This community service program aims to improve the prosperity of the mosque, especially in increasing the participation of the congregation in religious activities and to improve the knowledge and understanding of the Dasan Lendang hamlet community regarding the optimization of the role of the mosque. This Community Service activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The method used in this service is Socialization and mentoring. The results of this service, there are several activities carried out to optimize the role of the mosque, namely: socialization through studies and lectures held twice a week every Thursday and Sunday nights, discussions and questions and answers held once a week every Tuesday night, providing assistance in reading the barzanjian which is held once a week every Monday night, and the yasinan which is held once a week every Friday night. With the implementation of socialization and mentoring, the mosque management has become more active and has made the mosque more alive, for children, youth and parents. So that the mosque becomes a place for various activities for the community.

This study aims to explore the innovative strategies of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Lumajang district in making Lumajang a model of religious moderation, with Senduro village as the main focus. Using a qualitative approach through a case study, data was collected through in-depth interviews with Ministry of Religious Affairs officials, religious leaders, and local communities. In addition, participatory observation of moderation activities and analysis of relevant policy documents were conducted. The results show that the Ministry of Religious Affairs' programs, such as strengthening interfaith dialogue and inclusive religious education, have successfully improved harmony and tolerance in the community. However, there are challenges such as local cultural resistance and lack of resource support. Nonetheless, the implementation of these strategies has had a positive impact in strengthening interfaith relations in Senduro Village, creating a more harmonious and tolerant environment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of religious moderation policies at the local level and enrich the discourse on religious moderation in Indonesia.

Choosing a career as an Early Childhood Education Teacher is both challenging and joyful. Not everyone is interested in this profession except for those who have strong motivation. This study aims to identify students’ exact motivation to select the Early Childhood Education Department at Public University. This study uses combined qualitative and quantitative methods (exploratory mixed methods design). Sources of qualitative data were taken from twenty informants through in-depth interviews and analyzed using NVivo 10 analysis software, while sources of quantitative data were taken from a hundred correspondents and analyzed using SPSS 20 software. Both qualitative and quantitative data analyses showed that students have seven motivations to select the Early Childhood Education Department. Those seven motivations are: i) parents encouragement (81%); ii) job opportunities after graduation (83%); iii) loving kids (85%); iv) teaching is a noble profession (100%); self-will (70%); vi) the choice to be a teacher (76%); and vii) Early Childhood Education is not difficult, but joyful (80%). The study has successfully revealed seven students’ motivations for selecting the Early Childhood Education Department at Public University. This study’s results can be used as preliminary data for subsequent researchers to examine this problem in different contexts and issues. This study’s findings need to be continued by the next researcher by examining the correlation between motivational aspects with various other variables. However, this data can also be used as an initial reference for examining the issues and problems in different contexts.

Every individual has internal conditions, where these internal conditions play a role in their daily activities. One of these internal conditions is motivation. In learning activities, motivation can be said to be the overall driving force within students which provides direction to learning activities, so that learning goals can be achieved. This research aims to analyze the motivation of students to study the Kitab Kuning at Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, data sources were taken through individual interviews with fifteen informants consisting of Islamic boarding school leaders, teachers and students. All data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique. The results of the research obtained data and facts that the motivational conditions of students studying the Kitab Kuning at the Syekh Adimin Ar-Radji Taram Islamic boarding school varied greatly. These include, i) wanting to deepen religious knowledge, ii) making it easier to understand the science of aqidah, worship and morals, iii) there are also those whose motivation is wanting to become a scholar, iv) being able to read prayers for parents when both of them are gone and v) wanting to learn science religion and general science.

Arabic language subjects must be studied, but in reality, there are still students who do not understand and master Arabic language learning because there are several problems with it. This research aims to determine the problems experienced by students in learning Arabic. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data sources were taken from twelve informants, including school principals, teachers, and students through individual and group interviews. To strengthen the interview data, the author also made direct observations of teachers and students. All interview and observation data were analyzed using the Milles & Hubberman Interactive Analysis model. Research findings found that there were five problems students in studying Arabic in high school. The five problems are: i) lack of school facilities and infrastructure, ii) negative behavior in learning, iii) low interest in learning, iv) teachers' teaching methods are not innovative, and v) differences in students' diverse backgrounds. The results of this research can be used as initial data for future researchers in studying this problem in different contexts and issues.

