Based on the research results, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Pesawaran and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Pesawaran have implicitly implemented Total quality management, especially the concept of The Juran Trilogy as an effort to maintain and improve school quality. This is implemented through 1) Quality Planning, in the form of making a more comprehensive assessment guide that is adapted to Permendikbud No. 23 of 2016. 2) Quality Control, where the Principal always conducts monitoring and evaluation of programs that have been made, work assessments and joint evaluation meetings, and Carrying out Supervision of Program Activities. 3) Quality Improvement, namely by implementing class IX tutoring starting in January 3 times a week to increase the average score of the National exam, Implementation of extra-curricular English Club and providing opportunities for teachers to attend training, seminars, workshops, and others. In addition, by setting a permanent strategy to maintain and improve quality through a SWOT analysis in which the determination of the strategy is seen from the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of strategies that can be suggested, namely (Sending Organization) (Strategy, Strength, and Threat) strategy, (Weakness- Opportunity) Strategies and (Weaknesses-Threats) strategies that are useful for formulating strategic plans for Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Pesawaran and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Pesawaran to achieve the objectives of the key success factors.

Education quality improvement is a joint responsibility that involves various groups, from structural aspects starting from the central level (ministry) to the education unit. Law Number 20 of 2003 on National Education System Article 39 Paragraph 1 states that education personnel have the duty to administer, manage, develop, supervise, and provide technical services to support the education process in educational units. To achieve the National Medium Term Development Plan - Strategic Plan of Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel 2015-2019, the Ministry of Education and Culture has set the Average Target of Knowledge and Skills Competency. This purpose of this study was to evalaute the education and training of school supervisor by using Kirkpatrick evaluation. The results of this study recommended that the supervision can be improved by using education and training based on HOTS, Best Practice and Adult Education.

Professional supervisors are supervisors who have competencies including research and development competencies. Research and development competence has eight competency indicators. The challenge in the world of education is the quality and equity of education. One of the components that determine quality is a supervisor who has high professionalism. Two of them relate to the supervisor's ability to master educational research and development concepts and the other six relate to the supervisor's ability to conduct research and educational guidance to teachers. The focus and purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Competence of Supervisors at the Ministry of Religion of Pangkalpinang City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection is done by observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The ability of supervisors in the field of research and development aspects of mastery of the concept of approaches, types and research methods is "quite high".The ability of supervisors in the field of research and development aspects of mastery of concepts in determining supervisory issues that are important to be researched is "high". (3) The ability of supervisors in the field of research and development aspects of the preparation of educational research proposals, both qualitative research and quantitative research is "very low". (4) The ability of supervisors in the field of research and development aspects of carrying out educational research, and formulating educational policies that are beneficial to the main tasks and responsibilities of supervisors is "very low". Due to the development of technology and organizational needs, the competence of the State Civil Apparatus has increased significantly, necessitating the adjustment of improvement techniques. Furthermore, the lack of a role for the sending agency in training continues to be an impediment to the intersperity between competence needs and the implementation system. This research focuses on how the competency-based training model is applied, as well as the function and impact of supervisory authorities' training results on enhancing performance. This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to obtain results that are relevant to the needs, and it was conducted at the State Administration Agency's Center for Training and Development and Competency Mapping of State Civil Apparatus with alumni research training supervisory officials in 2018, 2019, and 2020. According to the findings of the study, the training has not taken advantage of technological advancements or maximized the role of the sending agency, so there are still difficulties and limits in its execution, particularly in terms of location and time. To meet these issues, a training model must be developed that focuses on ensuring the organizer's competency.

This research aims to describe the application of job descriptions for boarding school administrators and their implications for performance discipline. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study was carried out in stages, namely data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the application of job descriptions at the Riyadus Shalihin Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung has not been carried out properly. This situation is seen from the following indicators as job assistance, job summary, duties and responsibilities, authority, work standards, working conditions, and job specifications.

