Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia interaktif berbasis iSpring Suite 9 pada pembelajaran Fisika di SMA materi suhu dan kalor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Metode penelitian pengembangan Borg and Gall sampai pada tahap ke tujuh, yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, perbaikan desain, validasi produk, uji coba produk, dan yang terakhir revisi produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Hasil penelitian ini berupa multimedia interaktif berbasis iSpring Suite 9 pada pembelajaran fisika khususnya pada materi suhu dan kalor untuk peserta didik kelas XI SMA/MA. Hasil validasi produk oleh ahli media 87%, ahli materi 97%, dan ahli IT 80%. Uji coba produk kepada pendidik diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 89%. Hasil uji coba skala kecil kepada peserta didik diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 83%, dan uji coba lapangan 85%. Multimedia interaktif berbasis iSpring Suite 9 yang telah dikembangkan sangat layak dan sangat menarik digunakan untuk media pembelajaran fisika.

Abstract

Abstrak Upaya guru pendidikan agama Islam menjadi prioritas utama dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di sekolah. Peran guru sebagai pendidik merupakan teladan, panutan, dan tokoh yang diidentifikasikan oleh peserta didik. Kedudukan sebagai pendidik menuntut guru untuk membekali diri dengan pribadi yang berkualitas berupa tanggungjawab, kewibawaan, kemandirian, dan kedisiplinan. di sekolah tersebut akan tercipta budaya yang bersifat keagamaan dan sikap toleransi beragama.Adapun pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yakni dalam bentuk narasi atau paragraf dan bukan berupa angka-angka melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data. Berdasarkan analisis data dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan guru PAI memiliki peran sebagai pendidik, fasilitator, motivator dan juga konselor. Dalam menumbuhkan sikap toleransi beragama atau upaya penanaman toleransi beragama peserta didik di SMA Negri 15 Bandar Lampung mengadakan beberapa penanaman nilai toleransi Upaya guru pendidikan agama islam adalah sebagai role model yaitu penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi beragama peserta didik yang di terapkan oleh guru berupa: Sikap saling menghormati, menghargai, dan menolong. Memberikan pembelajaran pendidikan pada peserta didik dengan selalu menghubungkan dengan prilaku toleransi beragama seperti, membangun 3S (Senyum, salam sapa) dan tidak menjelekan satu sama lain.Kata Kunci : Guru PAI, Upaya Penanaman Toleransi Beragama

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education so that a new concept is found regarding the implementation of inclusive education management that can provide equality for all students. The research method used is qualitative, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that: 1) The school has achieved several successes in implementing inclusive education, but there are still several aspects that the school is not fully ready for. 2) Schools have certain strategies for implementing inclusive education, especially by optimizing the role of special guidance teachers to handle children with special needs. 3) The main challenge faced by schools is related to providing programs to develop the potential of children with special needs because, currently, there are no programs available to develop their potential. Data was collected using questionnaire techniques, observation, and interviews. The results of the research show that the implementation of inclusive education has not been optimally implemented; there are still several things that have not even been fulfilled. For this reason, it is hoped that every school will implement inclusive education management under its management steps.

Abstract

The paper aims to examine the significance of teachers' ongoing professional development in the realm of scientific publications at Madrasah Aliyah in Metro City, as an indication of their dedication to enhancing the standard of education. The researcher employed a comprehensive technique to evaluate the surrounding circumstances of teachers' continuous professional growth when designing the research methodology. Information was acquired via interviews, observation, and examination of pertinent documents. Data sources encompass input from educators, school administrators, and pertinent records pertaining to professional growth and training. Data analysis approaches, such as classification, synthesis, and mapping, are used to get a thorough grasp of the context of teacher professional development in the field of scientific publications. The research findings indicate that the state of teachers' ongoing professional growth in the area of scientific publications at Madrasah Aliyah Metro City is still confronted with several obstacles. Teacher participation rates typically exhibit a tendency towards being insufficient, primarily due to obstacles such as limited time availability and inadequate backing from educational institutions. This research formulates solutions to enhance teacher participation by comprehending the underlying cause of the problem. In order to foster the ongoing professional development of instructors in the field of scientific publications, it is anticipated that a comprehensive strategy, which includes capacity building and proactive institutional assistance, would be implemented to establish a favorable environment. This result emphasizes the significance of enhancing policies and providing targeted incentives to promote and motivate teachers to enhance their involvement in scientific publication endeavors.

