Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies and challenges faced by the Public Relations of PT Telkom Indonesia in enhancing Indihome's brand awareness in the Pakulonan area. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews conducted with the marketing communication manager and employees, the study found that the main strategies included the utilization of social media, community event organization, and collaboration with local influencers. These strategies proved effective in broadening audience reach and fostering positive relationships with the community. However, challenges such as infrastructure limitations, price competition, and the public's lack of understanding of fiber-optic technology hindered the efforts' effectiveness. To address these issues, the company needs to accelerate infrastructure development, improve internal communication, and enhance public education. The findings provide critical insights into optimizing communication strategies to support brand awareness growth in the telecommunications industry.

Abstract

Construction projects often face challenges in maintaining a balance between execution and planning, especially in terms of time and cost. Delays and cost overruns often hinder project efficiency, which has an impact on the satisfaction of the project owner. This study aims to evaluate the cost and time performance of the Purwodadi Market development project in North Bengkulu Regency using the Earned Value Management (EVM) approach. The EVM method was chosen because of its ability to provide a comprehensive picture of the achievement of project performance in terms of time and cost. Data is obtained from the project's weekly report and analyzed using indicators such as Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP), Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), and Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP). The results show that in the 9th month, the project achieved faster progress than scheduled with a Schedule Performance Index (SPI) of 1.068 and a Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 1.012. This shows that the project is running more efficiently in terms of time and more cost-effective compared to the planned budget. However, there are several months before (the 5th to 8th month) that show delays and wasted costs. The conclusion of this study is that the EVM method is effective in evaluating project performance and allows for the identification of areas that need improvement. Thus, the application of EVM is recommended to improve the management efficiency of similar construction projects.

Abstract

According to the field of expertise, efforts to strengthen the competence of graduates continue to be pursued, especially through optimizing the learning process. Among these efforts is to use learning media that strengthen the competence of the field of study and about thinking skills. This study aims to produce a trainer kit as a medium for learning basic electricity and electronics based on fault-finding in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects. The method used is the Richey and Klein Design and Development (D&D) method which consists of three stages, including planning (design), production, and evaluation. Experts carried out the assessment of the feasibility of the trainer kit with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Abstract

Pada penerapannya, Modul ajar kurikulum Merdeka belum dapat dimengerti dengan baik oleh guru-guru sehingga modul ajar belum mampu disusun dengan baik. Pada pengabdian pada Masyarakat, kami melakukan pelatihan atau workshop pembuatan modul ajar kurikulum merdeka belajar pada SMP Negeri 2 Majene. Pada sekolah ini telah diterapkan kurikulum Merdeka belajar namun guru belum mampu Menyusun modul ajar dengan baik, khususnya Modul Ajar P5. Upaya yang dilakukan memberikan bimbingan kepada guru SMP Negeri 2 Majene untuk mampu menyususn modul ajar P5 berbasis Kewirausahaan, dengan Melakukan workshop/pelatihan Penyususnan Modul ajar P5 berbasis Kewirausahaan pada guru SMP Negeri 2 Majene. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan: Persiapan terdiri dari dua bagian yaitu persiapan di Kampus menyangkut materi pelatihan (pembuatan modul pelatihan), persiapan alat dan bahan yang digunakan dan persiapan pelaksanaan pelatihan dilokasi. Pelatihan penyusunan modul ajar Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada Sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Majene dihadiri oleh guru-guru IPA yang ada di kota Majene. Modul ajar berbasis kewirausahaan sangat penting dan diperlukan oleh guru-guru dalam penerapan P5 khususnya dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya alam lokal seperti kelapa dan ikan. Pelatihan ini sangat diminati oleh peserta workshop karena pembuatan produk P5 langsung didemonstrasikan pada saat workshop seperti pembuatan minyak murni atau VCO.

Abstract

This study presents the development of an interactive e-book on the colligative properties of solutions in chemistry. The primary objective of this e-book is to enhance student engagement and understanding by integrating socio-scientific issues (SSI) to connect the material with everyday topics. The development methodology followed Borg and Gall's research and development approach, limited to the fifth stage, which is the main product revision. Validation instruments included both content validation and media validation. Interactive aspects of the e-book feature links in the table of contents, video displays, and a comprehensive presentation of questions complete with scores and solutions in the practice and competency test sections. Content validation results indicated that the e-book is valid, while media validation results placed it in the highly valid category. The incorporation of SSI aims to provide a relevant and engaging learning experience for students.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model integrated with Liveworksheet media in enhancing the critical thinking skills of vocational high school students. Employing a true experimental design with a pretest- posttest control group approach, the research compared two groups: the experimental group using PjBL with Liveworksheet and the control group receiving conventional instruction. Data collected from pretest and posttest assessments revealed that the experimental group demonstrated a significant improvement in critical thinking skills, with an average posttest score of 81, compared to 64 in the control group. The pretest scores showed no significant differences between the groups, indicating a similar starting point. Post-intervention results were analyzed using statistical tests, confirming the normal distribution and equal variances of data. The hypothesis testing further validated a substantial difference in critical thinking skills, favoring the PjBL model with Liveworksheet media. These results underscore the effectiveness of this innovative teaching approach in fostering critical thinking skills among vocational students

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a STEM-oriented entrepreneurship-based learning module using a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in the Basic Principles of Design and Visual Communication subject at SMK Negeri 2 Guguak. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data were collected through observations, expert validations, and pretest-posttest experiments involving teachers and students. The module received high feasibility ratings from media experts (4.87) and material experts (4.89). Practicality tests showed very practical results from both teachers (97.38) and students (87.11). Effectiveness was confirmed through a Paired Samples Test with significant improvements in student learning outcomes (Sig < 0.005; t-value > t-table). In conclusion, the developed module is valid, practical, and effective in improving learning outcomes and integrating STEM-based competencies in vocational education.

