In this design a tool is made to monitor the quality of water suitable for use using Arduino Uno. This design uses a pH meter sensor which functions to monitor acid levels in water and a turbidity sensor which is used to see the level of water turbidity. The use of these two sensors is based on the suitability of the water for consumption based on the acid level and the level of turbidity of the water. The results obtained in the design show that Arduino can read the acid levels in the water and see the level of turbidity of the water well so that the designed tools can be used directly to monitor the quality of water suitable for use.

The presence of the labor law is often challenged by the supporters of the interests primarily of the workers, particularly with regard to setting Outsourcing Employment Agreement in Indonesia. The reason the opponents are, among others, that the outsourcing arrangement only exploit and marginalize the humanity of those who have been guaranteed by the constitution. Various attempts have them do to rule as discriminatory was removed from employment practices in Indonesia, including the choice of law rules of the test material to the Constitutional Court. Finally, through Decision of The Constitutional Court No. 27/PUU-IX/2011, the Court granted the petition of workers by declaring unconstitutional some provisions of the Employment Agreement Outsourcing. In addressing the decision of the Court, the Government through the Ministry of Manpower publishes Permenakertrans No. 19, 2012. The problem is that the Constitutional Court’s decision should not be followed up with legislation level ministerial regulations. In addition, it violates the rules Permenakertrans the higher, the Manpower Act for doing addition and subtraction of the torso aforementioned law. Not only that, now, both the workers and the employers also feel is not in line with the employment agreement outsourcing arrangement within the meaning of the Permenakertrans.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the level of damage to trembesi, mahagany and white jabon seedlings caused by pest attack in the open area of seedlings nursery. The Data was collected at the beginning and end of the research and analized by using the scoring method. This reseach was carried out in the open area of seedlings nursery for 3 months.The results of this research showed that the highest level of damage occurred in trembesi seedling.The pest found in attacking the seedling were Metisa plana and Valanga nigricornisTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat kerusakan bibit trembesi, mahoni dan jabon putih akibat serangan hama pada areal persemaian. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada awal dan akhir penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan metode skoring. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tempat terbuka di persemaian selama 3 bulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kerusakan tertinggi berada pada bibit trembesi. Hama yang di temukan menyerang bibi tadalah Metisa plana dan Valanga nigricornis

This study aimed to review the condition of e-learning-based general course (MKU) learning planning at Tidar University and its conformity with the vision and mission of Tidar University. Learning planning is an important aspect as a reference for implementation and reflection of learning. The type of this research is evaluation. Evaluation research is a research with systematic analysis using a five-step discrepancy model. A qualitative research approach was applied to analyze the data. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subject is a lecturer at MKU at Tidar University, while the object of research is RPS MKU. The research took place at Tidar University from January 2021-December 2021. The results showed that the e-learning-based general course learning planning at Tidar University had been prepared by the majority of course lecturers where the percentage of lecturers who compiled RPS was 97%, and the rest by 3% no. In general, the preparation of learning plans has been categorized as good, namely the preparation of lecture materials, preparation of final skills, study materials for each meeting, learning methods, time allocation, student learning experiences, and the use of case study learning methods and team problem base learning. Weaknesses in learning planning were found at the stage of compiling graduate learning outcomes and subject learning outcomes that did not refer to the higher education curriculum in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the standard of the Tidar University learning process. In addition, another drawback is that the preparation of the final capabilities of each meeting has not been formulated in accordance with the provisions. The preparation of assessment criteria and assessment indicators has not been systematically arranged where case study learning and team problem base learning have not been fully measured

