and documentation thecniques.The result of the study show that in 2018 the implementation of child-friendly city policies in the city of Pekanbaru has implemented a child-friendly city policy. But there are still problems found in the field jue to several factors, both from internal sources such as the lock of labor staff in the women’s empowerment and child protection offices. Then external factor such as the poverty rate are still quite high. Keyword : Comunication, Resource, Amenities

Abstract

Food availability in an area has a very important role to fulfill population demand for growth, maintenance and improvement of health status as well as increasing community intelligence. The issue of food availability in the regions is not done by local governments alone, but requires coordination with other stakeholders. This means that there needs to be a synergy between the government and the community. The low regional capacity of Rokan Hulu Regency in providing food for the population and the high dependence on food supply from outside the region, is both a challenge and an opportunity for the community.The purpose of this study was to determine how the synergy between the local government and the community towards the food availability in the rice and fish sector in Rokan Hulu Regency 2016-2018. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In collecting data, the writer used interview and documentation techniques.The results of this study indicate that the fulfillment of food availability in the rice and fish sector in Rokan Hulu Regency 2016-2018 is manifested by a synergy that combines two or more elements to get better output. Synergy is built through communication and coordination by the Rokan Hulu Regency Food and Fisheries Security Service with the community, with the aim of realizing food availability which is a food security sub-system. Insufficient food production to meet food needs is carried out by the market mechanism by the community. The Department of Food Security and Fisheries of Rokan Hulu Regency as a bureaucracy in the concept of bureaucratic performance has met several indicators in measuring bureaucratic performance.Keywords: Bureaucracy, Society, Communication, Coordination, Food Security

Abstract

This article discusses plagiarism behavior among students and university students. Islamic education must be able to provide enlightenment and additional insight to students so that they stay away from plagiarism. This research is a literature review that is reviewed in depth and comprehensively. The research method is in the form of literature review by putting forward the relevant theory. The results of this literature review research are in the form of a relationship between Islamic education and the prevention of plagiarizing behavior in online learning and student self-efficacy.

Abstract

The expectations of the community regarding the system and quality of education quality are getting higher. However, the many problems in the education system have caused the government to take a middle path by creating policies that are expected to solve these problems in education. The problems that exist in the education system, especially in Pekanbaru State Junior High School, currently are of various kinds, such as a lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure, discrimination in education and schools, unstable equality of education and so on. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Culture initiated a policy called the Zoning System which aims at equitable education in Indonesia. This policy is implemented by the Pekanbaru City Government for equitable education in Pekanbaru City.The purpose of this study is to determine the Capacity of the Pekanbaru City Government in Implementing the Zoning System Policy for Public Junior High Schools in Pekanbaru City in 2019. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research location is at the Pekanbaru City Education Office. In collecting data, the writer used interview and documentation techniques.The results of this study indicate that the zoning system has several objectives to be achieved by implementing this system for education in Indonesia. However, for SMPN Kota Pekanbaru there are still a number of objectives that have not been properly fulfilled. There are still several SMPNs in Pekanbaru that have slightly damaged or severely damaged classrooms. The poor condition of the classrooms is one of the reasons why some junior high schools have a shortage of new students. Other causes include: insufficient classrooms, poor classroom conditions, and also the scope of school zoning, where the distance between one school and another is close to a population of new students, which is more than the school.Keywords: Capacity, Local Government, Zoning System