Abstract

Rendahnya produksi usahatani salah satunya disebabkan belum efisiennya penggunaan faktor produksi. Selain itu, faktor eksternal seperti letak geografis, perubahan iklim yang tidak menentu menyebabkan produksi fluktuatif sepanjang musim tanam. Kombinasi penggunaan faktor produksi yang tepat menghasilkan produksi aktual pada akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan pendapatan usahatani kubis pada dataran tinggi, dataran sedang dan dataran rendah. Metode dasar penelitian menggunakan deskriptif analisis. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive di Desa Sembalun Bumbung pada ketinggian 800-1180 Mdpl, Desa Bebidas pada ketinggian 200-552 Mdpl dan Desa Peneda Gandor dengan ketinggian 13-81 Mdpl. Sampel penelitian ditentukan secara multistage random sampling sebanyak 45 petani dengan sebaran 15 petani masing-masing desa. Metode analisis menggunakan konsep total penerimaan dikurangi dengan total biaya sementara perbedaan pendapatan masing-masing wilayah diestimasi menggunakan analisis sample F-Test dan least significance different. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dataran tinggi memiliki struktur pendapatan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan dataran rendah dan sedang. Sementara jika ditinjau dari perbedaan pendapatan masing-masing dataran menunjukkan dataran tinggi memiliki perbedaan pendapatan namun dataran sedang dan rendah tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan.Kata kunci : usahatani kubis, pendapatan, petani

Abstract

Kelangsungan hidup umat manusia dan pertanian menjadi dua hal yang saling bertalian dan tidak dapat dipisahkan. Kegiatan produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi terganggu lambat laun ketahanan pangan keluarga akan berdampak buruk terhadap ketahanan nasional, maka kemampuan rumah tangga petani dituntut mampu meningkatkan produktivitas lahan dan pendapatan ekonomi petani sebagai indikator kesejahteraan dengan akses pangan secara mandiri. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk kegiatan sosialiasi konsep kebun keluarga menuju “desa mandiri pangan” merupakan salah satu pemberdayaan masyarakat di perdesaan. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Desa Jerowaru dengan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung, sasaran kegiatan yaitu kelompok wanita tani dan PKK. Pengabdian menunjukkan hasil pelaksanaan secara menyeluruh dan semua komponen berkerja dengan maksimal. Partisipasi peserta kegiatan pada kategori “antusias dan aktif”. Evaluasi dan tindak lanjut kegiatan yaitu menambah intensitas kegiatan, memanfaatkan berbagai sampah plastik untuk mengganti polybag, mengusahakan berbagai komoditi pangan berumur pendek dan tahan kekeringan, membuat pupuk organik dengan bahan baku lokal, serta melibatkan berbagai unsur masyarakat terutama dari kalangan generasi muda

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat saat ini menjadi poin utama yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan daya jual suatu produk. Khususnya dibidang teknologi masyarakat sudah menggunakan dan merasakan manfaat dari inovasi teknologi-teknologi yang diciptakan seperti websites, facebook, instagram, whatshapp dan lain sebagainya. Dalam pelatihan digital marketing yang dilaksanakan pada kelompok KUBE Gubuk Timuk Desa Sukadana Kecamatan Terara menitik beratkan pada dua jenis media bisnis online yaitu digital marketing dan media sosial. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini dimulai dengan pemberian materi tentang digital marketing, kemudian diskusi yang dilanjutkan dengan praktik pembuatan akun bisnis. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan ada 3 media sosial yang digunakan oleh kelompok KUBE dalam mempromosikan dan menjual barangnya yaitu twitter, whatsapp dan instagram. Hal ini dilakukan karena beberapa pertimbangan yaitu pertama pembuatan akun bisnis di media sosial lebih mudah dibandingkan dengan di market place, kedua lebih mudah di gunakan atau diatur dibandingkan dengan market place. Pada dasarnya market place maupun medsos memiliki tujuan yang sama, yaitu untuk mempermudah di dalam berusaha atau bisnis, akan tetapi semua itu akan berjalan dengan baik apabila dijalann dengan penuh ketekutan dan pokok utama dalam berbisnis adalah kejujuran.Kata kunci: digital marketing; pupuk organik; microbacter alfaafa-11 Abstract The rapid development of technology is now the main point that can be used to increase the selling power of a product. Especially in the field of technology, people have used and benefited from innovative technologies created such as websites, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and so on. In the digital marketing training that was held at the Kube Timuk Kube group, Sukadana Village, Terara District, the focus was on two types of online business media, namely Digital Marketing and Social Media. The implementation of this training begins with the provision of material on digital marketing, and then the discussion is followed by the practice of creating a business account. Based on the results of the training, there are 3 social media that the Kube group wants to use in promoting and selling their goods, namely Twitter, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Use or regulated compared to the marketplace.