The aims of this research were (1) to determine the effect of parental guidance patterns on the achievement of low-grade students' cognitive and affective competencies during the study period from home (2) how much the influence of parental guidance patterns have on the achievement of low-grade students' cognitive and affective competencies during learning from home. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population of this study were 1.096 students A sample of 284 students was taken. The research instrument used was a random sampling. The data analysis method used a questionnaire, and data analysis using the Parson model correlation. Menstruasi merupakan salah satu ciri yang menunjukkan bahwa seorang remaja telah memasuki masa kematangan secara seksual dan psikologis.Perubahan yang dialami ketika menstruasi dapat berdampak secara fisik maupun psikis, sehingga remaja yang belum siap menjalani menstruasi cenderung merasa ketakutan dan kurang percaya diri dengan perubahan yang terjadi. Sebaliknya dengan remaja yang sudah siap, mereka akan merasa senang dan bangga karena mereka merasa sudah dewasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang menstruasi dengan kesiapan mental remaja dalam menjalani menstruasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik melalui program SPSS dengan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan ialah total sampling, dengan populasi ialah pra-remaja usia sekolah. Alat pengambilan data yaitu berupa kuesioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan yang baik 60%, sedangkan yang tidak baik 40%.Selanjutnya, yang siap menjalani menstruasi 56% dan yang tidak siap 44%. Uji korelasi melalui Pearson Product Moment menghasilkan p value< 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,027. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pengetahuan tentang menstruasi dengan kesiapan mental remaja dalam menjalani menstruasi. Kata kunci : pengetahuan, remaja, menstruasi, kesiapan mental RELATIONSHIPS OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MENSTRUATION WITH MENTAL READINESS OF PRE-ADOLESCENTS IN RUNNING THE MENSTRUATION ABSTRACT Menstruation is one of the characteristics that indicate that a teenager has entered a period of sexual and psychological maturity. Changes experienced when menstruation may have an impact physically and psychologically, so that teenagers are not ready to undergo menstruation tend to feel fear and lack of confidence with the change. In contrast to the teenagers who are ready, they will feel happy and proud because they are already adults. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge about menstruation with teenager mental readiness to undergo menstruation. This study uses a statistical analysis by SPSS with Pearson Product Moment Correlation test. The sampling method that is done is total sampling, the population is a pre-teen school age. Data retrieval tool is a questionnaire. The results showed a good knowledge of 60%, while 40% were not good. Further, ready to undergo menstrual 56% and 44% were not prepared. Correlation with Pearson Product Moment produce p value <0.05 is equal to 0.027. These results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge about menstruation with teenager mental readiness to undergo menstruation. Sumber daya laut merupakan potensi utama yang menggerakkan kegiatan perekonomian desa kawasan pantai. Secara umum kegiatan perekonomian yang ada di desa kawasan pantai. Bersifat fluktuatif karena sangat tergantung pada tinggi rendahnya produktifitas perikanan. Jika produktifitas tinggi, maka tingkat penghasilan akan meningkat, sehingga daya beli masyarakat yang sebagian masyarakat juga akan meningkat. Sebaliknya jika produktifitas rendah maka tingkat penghasilan nelayan akan menurun sehingga kondisi demikian mempengaruhi kuat lemahnya kegiatan perekonomian di desa kawasan pantai. Nelayan kecil hanya mampu memanfaatkan sumberdaya di daerah pesisir dengan hasil tangkapan yang cenderung terus menurun akibat persaingan dengan kapal besar dan penurunan mutu sumberdaya pantai. Hasil tangkapan juga mudah rusak sehingga melemahkan posisi tawar mereka dalam transaksi penjualan. Di samping itu, pola hubungan eksploitatif antara pemilik modal dengan buruh dan nelayan, serta usaha nelayan yang bersifat musiman dan tidak menentu menyebabkan masyarakat miskin dikawasan pesisir cenderung sulit untuk keluar dari jerat kemiskinan dan belitan utang pedagang atau pemilik kapal. Selain sumber daya ikan juga terkandung beraneka ragam sumberdaya, baik yang dapat diperbaharui maupun sumberdaya yang tidak dapat diperbaharui, serta jasa-jasa lingkungan, yang didalam laut maupun diwilayah pesisirnya. Wilayah laut Kabupaten Sampang merupakan salah satu yang memiliki keanekaragaman hayati dan kaya bahan-bahan tambang dan mineral serta potensial bagi pengembangan aktivitas industri, pariwisata, perikanan, pemukiman dan sebagainya. Karena potensi tersebut maka perlu adanya pemberdayaan ekonomi untuk masyarakat di Kabupaten Sampang, melalui moral ekonomi dan derajat kewirausahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah nelayan di Kabupaten Sampang Madura, yang terdiri dari sejumlah 49 nelayan anggota PEMP dan sejumnlah 122 nelayan orang yang sawadana.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the influence of business ethics, core competence, and entrepreneurial strategy to competitive advantage and business performance at Information Technology Company in East Java. The population of this study is all information technology companies engaged in the field of assembly services, sales and services registered APKOMINDO East Javan is 250 entrepreneurs. The sample in this study is the entire population used as a sample. Validity test and reliability test are used to measure the questionnaire. SEM analysis is used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that business ethics had no significant effect on competitive advantage but had a significant effect on business performance. Core competence has a significant effect on competitive advantage and business performance. Entrepreneurial strategy has a significant effect on competitive advantage and business performance. Competitive advantage significantly influence business performance at Information Technology company in East Java.Keywords: Business Ethics, Core Competencies, Entrepreneurship Strategies, Competitive Advantages, and Business Performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of immersion clove leaf extract against hatching of fish eggs Mas. The experiment was conducted on January 31 -5 in February 2017, at the Laboratory of Fish Seed (BBI) Sojomerto, District Reban, Batang. The study was conducted based on completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. Parameters measured were hatchability of eggs of fish Mas Treatments were differences in dose soaking leaf extract Clove on fish eggs Mas, namely A (0 ppt), B (5 ppt), C (7 ppt), D (9 ppt), and E (11 ppt). To determine the effect of treatment on the hatchability of eggs. All data was proceed on analysis of variance. Result showed the highest hatching value reached on immerson clove leaf extract at a dose of 9 ppt, around 98,89%. Respectively, a dose of 7 ppt in the amount of 88,89%, 11 ppt reached up 82,22%, 5 ppt of 61,11% and the lowest value on 0 ppt, which is equal tp 17,78%. Water quality in the range of feasible Ph 6-7, temperature 22-240C, and DO 4.32 -5.7ppm.Keywords: Clove Leaf Extract, carp (Cyprinus carpio L.), hatching rate

Selar boops is a group of small pelagic fish in the Carangidae family, this fish is known by the Bitung people as Tude Batu. This fish has economic value which is caught by fishermen in the waters around Bitung City using hand line fishing. This study aims to identify the secondary sexual organs. Fish samples were collected from 2 locations, namely Kampung Pisang and Pasar Winenet. The secondary sexual organs are identified by observing the morphological using the morphometric truss method of 19 morphological characters. Anova K-Means Cluster (AKMC) analysis as well as discriminant analysis were used to differentiate male and female fish groups. The results of this research showed that the morphometric characteristics of secondary sexual organs in male and female S. boops. The results showed that there were 11 different morphometric truss for morphometric characters in secondary sexual organs of male and female S. boops using AMKC analysis. The results of the discriminant analysis showed that the characteristics of the secondary sex organs in S. boops fish were found in the ratio of pectoral fin length (PaSiPek) and head length (PaKe) with a discriminant value (D) <0 grouped as male fish and discriminant value (D)> 0 classified as female.