Generasi milenial merupakan generasi yang sangat banyak dibahas selama masa bonus demografi. Milenial sendiri merupakan generasi pertama yang menikmati perkembangan teknologi dunia. Salah satu dampak perkembangan teknologi terhadap generasi milenial adalah mereka mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola keuangannya karena mereka cenderung bersikap impulsif, fokus pada kesenangan untuk memuaskan dirinya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya perilaku pengelolaan keuangan dengan mengaplikasikan sikap keuangan, gaya hidup dan pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sikap keuangan, gaya hidup dan pendapatan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 64 orang generasi milenial Gereja Mawar Sharon (GMS) Malang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap keuangan dan gaya hidup tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan sedangkan pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan.Kata kunci: Sikap keuangan, gaya hidup, pendapatan, dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan

This research examines strategies for improving the quality of Islamic higher education management in the Independent Curriculum Era. This research uses a qualitative research library-type method, conducting an in-depth study related to the Strategy for Improving the Quality of Islamic Higher Education Management in the Independent Curriculum Era with data and data sources obtained from books and national and international journal articles related to the keywords Strategy, Improving the Quality of Management, Islamic Higher Education, Independent Curriculum. The research results on strategies to improve the quality of Islamic higher education management in the Independent Curriculum era require a holistic and innovative approach to ensure educational institutions can maintain standards of excellence and relevance in facing changes in globalization. Some strategies that can be implemented to improve the quality of Islamic higher education management in the Independent Curriculum era include quality leadership, namely leadership that is visionary and innovation-oriented. Improving Curriculum and Learning, the curriculum must be structured to integrate Islamic values with the latest science and technology. The application of information and communication technology allows educational institutions to increase operational efficiency learning flexibility, and be responsive to student needs. Development of human resources according to the demands of the times, as well as collaboration with various external parties by expanding networks, for example collaborating with other universities to create quality education programs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah persediaan awal, pembelian, dan persediaan akhir dalam menentukan Harga Pokok Penjualan dalam meningkatkan laba. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder baik yang bersifat kuantitatif maupun kualitatif yang berhubungan dengan harga pokok penjualan di beberapa pasar. Data primer melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pihak yang berkepentingan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen dan laporan laporan manajemen pihak pengelola pasar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan rumus perhitungan Harga pokok penjualan, rumus perhitungan Laba Bersih lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode lain berdasarkan kondisi aktual pasar. Penerapan metode ini menekankan betapa pentingnya menentukan Harga Pokok Penjualan untuk mengetahui peningkatan laba yang dicapai oleh penjul dan pihak konsumen tidak merasa dirugikan.

Pelestarian nilai kearifan lokal dan budaya menjadi salah satu wujud dan upaya dalam pembentukan karakter dan penanaman nilai-nilai spiritual dapat diwujudkan melalui bacaan macapat, yang kaya akan nasihat, adab, mengandung nilai keagamaan dan nasionalisme, kedamaian batin serta kearifan lokal. Sabdaaji didirikan untuk membentuk karakter, mentalitas dan melestarikan kearifan lokal berdasarkan kebenaran dan keindahan sebagaimana diajarkan dalam nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Sabdaaji sebagai media penghubung pendidikan spiritual dan karakter. Penelitian ini jenis kulaittaif dengan bentuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan fenomena. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Sabdaaji memberikan dampak positif terhadap penguatan nilai-nilai spiritual dan proses pembentukan karakter yang berdampak pada kelembutan sikap, istiqomah, ketenangan, serta peningkatan nilai-nilai kebangsaan dalam kerangka kearifan lokal bagi pengikut sabda aji ; 2) Sabdaaji menjadi media dakwah budaya atau kultural dalam menanamkan budi pekerti, menyampaikan tentang akhlak dan moralitas, melestarikan kekayaan budaya di Lumajang sebagai daerah Pandalungan melalui nasihat-nasihat, tata cara kegiatan, tutur kata serta seni tradisional gamelan yang diajarkan walisongo.

Literasi keuangan sebagai cara mengukur kemampuan setiap orang dalam menjalani berbagai informasi mengenai pengelolaan keuangan. Teknologi finansial merupakanbagian dari inovasi teknologi yang dikembangkan dalam bidang finansial. Perencanaan keuangan sendiri mencakup pemahaman terhadap tujuan keuangan. Seiring berjalannya waktu perkembangan teknologi transaksi keuangan menyediakan teknologi baru bernama Mobile Banking yang berguna untuk melakukan kegiatan transaksi keuangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui apakah literasi keuangan,finansial teknologi, dan perencanaan keuangan berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan mobile banking dikalangan mahasiswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuisioner dengan jumlah populasi penelitian sejumlah 350 mahasiswa prodi manajemen tahun 2020,2021,2022. Menurut penelitian ini Literasi keuangan kurang berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan mobile banking dikarenakan minimnya tingkat literasi keuangan, sedangkan finansial teknologi dan perencanaan keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan mobile banking dikalangan mahasiswa.