This study measures how much the role of madrasah religious culture influences the discipline of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman Sekincau students in West Lampung by using the Mix Method and Sequential Explanatory Design, namely collecting and analyzing quantitative data in the first stage, then followed by collecting and analyzing qualitative data in the first stage. next. Based on the results of the study, the coefficient of determination is shown by R Square = 0.213 which implies that 21.3% of the variability of student discipline variables can be explained by the religious culture of the madrasa (X2), so it can be concluded that the influence of religious culture of the madrasa on student discipline is 21, 3%, while the remaining 78.7% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation that the lack of exemplary behavior of teachers and madrasah leaders makes it difficult for students to be disciplined, which then has an impact on negative (deviant) behavior. Therefore, teachers must instill, practice and familiarize Islamic values to their students and provide good role models to them.Keywords: Madrasa Religious Culture, Student Discipline

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan mutu pendidikan madrasah berbasis model decision support system dan ADDIE yang efektif, untuk menemukan dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan mutu pendidikan madrasah berbasis model decision support system dan ADDIE yang efektif yang dikembangkan, dan untuk menemukan dan mendeskripsikan keefektifan mutu pendidikan madrasah berbasis model decision support system dan ADDIE dan ADDIE yang efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pengembangan Model R and D (Research and Development), menggunakan langkah-langkah kombinasi model berbasis Model ADDIE (Analsis, Design, Development, Implemntation dan Evaluation) dan model DSS (decision support system). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pengembangan mutu pendidikan madrasah berbasis decission support system di Bandar Lampung menghasilkan produk berupa software atau apliksai simulasi untuk memprediksi nilai akreditasi madrasah sesuai dengan delapan standar nasional pendidikan. maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1). Pengembangan mutu pendidikan madrasah berbasisi decision support system menggunakan model ADDIE dan untuk model software pemrograman C#. 2). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan berbahasa arab terhadap hasil belajar Al-Qur’an Hadist di MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Bandar Lampung berjumlah 481 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 72 siswa yang menggunakan teknik random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen, dan dalam penelitian ini teknik yang digunakan yaitu instrument tes pilihan ganda yang sesuai dengan indikator hasil belajar. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linear dengan bantuan progam aplikasi SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa persamaan regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 25.574 + 0,366X. Secara parsial variabel kemampuan berbahasa arab (X) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Al-Qur’an Hadist di MAN 1 Bandar Lampung karena t hitung > t tabel dan nilai signifikasi yaitu < 0,005. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kemampuan berbahasa arab berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Al-Qur’an Hadist di MAN 1 Bandar Lampung karena F hitung sebesar 11,371 > F tabel 3,98 dan nilai signifikan 0,001. Dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi nilai Adjusted R square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,161 (16,1%), sedangkan sisanya 83,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

The existence of a superior class in madrasah is an institution that is specifically designed and developed systematically, adequate facilities / infrastructure, curriculum, qualified teaching and education staff, and others. The existence of a superior class can increase the competitiveness of madrasas and the bargaining rank of madrasas as superior madrasas will be even stronger. To increase the competitiveness of these madrasas as superior madrasas, it is necessary to properly manage quality learning. The article discusses planning, organizing, implementing quality learning in superior classes at MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung and at MTsN 2 Tanggamus. This research is a field research, using a qualitative approach with a multisite study design. The data technique used interview, observation and documentation techniques. descriptive data analysis techniques with Interactive Model Analysis. The results of the study, planning learning in superior classes at MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung and MTsN 2 Tanggamus through standard design after midle input, excellent academic process standards based on spiritual learning, and superior output standards. The design standards referred to are enriched curriculum design standards (enriched curriculum), appropriate educational staff, IT media, classroom arrangement, and time allocation designs. Organizing learning in the superior classes of MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung and MTsN 2 Tanggamus through organizing an enriched curriculum (enriching the curriculum) with the Olympic curriculum, language and religion, organizing the allocation of learning time, organizing the roles and assignments of teachers, and organizing learning resources.

Every student must acquire mathematical problem-solving skills and self-efficacy to assist them in the learning process and solve different mathematical problems. This study seeks to explore the impact of implementing “the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) learning model with the Everyone is a Teacher Here (ETH) strategy on the mathematical problem-solving skills and self-efficacy of learners”. This study employs a quasi-experimental design with a 2×2 factorial research scheme. In this research, tests of mathematical problem-solving skills and self-efficacy questionnaires were utilized to collect data. The method of data analysis employed the Normality test, the Homogeneity test, and the Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) hypothesis tests. Based on the outcomes and MANOVA test calculations, it was determined that implementing the MMP learning model with the Everyone is a Teacher Here strategy affected students' mathematical problem-solving skills. The deployment of the MMP learning model with the Everyone is a Teacher Here strategy also affects students' self-efficacy. Implementing the MMP learning model with the Everyone is a Teacher Here strategy impacts learners' mathematical problem-solving skills and self-efficacy.
