Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of occupational safety in various working environments and conditions. The method used in this study is the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) method and Bibliometric analysis using VosViewer. Sources of data obtained from Scopus and Taylor & Francis for the 2017-2022 period. The results of 136 journals were obtained, then data reduction was carried out using inclusion and exclusion criteria, 34 journals were obtained which would be reviewed. The results of this study indicate that the application of work safety will be very effective if you always follow and adapt to technological developments and the times.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia digital membawa pengaruh besar terhadap cara remaja berpikir, berinteraksi, dan membentuk karakter. Di tengah arus informasi yang serba cepat, nilai-nilai moral sering kali kabur, sementara budaya populer dan media sosial lebih menonjolkan gaya hidup instan dan hedonistik. Dalam konteks ini, integrasi antara psikologi moral dan nilai tauhid menjadi penting untuk memperkuat karakter remaja Muslim. Psikologi moral membantu memahami proses berpikir dan pengambilan keputusan etis remaja, sedangkan nilai tauhid memberikan arah spiritual agar perilaku moral didasari oleh kesadaran akan kehadiran Allah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka untuk mengkaji konsep integrasi keduanya dalam pembentukan karakter remaja Muslim di era digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penguatan nilai tauhid dapat menjadi dasar pembentukan kontrol diri, empati, dan tanggung jawab moral. Model pembentukan karakter yang diusulkan meliputi empat tahap: kesadaran moral, refleksi tauhid, internalisasi nilai, dan aksi karakter. Melalui tahapan ini, remaja tidak hanya mengetahui mana yang benar dan salah, tetapi juga memahami alasan spiritual di balik setiap pilihan moral. Integrasi nilai psikologi dan tauhid ini diharapkan dapat melahirkan generasi digital yang cerdas, beretika, dan berakar kuat pada keimanan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep bangun datar melalui penerapan metode fun learning pada siswa kelas III SDN 2 Padasuka. Program ini dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk pendampingan pembelajaran yang dirancang untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan interaktif bagi siswa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam dua tahap yang meliputi perencanaan program, pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, observasi, dan refleksi bersama guru kelas. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah 42 siswa kelas III SDN 2 Padasuka. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa penerapan fun learning melalui permainan edukatif, diskusi kelompok, serta penggunaan media konkret untuk membantu siswa memahami konsep bangun datar secara lebih mudah dan bermakna. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui pengamatan terhadap keaktifan siswa selama proses pembelajaran serta pemberian tes untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman konsep bangun datar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi aktif siswa serta pemahaman konsep yang lebih baik setelah penerapan metode fun learning. Suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep bangun datar dan dapat menjadi alternatif metode pembelajaran yang inovatif bagi guru sekolah dasar dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is the main variable that must be considered in managing human resource practices. Job satisfaction discusses the extent to which employees are satisfied or dissatisfied with their jobs are caused by several factors that motivate them. This study aims to dig deeper into job satisfaction variable. In achieving this goal, the researchers used a systematic review using PRISMA method and bibliometric analysis techniques which took journals from Science Direct and Emerald during 2017-2022. The results of the screening on the PRISMA method produced 30 (thirty) articles written by 95 (ninety five) authors. Based on the 30 (thirty) articles collected, the results of this study found that there are 4 (four) categories that explain several variables that related to job satisfaction, including leadership, salary, organizational commitment, and job stress. Overall, the research is expected to be the right reference for further research, especially researchers who will examine titles that related to job satisfaction.

Abstract

A company to continue to grow, it must be supported by human resources who have good competence and are also reliable. Therefore, human resources in companies must pay attention to their needs in increasing their abilities and skills through training and development. This study aims to examine more broadly about the training and development of human resources. The literature in this study used three databases Taylor & Francis, Sage Journals and Emerald Insight to filter articles published in 2017-2022 with bibliometric studies and PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Metaanalysis) method to gain 30 articles. The results describe the analysis of 132 authors based on co-authorship, and new keywords from co-occurrence data such as training need assessment, skill development, work engagement, training model and higher education. In addition, there are top 10 citations revealed. This research is expected to be a reference for next research on HR training and development.

Abstract

Performance control is an critical a part of human capital control and a essential constructing block of erson overall performance. Performance control is the factor of controlling overall performance inside an organization. Employee overall performance, each in phrases of effectiveness, operations, and worker productivity, is inspired through the control competencies of a company's senior control. This is supported through administrative overall performance, which influences effectiveness and efficiency. The motive of this take a look at is to describe and talk overall performance control using the PRISMA method and techniques of econometric literature analysis. Journal screening using the PRISMA method resulting 30 journals with 76 authors. Results for these variables revealed that the variables were related to employee performance and leadership.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the reward system on the motivation and discipline of human resource (HR) performance, as well as its impact on human resource development (HRD) and careers. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review, by collecting ten studies obtained from the Google Scholar and Scopus databases. The analysis results show that a well-designed reward system has an important role in supporting HRD and career development. A reward system that is flexible, achievement-based and responsive to changes in organizational conditions has been proven to strengthen employee motivation and discipline, which in turn improves their performance. In addition, implementing a reward system that rewards innovation, digital skills and knowledge and encourages career renewal has been proven to have a positive impact on the overall competitiveness of the organization. These findings provide insights for organizations in designing and implementing effective reward systems to support sustainable HR and career development.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of transformational leadership style, training and development, and resource availability on employee creativity and innovation, with job satisfaction and critical thinking skills as intervening variables. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from employees of PT. Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri Malang through structured questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using the SmartPLS method to evaluate the relationships among variables. The results indicate that transformational leadership significantly enhances creativity and innovation by fostering a supportive work environment. Training programs focusing on the development of technical and critical thinking skills also have a strong impact on employees' ability to generate innovative solutions. Resource availability, including financial support, time, and technology, plays a crucial role in facilitating creative processes and the implementation of innovations. Job satisfaction emerges as an important mediator, strengthening the influence of leadership and training on innovation. Similarly, critical thinking skills mediate the relationship between training and creativity, empowering employees to evaluate and develop ideas effectively. This study contributes theoretically by extending transformational leadership theory, learning theory, and the resource-based view within the context of organizational innovation. Practically, it highlights the importance of organizations integrating leadership development, training programs, and resource management strategies to foster a culture of innovation.