Abstract

To effectively address the changing global landscape of the 21st century, Islamic education must undergo a significant overhaul, particularly in the area of curriculum management. This article provides a comprehensive evaluation of the strategies employed in the administration of the Islamic education curriculum in the present day. This research employs a methodology that involves analyzing literacy and doing a thorough assessment of existing books. Through a comprehensive examination of the structure and fundamental principles, we investigate the significance of curriculum management in addressing the requirements of Islamic education in contemporary times. The integration of multiple perspectives is achieved through the utilization of an interdisciplinary approach. The research findings indicate that there is a pressing necessity to enhance the administration of Islamic education curriculum in the 21st century. The primary obstacles addressed encompass the incorporation of contemporary technologies, enhancing digital proficiency, and modifying curricular content to accurately represent worldwide circumstances. The noteworthy discoveries pertain to the necessity of adopting new methods in education that prioritize creativity, critical thinking, and cultural literacy. In order to ensure the pertinence of Islamic education to contemporary needs, curriculum management must take into account these factors. Furthermore, the research findings emphasize the necessity of adopting an interdisciplinary methodology in the creation of educational programs, facilitating the fusion of religious knowledge, science, technology, and the humanities. This can produce graduates that possess not just expertise in religious matters, but also have the capability to make valuable contributions towards resolving intricate issues in the contemporary global community. In summary, a thorough evaluation of the progress made in managing the curriculum of Islamic education in the 21st century highlights the necessity for innovation, adjustment, and preparedness to confront the ever-changing landscape of education and society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges associated with implementing a technology and information-based educational assessment system in elementary schools in Bandar Lampung. The study recruited ten respondents who were IT staff members, teachers, and principals from upper-grade primary levels (grades IV, V, and VI). It used a qualitative descriptive research design. The research focused on identifying the opportunities and challenges related to IT-based assessment systems. Data collection methods included observations, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and data verification. The findings reveal significant opportunities in adopting a technology-based assessment system, such as using Google Forms for flexible assessment scheduling and enhanced data analysis capabilities afforded to teachers through IT tools. However, notable challenges were also identified, including insufficient IT proficiency among teachers and staff, concerns over data privacy and protection, and inadequate internet connectivity within school premises, which hampers the effective use of IT-based applications. The study recommends that schools provide intensive training for teachers and staff to enhance their IT skills. The conclusion is that while technology-based assessment systems offer considerable advantages in facilitating teachers' tasks, the identified challenges must be addressed to optimize the benefits and overcome the obstacles encountered.

Abstract

This study aims to thoroughly investigate the factors that influence the integration of the Indonesian National Qualification Framework Curriculum (KKNI) SN-Dikti and the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum through a results-based education (OBE) approach, as well as providing concrete suggestions for improving the quality and relevance of learning at University. The research method uses a literature review methodology, which involves searching, analyzing and synthesizing relevant previous research. The results demonstrate the beneficial effects of combining the OBE approach with the KKNI SN-Dikti and Merdeka curricula on student learning in higher education. There is a significant increase in learning outcomes, including increasing knowledge relevant to the world of work and improving student soft skills. Project-based learning methods, active student participation, and flexible curricula were important components supporting this integration. Based on these findings, several suggestions for further research are proposed to deepen understanding of the integration of the KKNI SN-Dikti and Merdeka curriculum with the OBE approach and its social and ethical implications. Further research in this area is essential to develop higher education curricula aligned with contemporary demands and societal needs.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the implementation of primary and secondary education in schools. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research were school principals, teachers, and students—data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and triangulation (combination). Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, compiling data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. The research findings are that strategies for improving the implementation of primary and secondary education in optimizing the educational process can be implemented by schools and madrasas by planning the implementation of education, expansion and equalization of opportunities for quality basic education, including the development of alternative education; developing curriculum according to the needs of educational institutions (modifying); preparing school activity plans and budgets, managing according to technical instructions, making accountability letter and financial reports. The need for improvements in several crucial aspects of the education system, namely the development of a more relevant and effective curriculum, strategies for managing education funds that can optimize the use of available financial resources, effective education expansion, and equity strategies, increasing the competence of teachers and teaching staff are also important implications. This research stimulates innovation in the education system, such as the development of new learning methods or the integration of technology in the learning process, with concrete steps that educational institutions and policymakers can take to improve the quality and access to primary and secondary education, ensuring that all individuals have an equal opportunity to receive a quality education.