Abstract

One of the agendas of President Joko Widodo's Nawa Cita is to strengthen the nation's character. The Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 58 of 2009 concerning Standards for Early Childhood Education covers the developmental environment: “Receiving language, expressing language and literacy. One level of development is: recognizing letter symbols. Connect pictures with words, show objects with words, read pictures that have words.The objectives of writing this thesis are: First, to find out political education in early childhood (Case Study at Pertiwi Teluk Kuantan Kindergarten, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2020). Second, to find out the obstacles in political education in early childhood ( Case Study in TK Pertiwi Teluk Kuantan, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2020). This research is a qualitative research. This research was conducted at Pertiwi Teluk Kuantan Kindergarten, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The techniques used to collect data in this research are (1) Interview, (2) Observation, and (3) Document tracing.The conclusion of this study shows that Political Education in Early Childhood at Pertiwi Teluk Kuantan Kindergarten, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency involves teachers as the main actors and the Kuantan Singingi Regency Education Office has duties, among others, overseeing the implementation of education, and setting educational service standards, providing writers with suggestions. so that the active role of the government represented by the Education Office and related parties in providing political education to early childhood becomes the initiator who gives deeper attention to existing educators and to parents is expected to protect the rights of children in the world of education. Keywords: Actors, Materials, Time, Political Education, Political Education Facilities and Infrastructure.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kegiatan pemb-entukan karakter Islami melalui program Pembinaan Pribadi Islami di SMP Negeri 37 Kabupaten Tebo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Tujuan Pembentukan Karakter Islami Melalui Program PPI (Pembinaan Pribadi Islami) di SMP Negeri 37 Kabupaten Tebo yaitu untuk membentuk pribadi dan karakter siswa yang sholeh, tangguh dan berkarakter islami agar nantinya peserta didik siap terjun ke masyarakat sebagai generasi unggul yang cerdas, mandiri dan religius/spiritual. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan 2 program, yaitu program utama yang meliputi; pertemuan Mingguan, penugasan, malam bina iman dan taqwa, pembelajaran tahsinul dan tahfidzul Qur’an dan program penunjang yang meliputi; sholat berjamaah, shaum sunnah, Perkemahan. Implementasi program PPI (Pembinaan Pribadi Islami) di SMP Negeri 37 Kabupaten Tebo melalui pendekatan pembinaan dengan nasihat terintegrasi kedalam program kegiatan pembelajaran, pembinaan dengan keteladanan dan pembinaan dengan pembiasaan. Hasil pembentukan karakter Islami berdampak positif dengan siswa yang bertutur kata dengan bahasa yang sopan, terbiasa mengucapkan kalimat thoyyibah, melakukan ibadah rutin dengan benar, belajar amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar, berkepribadian matang dan berakhlak mulia, menghafal Al-Qur`an, doa-doa dan hadist Nabi yang diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Lack of interest in children's learning in PKn subjects in Class VII1 State Junior High School 2 Tigo Nagari Pasaman Regency, with the aim to find out the participation of parents in increasing students' learning interest in PKn. subjects in Class VII1 Of State Junior High School 2 Tigo Nagari Pasaman Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. Using descriptive methods. Informants are determined by purposive sampling. with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the results of research conducted showed that parents have provided participation in increasing students' learning interest in PKn subjects. It is seen that parents always pay attention to student lessons at home, advise students at home, parents always try to increase students' learning interest. Various participations made by parents to students at home in increasing their learning interest, especially in PKn subjects, namely: (1) Providing motivation, (2) Completing Books, (3) Encouraging, (4) Telling to learn, (5) Giving punishment, (6) Giving advice, (7) Giving rewards.

Abstract

The immunity of Ploso Village residents is experiencing a decline, marked by increasing complaints of fever, dizziness and flu as a result of the current transition. Based on this, this service is carried out to utilize TOGA which has been planted by residents in their yards into a drink that can increase the body's immunity because it contains antioxidant compounds. This activity was carried out in Ploso Village in February-March 2024. Using socialization, discussion, practice and evaluation methods. Participants who took part in this training were women from PKK Prima Sejahtera. The results of this activity are 1) Participants understand that the bioactive compounds found in several plants can be used as drinks/wedang to increase the body's immunity. 2) Participants can make spiced wedang from TOGA grown in their yard. 3) Participants are very enthusiastic about this service activity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discovery learning models with audio-visual media on student learning outcomes and to examine differences in learning outcomes between students with high self-confidence compared to students with low self-confidence. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental involving 5th-grade elementary school students in the Natural Sciences subject. The results showed that the discovery learning model with audio-visual and games had a significant difference in overall science learning outcomes. There is a difference in student science learning outcomes between students with high self-confidence and students with low self-confidence.
