Abstract

The purpose of this SLR is to analyze the application of human resource development in the work environment. The method used in this research is the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review) method. Data sources obtained from Science Direct and Google Scholar for the 2019-2023 period. The results obtained were 236 journals, then data reduction was carried out using inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 11 journals that would be reviewed. The results of this study literature review show the priority of the role and tasks of human resource development in increasing productivity. So that human resource development has a good impact on the company and the employees themselves.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the benefits of having a rotational system of work in a company. The method used in this research is PRISMA. (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses). The data sources used were obtained through the Publish or Perish software that covers Google scholar and ScienceDirect with the search year range 2018-2023, then the results of 347 journals. Using the inclusion and exclusion criteria, then the 10 journal to be analyzed. The results of this literature review study show that with the rotation of work applied to the organization or company, many positive aspects are obtained such as increased employee motivation, reduced boredom, and improved employee performance.

Abstract

Employee welfare is present as an important element for the sustainability and development of an SME. Employees who are well cared for physically and mentally will be able to feel comfortable and prosperous in the workplace. The purpose of this research is to find out more about how the welfare of employees in an SME can affect the sustainability of the SME . This scoping review aims to examine the literature regarding the most relevant and significant aspects of employee welfare, as well as the methods used in related research. This scoping review aims to examine the literature regarding the most relevant and significant aspects of employee welfare, as well as the methods used in related research. This study searches for articles from several databases published between 2010 and 2021. The results show that employee well-being includes four dimensions, namely physical, psychological, social, and work environment. Several methods used in research include surveys, interviews, and observation. The results of the study show that the welfare of employees in a work environment will have a positive effect on various aspects, all of which will lead to the sustainability of SMEs. High morale from employees will be created if the employee is prosperous in the work being carried out.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conduct a systematic review of literature related to employee development in SMEs and to provide a deeper understanding of employee development in SMEs and identify best practices that can help employee development in SMEs. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review. Data were taken from online databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and ProQuest. The keywords used in the search were "employee development" and "SMEs." Subsequently, the researchers selected articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The novelty of this research is the application of SLR on the topic of employee development in SMEs, which has not been extensively researched before. In addition, this research can provide insights into best practices in employee development in SMEs. The results of this research indicate that employee development in SMEs can improve employee performance and company productivity. Best practices in employee development in SMEs include continuous training and development of employees, recognition of employee contributions, and career development programs.