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan pendidikan yang kompetitif, institusi pendidikan perlu menjaga kualitas agar tetap relevan dan diminati oleh masyarakat. Manajemen mutu pendidikan membantu institusi untuk memperbaiki proses dan layanan agar tetap kompetitif sehingga menjadi berkualitas. Implementasi kurikulum yang berkualitas memerlukan manajemen mutu pendidikan yang baik. Ini mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pengembangan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan perkembangan zaman. Di setiap lembaga pendidikan tentu selalu ada akreditasi sebagai bentuk dari mengevaluasi sekolah. Evaluasi dan akreditasi merupakan bagian penting dari manajemen mutu pendidikan. Melalui proses evaluasi dan akreditasi, institusi pendidikan dapat mengidentifikasi kelemahan dan kekuatan mereka serta menetapkan langkah-langkah perbaikan yang diperlukan. Adapun Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur, yaitu serangkaian tindakan untuk mengumpulkan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat, dan mengelola data penelitian secara objektif, sistematis, analitis, dan kritis tekait manajemen mutu pendidikan pada pendidikan dasar dan menengah (disekolah dan madrasah). Adapun hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mencapai tujuan, proses perencanaan melibatkan penggunaan sumber daya manusia (human resources), sumber daya alam (natural resources), dan sumber daya lainnya. (2) pelaksanaan (actuating) manajemen mutu adalah upaya mendorong semua pihak yang terlibat untuk bekerja sama untuk melaksanakan program kegiatan yang sesuai dengan bidang masing-masing dengan cara yang paling efektif dan efisien. Fungsi yang paling penting dalam manajemen adalah tindakan, yang berarti mengambil berbagai tindakan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap anggota kelompok, mulai dari tingkat teratas sampai terbawah, berusaha mencapai sasaran organisasi dengan cara yang paling efektif dan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan semula. (3) Proses pengendalian mutu ini terdiri dari beberapa langkah, seperti: Memilih Subjek Pengendalian/Choose Control Subjects, Menentukan Pengukuran/Establish Measurement, Menyusun Persyaratan Kerja/Estabilsh Standards of Performance, Mengukur Kinerja yang Sesungguhnya/Measure Actual Performance, Menginterpretasikan Perbedaan antara Data Nyata dan Standar/Measure Actual Vs. Standar, dan Mempertimbangkan Perbedaan/Take Action on Difference. (4) upaya dalam pengembangan mutu pada lembaga pendidikan disekolah dasar dan madrasah adalah sebagai berikut: Memperkuat kurikulum, meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen sekolah, meningkatkan sistem pendidikan tenaga kependidikan, meningkatkan kepemimpinan, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui program inovatif berbasis kompetensi, mengoptimalkan fungsi tenaga pendidik, perbaikan terus menerus, dan manajemen berdasarkan fakta. Adapun kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen mutu pendidikan pada pendidikan dasar dan menengaah (di sekolah dan madrasah) yang peneliti temukan bahwa terdapat: perencanaan mutu, pelaksanaan manajemen mutu, system pengendalian dan pengawasan manjemen mutu, dan pengembangan model manajemen mutu pendidikan disekolah dasar dan madrasah.

Abstract

The existence of a superior class in madrasah is an institution that is specifically designed and developed systematically, adequate facilities / infrastructure, curriculum, qualified teaching and education staff, and others. The existence of a superior class can increase the competitiveness of madrasas and the bargaining rank of madrasas as superior madrasas will be even stronger. To increase the competitiveness of these madrasas as superior madrasas, it is necessary to properly manage quality learning. The article discusses planning, organizing, implementing quality learning in superior classes at MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung and at MTsN 2 Tanggamus. This research is a field research, using a qualitative approach with a multisite study design. The data technique used interview, observation and documentation techniques. descriptive data analysis techniques with Interactive Model Analysis. The results of the study, planning learning in superior classes at MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung and MTsN 2 Tanggamus through standard design after midle input, excellent academic process standards based on spiritual learning, and superior output standards. The design standards referred to are enriched curriculum design standards (enriched curriculum), appropriate educational staff, IT media, classroom arrangement, and time allocation designs. Organizing learning in the superior classes of MTsN 2 Bandar Lampung and MTsN 2 Tanggamus through organizing an enriched curriculum (enriching the curriculum) with the Olympic curriculum, language and religion, organizing the allocation of learning time, organizing the roles and assignments of teachers, and organizing learning resources.
